Its a nice place but some trailers are in bad shape.

To crowded.

Poor management. They raise your rent without notifying ahead of time. There are potholes as big as our cars and as deep as like 6 inches been there years and they wont do anything to fix them. They only lie to us and state every year it is getting done.

I am looking to move, I visited North Glen. I spoke with Danielle, she is awesome, she lives on site and the love of the community where she lives shows as she tells you about the community. if it was not her there I would not even be considering to move there. She is working hard to make things better and knowing that it does take time to get everything done and it does not happen overnight. Danielle is the only reason I am considering moving there.

This place is a complete dump. The streets are so filled with potholes, theyre almost impossible to drive on. The place is completely run down. It seems like all their energy goes into putting giant violation stickers on cars that are parked on the street, instead of actually tackling important issues. Those potholes have been there for years, but a car parked in the street for literally 5 minutes gets tagged for towing. Their priorities are all wrong. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

$480 a month lot rent in this place for the people that live in there, and the roads in this place are ridiculously bad! Potholes big enough to break the axles on your vehicle! Makes the whole park look REALLY trashy!

The roads are like landmines. Giant potholes bigger than my car. It gets even better when it rains and the entire place floods so then you cant even see the giant craters.

I can not understand why north Glen is in the bad shape that it is in?

I have lived in the park for years and it has never looked this bad! You keep raising the lot rent and nothing gets done. Water meters dont work and I am charged more then the family of 4 when it is only me. Roads are awful, water standing in after every rain (DRIVE INTO).Grass not mowed, trash cans left out all week, sheds look awful, drive into park and you see washers and dryers out in drive. Office will not return calls or if they do it is the next day. You never know when you will receive you bill. I could go on but running out of space. Rate above doesnt have a- rating.

Terrible place to live, they cut down my flowers when supposed to be cutting trees. Evidently maintenance doesnt know the difference between flowers and trees. They cut down my shade tree next to my porch. They never notified the residents that they would be on their property cutting trees. I am sorry I rent this they should let me know if they were doing this. Rent has up over $140 a month in less than 8 years. They told me at the office yesterday it is due to inflation. That is approximately $1700 dollars more a year from just one resident. Inflation has not gone up that much. If you live on a budget dont move in here. No street signs for about a year and half, so it makes it hard for deliveries. I could complain more. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

We have lived here for 3 years. The base lot rent is up to $440 plus trash, water, and sewer, then all personal utilities are seperate. Theres always issues with flooding, the roads are deteriorating, and there is little in the way of amenities. Only half a step up from an apartment. The park has been bought out by a new company so we are hopeful for positive changes, but you wont see me holding my breath.

Not very helpful. Previous management was extremely helpful & responsive. Not anymore.

I would like to know where everyones rent money is going, because it certainly isnt the roads. The whole park floods everytime it rains. This is not a new issue. I have lived here for 3 years and visited often before that. Management is friendly enough, but seems to have his hands tied due to corporate ownership.

Shity place to live! People have 10 thousand people in 1 trailer roads sucks dont drive ur new car threw here. Lot rent is sky high and they dont do anything to make neighborhood look better. When it rains all the water stands in the park everywhere. Most expensive park I lived in and its the trashiest. Cant ever get ahold of the office unless they want to give u a fine for something. Want to waste 500 a month come move in here

Theres no easy access. There are potholes, some very deep. Theres a cop constantly watching drivers that come out from this mobile home park and I dont know what thats about.

Place is hood af . Streets are Terrible. Ditches and holes every where . Theirs no up keep on properties.

Moving here was the worst location choice I have ever made. In addition to trashed roads and no water drainage to speak of, the manager who runs the office is a dishonest snake oil salesman. He will stretch the truth or outright lie to you if it suits his needs. He made a mistake on some extra charges for our place and, instead of fixing it, told me to stop whining and pay for it!

Little Mexico up in here...some trailers are nice..some are garbage...very busy with children...and the streets are some of the worst Ive seen anywhere...overall...does not deserve to be rated until obvious concerns are dealt with.
