My little cousin had her birthday party here and it was really nice. The kids had a blast. Theres a basketball court, tennis court, baseball court, soccer, walking/running/bike trail. Its kid, family and pet friendly as well.

I love this park! Tons of trees & gorgeous. Its great for soccer & there is a nice kids playground (full sun) as well as a shelter and a walking path.

This is our favorite park - very well maintained. Its about 0.9 miles to loop around the whole park, there are large fields for baseball and soccer as well as tennis courts and a playground. Our dog loves it here.

The park needs to address restroom needs when games are being played. Park needs some port-a- pots during peak time of year strategically located back by diamonds 3 and 4. Also the portable concession stand would do more business if moved closer to attendees

A great place to go for a walk or for a family bbq!

We have been here multiple times and kids love this place. Two play areas for toddler and kids. They have 2 tennis courts and two basketball courts, football field and 3 soccer ground. They have quite a big parking lot. Trial is quite good and good place for a quiet walk around. They do have shelter to enjoy with friends and family.

Clean, well maintained and secure. Theres nice tennis courts, which have been modified for Pickleball. There is great shelter where families can have a picnic and a playground for kids. All ages can enjoy the outdoors there

I love this park. Theres a ton of parking and a thousand shade trees to sit under while your kids play soccer or whatever. Probably my favorite complex in the city.

This is a great park! Lots of space, usually available for spontaneous groups but you also have the option to reserve spaces. Softball fields, soccer fields, a newly repaved tennis court, and a basketball court mean this is a great park for people interested in sports of all ages. Ive been coming to this park for close to 15 years, and seen it grow. The city takes care of this place, and Id recommend it for anyone looking for a place to be active!

Lot of open space and different age group play areas. Very useful place for picnic with kids.

Love our local park! Not too crowded except during sports events. The playground equipment is showing its age and hope this one gets updated in the near future.

Love this park! Dont have kids, but a great place for them, wide open spaces, picnic tables/pavilion, play area plus tennis courts & 2 baseball fields. I bring my dog here for walks on the paved path. Enough trees, foliage & wildlife to make it an adventure & close to home....lovely!

Soccer fields decent and have facilities as well

Good, well kept fields for soccer. Never used the ball diamonds. Nice kids playground equipment. Good walking trail around the perimeter.

Lovely park for kids and family. Excellent fields​ for baseball and soccer. Two well maintained tennis courts, often used for pickle ball. Decent play area for kids of all ages. Nice running/biking trail thru woods.

Concerning the playground: Im not fond of mulch. Seems less safe than the squishy matt stuff you find at newer places. Definitely messier. Just a nitpick.

There are lots and lots of playgrounds! With miles of area to walk on, this is a great area to exercise. Joggers are friendly and people really enjoy coming out here.

I like playing adult soccer here. Soccer field are smaller so small sided games. Lots of fun. Field are never perfect but neither are the fields anywhere else.

A nice park, we rented the shelter house and cooked out on the grill for a family reunion. Lots of things to play and great space, only downside, no way to drive up to shelter to unload.

Beautiful and nestled in a residential neighborhood. Theres a large covered area in the middle for gatherings and parties. The playground is very kid friendly. Permanente restrooms and plenty of room to suite many tastes for suburban park lovers.

Love playing soccer there

Several play grounds, shelter (rent through Westerville parks and rec website), soccer fields, softball and baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts. Free parking. Walking and bike paths. Bathroom facilities with running water in spring, summer, and autumn months.

A pretty neighborhood park, providing soccer fields, basketball, tennis, a walking path which can accomodate wheelchairs (the outer path is not really handicapped accessible), and picnic facilities. In the summer theres a small unsupervised camp run by the parks department with some activities for kids old enough to go to the park on their bikes - elementary school ages.The park is very well maintained by the parks dept, and is kept mowed and clean. This is a nice park but watch for the entitled Westerville kids who think they can go anywhere on their trikes/bikes - like on the basketball court while people are playing. Of course the mothers are completely oblivious - which is where the attitude of these entitled kids comes from. Cant blame the park for that. All in all a very nice neighborhood park.

I slept in the woods here for two weeks when I was homeless. Very quiet, great place to just set up a hammock in the woods and not pay rent for a little while

The shelter was big enough for our family get together! Kind of hard to find if your not familiar with the area

Metzger is a staple of the Westerville Area. Any given day youll see local folks out and about walking dogs, kids playing soccer or Teeball or baseball and much much more.Basketball, tennis court and various baseball diamonds and soccer fields located on premise. Walking/biking paths offer different difficulties and lengths for everyone. Ample parking and a shelter house and playground are also available for use.

One of my favorite parks in Westerville. Great play ground and well kept. Nice walking trail as well.
