Ive used DJ Serg Entertainment and boy did they deliver! I’ve used them for baptisms - communions. I love how they’re able to feel the crowd and know exactly what to play. Every. Single. Song. Was perfect! His energy and vibe really get the guests going. Love that he speaks Italian which is a major plus!!! What a horrible experience I had with this company. They scam you, at first they treat you nice and after you give them your money they don’t follow through on anything. DJ serg didn’t even show up. I would never recommend him to anyone. They Lie to your face and don’t even give you what you pay for.

I co-hosted a 10-13 fundraiser for a fallen Police Officer last night. Thinking it was a stretch, we decided to reach out to DJ Serg Entertainment to hire them to DJ our event. DJ Serg not only accepted the job but he very graciously offered to donate his services. DJ Anthony Mangini and Ant G showed up for the job with amazing energy, enthusiasm and professionalism. While we never discussed the type of music appropriate for the event, they were able to feel the crowd out choosing the perfect music. They had the crowd dancing and roaring all night long.Having over 30 raffle packages to announce, we struggled with what the right way to handle it was. We were worried that we wouldn’t hold the attention of the crowd. DJ Mangini took control and kept the crowd’s focus and attention while announcing each prize with the winning ticket number.I‘ve been to many fundraising events with entertainment and they were not nearly as organized and entertaining as this amazing team was!!! We were in awe and so very pleased!We cannot thank DJ Serg Entertainment enough for their generosity and service! We are beyond grateful!!! Hands down, DJ Serg Entertainment is the absolute best entertainment service around!! The fact alone that they give back to their community for a good cause is a darn good reason alone.

BUYER BEWARE!! I hired DJ Serg almost a year in advance to do my wedding, paying for the highest and most expensive exclusive package ensuring he would be my DJ and he no call no showed on the biggest and most important day of my life!!! Much to my surprise as he failed to even reach out to me prior to my wedding day, as I was about to enter in with the bridal party a random DJ from a completely different company came to line us up. I was so confused who he was, and he said that he didn’t know where DJ Serg was and that he might show up later on. Show up later on?? I paid for the exclusive package that ensured Serg would be my DJ! I thought it was strange when I did my final meeting a few weeks before the wedding and I met with the office assistant, and not the DJ. My husband called weeks prior asking to speak with him, and Serg also never returned the call. Not only did Serg fail to contact me to let me know he wasn’t coming to my wedding, but the DJ he sent was not worth the hefty amount I paid!!! I paid for Serg’s expertise, and this DJ they sent messed up a ton of things. He messed up the entrance and announced our ring bearer twice and when the maid of honors and best man came out he didn’t even correct himself. Also our names were supposed to be lit in the middle of the dance floor, and first it was at the top and you could barely see the names, then he put it on the ceiling!!! The mother/son dance was forgotten, and my husband was dancing with his mom close to 11:30pm!!!! Also when I met with the office assistant prior to the wedding she asked me what songs I didn’t want played and I said NO cheesy line dancing or cliché party songs. What do I hear playing? The twist and runaround sue!! Unbelievable. When I emailed my disappointment in their unprofessionalism and failure to contact me regarding the changes to my wedding, as well as everything that went wrong they offered me $500 dollars back. I feel I shouldve gotten reimbursed way more, and I feel like I got scammed, and dismissed. She went on to say he had an unforeseeable event out of his control, which is why he wasn’t there. So why wouldn’t he contact me and tell me this and assure me he was sending me his next best guy and possibly give me that guys contact info so I can touch base with him before my WEDDING DAY!!? Then the woman said he was out of town, but the DJ that night said he might come later on? If he werent in town, how would he come later on? Nothing adds up, and it all sounds so shady. I’m very disappointed in how everything was handled, especially because when I met with Serg I loved what he had to offer, and never suspected that he would screw me over. Beware brides and grooms if you decide to go with this DJ – you are risking paying a hefty price for an amateur DJ. Now reading some other recent reviews, it seems like this happens often as another review on Yelp describes almost my exact same experience. Good luck if you hire this DJ.

Buyer beware! They are liars and scammers!! You pay to guarantee Serg to be your dj but instead he sends some unexperienced dj and on top of that, their office manager Marisa lies to your face in reconfirming that he will be there. After talking to a few friends, I hear only bad things, such as them subbing out events to other djs. Please do your research before choosing them for your event.

Before our big day, my wife and I attended a few weddings of friends who used Serg as their DJ. We knew he was our guy, and booked him for our wedding. From start to finish, DJ Serg was great to work with. He and his staff are highly professional and personable. He really knows how to get the crowd going at the right times throughout the night. ONE OF THE BEST DJS IN THE BUSINESS!!! My husbands family has been using DJ Serg for years, so of course we were going to book him for our wedding that occurred on July 14, 2017. Our first meeting consisted of talking with DJ Serg about what were looking for, which included a monogram, photo montage, and a photo booth. Emails and phone calls after the initial meeting were dealt with Kira. Kira always answered our questions in a timely fashion and had extreme patience with us when filling out the day of the wedding timeline questionnaire. Kira is aces all the way!!DJ Serg played everything from swing to rock and roll and mixed in a few Irish and Spanish dances! The floor was never empty as our guests, including myself and my now husband, were constantly dancing.Along with DJ Serg, we also had the opportunity to hire a violinist for 2 hours during our reception. Every single one of our guests ranted and raved about how great the violinist played along with the songs DJ Serg was playing.We HIGHLY RECOMMEND DJ Serg to anyone who is looking for a DJ, who not only knows his music, but is extremely personable and professional! And if you get the opportunity, hire the violinist as well !! You will not be disappointed!!
