Ive lived here 13 yrs now. Its a nice place, my neighbors are. Its very convient to everything. Shopping, schools everything. New management took over an has made it better.

No paved roads by jimmies paddock because pipes too shallow in ground, mindlessly cutting down healthy trees, electricity goes out multiple times randomly, leaks in house, no spaces between trailers or mobile homes.UPDATE: Now I found out that there has been multiple violations regarding the water for both of these communities. Lead and copper contamination and coliform contamination going all the way back to the 1990’s. The latest violation was February 26, 2015. They failed to report and to follow up with states compliance. Beware of the water.
