I would not recommend going to this gym the coachs sit there on there phones and dont spot and the team girls are really disrespectful and like to make fun of you for your body and your strength so I work not recommend going here! You guys should try cleaning the gym too

All 3 of kids go to the rock! Friendly staff and the kids absolutely love it!Can we stay and extra hour? And Can I go today? Are things I am asked too often.If youre looking for a friendly, active and affordable place to have your kids really learn some gymnastics. This is the place!

We love love love the rock..my daughter tried it out coming from another gym and we are so thankful we made the switch. The coaches are the best, communication is amazing, organization outstanding! Couldnt be happier!

We have three girls, 7, 6 and 3, and they all love their weekly gymnastics class. We have seen them progress and improve each week, and the staff here does a really good job of teaching the various skills and exercised.

Patrick the owner and head coach doesn’t spot neither coaches. He makes you do skills lower than skill level. i wasn’t spotted, fell off bars and fractured my spine. and he dumbed it down as to me being dramatic. he says rude comments. he has favorites. he employees people without background checking them. he gives off a weird vibe. Laura the “dance coach” is just rude (.) the layout of the gym sucks. no pit. equipment is faulty. no tramp. Very dirty gym. DO NOT GO HERE ️

My daughter has been attending this gym for the past 5 months and shes loving the experience, I love the attention and effort they on the kids. Really friendly staff, I recommend it to anyone. I couldnt be happier with this decision I took
