Despite there only being 4 or 5 tables in user in the restaurant with about 20 to 24 people, there was a lengthy wait for the nachos we ordered. When they came, the toppings were centered in the middle of the tray with perhaps 40% of the chips covered. There was one - ONE - jalapeno on the entire tray. Very disappointing. I realize we are still in a pandemic, but at least have some pride in your product!!!

Great time for the family or if you wanna drop the kids off and turn it into a date night! Nice restaurant and bar inside. They also have a large selection of games to choose from that the whole family will enjoy.

They have Really stepped up their game, lowered price on prizes, and Always have a new mix of games readily available. They are fairly pricey, but have ½price Wednesdays. Huge win for those that want to stretch their D&B buck!

The experience wasnt so much the reason for the 3 stars. It was still fun. But it was the bathrooms for me they where dirty. Also its been awhile since I came out but not sure if due to covid or just a new design several games where just gone. Id still come back another time it just really was the bathrooms why I chose 3 stars your bartender was friendly no issues he even served us our to go orders.

Clean facility, great food, awesome bartenders. Hostess needs training on customer service. We waited an hour to be seated after being placed on the waiting list and our names were never called. The bartender, Britt seated us and served us with a smile and a sense of urgency. Need more like her.

Well America that day in question, was a good day, food was HOT to the touch and thats was the best thing. Games always fun, wasnt myself on that day, but managed to have fun w/ the family. Peace

We were sat right away but then 15 minutes went by and not a hi, drink order, nothing. There were only a few tables and several employees walking around. I found it strange the servers were also busting their own tables. We then left after waiting. We went up to just get tickets to play.

D&B still cooks the food well, had plenty of hand sanitizer all over, and we were able to sit apart from other parties while we ate. Everything was good.

This is my favorite place to go I have gone here only twice and I still enjoy it.They have a mix of new games and classic games that I enjoy some of them are so amazingly well done if you go you should try typhoon which is basically a motion sensory ride they have many different Maps that you can try out.

Had a good time! Wasnt too busy for a Friday night. They have the front sections closed off currently, but the bar and seating inside of the gaming area is all up and running. Bar seating is spaced out accordingly for social distancing and masks are required everywhere when not eating or drinking. Best thing I can say is wash your hands a ton while here or bring hand sanitizer. I didnt see anyone going around cleaning off the games during the night. Overall had a good time and would come back!

It was perfect for our 11 year anniversary. We both love video games. It was a bit crowded for food and gaming but our server at the bar was on point with everything!

My husband and I are regulars here. Games are ok. We left with still 100 tokens left on our card. We never eat the food anymore because the 2 times we have it’s been way overpriced and not good at all. My concern is that you have 0 hot water in your bathrooms, it doesn’t even get lukewarm. My husband and I tried 3 different sinks and waited for a few minutes waiting for it to get even warm... nothing.This is very concerning and I am sure it is an ODH violation. We are in the middle of a pandemic and your employees are hopefully required to wash their hands. In case you didn’t know... many bacteria, other than COVID-19, aren’t killed until they reach a certain temperature. Fix this!!!

I like Dave & Busters. The food is good for their limited menu . Our server and bar tender were great. However when we got to the gaming area. We noticed there were no employees sanitizing the games throughout our visit. There were gloves scattered on the floor at a couple games & the bathrooms were messy. They did have a hand sanitizer station as you enter/exit the game area.

Five stars for my server, Curtis and zero stars for the terrible bartenders working Fathers day at dinner time, equals a three star review. Bartenders had me and a lady in front me waiting ten minutes and the bat wasnt even 50% capacity. Hopefully, those dudes work on their time management skills before I go back.

It had been over a year since my last visit to this location. Walking in for the first time in so long, could not believe how much had changed. The entire front entrance area and dining area had been remodeled.Significant more emphasis has been placed on the sports bar angle with dozens of high def displays strewn all over the new area. The design is ultra modern and generally much more contemporary in appearance now then when the location first opened many years back.Service was excellent as it always has been in the main dining area. Food was delicious and service was on point the entire evening. All in all a wonderful experience and look forward to trying and visiting the location a bit more frequently once again.

Great place to take kids, but also a good place to feel like a kid again. There is a kitchen that serves food, tables to eat at, tvs, games, a bar, and plenty of things to do. Definitely gonna spend money going there, but its worth it.

Great place to dine and take your kids. 4 out of 5 stars because the prices on the games are kind of high for attractions that dont earn tickets. I would suggest lowering non ticket earning games credit cost. Large clean facility. I did like the leather belt driven fans that were in here before the remodeling much better. Not sure what they were thinking.

Very expensive but we brought the whole family and EVERYONE had a blast! Our kids are Ages 3-12. For the most ease of access, come late after everyone else leaves or you will spend most of your time waiting for other people to get off of the games that you want to play.

The venue and renovations are nice, but the lowest priced game by points is 6.8. 75points goes very fast.The first game my 5yr old son played for 6.8 points is only 1pt for the exact same game at Chuck E Cheese. Definitely not a place to frequent often. Just my personal opinion.

Nice service, food was ok. Only issue is some of the games were broke but nothing was noted until you already paid for it and couldnt play.

What a treat for the kids and the adults.We thoroughly enjoyed our time this afternoon playing games and the food was fantastic.The food was top notch, the servings were generous and prices to please.The drink and beer menu has something for everyone.Cocktails priced competitively and happy hour specials as well.They have numerous large rooms that have more than ample space for large groups.The arcade has Soo many games that the kids have grown to love and were incredibly excited to see as life size games.Candy Crush, Walking Dead, Minions, SkeeBall, Guitar Hero, Mario Kart, Crossy Road, Luigis Mansion, Jurassic Park, Rampage and Soo many more!!They have a Redemption Center to turn in your tickets for amazing gifts, I only wish we could have purchased things for the kids not good at the games.Our youngest is on the spectrum and if you have anyone who has sensory issues, you might want to bring headphones to keep some of the noise out.We will definitely be back again, great job Dave and Busters!

Great for the children! The adults had a great time eating, drinking, talking and playing games with the children. Its nice to watch the children play and enjoy themselves. I aslo liked what they did with the place. We had great service also from our waitress.

Clean inside and out. Lots of parking, including handicap. We mostly play games which are in working order 95% of time which is good. Have been going for over 15 years so seeing things changing is reassuring. Food has always been quality bar food fare. Staff is always pleasant. A once a month trip is in my future.

Turns out they are not allowed to do it. Last time it was no problem. The games are the only reason it has 3 stars.

Rented space for my sons birthday party. The servers were great and attentive. All the different platters of food taste great. Worth the money in my opinion.

I like the concept and have a lot of fun playing the games whenever I visit however most recently we decided to try the food which was a mistake... first off, it’s TGI Friday’s quality, but moreover I was shocked by the bartenders response when we asked about food allergies... we asked if a dish could be prepared without a sauce so that it would be vegan, the answer was, “isn’t that your problem?” So it’s not that we were trying to avoid meat, but more the dairy... honestly, if you ask about ingredients, when is that the customers problem? I give it two stars because it usually easy to get a drink & play some games, but they’d be better off if they eliminated to restaurant portion of the establishment.

Great place to visit... even if you have a large group. Lots of different games to play. Large bar if youre there to watch sports. And, if you want to just get a bite to eat, you can do that up front without interacting with all the games setup in the back.

Theyve got expensive i havent been in about 2 years they have a great bar tender i forgot his name but he had locs and even suggested a great drink i also had a great waitress his name was brian he served us pretty fast and assured that we enjoyed our food i had alot of people with me due to my sons 15th birthday but he handled every order correctly and accurately

Fun night out if you have the extra cash. We paid more than $50 for game credits and then another $50 for food for 3 people. Was worth the money for us considering its something we probably wont do for another few years. We were there for 5 hours though and most of it is hurry up and wait.They seem extremely short staffed. We were there on a Friday and we had to wait over an hour for a table, yet about 75% of the tables were empty. Long wait for food that is half a set up from Applebees. The bar isnt any better as we waited 25 min to get a drink and ended up just walking away without one because we didnt want to waste more time.When we finally got a table the waiter Chris was in a good mood considering we could tell he was being overworked and had too many tables. He even took the time to answer questions since wed never been there. We had a long wait between getting any good or drinks but we could see him dancing among all the other tables and it seemed like there were only 2 other waiters. The guy that brought our food said that they pulled him from the back to work the floor because people called off.Everyone was in good spirits which makes all the difference but management should really have more staff.

It’s a good place to kill a bit of time but unless you want to drop 200 bucks an entire night of entertainment it’s not. Food is decent although a bit overpriced for what it is, but hey, who doesn’t expect that? Games have always been in working order while we’ve visited. we usually swing by before or after a movie to round out the night.

Great place for kids and adults

The restaurant service was pitiful. It was probably 2/5 capacity in the restaurant and still it took 8 minutes just to get a water. 50 mins later when our burger and chicken wings (one of the simplest orders in my opinion) finally arrived they had to search high and low for salt and pepper (the pepper never arrived). Overall the food wasnt worth it for the headache. If you come here dont come for the food. Come for the games. And even then come on Wednesday otherwise it really isnt worth it.

We were seated at a table in the middle of the aisle where the entrance of the kitchen is located and where all the traffic goes through. The food couldve have been a lot better, it was midiocre at best. Ive been to Dave & Busters quite a few times but this was one of the worst.

Spontaneous visit on a Wednesday night, in December, with unfavorable weather conditions. Dave & Busters was dead, appeared to be less than 50 customers. You would think you would use this down time to service the games. There were quite a few out of order and some it was not readily noticeable unless you checked the little electronic screen. Well now they have tap and play cards, so you barely look at that. I dont know if the lack of a crowd was a factor but the game room seemed empty, as though it was missing some games. I did not know Wednesday was happy hour for gaming - half off for tokens/credits/game play. So you you pay $20 for $40 worth of chips. It appeared that the games themselves were also participating because you would get a minimal amount of tries and then it was over. I never paid that much attention in the past but we were moving from game to game pretty quickly... just saying. Lastly, Dave & Busters updated their app. We have old plastic cards with tons of tickets saved. We also have a couple that are the newer electronic cards. We had to download the new app and manually enter all our card numbers. At the end of the night, we entered the store to cash in on a toy for our son. We could not get the tickets off our game card (which was now only valid through the app) until we linked the app to a Google Pay Wallet. I thought this was ridiculous but I did it because it was late, son had toys in his arms. It still would not work. The employee at the counter tried to help. They showed us instructions but they were vague and off no use. The employee was frustrated right along with us and apologized. She said this has been happening ever since the app updated. We ended up downgrading my sons toys and he opted for a little basketball since we had enough tickets from the new card we used that night. It was so sad. That was not the Dave & Busters experience that I had growing up (pre- and post- 21). I think well just stick to Scene 75 and similar places.

I joke about Dave and Busters being Chuck E Cheese, with a better bar, but it really is a lot more. The food was fantastic and the game selection was overwhelming. The pay outs on tickets were comparable to other places and none of the prizes seemed outrageously overpriced (considering the venue). Our server was quick and friendly and the other staff were very outgoing and helpful.

Oh my GOD i had so much fun there. It was my grandson birthday. Everything was GREAT GREAT GREAT. I cant wait to come back there. 5 stars all the way. We had AMANDA FOR OUR SERVER. She really took care of us. We had one of the party rooms. My grandson turned 10. Amanda deserves a RAISE she was spectacular, wonderful, great, pleasant. Any other good words i didnt put in. You can just imagine. All around wonderful young lady.

Its an okay place. Games too pricey considering how much you probably just spent to eat the food. They should consider two types of play cards. One that comes with dinner that has double points on it and one that if you arent dining in you buy with basic points on there.

I love the games. They are always changing the games up which is awesome instead of having the same games everytime. Its a great stress reliever to go and play games with your whole family. Theres a game for everyone. Its a chuck e cheese for adults!

We had excellent service from our waiter, Chris. He was attentive and polite. The food was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. We had a blast playing the games! We were there for over five hours and got to about half of the games there were to offer. The bar service wasnt great, but its understandable as theyre pretty slammed. Taking all of that into consideration, we would come back again in the future.
