Pleasantly surprised by this gem! So many areas of play for so many different ages. Yet small enough that I felt safe letting the kids roam. Park nearby looked awesome as well - we hope to visit again soon.

Love this pool, but always a lot of kids from camp . Better to go there in evening time. Also the temperature of water not very comfortable for me, a little cold.

Center is great and clean, very very nice, fun for kids, perfect water temperature, but food is trash as always, no vegetables, nothing healthy, my little 3 y son got sick because that pizza was undercooked and poor quality, he ate 2 pieces already before I try it. 2nd day complaining about stomach pain and have little fever, ( usually we have no problems with stomach)Please put some rice and veggies, so kids can have at least something to eat there!!

Just started going here summer ‘18. One of the best pools in the suburbs, in my opinion. Well maintained, lots for kids (and adults) to do, and very attentive lifeguards. The atmosphere/scenery/waterfalls make you feel like you’re in a hidden tropical island cove. The adult slides are legit. Highly recommend.

Last Saturday we had such a great experience at the water park. So we decided to come today to enjoy the park. Unfortunately after we paid $37.50 to enter the park the thunderstorm started we were held at the shelter waiting for the storm to pass. We requested a rain check or a refund but the manager was very rude and disgraceful and kept saying it is the policy and asked us to leave the park or he will call the police. The worst manager and management ever. No respect to any of the families that paid money and did not get to swim or not even got in the pool. How disappointed and disrespectful it felt that we were held hostages because we already paid the money but never got to use the park due to the weather yet we never got our money back A good management would give a rain check to any customer had to leave due to the weather.Shame on you! Shame on you.

Taking what they call as a safety break. Really just letting life guards swim for 1/2 hour. Never been to such a poor excuse to give all guards break at same time.

Splash bucket area for the kids, sand pit area, zero depth pool, a couple of slides. A little something for everyone.

My family had an excellent time. We hope to go there many more times next summer. Its super clean,and the water was perfect. Perfect temperature, perfectly clear. It was not too busy either. We had a blast!

Perfect type of pool for kids! Huge, fun and has everything. However, way too expensive (I would expect to get in for half the price when Im there the last two hours before closing). Also, they dont sell anything good to eat there. So bring your own food!

Great place. Slides diving board. Lilly pads to cross with a rope. Huge bucket that can dump water in you. Kids had a great time. Would highly recommend it.

I have been going to and enjoying the Wheeling Aquatic Center for 25 years! Watched it being built and have many great memories. Bring all my friends, family and out of town visitors for a great time every time. Lucky to live here in Wheeling!

AWESOME!!! Super family friendly, lots of parking available, good snack food, & reasonable prices on everything. My 3 year old toddler had an absolute blast today. My wife & I also thoroughly enjoyed our day here as did the rest of our big group of adults & kids.

I like it because theres more to the water park there are lily pads and kids land were there is a bucket but the thing i did not like was there security because a man who was smoking marigu... yeah that and he was looking through bags and that they dont let coolers

Its a small version of a water park for locals, I love this place, my kids love it too. Its a little costly but worth it.

Please stay away. Its awesome for a Park District Pool, but less people would be better :)

Great lifeguards and fun family atmosphere. Play structures and attractions for children across age ranges.

First of all, their concession stand is awesome! They have buttered popcorn for $1.50 and a fresh, baked, hot, delicious chocolate chip cookie for only $2.00 (no tax included)! Also, good water park for its size. Has a water playground, body slide, tube slide, pool with basketball net and fake lily pads with net above, 2 drop slides, diving board, pool with kiddie slide, grassy area (just for camps), concession stand with seating area, locker rooms (men and woman), and I think thats it. I would recommend this water park!

Some staff members are strict while some are very nice. CERTAIN lifeguards will let you go down any position you want, depending on who it is, and what their mood is like at that moment. Its the blue slides at the entrance of the pool. Overall, my experiences here are great.

It was decent for little kids

It is nothing to eat: no salads,no vegetables,no grill compare to Vernon Hills aquatic center. They always close facility for one or two hours early!!!! This year they have increased the family membership is 30 doll up !!!!The radio or music is too loud!!!! I can’t sleep, study or even think because of loud music with not good quality!!! My kids can’t take a nap for 1 hour after swimming!

Its a great place for the whioe family, clean and fun. They also have swimming jackets for the little ones.
