I have done three of their escape rooms. All of them were such a great experience no matter who you do it with! I would totally recommend. I also noticed there is a gap in difficulty between the few which was great.

We did the Vampire Room and it was fun and challenging trying to figure out the clue and moving from one clue to another. This was one of the easy room and we finished with about 6 or 7 min to spare so cant wait to see what the harder room are like. The staff was great and helpful will absolutely go back to try the other rooms. Best bring your a game and enjoy the ride.

Wonderful Attraction!!!My wife, Kathy and I definitely had a blast at the Puzzle Parlor.I brought and treated her here to celebrate her birthday and she absolutely loved it!!!Superbly challenging, but my wife and I very much enjoyed our experience!!!When you are in a puzzle chamber, you must definitely do your best to detect and correctly interpret the clues that are given in a timely fashion.

I’ve been here about 3 times now. I’ve done the Vampire, the Heist, and the Alien. I must say, I love coming here! It’s so interactive and enjoyable! The escape room leads you deeper and deeper into the game, which makes it more fun! The staff here is nice and friendly.

We had my sons 9th birthday party at the Puzzle Parlour in White Plains. Everyone had a blast. The staff was very accommodating and terrific with the kids. We split into two teams of 8 and did two different escape rooms, Surgery and Vampire. I understand most Escape Rooms recommend kids be at least 12 but the staff was able to adjust the clues a bit so 9 year olds wouldnt get frustrated. They were also there to help (via a speaker in the room) if we needed to call for hints. The parking was easy and the waiting room was nice and had games, so a good place for the kids to hang out before and after. Definitely recommend Puzzle Parlour!

This was my first escape room but my daughters have been to others and they said this was the best experience they’ve had by far! We did “Surgery” and it was so fun. This particular room was spread across three rooms/areas and so well thought out. The clues were very tricky but I was so impressed at how quickly my kids were able to figure out some of the clues that I was baffled by. For the month of October you could request for the room to be spooky. It was just the right amount of spooky; nothing too crazy that my 10 year old couldn’t handle. The staff was super friendly, the decor was a nice touch even in the waiting area, and the facility, in general, was very clean. Great family activity! Lots of laughs, lots of teamwork, lots of fun! Highly recommend!

Had the best time! Came on 2 separate occasions and loved both rooms. Definitely challenging but also so much fun. Will definitely come back and try an even harder room!

We had such a fun experience! We were multigenerational group of people - 75 to 11 years old and we were able to solve the Vampire room. There were enough different kinds of puzzles to make it non-repetitive. We all really enjoyed it and the people were friendly and happy to assist.

Staff was awesome and made our group feel very welcomed. Heist puzzle was challenging but lots of fun. Everyone had a great time working together as a team. Will definitely be back!

So much fun, great group activity. The puzzle set up was interesting and the excitement we all felt as we solved for each clue and progressed... we laughed the whole time and it was a blast. The staff also helped make the experience come alive (shout out to Gino!!). As mentioned, parking and booking were easy and pricing was super reasonable. Highly recommend. Will definitely go back!

First time I have ever done an escape room, so I dont have anything to compare it to. Nonetheless, this was incredibly fun!!! We did the Alien Invasion room. It was challenging but fair, and was incredibly intricate in its design. At the same time, the whole experience was made even better by the energetic employee Alyssa (I never name names on here, but she was exceptional, so I feel that I must). I also really liked the fact that you reserve your spot, allowing you to go with who you want rather than having to possibly be thrown into a group with people youve never met (awkward for an escape room....). Overall, I will definitely be coming back, and I know that everyone I went with wants to do another one as well!

This is my favorite escape room place. The puzzles are challenging and fun, and they clearly pay attention to every last detail when setting up the rooms. The people are extremely nice and even recommended other places to consider now that Ive done all 4 of the puzzles here, but I highly recommend you go here first.

This experience was awesome. It was my first time and, honestly, I didn’t have high hopes early into it. I didn’t know what I’d be able to contribute. But suddenly, you assist with one clue, and you’re in! All of your knowledge and secret unknown skill comes into focus. I’d highly recommend.

I had so much fun here! Faith, especially was so much fun to have as our getaway driver and we still talk to her to this day! Don’t think we would have done every room in the Puzzle Parlour within a week if it wasn’t for our incredible experience with her!

OMG! We chose the surgery room, it was so much fun that we did not even realize that it was one hour. We had to ask for hints twice. We finished in about 50-55 minutes. It was right amount of difficulty and curiosity. We did it for our daughters birthday and she said that it was the best birthday ever. Its worth the money. We Loved it.

We did the Alien room. It was very well done. The puzzles were logical and fun. The decor fit the them perfectly. There were no red herrings in the room to distract us from our mission. It was a perfect mix of puzzles and electronics. The staff was so friendly. My daughter and her husband have done two of their other rooms and enjoyed them as well. They are all good for beginners and experts. We got out without any clues. Can you do it?

Did the “Heist” theme for a coworkers birthday and what a fun experience! First off, the attention to detail in this puzzle rooms is phenomenal. They do a great job at hyping you up for the experience and back it up by creating an immersive setting. You’ll want to find each clue and figure out every nuance. I will defiantly visit the Puzzle Parlour again!

My grandson and I had so much fun at the Puzzle Parlour. The Vampire Escape room really challenges you to think out of the boxand have fun doing it. We plan to return for another adventurous experience very soon. Staff members are very friendly. Loretta Reid

Puzzle Parlour was the best escape room I have ever done! The puzzles were varied and required different skills to solve them. There wasn’t a boring moment. We did the ‘Vampire’ room and finished with 6 minutes to spare. It was just challenging enough to make it enjoyable but not so difficult that we would become hopeless. Also, the man who helped us get ready for the room was very friendly and helpful.

This was a birthday party for my daughter. The staff was awesome and the facility clean and nice. I would like to come back again to do a different room. This is also a great idea for families of different ages to bond and have fun together. There is a convenient municipal lot just adjacent for parking.

SIMPLY AMAZING! Stumbled upon this location while googling best escape rooms near me as Ive gone to ones in the city. I decided to book my sons 13th Birthday here and we all had an AWESOME time in the Vampire Room and the kids escaped with 1 minute and 20 seconds to spare!!! We would definitely go back to check out the other rooms. Staff is very welcoming and establishment is very clean. The kids all enjoyed a nice cup of cold water (from a water cooler near the front door) after all the excitement.

A wonderful escape room experience in White Plains. Having done a good number of escape rooms in my time, I think The Puzzle Parlor is among the best experiences I have ever had. I have had the pleasure of doing 3 of the rooms here: Alien Conspiracy, The Heist, and Surgery.In all cases, the sets were beautifully designed and lent to the narrative of the room. The puzzles in the room flow well and offer a good challenge to newbies and seasoned escape players alike. The staff is great and they take great satisfaction in seeing the players conquer their puzzles rooms. Its nice that they do the private reservations, as well.If you have high standards for the escape room experience, then you need not look any further than this place. I will be back for more soon!

My husband and I just finished our second room here and we had such a fun experience both times. Both were challenging and well done. Plus it’s nice to not have to pay a fortune to play as a twosome. And bonus - the owner and folks who work there are incredibly nice. We’ll be back soon to do the other rooms!

Took my girlfriend on a date here yesterday and it was by far one of the most memorable experiences we’ve shared together. We did the Vampire room and loved the story. The puzzles were challenging and thought provoking. We are definitely going to frequent this place as they build and create new rooms. From Newbies to Addicts! Highly recommend!!Challenging, Hilarious, and Bonding! Diverse group of 8, ages 20 to 65 and a TOTAL HIT with everyone! We booked both the Vampire [7/10] and the Alien Conspiracy [10/10] rooms, back to back. Both were unique in their own way and EXTREMELY well thought out. Thanks to the wide-range of interactive, mind-boggling puzzles and the non-stop escape stumping twists and turns, everyone in our group was able to contribute some brain power to the solutions. Even when we got stuck, our patient and witty puzzle masters kept us moving forward. Although we did successfully escape both rooms - minutes before our allotted time had expired - the real win was all the laughs and occasional expletive, as we worked together solving our way out! Thank you Puzzle Parlour for making our daughters 20th birthday, in her words, the best Birthday ever!

By far the best escape room establishment I’ve been to! So far the surgery room is my favorite but I still have to try a few others before that’s certain. The rooms are put together very well and really makes you think. Employees there are great! Very inviting and passionate about their jobs. I will definitely be going back to try the other rooms!

Incredibly friendly staff with an interesting escape room. The room itself was a bit linear but my group really enjoyed solving the puzzles.

Escape room..I went with my husband, 3 children above 18And my 6 year old. Omg this was the most fun I’ve had at an escape room. I’ve been to a few but the puzzle parlour is by far my absolute favorite. We thought it was gonna be super hard but it was just right. The employee who helped us was Mel and he was awesome !!!!!! I definitely recommend this for all ages. Oh and a little bonus ... each escape room has more then one room to get through !!!!!!!

Have done all the games at Puzzle Parlor. They are all fun, well designed, and attractive rooms, but overall tend to be on the easier side- good for people who havent done a ton of escape rooms. Vampire is my favorite. Hardest room is probably Alien followed by Heist.

Excellent team building experience for my student helpers. I decided to watch from the back room so I could see the dynamic - worth it!. If the PP was bigger, I would bring my whole freshman class. LOL. I would post their photo, but they would kill me.

Our whole small business went and did two escape rooms. The owner worked out our schedule nicely so we could all start at the same time. A perfect challenge and opportunity to work together and have fun at the same time! All of us had a great time.

My family has participated in all the Puzzle Parlour’s escape rooms, either as a family outing or, in one case, a birthday party. We enjoyed them all. The staff is nice, the set dressing is great. Difficulty depends in part on how many rooms like this you’ve done before; certain themes recur, so a ‘harder’ room may be pretty easy if you’ve done a dozen other escape rooms, and an ‘easy’ one is likely to challenge newcomers.PP is easy to find and there’s ample, convenient parking in the municipal lot next door. My only regret is that they have so few rooms; we’ve done them all and will have to move on.

We escaped The Surgery room, it was a blast!! The room was really well thought out with a diverse offering of puzzles not just of the lock & key variety. Moderators were super-friendly and happy to let us wander independently but quick to oblige when we asked for a clue. Loved to hear that they are continually revamping the existing rooms based on observations of/feedback from puzzlers. A+, we live in Boston but hope to be back someday to play again!!

Love this place! We’ve done several of the rooms here and will come back for more. They are always friendly and professional and the rooms are imaginative and well done. I recommend!

I have been really impressed with the games I have played so far at the Puzzle Parlour! Everyone who works there seems so passionate and enthusiastic about the rooms, escape rooms, and being there in general. I have found the rooms challenging enough where I am constantly on my toes, but familiar enough that I feel awesome when I figure something out. I also love that they have a very reasonable price for being able to play on your own or with your own group. I have one more room to go so far (alien) but I simply cant wait til they add more rooms

A lot of fun! When you book, you book for your group automatically so that you wont have to play with others. Its super interactive, really engaging, and makes you use that brain of yours :DDoing another one in a week with a bigger group of people!

Great place for staff developments and group adventure. Though pricey, the aesthetic of the rooms are worth it. You truly feel as though you are in a scene and it wasn’t put together at last minute. My team did the alien invasion and we were able to get out! I would definitely love to go again. It was my first experience and I was pleasantly pleased!

So much fun! The vampire room was awesome. We thought we would feel claustrophobic or scared but that wasnt the case at all. It was exciting and we were in suspense the whole time. The puzzles were challenging and they did a great job of mixing up the different types of locks, puzzles and riddles. The décor went above and beyond what we expected. It was so great we wanted to try another escape room the same night but it was so late and we were hungry. This is great because it means well just have to come back another day to try the other rooms!

I’ve been playing room escape games online for years. This was my first live room escape. We got out with only 29 seconds to spare! We had so much fun and I can’t wait to try the other 3 rooms! We started with the vampire room, which was the lowest difficulty. I highly recommended the Puzzle Parlour!

This was my first Escape Room, and it was really fun. The space was set up well, the puzzles were just tricky enough, and the staff was really helpful and friendly!

I have done all four rooms at the Puzzle Parlour and I must say this is the best escape room place I have gone too. It offers challenging but not cluttered rooms, mind twisting but not mind boring rooms, intellectual challenges but you don’t need a PhD. Just an amazing experience in every room. The story lines are crisp, the staff are entertaining, and each room offers different obstacles to solve puzzles. My only con is that I have now done all four rooms and have to wait for them to build a new one!Affordable, clean, unique and a great date spot.

I’m a big fan of escape rooms and have done a lot of different types of rooms. This is definitely one of the best I’ve done. First of all when you book your experience you book the room which I love. The last thing I want to do is share my experience with strangers. It’s super interactive and each experience has multiple rooms. Ive gone to ones before where it’s literally one room with a couple of lock boxes. They definitely take the time to think about the set up of the room with each different detail and make it fun and interactive. I’ve done 3 of the 4 rooms (escaped each time ) and I plan on going back for the 4th. The only problem I see is once I do the last one I can’t come back until they open a new room. Otherwise I definitely recommend trying this place!

This place was sooooo fun! I want to go back and do a harder level

Went as a group to the escape room and we had a very good time. One of my friends was skeptical but ended up having a great time as well. They only do private groups though so if you are bored and just want jump in on a game this not the place to go but the staff is friendly. There are lots of restaurants in the area that are walking distance however they can be very slow at bringing food so plan for snd hour and a half dinner to give yourself time to not be late.

The staff there was helpful right from the start in trying to book a day and time. We did the Vampire room with 7 people and the room was set up with a great theme and creative clues. Will was very helpful with the kids and was creative with the clues without giving away too much. A definite recommendation for the Puzzle Parlour and the Vampire Room!

Did the Hiest room as a team. Good puzzles with nice storyline. Will come back and try other rooms.

We did the Alien room and had a great time. At first we had no idea what we were doing, but caught on quickly how to piece things together. Each clue unlocks another so that you are able to progress through the 60 minutes. It was clever how they put it all together and enjoyed discovering new rooms. We had 5 in our group (two adults and 3 teens (14 & 17)). Our group size seemed perfect for working together and the hour was just enough time. Would go back again and try another room.

So much fun! The owner was really nice and the game was the perfect difficulty. Help always came just when we needed it.

We visited the Vampire Room with my 15 & 11 yr old daughters. It was great! It was pretty much the right level of difficulty and not too scary for my 11 yr old (the lights were dim and there was some spooky sound effects). The riddles and clues were fun to solve, and our hostess was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back to visit the other rooms. And were hoping theyll re-do the Vampire Room clues & riddles for another visit! Loved it!

This place is so much fun! It was my family game night and we were gonna go bowling but it was too long of a wait, I somehow remembered that there was an escape room in White Plains. I called them up and asked if they can take a group of 7 at the moment, they worked some stuff out and were able to take us in! Such a great time with my family, Ill definitely go back soon.

I had such a good time with the group I went with. It was my first time here and was very impressed! Great production value; plenty of surprises kept us engaged, the room we were in opened up into more rooms, the puzzles were of really great quality, and our group of 7 managed to escape the level 10 room, Alien Conspiracy, with 11 minutes to spare! Ange was our wonderful helper person who only needed to give us one hint, and she was kind enough to take a group photo of us right at the end. There is also is a nice big parking lot just down the block (metered, but you can use the White Plains parking app), which is a great plus. I would absolutely come back to Puzzle Parlour to try their other rooms out :)

Puzzle Parlour is awesome. Me and three friends played the alien room and had such a blast and escaped with seconds left. It is very challenging and well thought out. We will definitely be back!

Weve done two different escapes so far (Vampire and Surgery) at The Puzzle Parlour and had a blast both times. The puzzles are tricky (the spirits will help you out if you get stuck), the theming is good, and the people working there are really great. Well definitely be back to do the other experiences soon!

Vampires, howling, creepy music. We had a great time! Better than escape rooms in NYC. U gotta go with friends and family. You’ll get creeped out as the candles go off one by one and trying to read and understand the clues. Good thing my 12 year old granddaughter figured out the clues. We lost but we had a great time. Next time is surgery.

We did the Heist... it was so much fun! Highly recommend checking this place out! I will definitely be returning to try out the other rooms! The game master who oversaw our game was very nice, kind, and helpful!

My son and his friends had an absolute blast here! Because they are all 13/14 years old, I was in the room (under strict instructions from my son not to get involved) and I LOVED seeing them working together to figure out the puzzles, which were challenging but not unfairly so. Hints were available when they got stuck and they spent the entire hour (well, 55 minutes because they escaped) completely engaged, working together to complete the challenge. As for the room itself, the folks who designed it did a nice job of decorating to fit the theme. They did Vampire, and my son is already trying to figure out when they can all go back.

My family and I have gone twice and had really good experiences both times. Staff were great, personable, professional, and attentive. The space is clean and while not expansive, not cramped at all.We love that they dont add strangers to your group, the first time we were a group of 6, and the second time we were a group of 5 and the dynamics would have been weird with strangers.The puzzles for both the vampire and surgery rooms were not the easiest but not impossible. The clues you get help without giving it away.We were new to escape rooms and will be back to do the last two rooms for another family outing soon. Not the cheapest famulf outing but we think its worth it.

Really gets everyone thinking. Lots of fun. Better than prior escape room we tried. Will be back!

This is now the 3rd full room Ive done at Puzzle Parlor, and have only had great experiences. Really clever puzzles and design in these games, and fabulous game masters. Great pricing too!

Really well done! We were a group of 8. Three of us had done 1-2 escape rooms before and the rest hadn’t done any. We loved all the little touches of doors opening or drawers popping out- it was so cool. We were crushing it for the first 90% of it and only had 1 puzzle left to solve with like 30 mins left but we were kind of stuck. So we asked for a clue and they just gave us a very subtle clue by asking us a question about if we had done something yet and then it all clicked. So so fun!

Great multi-room escape room! Our group did the Surgery room and finished it with plenty of time remaining. Well themed and had lots of interesting elements to it. Would recommend this place! Only comment is pricing goes way up per person on Saturdays so be mindful of that.

My group had a great time! We went for my sisters birthday and from start to finish the employees at Puzzle Parlour were terrific. Everyone paid individually so no fuss about breaking up the cost. They even helped us split the bill so the birthday girl didnt have to pay. The Vampire puzzle was a challenge, but my group made it out with about 10 mins left to spare. You can ask for clues when you need it. At the end our puzzle master took our groups photo and emailed it to all participants. We all said we want to go back!

First time doing Escape Room and it was a neat experience! Crew was friendly, helpful and facilitated well. Definitely a great way to spend an hour and something Id recommend as a fun group activity.

I did The Surgery room with my sisters, fiance, and cousin. Weve done at least a dozen escape rooms over the past 3 years. The Surgery was one of the best rooms weve done. As a group of 5, we felt like each of us was engaged the whole time. The puzzles were challenging enough to be fun without being so challenging as to be frustrating. We were able to escape the room in 35 minutes with no hints. Normally, wed think such a short time meant it wasnt as worth it, but we came out of that room so hyped up. We had an incredible time! The puzzles were varied and creative. It wasnt just a series of puzzles to unlock a box with a key inside for another box, like some escape rooms weve done. It was very well designed.Only one hiccup: We had a puzzle fail to work properly. We inputted the correct answer, but the game didnt register the unlock for a few minutes. They added those minutes to our ending time. (We had 22 min left, they awarded us 3 min so our final score was 25 minutes left).A few other pluses: The staff was very friendly and even slightly tailored our experience to our group after we told them were a little more intense than casual. Our game master withheld hints she usually gave to groups before we started, and after we escaped, since we had so much time left, they gave us a new puzzle to solve that they sometimes include for pro level. Also, you book the whole room to yourself, no matter how many people you have. We love that, since playing with strangers can be awkward or frustrating sometimes!

Very impressed with the whole experience. Booking & parking were a breeze, excellent location. The place is decorated very nicely, great props. Love it, looking forward to going back.

We just did the vampire room today for my little sisters 12th birthday. We had a blast. Many puzzles and surprises. Fun for all. We definitely plan on booking another room in the future.

I took 6 of my grandsons ranging from 10-16 and they loved it. It was a great way to entertain them and they enjoyed working with each other to solve the escape. Will definatly go again!
