It was nice room. I just worry about the sanitizing of everything at hotel & casinos. People arent too clean out there.
Montego Bay is doing all the things they should be with the current state of the world.Our room AC was awful.... but I didnt give them the opportunity to fix it. (So Im pretty sure thats on me)The poor girl running the coffee and snacks shop by the front desk was deep in the midst of an existential crisis. She struggled to share even the smallest amount of attention / processing power to the task at hand. Which might have been, please give drunk me, one sammich and some stinking mayo! All I got was the icky sammich... no mayo... drunk me was now happy when I got to my room.Drunker me did get the mayo from her later!I hope she finds her calling in life...
Low rating is for the restaurant staff in the side cafe and buffet area. While I would give the Italian restaurant a 5 star all the way wonderful food great waitresses, it too bad the rest cant be that way. But it hasnt changed for the 6 years I have been going there. Now the hotel and staff are great friendly eager to help and accommodate your needs.
Montego Bay is my favorite place in Wendover to stay. I wont stay anywhere else. The rooms are amazing and the beds are comfortable. The employees are nice and I would highly recommend staying here.

I understand the masks inside the casino but they really need to lighten up at the pool. When theres four people there and youre nowhere near each other and youre outside really what is the point? Especially when youre sitting on the same chair has somebody prior . Also when Im sitting on the edge of the pool just getting in and they come and jump on Me 2 seconds after I sat down again they need to lighten up. Also were quick to jump on me when I took off my mask long enough to take a drink breathe and take another drink.
Cool casino with a nice decor/atmosphere. For covid they have plastic barriers at every slot and table game. Seems safe but would have liked to see more active disinfecting.Beware, lots of cigarette smoke. Which was not ideal as I partially stopped here to get out of the smokey outdoors.
Room was clean and updated, roomy and had a fridge. Bakery Cafe was tasty. Restaurants were mediocre. It tasted like all of the food came out of a microwave.
Never had bad service the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are decent. Slots are pretty good.

Amazing pool, and very spacious bedroom! Even better than some bedrooms in Vegas! And for almost half price! You are also near the Salt Flats! So thats a plus.In all fairness. No place so far competes to this place!
Nicest hotel there for sure! We happened to leave money in our room and security was very helpful getting it back and holding it for us. Very much appreciated

This is my 2nd visit here and the first one must have been a one off kinda off day because this visit was almost perfect and it would have been if it wasnt for the rewards desk associate being some what stand offish borderline rude. Make sure you know exactly how many comp points you have what you want to exchange for free play because shell make ya pay, it got resolved rather easy but on phone after calling to discuss my concerns I was preparing for a battle besides that front desk associate was fantastic really supportive and quick. Room was 6th floor super clean and kinda cool
The room was nice and spacious. The in-room hot tub was great! Had a very nice dinner at the Romanza and a good breakfast at the Paradise Cafe.
Always good to go havent been there for a couple of years.Pretty nice is all this time left my keys there and they were nice enough to find them and also mail them back to me for free.
Rooms are pretty nice. Could use more comfortable mattress covers and down alternative pillows. Gambling is awkward with all the Covid changes. Blackjack feels like being in prison and conversating with family behind the glass wall. Not that I would know though

I feel like Montego has the nicest and overall best amenities and rooms of all the hotels and casinos in the city. this would not be the place I would recommend gambling at though as I feel the slot machines are tighter than most.
Montego Bay is a beautiful resort with beautiful firnishings. Every where you look you will see beautiful architecture. The color scheme of the lobby and casino is warm and inviting. The room was also beautiful. Nice king size beds too. The buffet was good except for the crab legs, they were dry. Each food bar was packed with fresh food. The bar was a good place to go for a couple cocktails. The resort also has the first telephone pole where the wires came together. The atmosphere was nice. Not too much cigarette smoke. Must be the ventilation.
Not much to brag about. The rooms are spacious and thats it. Tight slots. Didnt seem like people were having very much fun. And just before I left the room, a silverfish decided to run around on the bed. Dont think I will return to montego bay anytime soon.
Highly recommend the 7th floor non smoking rooms, the jetted tub in those rooms are to die for ! The buffet is the place to be for dinner just make it before 8 and youll be great! The pool is often crowded but you can expect that, wait until the sun goes down and all the kids go back to their rooms with their parents and you can truly relax and enjoy your time!
Good cocktails, better slots, clean updated. Definitely will stay here next time we go to Wendover
The hotel was nearly great except for the state of our room. It was pretty badly cleaned. The vanity top wasnt cleaned it was simply cleared off not wiped or sanitized anf still had crumbs and sticky drink rings all over it. The floor hadnt been vaccuumed and the beds were disheveled too. All together it felt like the last guest had just grabbed and gone and the maid just halfway did the cleaning. Pretty sad.

These rooms are so big! Me and my kids had a great night sleep! The beds were not lumpy. The bathroom has 2 sinks so everyone can get ready at the same time...
Very nice casino for being in run down city of Wendover NV or UT? Not sure as its right on border of both states. This casino was completely upgraded for the dreaded covid 19 pandemic.
Was very impressed with the safety precautions taken during this pandemic. I had a great time and was able to really enjoy myself thanks to the resorts well trained and very professional staff. Thanks MBR!

Visit any time I vaca. Small city but huge casino. Beautiful inside. Has everything to staying inside. You can explore outside as well. Bonneville Speedway is having races soon Im told.
Is a big place. Some of the people were not very nice that work in customer service area. The lady at the gift shop was so nice and helpful. The slot machines make it so you want to go to another casino.
It was a good stay but the room wasnt quite up to par. The glasses looked like they wasnt washed and the shower door would not close all the way so the floor was full of water.
Nice clean casino did not stay in the hotel or eat there so nothing to helpful in those regards.

First and last time staying here. Poor service from hotel staff. Someone got sick in the hotel pool and they didn’t shut down the pool to clean it. Just took it out. . When I told the manger at the end of my stay didn’t really do anything told me in wasn’t throw up. Even though I saw what was in the pool

We drove out to NV to enjoy some time at the casinos. Montego Bay Resort is looking nice on the inside. I cant really comment on the rooms or hotel amenities since we didnt stay overnight. The casino website said smoking wasnt going to be permitted but I can tell that rule isnt being followed.
Short vacation with my family,your staff was awesome.. The whole family really enjoyed the pool, Everything was clean, except one of the luggage covers for the bed looked to have dried blood on it??? Everything else was perfect...thank you...
I really like to gamble here, but brought my kids to the pool, its outside...and had to wear a mask?? While outside??? Makes no sense..
Slots are TIGHT! The room nice, Bathroom needs some love. Wallpaper peeling nothing a little glue couldnt fix.
Really enjoyed the hotel everything was wonderful except one security employee at the rainbow that goes by the name of Benjamin he was a total jerk and probably discouraged me from coming back to the rainbow again he really needs to be taught some customer service but other than that my trip was good

Really liked going back. The Biscuits and gravy have sweet gravy, so I didnt like my breakfast and my wife said her eggs Benedict were over cooked. (Casino cold some seem to know how to cook it).. anyway, lighting is great and lots of slots. I say down and played some kind of Panda slot, penny+ machine and, it was really fun... Mostly because I wont $20 in about 10 minutes. But, love them Craps!!
Beds are comfortable, Big rooms Keurig in all rooms and big TVs! Just wish the tubs where a tad deeper and better decor but its a great place .. will definitely return ..

Went here for an after valentines get away, it was a good little vacation, the room had some great things. But has been beat up and not taken care of very well.. we got the king mini suite with jetted tub, while nice it didnt look like it had been taken care of very well (see photos) the steam room/shower was great to wake up to, the tub was not the easiest to get in and out of, for the price I would have expected better maintenance. I would stay there again, if it where cheaper..
The bed was comfortable and seemed clean, but the room was pretty bad. Peeling wall paper, food on the floor from the previous guest, trickling shower. Overall, not sure its worth the money. Decent casino, but the restaurant was way overpriced...not really a surprise I guess.

Restaurant was open. Dirty booth. Food on the seats. The Buscuits and gravy tasted like chicken gravy. Nothing to wright home about. Super disappointed.
Pretty nice looking casino in the middle of nowhere, on the Utah-Nevada border. We didn’t gamble, just went for lunch. Where else are you going to eat in the desert?

I like and or love the montego Bay because the games are fun and in no way shourt suplay ashwell as waitresses are friendly and hard working they bring a little bit of comfort.However the deskattendents as wheels security need a big altitude adjustment
Angie is a dealer at the tables and has such a negative attitude it takes the fun out of gambling.

The toilet was about to come off the wall and wall paper peeling off the bathroom wall, plus refrigerator almost came out of case. Definitely not worth $126/night

Our favorite. Now you get temperature scanned at the door. I really like that they added wipes throughout the casino so you could clean your machine. Also, the slots seem really loose right now.
Pool was warm and deep enough to jump in. Staff was friendly and willing to help when I asked for another towel and more shampoo.
I have stayed at all three hotels in Montego Bay consortium and Montego Bay is my favorite. All three have comfortable beds. The rooms are comparable and very nice. Weve never had a meal that wasnt good and the buffet is great.I like the idea that you can use your card at all three and the fact that the facilities are available to you no matter which hotel you choose. The staff has always been cordial and I intend to go back.

Cool place. Really cool resort, the smoking is a serious drawback however. Really gross atmosphere on some of the casino floor space. There are some really nice restaurants in the resort.
Clean, dividers all over and everyone was masked up. Slots seem tight though... Food was also good.

Love the whole Wendover experience. We enjoy staying at the Montego Bay since it was renovated a few years ago. The rooms are comfortable, and their location allows getting in all the walking anyone needs in a day. The free shuttle to the other casinos is really convenient. Over the years weve tried all of the restaurants, and my favorite is The Steak House at the Rainbow.
