Beautiful! Went there so my brother could get some pictures for his digital arts class and decided to take some of my own, its such a lovely place! Not to mention this is a go-to place for Pokemon Go-ers! (:

Lots of things to do but it can easily become over crowded. Older kids run over the younger ones.

Ive driven by this place lots of times without paying it much attention. What finally got me to stop was one of the cashiers at Costco. While waiting in line to pay for some Costco goodies the cashier noticed that I was playing Pokemon Go with my grandson to pass the time. She mentioned that Astronaut Grove was one of the best Pokemon Go spots to hit in Westerville. She was spot on. There are 4 Pokemon Go stops in close proximity to each other and another couple close by. Its a great place to sit and play Pokemon Go, or as my grandson and I did, stroll around and play.But apart from all that, its just a very nice small park. Well landscaped and pleasant to visit.

Great for an outdoor picnic. And if you play Pokemon Go, this is a great place to stock up with 4 Pokestops in each from the same place.

Small quiet park with a lot of educational plaques honoring Ohio astronauts. Plenty of benches to relax on or walk a very short distance to the creek.

Its a pretty but smaller park. There are walking paths and lots if pokestops. There is a walkway that takes you to Alum Creek Park across the street. Alum Creek has play areas for children, fishing, and outdoor amphatheatre.

Its a small park, good for a nice meet-up spot close to downtown Westerville area and the college. There will be a ton of Pokemon Go fans there, so you have been warned! If youre a Pokemon Go fan, its one of the best places to sit and gather Pokestops.

My favorite little park to come and remember these astronauts that gave so much. I have a vivid memory of that day.

I love this place. A group of my friends and I come here at night to take advantage of the 4 Pokestops while playing Pokemon Go. Theres a delightful walk around Otterbein campus with several more Pokestops if you want to do that, but the park itself is calm, beautiful, and I feel safe being there at night. The police generally dont care if youre there passed dark as long as youre not causing problems, although occasionally they will boot you if its too late.

Most efficient spot in Ohio for farming dust and evos in Pokemon Go.
