Relaxing, clean, peaceful sunsets and Rises were breathtaking. Beach sand so soft.

What a great beach! Huge waves, great sand, and a clean beach. Convenient parking locations right near beach. Great food and snack choices up and down the strip. My family had a wonderful time and cant wait to visit Rhode Island again.

Clean bathroom, great music always playing and friendly people working at the snack shack. The beach is always clean. Trash is never overflowing. My kids always have a great time at all the rides and swimming at the beach.

Dustys Ice Cream is like no other. Rowdy beach with lifeguard on duty. Good for families too!

Easy in easy out. Reasonable parking rates. My go to parking spot when I come to this area.

My friend recommended this place and I really appreciate that recommendation, you pay $20 for parking, but You can use that as voucher to spend it on food or drinks. Hardly recomend it too.

A really cute merry-go round and beautiful beach. Be sure to check out the Watch Hill light house which is just up the hill and to the right from there.

My favorite summer spot. Spend the day at the beach and then get some clam cakes with the best tartar sauce. Little arcade for the kids who love it (still coin operated)! Then some ice cream, makes for a perfect summer day.

Loved that the old carousel from Rocky Point is here and several items that used to be there. I used to ride this carousel when I was a kid, I was able to now bring my kids to it. Gorgeous horses with so much detail, its still in great condition for being 300 years old.

I absolutely luv the beach. Pack a lunch,sit under an umbrella. Take in the sounds and fresh ocean air is really rejuvenating for me. Planning a late summer day of relaxation soon!

The minigolf is horribly designed and tilted at the start so your ball rolls the second you put it down and your ball risks going in dirty dirty water with no easy way to get it out every other put

Its a great beach nice view bar and restaurant near the water. You can rent homes near the water. You can ride jet skies and boats... A great place to visit. Nice waves...

Very crowded middle if week midday. Decent beach, but get there early for a spot, people plop down everywhere. Lifegaurds present. Parking is $15. Nice large bar and grill on beach. Arcade was cool. Bathrooms small, long lines. ATM on site. Wash station with showers. Overall fun place for kids.

Great place to sit and watch the surf rolling in. Ordered a Corona and some fritters while on the deck at the Windjammer. Only reason they did not get five stars was that the wait staff didnt wait on the people in the deck chairs. Had to go the self-serve route by ordering from the bar and walked into the table area to ask that a waitress visit us where we were seated. The fritters were perfect. Have eaten there before and all the food is good: chowder, burgers, all kinds of casual fare.

I wish I can go on a beach and hear the water on a regular basis and not be stuck by City Life I love the sound of the ocean I wish people would help people under the mental health learn how to take a vacation be on vacation and required 2 relax listening to the sounds of the ocean so that they can be relief of stress when I get back to regular life I wish if I was rich I paid someone to drive me four times a year to the beach or the ocean let me see there picking you up and then go to a buffet and then go home thatd be the greatest trip ever its just a dream and people who dont use a vacation will start donating yet two people under Mental Health who would love to take the vacation to the beach and get some food and stay at a hotel the world would be at peace if this could happen

Nice relaxing place.

Good beach spot. Gets real crowded, but the plus is parking at the Windjammer lot. Paid 20 bucks for parking but got a 10 voucher for the Jammer. Great hang out spot for food and drink.

Beyond a beautiful beach !!! Very clean, SO SO much for EVERYONE to do of all ages. My family and friends came which were from 2 to 55 years old. There is many different places to eat so you DONT have to drag a big heavy cooler . That was a big plus for me.You can rent chairs,umbrellas, poles for your umbrella in case you might have forgot yours. It is just an all around great place to go and its not a far trip. I highly recommend to anyone who dont want to drive far and want to have a great day . . This beach is absolutely perfect..

Carousel Ride. There was no Ferris Wheel left here as there was in the past, along with a few other rides. They did still have the scrambler, but we didnt ride it. They had a Game Room, but we wanted to take a carousel ride. Wasnt too bad for $2. This was right next to the Windjammer Restaurant. Would return again.

Omg Im in love with this place its like a dream Land. Theres the beach, the motel, ice cream shack, and a carnival on the docks its like something from a novel. Definitely recommend for anyone!

Fun for kids!

Great beach and plenty for the kids to do. Waterslides, carousels and amusement park rides for the little ones and beach bars, bands and tiki huts for the big kids.

The beach here is the best for swimming and boogie boarding. The drop-off is very gradual unlike some of the areas other beaches. Snack bar and bathrooms close by

My family and I love this place. Hands down the best beach without the mayhem a mile down the road like Misquamicut. Been coming for years and will continue to do so. Convenient bathrooms and changing rooms are right next to it, and a bar/restaurant is right there as well. Also arcade, ice cream, and rides for the kids are all within walking distance

This place has been a local favorite for years! The carousel is just as I remember it! However, the arcade seemed to be run down. Many of the games were not working and yet there were no signs on them saying out of order. The only way to find out was to put money in and see if it worked. It was hard to find assistance from the staff (who didnt seem very enthusiastic. How does one run a carousel without cracking a smile?). There was also on wasly one person working the rides, so if someone wanted to ride something outside, the carousel was temporarily shut down. It would be great to see this place get some upgrades. Its such a great location!

This place is the best place to go with your fur baby and have a puppy Sunday as well as a ice cream cone for yourself.

I worked at the Atlantic Beach Park / Windjammer over the summer of 2017 and I can say that most people will tell you the negatives after leaving a job at a bar. However, the same cannot be said about the Windjammer. The windjammer surf bar has the most incredible views, its directly on the open Atlantic ocean, its almost exactly center of the horshoe which makes up the entirety of Misquomicut beach which means the Windjammer surf bar is the best place to catch waves for the best boogie boarding, surfboarding, or belly surfing experiences.The Windjammer surf bar offers a very wide variety of beverages for adults, as well as a very tasteful variety of non alcoholic beverages for folks who want to avoid alcohol.The Windjammer surf bar also offers a snack bar for fresh fried appetizers and snacks, a patio bar overlooking the water, an indoor bar with television, indoor dining, a rental hall, and two pairs of outdoor restrooms, and a changing area.The Windjammer surf bar is a great place to go whether youre single, or with the whole family!

I am madly in love with misquamicut beach!! I had a lot of fun digging in the sand with my son, riding the kiddie coaster and enjoying the food. Always leave happier than I showed up.
