Definitely will not be back. I’m guessing it’s the owner(because he’s in street clothes) who clearly has little man syndrome and totally making this not a fun place. I used to come here a lot with my kids but haven’t since covid started. Literally there is no more then 5 people jumping in here you should learn to leave people alone and be thankful for their business.

They dont honor previous credit here! Dont buy any more gift card! They said its under new ownership and would not honor any previous credit. How do you know its new ownership? Its the same name but different company? Thats not how credit works.Just a side note, they keep asking kids to go all the way down the ramp and come back up each time for another turn, even there is only one kid per line as you can see in the pictures.

Worst experience. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. You have to wear a mask at all times even when jumping! Absolutely at no point or circumstance do they allow you to take off the mask! I had an asthma attack and needed my inhaler because it’s intense! The workers are not the politest and respectful either! Just wish they weren’t so uptight about the masks! How do they expect the kids to keep it on while jumping?

Kids loved the sky zone fun today.The tickets we paid for online and this was convenient.You can fill the waivers out at a kiosk when you arrive or they have paper forms to fill out.Special socks needed and are provided for a small surcharge to all jumping guests.They have a party area for those wanting to have your birthday celebrations here. Its a nice area too.They have a snack bar with items such as pizza, ice cream (dipping dots), nachos, bag chips, soda, frozen drinks, juices and even hot pretzels.The bathrooms were clean and stocked and had a diaper changing station.There are picnic tables to sit down at while you snack, rest or wait. ️We recommend Sky Zone and hope you enjoy as much as we did.

Sky zone is a great place to take the entire family younger kids especially love it very large amount of the space is covered in trampolines and they give the children ample time to play in there they do occasionally separate the age groups which is great so you dont get teenagers falling all over young kids the food is your standard fare pretty much American hamburger hot dog pizza slice you wont find anything amazing there. The pricing is a little bit on the high side but it is a great option for indoor play in bad weather or when the weather does not permit children to be outside. Hands down the kids will love you for it. As for cleanliness the place was kept fairly clean the service was very good people were generally happy and spoke very positive you are very patient but the younger folk you would not regret taking your family here Im very sure of this is my family always ask can they go to skyzone again which weve gone many many many times.

Paid so the kids could jump until close and the employees closed off sections for no other reason than they wanted to. I even heard one employee say to another, you cant do that while she was closing off her area. Then, the way they mop the trampoline mats was one quick swipe- missing huge areas around the mop. I am less than impressed.

A great experience for my daughters birthday. We had a few incidents with my daughters friends and the staff was extremely helpful. Overall a great experience and would like celebrate again here in future.

I took 4 children to the skyzone location in Westlake,Ohio. We paid $20 per person for the Friday Frenzy. With that package the kids were supposed to get a slice of pizza. When it came time to eat we were told they were sold out of pizza and would have to wait. 25 minutes later, pizza still not delivered and workers response was, It’s a Friday night, pizza company is busy. What kind of business are you running? Poor management and planning especially when you have a promotion to include pizza. It’s not that hard to see you are running low on pizza and to make sure you always have enough. No soft pretzels. Very poorly run.

Took a 3 year old and 2 adults it was 50 bucks for a hour. Kids can only bounce on one side of the park. As adults we couldnt bounce on a square in the kids zone. Ill go to a different place next time.

My little girl had a blast at this place. Not too much to do for adults while kids are jumping and food options were basic otherwise 5 starts. Highly recommend

Who ever does birthday party check-ins on 12/7/2019 at 1130 is too busy playing with themselves instead of checking in a birthday party. Other helpful employees kept checking with this birthday check-in employee to see when they would come out. They never did. Other employees eventually stepped in to complete the check-in. Horrible experience.

I dont have anything against this places but one thing they should start doing is training the staff when kids get injured not just stand there and not helping with a injured person my daughter got hurt here yesterday i had.to call 911 cause no one would help she have a broken shoulder. All im asking is have a little of training during this situation. Until helps arrive.

This is the worst location to come to. Not only do they not have common sense on customer service they don’t know how to effectively get customers in. A staff literally held up the line for someone who neglected to fill out wavier. The attractions are better.

The Saturday morning toddler time is great in that it allows the smaller kids a time to jump and play together without the risk of larger kids that may not pay attention. Fair warning for toddler time, not all equipment is available for them, just the trampolines & foam pit and game rooms

Rude workers!! They hire young kids and thats fine but they should have patience with kids.They should understand that they should NEVER put their hands on a child unless it a emergency not that they are just frustrated.

I will update my review when I actually get to experience the stuff at sky zone. I took my kids to the location for labor day special, but when I got there at 3:05, I had found out that they closed at 3pm. They were nice and have me discount certificates to return another day

The visit was perfect. Went there right when they opened on a Saturday. An hour and a half was just the right amount of time.

Aside from it being a wonderful place to run your kids energy out, i do have a concern. A child got sick and threw up on the floor and instead of shutting the area down, they ran extention cord(s) from a low ceiling through the area that they were still letting the children play. I think that is extremely unsafe. We have to sign a waiver, but i dont think.an electrical or incident is covered under that. I believe they should do something about this. It is not safe at all.

Had a family day and we had a blast the kids were so happy to be there and wanted to stay longer. The staff can definitely use some sugar because they seemed so bored . Nonetheless we enjoyed ourselves and will be returning to this location soon with friends.

Save yourself a bad experience and drive out to Get Air instead.My husband and I took our toddler for toddler time. After about 30 minutes of jumping he was tired and wanted to do something different. The front lobby has a big parkour ramp (that a two year old physically cannot play on). Instead my son wanted to roll a few of his small basketballs up the front of the ramp. The extremely RUDE girl working cameUp and told me my toddler was not allowed to play in the lobby and he was only allowed to play on the trampolines. Uhm? He’s two and he was not running up and ramp, entering a zone that was closed off, or in the way of anybody else. My toddler screamed for 5 minutes when I pulled him away until we just had to leave. For such a kid friendly place the staff was extremely rude and I won’t be going back and will share my experience with anyone I can. Get Air is cleaner, allows for the toddlers to play anywhere they want with parents supervision and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Don’t waste your time at Skyzone Westlake. Go to Get Air instead.

Overpriced, crowded, best seating area for visibility blocked off for party. Concession advertises pizza, but employees said would not make any, we could order delivery but not to expect for over an hour. Employees supervising are teenagers and were engaging in personal conversations on the floor.

I feel this is a great place for kids. Unfortunately, I was told on phone that there was a toddler only section, and the section had all age groups in it. I didnt feel that was safe for the 4 and under children. Other than that, we had fun.

First time weve been here. Staff was helpful and very friendly. My only negative comment is that you have to wear THEIR socks, not your own.

Skyzone did an amazing job hosting our reward field trip for good behavior. They opened early and we had the whole place to ourselves. I would highly recommend for any field trip/ group activity.

If you have toddlers, this is not the place for you. They tried telling us that our two year old was to jump alone by himself on one end while we, the parents, should jump on the other. It was very crowded. There was no way we were going to be that far away. Then we are jumping (we had paid for passes) each on our own square and they tried telling us if we wanted to jump with our son we needed to stand on the edges. I have been to several trampoline park and this was by far the worst. We will never return to this jump park. Parents beware.

We love SkyZone! We came with my aunt who is in her 60s and my sons who are 2 and 4 and everyone had a great time!

Worth the money! Parents are able to safely watch their children (and not have to pay to do so) or relax in a vibrating chair. Each zone is supervised and age appropriate. No worries of lost or stolen items. Benches for tired parents as far as the eye can See! Worth it

Very rude employees, not a single smile from one of them from the moment we walked in until we walked out. I saw one employee motioning a gun to her head to her coworkers. We asked questions and were blatantly ignored by them. Definitely put a damper on the fun to the point that we wouldn’t return.

I just had a party there for my son yesterday. I had booked the party at the beginning of the month didnt get a confirmation email about the booking until the night before. Although I was promised two separate occasions before that one would be sent. I arrived to skyzone Westlake 45 minutes before the party began. I walked up to the party line and the two teenagers that greeted me acted as if they had no idea that I was having a party here in 45 minutes. From that moment on it was nothing but disappointment. Besides the one person who contributed anything good to this night which was Chris our party host. If it werent for him I would have demanded my money back. The package includes a room/area for the kids to get drinks set there shoes have a place for their gifts. Instead because it was over booked and understaffed his stuff sat on a cart until 8:50 PM when our party host had to find an free area bc the room from a prior party hadnt been cleaned yet. Lets talk about the staff that kept hiding in the back office they couldve lended him a hand had they did not they just stayed in the back room area. Im sure you have cameras to show you this is all true. While we waited my husband and I went to the weak and empty snack bar and the teenager working it talked us out of buying food.Im assuming so she didnt have to work. I The package we had includes mocktails my child or party guests never had one or were offered one because they didnt even have a cleaned secured place until 9pm when the party ended at 10. The manager of the place let teenagers handle all of it he just stayed in the backroom hiding with the other kids who didnt want to work. This place has gone down hill. My older son had the same party 3 years ago here and we had a great time. I cannot say the same for this time. If I were corporate I would want to know how poorly things are being run and handled. Not worth the money except the tip I gave Chris. The skyzone should be ashamed.

Great place to get a great workout. Very well monitored by a staff who appears to like children and watches carefully that they do not get hurt. Adults would love the fun of jumping on a trampoline covered playground; healthy and what a workout. In beautiful safe Westlake ohio with great parking to door.

Great place for the kids to get out their energy! We checked online first to buy tickets in case it would be busy because it was a Saturday and raining. Turns out, from 11-3 almost all tickets were available so we made sure we were there by 12. When we got there, the only cars in the lot were the people who worked there! The kids had a blast!! This isnt the first time we have been there, but it was the best time! Its too hard to watch the kids when its busy and run the risk of others bumping into each other or being too crazy. Definitely going again and definitely checking online first. P.S. even with the young staff that were working, they were very nice and bathrooms were super clean!!

I wish I had something like this when I was a kid. Nice clean fun and exercise for kids and adults. I dont think I realized how out of shape I was until jumping on the trampoline. The only thing is that I sort of wish that parents could jump with their small kids but I realize and understand why they dont allow it. It is just that my daughter was the only small kid in our group so she either jumped by herself or watched everyone else and it is hard to explain to a 4 year old about safety but at least she was safe.

Very clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced, and the kids had fun, along with getting exercise. Parents can join & get exercise, too, or even watch from the sidelines, if needed. Well probably be back.

My children had a blast here!! The majority of the staff were nice. However, one of the ladies at the front desk had an attitude I assumed because she thought that we took to long walking up to the desk. This made all of us feel uncomfortable, yes my children even sensed it. Also, there was another young lady at the dodgeball court who thought that it was appropriate to yell at the children whenever they did something wrong. Please understand I have no problem with the staff correcting children especially mine, but, the way she was yelling at them and certain things she said were extremely rude. I told my children to leave the court which upset them because they like the dodgeball games. We have been here many times. The staff is usually perfect. I hate to leave 3 stars based off of one experience but the mishaps with the staff this go-round were quite upsetting. I will return, but, this time I WILL speak to a manager If the experience ends up being the same as last time.

My brother and I just visited the Westlake location--LOVED IT! so much fun, besides jumping they have a bunch of games and stuff to do as well. The team members are so friendly and helpful! Love it! We talked to one of the workers named Michael who was super fun and helpful. Such a good environment for anyone looking to have fun or spend time with the kiddos!

Besides it being overpriced, its a good place to take kids to burn off energy. They dont offer discounts that I am aware of and for a single mother, this simply is too expensive to afford on a regular basis. Having said that, my 9 year old always has a blast when she goes.

They hire teens who do not enforce the safety rules and they allow everyone to just go wild. My daughter is allowed to jump in B section and she does but last time we were there full size adults were being allowed to jump every where which became a safety issue but the staff never said a word to the people as they continued to jump wherever they wanted.

Perfect way to get rid of the kids for a couple hours. Its safe, the staff is friendly, its reasonably priced priced, its a good exercise... Really you cant go wrong.

This is not friendly for parents with little children at all!! Yes, I am aware of toddler jump time, but parents are not allowed to jump during that time. On the website, it states that if they want to jump, they need to come during open jump. So, we did. I expected to jump next to my 2 1/2 yr old while he enjoyed himself. There is a sign that states which age groups are allowed in each area, but that is not abided by at all. We were in the little kid section and I was lightly jumping, but was told I couldnt because it was for little kids. Yet, in the same section, there were much older kids doing flips off the sides. I couldnt jump next to my son because it wasnt safe for other kids, yet the older kids doing flips werent paying attention to anyone else. How is that any safer? I dont recommend going here if you have any child less than 6 and want to have fun with them.

Clean, very friendly staff, kids loved it. There are many things to do while youre there. I would recommend leaving coats in the car in the winter because the lockers are not very big. OH, and bring some quarters for the lockers! There is a change machine next to them but I didnt have any cash when I went. They were nice enough to charge my CC and give me 50c!

Promo price is OK but would not pay full... beware all ages play separate so cannot interact with your kids or little ones. Staff is mostly high schoolers so having them watch big kids is OK but no play area for toddlers and parents together, and you cannot trust the staff to watch the little ones even tho they are nice. They shouldnt have to anyways.

Overall, SkyZone is a lot of fun. There is a pretty good amount of things to do: foam pit, basketball lanes, lots of trampolines, dodgeball, plus some arcade games and a snack bar. The place is clean, and they have lockers to put your stuff in. I highly suggest buying tickets for your timeslot online and signing your safety waiver online as well. Makes the process much shorter when you are trying to get your kids in to jump. You also have to buy their socks to jump, which I kind of understand, but is slightly annoying. The real reason I cant give this place 5 stars is the staff. Mostly high schoolers to some in their early 20s. The majority of them are barely friendly. They do their jobs, and they are pretty much polite, but I didnt see one smile. When you are in the business of entertaining (for the most part) children, you should probably learn how to at least feign excitement. I had a conversation with the manager about having a birthday party there (very expensive, by the way), and I had to introduce myself; he apparently didnt feel the need to give me his name or even a handshake. Anyway, you and your kids will have fun in a clean, interesting environment, just dont look for any big effort from the staff.

The day I went here with my daughter was a horrible day for her. We went in for our first time there, and her day went from horrible to great! She absolutely loved it. Workers were great and the music was too. :)

It was ok if its you first trampoline park. Unfortunately we went to get air trampoline park first and its better and cheaper than sky zone. At get air me and my son were able to jump around and play together. When we went to sky zone they told us we would not be able to jump together, we would be separated by size. Get air also has a mini ninja warrior course.

The price was a bit much for one hour but was fun.

This place is absolutely horrible!!!Cant even jump with my daughter.Its small too...Get Air is way better and has more to do. I paid to jump before I went and saw what they had. I went back and asked for my $ back. They gave me a free pass....I gave that away. Never will come back here. My 6 year didnt even like this place. HahaDont waste your time here!!!!

Staff was wonderful! I have 4 kids 10,6,5&3...everyone was content. Only problem was the foam cube pit left a LOT of nasty stuff on the kids socks & they were sad they didnt wash clean of the debris. Again-Staff was amazing!

Worst experience in the world for many reasons. First this place has way to many rules to have fun. I couldnt jump with my kids so I was unable have fun with them so I wasted $24 on myself to just stand there because Im not gonna jump by myself. Second there are literally no good employees there. They need to fire their entire staff or at already talk to them. I asked one of the employees where the bathroom was and when I couldnt find it I asked again and he said are you kidding me under his breath and rolled his eyes. I didnt want to make a scene so I just went on. The only good employee was the kid working at the concession stand. Its kind of sad when your own employees dont want to be there. Literally none of them were smiling and to me thats just pitiful. The managers were non existent because when I asked to speak to them all I was told was they are busy I dont really see how you can busy for over an hour just to say a few words. Lastly, the place just seemed like a place I wouldnt want to be overall. It wasnt clean at all and way to crowded. I can see why so many people told me just too save my money and go elsewhere but my kids wanted to try it. They told me they never wanted to go there again and I honestly felt bad because I spent my one day off of the week to spend over $100 and them not have fun at all. Thanks a lot skyzone you ruined mine and my kids Saturday. Go get some real employees and learn how to run a business. I seriously dont see how you guys are still in business. All your older court officers are standing around talking while you have the younger teens working thats just absurd.
