We had our sons 2nd birthday here today! Alex & Austin took amazing care of us and all of our guests. We had so much fun & it was super easy. They helped setting up/ taking down and attended to any requests. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys!!
I took my two teenagers and their friends here and they had a ball. The prices are excellent. But its more for children ages 6 to 14 yrs old but in all its a great place. The staff were excellent and it wasnt crowded which I was surprised. I will be coming back.
I love this place and my son too. All workers are pretty awesome, they really care about our experience there!
Had a birthday party and the staff is super friendly, nice, and very easy to work with(our 2nd party here). We also enjoy the Saturday rockin tots promotion for our little ones. Its great being able to enjoy all of the attractions without the concern of big kids getting rough or our littles getting hurt.
For the price your little one will wear themselves out and sleep tight. Jump around yourself for a little workout. Well worth the price.
My child had the best time. After so many months a good place to be to let out some energy. Staff was very kind and we liked the extra care taken to check temps and the cleaning done more regularly.
RockinJump is pretty great!! The faculty is nice and clean! Alex and Austin are so great! Super friendly and helpful! We had a great time jumping!
Kids always have a blast. Staff so helpful and friendly.
Excellent attentive and helpful staff. Very friendly and helpful with my special needs child! Clean and safe, great place for families!
Toddler Jump was great. There was no one here while my kids were here but even if there were theres plenty of space to social distance.
Ethan and the whole staff at Rockin Jump were amazing. We came in on a random Tuesday (for my sons bday) and they made it a blast, Spider-Man even joined in on the fun. Each of the staff were caring and you could tell they enjoyed what they’re jobs. The kids had a blast. There were several sanitation stations as well which was nice to see.Thank you Rockin Jump!
It’s a nice place. Depending on when you go, not every area is open and that was disappointing. However, the music is too loud for indoor environment and hope they make changes to this. Also It would be nice if there were more toddler friendly areas for kids other than just trampoline. For examples they have an obstacle course area but it’s only for older kids and that’s disappointing when you pay a lot to go there anyways. Many of the TVs stations are not geared towards kids and I was not happy with that. Also I would like to see smaller steps for younger kids or a ramp for them to walk up. Please I hope these professionals suggestions are considered. Other than that this place is great as indoor trampoline place .
Great experience for active kids. Staff always friendly, coordinating games for kids to keep things fun. My daughter and son LOVE the Friday night party they throw! Thanks Ember for your generosity and upbeat attitude! Always a pleasure!
A great place to spend a few hours with the kids and they will be worn out.Other than bounce trampolines, they have many other games and activities that the kids can enjoy. They also have a mock Ninja challenge for the kids.If there are not many kids, join in. We bounced with the kids and really enjoy it. It is a really good work out, too.
I bring my kids here frequently and they always have a great time. The facility is very clean and well staffed. Ember who works at the front desk is super nice and she always goes out of her way to make sure the kids have a great time. You can’t go wrong taking your kids to this place.
What a great place that was surprisingly slow! The kids loved this place and the pizza was surprisingly good. Great time!
Had great fun with my kids. But kind of expensive for a family of 6
Great for kids. Not a lot for grownups to do with their kids. Tables were really dirty.
Very good place! Reasonable prices and nice staff members. My kids like to have fun in this place!
My toddlers loved rocking tots!! Great for burning off some energy for both you and your toddlers!
Really fun! We love the variety of the different areas. Staff helpful and friendly.
I went in for a birthday party for my sons friend. The facility was clean, well run and reasonably priced. The manager, Jill and her staff, went out of their way to accommodate all of the guests. Communication was excellent about expectations and overall the facility and experience were definitely worthy of 5 stars. The owner should feel proud of how her staff represent Rockin Jump and the pride they take in their work. I wont hesitate to have an event here in the future or recommend this place to others.
We had my 6-year olds birthday here and had a great experience. Everyone was helpful and the kids had a great time. However, 5 months later I got a phone call from Rockin Jump saying that I had a $50+ balance on my account, which is strange because I paid everything online. They said that I had been given the weekday price, even though I scheduled a weekend date online. My argument was that the price that I was quoted online should be the price I pay--thats what I was planning on and had budgeted for! Also, it shouldnt take 5 months for someone to balance the books and figure this out... I was told that I could either give them my credit card number over the phone or come in and pay the balance--no matter that we live almost an hour away. My advice: please fix your website so it reflects correct pricing (weekday vs weekend), and dont wait 5 months to tell someone they have a balance. I didnt get a statement in the mail or anything... just a random phone call, and Im not giving my CC# over the phone to someone who claims theyre from Rockin Jump. We will not be coming back, which is sad because my son and his friends had a great time.
Great place. Clean. All staff very courteous
We were excited to try this place as there was a rock wall included in the experience. Overall we were disappointed. The staff were not very friendly at the check in and at the cafe (this had nothing to do with the socks). The place is small compared to other trampoline parks we have visited. You can only use their brand of jump socks. I would recommend a different trampoline park. The rock wall was better at Get Air and facility is twice the size at 42,000 feet. The pizza was cooked quickly but it wasn’t very good.
Kids love it!! Super clean. They have free lockers for your belongings. Great deals quite often on groupon.
Fun place, many activities but a lil pricey
Great place. Kids had so much fun
Nice place there. Clean. Separate areas for toddlers. Dodgeball, basketball and a climb wall. Lockers sometimes fail to open after they got locked. Staff was nice and friendly. But it seems they are not enough people watching the single areas AND being on the front desk.
My 2yo daughter loves this place. So do I. Toddler time in the morning is the perfect time to get some jumping in without worrying about the big kids
The place is cool and all, pretty convenient location too, but the prices are pretty outrageous. It’s like 20 bucks for less than an hour for one kid. You can go to any other trampoline place in the city and pay that price for at least an hour and there are more things to do—not to mention the whole, we’re going to stare at you the hole time you jump thing. I get it if it’s just a bunch of teenagers but if it’s little kids and their parent is jumping with them or watching them, I feel like the staring thing is just weird. Overall, the place is just super overpriced and not worth the money.
Tried this place out with my toddler. It was great they had separate area for under 6 which provided a safe area for my little one to get a fun experience with out getting hurt. Manager was very friendly and informative of their layout and services they offered. Three birthday parties going on while we were there and was not overly crowded.
I have been going to this place for sometime now. This place is always clean, has courteous staff and for the first time I had my sons birthday hosted here. The price was great for everything that was included and it made his birthday perfect.
If I could give zero stars I would. The only one employee worth anything is Matt he made us feel welcomed and at least tried to help. I paid $18 for an hour and only used 30 min. Because Casey the team lead would not allow my 4 year old in the 6 and under area. But proceeded to let her friends go in there who are teenagers and didn’t even look like they paid go in there. My son wanted to jump everywhere. We left and went to sky zone. I told sky zone what happened and they didn’t even charge me because they felt bad. I will NEVER return. SKY ZONE IS WAY BETTER.
We had such a great time jumping! Such a wonderful family experience!!!!
Great trampoline place. Its got an obstacle course
It was nice. I didnt care for the attendant all in my space while my Mom and Dad were using the massage chairs. We got this dude.
We were there for a birthday party. It was clean and not super crowded. Easy to keep track of younger kids. They also had several non trampoline activities. We will definitely go back!
If I was only rating the facility I would be giving 4 stars. Im rating 2 due to the customer service.I took my 3 year old there today for the first time and it was a great place for her to burn off some energy. It wasnt too crowded even with kids being out of school today. We had never been there or any place similar, so I was unfamiliar with the policies. I purchased 30 minutes of jump time, but was not advised that this 30 minutes was not only for jumping. After we paid and walked by the cafe, my daughter said she wanted a snack first. She ate a snack, got her socks on, and began jumping. After 20 minutes she was told she couldnt jump anymore. When I asked why I was told her wristband expired. I explained how I looked at the time she began jumping and she still had 10 minutes, but she was told no.I walk up to the desk and explain to the manager that we were entitled to 10 more minutes but found out that the time she was eating her snack was included in the 30 minutes. It would have been great had the manager apologized for the lack of explanation and said sure, jump 10 more minutes. However, the manager (Jill I think) spoke to me as if I was an idiot and insisted that people just know and generally people dont get snacks first. Ultimately, she did the right thing and extended the time my daughter could jump, but Im most upset by the way she and the employee on the trampoline spoke to me. Completely unfriendly. If the owner is accepting of feedback from customers I would suggest explaining the policies up front and indicating that if any jumper needs to get a snack, drink, etc. to not purchase jump time until they are ready to actually jump. That would have prevented the whole issue. Additionally, all employees, especially management should be a bit friendlier. If I go back it will be because of the facility itself and its convenient location. Now that I understand the policies hopefully I wont need to interact with the staff.Lastly, reading through some of the reviews, I see a few others have complained about the customer service as well and many of the companys responses are defensive and lack accountability for the consumers experience. Ownership may want to consider more service oriented responses.
We come here literally 3 times a week. My daughter loves it. Get a membership, 4 visits and it pays for itself.
Staff was amazing and friendly. We had blast!!
One of the best places to take a kid and get energy out!
Place is a blast. To many cynical people on here. Great price and every single staff member has provided great customer service. Clean family fun even for teens.
It would be 4 review for the place itself as it is a nice and fun place, but because of one person from staff (our receipt shows the name Jill) would be a zero - so average of 2. She was extremely rude and treated us as idiot when I asked for details as was the first time that we were there, but what made us leave was when she talked directly with my 2 years old daughter and told “you don’t know how to follow instructions” and took her out of one of the areas (run and jump). Clearly she does not know how to talk to young kids, no instructions were explained in the first place to be followed and she should tell the parent that was not safe or something to jump in a place to jump (sarcasm here if not clear). Does she really think that a 2 years old knows what the word instructions mean?. I really would like to come back there, but I’ll probably not because of 1 person.
It was okay but it is really only ment for 8 year olds or younger and they dont that that many varieties of rooms
Went for toddler time. Earlier is better as they do get busy. You will definitely get a workout even with a toddler and its a really fun place too.
Went there for a birthday party as a guest. It has pretty good trampoline related games. Facility is pretty clean and well lit. There will be lot of activities for 5 to 12 years olds.
Saturdays and Sundays get CRAZY with the number of birthday parties so make sure you plan ahead and avoid the 10-2 time slot. There are 2 hour Rockin Tots periods that are perfect for the little ones. This is your best bet for jumpers under 4.
On the plus side, its a fun place with a high enough price to not have it be too full! Unfortunately, since I have four kids, I end up paying $80 for an hour (when you include the ancillary stuff...socks, icees, etc). The good news is that while I watch them jump, I can pay $2 for six minutes of sitting in a really relaxing massage chair! Not too shabby.
Super clean and fun facility. Unfortunately the staff is not very friendly to the children or adults. I honestly did not encounter a single employee that was even remotely nice to us for the entire hour that we were jumping. The staff was constantly yelling and reprimanding people, it was very frustrating.
Poorly trained staff and limited equipment compared to other trampoline facilities we have visited. Unless you live within walking distance and dont have transportation, there are several better options in Columbus
Always a good time. Kids love it. Very clean.
Nice facility, great place for kids to burn off energy on gloomy days. Staff is friendly, but young and not very attentive to guests.
Beware not like other jump places. If you buy six they do not give you jump passes for the expiration date for return visit unless you use all of them ugh. You HAVE to buy there socks ....where as the other jump places allows you to wear socks from other jump places....Rip off!! Its more expensive and there are to many great jump places around (cheaper) to have to Hassel with all there rules!!Update! They made it right and understood that they were help to Groupons rules that corporate put on purchasing. But the manager allowed us to split it up and come back another time. I will say make sure to keep their socks for return visits so your not paying out of pocket everytime. Thanks for putting customer service first!! We will be back!
This place rocks! If you are looking for an evening of fun for kids, this is the place..... They are pretty strict about adhering to safety policies so make sure you wear the right socks but in the end its all good we dont want our kids breaking their necks whilst having fun. Cheers Rockin Jump will definitely visit again..... maybe next weekend.
The metal dividers are an inappropriate barrier for a trampoline park. They should replace all of them with something padded, and Ill switch this to five stars. Im not sure how they got liability insurance with this setup. They probably have kids getting injured left and right.
Not impressed. You have to buy their socks (even though we had sky zone socks that were perfectly fine). They have an obstacle course that has a ridiculously high height requirement where other trampoline parks have no height restrictions. My son was literally 1/4” below the requirement and they wouldn’t allow him to even try. That was the whole reason we chose this location. They were understaffed to a point that they couldn’t have all attractions open at the same time. I won’t be back. I’d rather drive the extra distance to go to Get Air where they have more attractions and my son can actually do them all.
Kids had a good time. Price was fair. It was clean. The associates were great with my kids!
My grandson and great niece had a party there. I didnt get a chance to jump, but the children had a great time with their parties and the use of the facility. I recommend.
Twas cool and fun
Nice size space and clean but the people that work here are super rude. The trampolines are “hard” compared to Skyzone. Some of the attractions were closed but the employee were letting their friends play on the supposed to closed ones. Our family will stick to Get Air and Skyzone...
My 11 and 9 year old boys absolutely LOVED it here. You can choose to jump for 60/90/120 minutes, we chose 90 and they were soaked in sweat and exhausted when we left. We were in Columbus visiting family and really wish there was something like this closer to home for us. Definitely recommend visiting here!!
This place was lots of Fun for my 2 year old. They have a Toddlers only time on Saturday mornings, so we didnt have to worry about big kids knocking him over. There were even some energetic dads getting their moneys worth.
Rockin Jump had so many Rockin things about it its hard to pick one!The amazing and friendly staff were an absolute pleasure. The terrific food and drink optionsand most importantly there are so many different attractions its impossible to choose a favorite.Would definitely recommend to all!!
Our kids had a blast today, it was busy and chaotic but a great facility and kids enjoyed the rock wall and Stunt bag the most. The layout is nice with a platform, we adults can go and watch our kids jump and play. Will definitely be back.
Its more for younger kids, not much for older kids or adults to do
Loads for kids to do. Its super clean and well lit. Only way to improve would be better seating for the parents.
Whole reason we opted out of Skyzone and went here was for the ninja course and it wasnt even open. None of the staff was kid friendly. Gave my eight year old son and six year old nephew nasty looks the entire time. Didnt crack a single smile. Wont be returning. Waste of money for the most part, which is a bummer because it has great potential.
What a fun place! Staff here really ensure the kids play safe and I really like how they make sure there are no accidents. My kids just love it here and I like it because it keeps my kids busy and having fun.
Great place to let the kids burn some energy. Staff is an older teenage crowd so keep an eye on your own kids...and be parents.
Fair prices on Wednesday sometimes not many people there
Rockin’ Jump is a great place to take children on a cold or rainy day. With so many different ways for children to burn energy, 30 minutes is all we need to get our money’s worth. Truth be told, my kids would be willing to stay longer. Just simply love this place for our kids!
I met the Owner of this place and she is AMAZING - very open to feedback and totally customer oriented. The prices are competitive given what they offer. FUN place for kids.
I loved this place its a good place for the whole family but my only concerns are when some smaller kids were jumping, bigger kids kept running across the trampolines that is something major that is very unsafe. One other concern was there was no employees around the area and if there was employees they were very strict. My last one is the obstacle course they should have a sign saying the height that children need to be, I was standing in line for a while and they got to my and I couldn’t do it. Over all it was a good fun place!!!
My kids loved this place when they visited ohio with their cousins. They did not want to leave. I loved that my kids were busy and having fun for a while! The staff is super nice.
We were there for a birthday party. Everything was run smoothly, on time and was clean. Wish there were a few more monitors in the jumping area, but overall a good experience.
Very good and economical place for all parties
We loved jumping here. We went for toddler time. It was nice to not worry about little ones and give them a time to jump all their own. Jumping, basketball, dodgeball, rope climbing, obstacle course, climbing wall, balance beam, and jumping into an inflated crash pad (heads up, it is no longer foam blocks).
I think this a great place. I like that there are areas for each age from toddlers to tweens during the same time.
I love this place better then the others but every time Im here I dont want to come back because of a ban issue. I bought 120 minutes and they gave my kids the wrong color ban (this has haporbha Everytime Ive come). After 60 minutes the workers told my kids they werent allowed to jump anymore. I had to find my email receipt to prove they were wrong.
Very nice and fun and it can keep you busy for an hour or two
It was a great experience for a 10 year olds birthday party! The staff was very nice and helpful, especially our host.
Rockin’ Tots (ages under 6) is the best thing since sliced bread. Go have your little one burn some energy.
Better for 10 and under kids
Great place to let the kids burn off some energy! Its clean and bright. The staff is friendly and prices are great!
Awesome facility, very clean, and we all had a blast. The reason I rated it as a 3 instead of a 5 is because their prices are outrageous. $20 for 1 hour per person. They also have a 10 hour pass for $120, which is a deal compared to their normal pricing, but not at all what most people would consider a good deal. I would love to bring my children here 1-2 times a week, but there are plenty of similar places that charge less than half of Rockin Jumps prices, and are still clean (and dont charge the adults to play along with their children).
Could use more obstacles 4 areas are virtually the same.
Spent 1.5 hours there yesterday. Excellent layout allowing for parents to keep an eye on little ones. My 4 year old was able to go on all activities, was close to not being able to rock climb (45lbs min). There was a 6 and under zone, but otherwise my 4 and 7 year old were able to play together. Again layout was great, even had an area with tvs and couches. Ninja warrior location, battle jousts, rope climb, dodge ball, rock climbing...very cool. A bit expensive but worth it at the end of the end. Very clean and kids working the areas were all nice.
Great people who work here kid friendly I recommend this place to everyone who has a child and take them. Adults can jump too, Im thinking about having my sons birthday there soon
This place is so much fun. I had a birthday party there, the customer service was superior. The kids really enjoyed their experience and a lot of them told me that it was their best party ever. thank you rockin jump
All of the areas were not open. Otherwiseit was fun.
1. Customer service is awful. The woman who helped us was EXTREMELY rude to my fiancé. She had a snarky and demeaning tone the entire time.2. Military discount is $2 per child, according to a staff member. The woman only gave us $2 off total. When asked, she said “I can only give you one discount.” Thanks for thanking a man who served our country like that 3. I went to help my child, who is THREE, staying off the trampolines and was told I wasn’t allowed by a staff member.Let’s just say that the chance of us ever going back is 1 out of 10, and I understand why there was hardly anyone there.
Not crowded at all. Very clean.
