Friendly staff. Clean and save place they sanitize the entire place every 15 minutes felt very secure and kids had a blast today .. recommended

My daughter and her friend were off of school for a holiday so I decided to bring them to jump and burn off some steam. We havent been there in a few years. Seems like some activities have been added like what I would describe as an American Ninja warrior type obstacle course. Plenty of fun things for kids of all ages to do. Its also nice that they get a good workout in. I was really expecting it to be alot more crazy than it is since all the kids are off of school for the day. It is a bit on the pricey side. We paid for the 2 hour session. I feel like that is plenty of time. I think the kids will have had enough by then.

This place has the family jumping in unity!! Took me back to the childhood Of my dreams. I’m glad I got to spend some quality time with the family...The kids & I got to use our imagination and fly to any destination without passports or security lines...Imagination! The staff was friendly but the obstacle course it too hard for kids and the big kids use the dodgeball so that only leaves the squares to jump in for kids up to 9 or 10.

Cool place to let the kids let loose. Just make sure that you know the little ones correct birthday and year. Suppose to got charger $5 for an 5 and 4 year old but paid full price.

My two year old is in love with what he calls bouncing. My husband and I take him at least once a week. The place is always clean and the staff is so friendly. I mentioned the changing table was broken in the mens bathroom after my husband went to try and change our son and couldnt. I honestly was just giving them a heads up and the manager was so apologetic and I swear he practically got his screw driver right there and then.Then yesterday I took my son to go bounce and he fell asleep on the way there which he never does. We paid and when it was time to go bounce he started to cry. He never does that, I was like okay hes too tired, bad idea and went to leave. Before I could leave the manager came over with a free bounce coupon for us to come back another time. It was so thoughtful and I really didnt expect it. Anyways, it is a great place and we are happy to keep going.

Clean place, fun for the kids.You are given one hour for the price of admission.There are only 4 block pits and they are very strict on the rules....one person jumps at a time, and must get out from the pit before the next person jumps. When its busy, time can get eaten up waiting in line.There is a smaller child area, designated just for little ones.There is a basketball area also. This also creates lines when its busy. Ill say, it is very well attended, staff at each area, and they enforce the rules.We had a sprained ankle from one of ours falling on the trampoline. It is enforced that you must jump with both legs together, not running. He was following the rule, but stumbled and caught one foot on the foam that separates the trampolines. So its apparent theres definitely a reason to jump with feet together.You sign a waiver at the front desk.There is a shelving area for you to put your shoes, or you can rent lockers for $1.00 each.There is a drinking fountain and restrooms.Some arcade games in the front also. (For additional price)Corn hole is free and there are a couple couches to sit on to watch the jumpers....I imagine these likely fill up fast when its busy.

Not enough parent seating in the under 46 inches area they put chairs that you need to pay just to sit and if you dont pay a loud beeping sound that the whole place can hear and a worker will come tell you get up or pay in a nice way it is bad business to do that we where going to eat there but after think about it if i got up from my seat someone wouldve taken it and i dont want to stand for a hour so they lost some money there if they are trying to get people to leave asap then they are doing a good job may not be back here for a while or at all

My kids have fun here. I wish the workers would pay attention to the kids playing instead of checking their phones or talking to other coworkers. They toddler area always has older kids that are not supposed to be there. Also, during dodge ball the worker should be watching the game and follow the rules.

Great family friendly trampoline themed kids fun center. Very well managed. Customer Service was good, very clean, friendly, and accommodating. No alcohol served so you don’t get the Chuck E. Cheese dramas. Pizza was also very good. Kids love the location.

My son had his 4th birthday party at AirTime and we had an excellent experience! The staff was very helpful and professional and made it easy to make the reservation and do all the planning ahead of time. Our hostess, Katie, did a particularly wonderful job! She worked hard on set up, making sure we needed everything, and clean up. She ordered the pizza and salad and had it all delivered for us. Were glad we had her to help us!The kids loved the trampolines! Most of them were younger, including my 1-year-old daughter. Even she enjoyed it, especially since theres an area just for little kids under 46 tall. AirTime gave us an hour and a half of jump time which is just the right amount. They were ready to eat!Funny: despite all the trampolines, one of the other hits was a 25 cent claw machine and a giant game of Connect Four! Our kids were a little too young for the arcade downstairs, but those games were nice for when they needed a break from jumping.I recommend AirTime for parties, for sure! Ill definitely be back with my kids, especially on the next rainy day.

Wow I have been here only twice with my son and husband! Each time are visit was amazing we had so much fun! The staff are amazing but the one that stood out the most was Devon he is such A sweet and amazing person to be around he was so helpful and fun to be around he definitely deserves A raise and some!!!! we are going to start coming here more and more because he made are experience amazing and so welcoming we love Devon️

My daughter loves going to air time we used to go to the one in Sterling Heights, but when we moved we started going to the one in Westland, the owner/management were very rude my daughter is three years old and she likes jumping in the dodge ball area, however they took her out because she want holding the balls even though the place was almost empty so she wasn’t stopping anyone from playing the game, and they kept on following us from one to another always having something to say. We didn’t feel comfortable at all, I had a spill proof water cup and they said your not allowed to bring it up. I never experienced something like this before

Nice place, clean, for as much staff that walked around though they never seemed to be where they needed to be. Saw a few heated arguments where no one came to break it up either time, and the place was super crowded, and it wasnt a peek time. $14/hour or $15/unlimited, and you have to buy socks for $3. Easy to find off the street, ample parking. Our kids got bored quick though, its a building full of trampolines and a ninja rope course. Fun to try once, no, I would not go back.

My husband and I took our grandson to our granddaughters birthday party there, and all the children absolutely loved it. the children ranged from 3-16. And it was fun for everyone that was there.

Great place for kids to burn off energy but they probably need some video tape machines like Dave & Busters has make more money rather than charging people to sit in vibrating chairs or stand up the whole time theyre there so they can keep their eyes on their kids.

Great place to wear your children out and get a good workout in the process. Excellent for Children parties.

Just love love this place! I go there with my husband, niece nephew and friends n age is no limit to enjoy the vast indoor trampoline! Also great for some exercise n stress relief!

It was fun for the kids. But the lines to play is too long, and the big kids seem to take over. maybe if they had a area for the big kids then it would be a little bit safer for the little ones.

This is a great place for my kids to get their energy out! Now, they have a new American Ninja course that looks wicked! All they need to do now is improve the arcade and it will be perfect!

I love this park staff is friendly and me and my daughters have a blast every time. Jumped with them today for the first time and they absolutely LOVED that, as did I. However there was something t today THAT I WAS TREMENDEOUSLY DISAPPOINTED WITH. I had forgot to take my shoes off and put in the locker, went back and attempted to open AND TO MY SUPRISE I HAD TO PUT IN ANOTHER DOLLAR TO OPEN THE LOCKER, WHICH I HAD JUST MINUTES BEFORE PUT IN MY FIRST DOLLAR TO LOCK IT. THAT IS JUST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT U HAVE TO PUT IN A DOLLAR EVERYTIME U WANNA ACCESS UR LOCKER. SO IT STATES ON THE LOCKER IN SMALL LETTERS THAT ITS A ONE TIME USE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. WHICH IS CLEAR, I INTERPRETED AS SAYING ONCE A DAY, NOT ONE TIME TO LOCK IT, IF U WILL. NOW THE FRANCHISEE DID REFUND ME THE DOLLAR, BUT STILL MY POINT IS THAT. THIS IS JUST HORRIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMERS. IT SHOULD BE FREE TO GET INTO THE LOCKER, IF ANYTHING MAYBE JUST A QUARTER...

This was the 1st time I had ever been to a place of this magnitude. My daughter and niece absolutely loved it. Jumped and bounced and laughed until they were all wore out. Friendly staff. Nice over head music. I definitely recommend this place for families that are active in the winter time. Its worth checking them out. Tell them Chiquita recommended you Just playing. The kids will love it and talk about it for weeks to come.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon so the place was super packed. The jumping areas were too busy for my kids to enjoy them. The music was way too loud to communicate with people more than a foot away. Also, the obstacle course is entirely too difficult for even the fittest of children. We enjoyed our visit to the Canton Air Time so much more.

You have to make sure your paying attention to the prices they have up on the borad because if you dont they kinda make up their own prices and charge you more then what it says it cost.

We went twice during the winter months. Not only was it cold outside, it felt just as cold in the inside.

I have twin daughters that just turned 3...It was fun for the kids for a little while but some time off jumping, they wanted to do some thing more. The food was good, we got pizza, chicken and fries. The experience was good overall for a first time. I would recommend it for 5 years and up

I was there Wednesday, it was pretty empty. I love to have the staff interacted with the children. Especially the girl in the black shirt with the short hair, I think her name was Anna. I love how she encouraged my kids at the basketball station. I will definitely come back.

Can be crowded, but we like how they have separate areas for preschoolers and how there are court attendants to ensure the safety of all children.

I recently took my kids there sunday and we had a great time they mainly enjoyed the obstacle course the monitor chris was amazing with the kids and mine he helped them get across the platforms and a employee named jaysean was excellent when he was at basketball, he showed my kid how to shoot. But a employee named ridha was very disrespectful he was on his phone for the most part and didnt care the front desk was very understanding and respectful i have mix feelings about the staff but the place is very clean hope on coming back

The women’s bathroom is gross. Plugged up toilets, trash over flowing and the hand dryer was broken.

My name is J and I’m 12 years old Marvin who is the manager wouldn’t give me my money back after I used it in a arcade game and did not work, he was very rude and could have handled the situation completely differently he acted as though I lied about my money being taken because of his inactions my aunt will no longer be taking us to airtime and we bill filing a complaint with the better business bureau

The manager came over & introduced herself and made sure everything went smoothly. Our party host was exceptional & took care of everything. My son had a blast! We host at our five-year-old birthday party yesterday at airtime the Westland location. The staff was very friendly and the manager was amazing. He made sure everything was organized and was on top of things. This was a stress free party and the children had a great time. The Dj played awesome music the entire time. The staff had a dance contest with the kids and made them feel very special. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to host a birthday. We had a great experience

The experience was pretty fun. Its a great place to take a group of kids that loves to jump, climb & flip. The only problem I had was after ordering my pizza I had to wait like 30 minutes & eventually it ended up burnt. The food line is always flooded & the eating area is quite sizeable. Long-story short they made me another pizza & added in a few more items. Other than that it was good.

I just had a party with my little ones there and I want to say how great the experience was from start to finish. Crystal was my host and she was attentive, friendly, and fast. My guests enjoyed themselves as well and Im looking forward to visiting the Westland location again because my kids won a month long pass for unlimited jumping on the birthday wheel!! The food is clean, food is amazing, and the prices are fair. Thanks to everyone at the Westland location for making this the easiest party I have ever had!!

Had an absolute blast taking my two-year-old here !I actually jumped around with him for an hour and a half felt like a kid again! But let me tell you old people something, your going to feel it the next day so take it easy !

I like this location. Went on a Sunday with my two young children. Staff was helpful. It wasn’t too packed. The music selection was good but not so kid friendly in my opinion. Didn’t get to eat there but overall good experience. Will be returning very soon!

We had lots of fun at Airtime today! The quote from my 4yr old...I sure loved that trampoline place!Very clean facility, and I felt very comfortable with the steps theyve taken to keep jumpers safe.Having personal experience with food allergies I greatly appreciate the no outside food and drink policy. It takes a lot of worry off my shoulders knowing I dont have to watch out. They really take advantage of this by having unreasonably high prices for their food and drinks. If Costco can offer the same size bottle of water for $.25, Im pretty sure Airtime can do better than $1.50.The music was way too loud. I couldnt have a conversation with my friend sitting right next to me. We asked for it to be turned down, only for it to be turned back up minutes later. There was no escaping it, and as time went on, it made us want to leave.

My children absolutely love this place. It’s big, spacious and clean. The kids can Play dodgeball at any time. They don’t have to wait for certain courts and age groups. They always have amazing deals going on. The staff is as equally wonderful. They are well mannered and handle all situations. They have great snacks and drinks and best of all, I get to relax and do some work and reading while the kids play and I don’t have to worry about anything. I wish I can rate this with 10 stars!

I just left and me and my family where in the back trying to have fun but the whole time this kid, one of the employees, was watching us and made us very uncomfortable . It was very rude, the whole time he just walked around and got in our way.

I brought my son and his friend here. The place was clean and was full of amazing staff. A worker who goes by Hadi made my son and his friends time more enjoyable by playing basketball with them and my son and his friend really enjoyed themselves here today. The workers are what make this place!!I absolutely love coming here and engaging with the workers! The staff at the front desk and the ones running the other activities are so fun! They make sure the kids are taken care of, funny, and engaging ! I only come to this location! You’ve got a great staff!!

First time there today with my wife and daughter.Once we walked in we noticed the girl at the register didnt seem to like her job. She made the whole interaction tense and uncomfortable. We asked for all days passes but realized halfway in that we only had 2 hour passes. The other girl, who was shorter, was nice and answered any questions we had.Some of the attractions and play areas are cool, for both adults and kids. Some of the facilitators for the games were underage kids, some of whom were instigating problems with some of the other kids.the whole place was surprisingly clean, even the bathroom.If it wasnt for the cashier chick being the way she was, itd be a little more easier to recommend this place.

Great service and also patient with customers because I witnessed a rude lady who was trying to lie about receiving her pizza and I knew she was lying and yet the owner still accommodated her by refunding her money and still giving her a free pizza even though she didn’t have a receipt. Now that’s what I call amazing customer service! This place is awesome.

Came to Airtime for a birthday party for my little cousin. I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff in getting us signed in since we already filled out the waiver online beforehand. The staff that handled the party was also very helpful and effective when it came to bringing the food and drinks and also tearing everything down after our allotted time. The facilities are great for young kids and have seats placed around for parents to watch. They also have a live DJ handling music for the building which was nice.If you have a party I reccomend getting the room upstairs. That way you can avoid a lot of the hustle and bustle...

This was our first time visiting. It was a Wednesday afternoon at 2pm. It wasnt crowded. There were probably 15 people on the trampolines there, mostly kids. We purchased an hour pass because we couldnt stay all day. It was $12 for each kid. The kids had a blast. There is a giant court at the back where they could race back and forth or go around like a track. The dodge ball court was fun...most of the kids played here. They also have the foam block pit and basketball dunk area (4 baskets, 3 regulation and one low) plus two other small bounce courts. The place is super clean, plenty of seats for those who arent jumping (2 sets of small bleachers with a couple of couch bench type seats). The staff supervising the jumpers kept things under control well. They were friendly and helpful. The rest of the desk staff was great as well. We will definitely be back, may even do a hockey team fundraiser here.

Came here a few years ago and enjoyed myself. It was St. Patricks day and can jump for $5 if you wore green so me and a few friends was like Hell yeah! Because High schoolers need more of a break than a kid does. We didnt have to fill out any paperwork so I assume the rules have changed over time. We paid for socks. I like socks and the ones they provided were pretty stylish so I had no complaints. Snacks were high so we just waited till we were done jumping to just head over to Dollar Tree right next door. My friends and I had only jumped for an hour. We agreed that if we wanted to stay longer, we would go back to the front to pay for another hour but we all became frustrated with all of the things we couldnt do on the trampoline. We couldnt do flips, we had to stay in our squares and if we were jumping from trampoline, passing each other on the same trampoline square, the whistle would get blown at us. Its annoying constantly having a whistle blown at you for everything you do. They might as well ref for the NFL. But all the jumping rules made us never return again.
