Low capacity because of a lot of space being dedicated to two bowl-like features. Lots of grinding features. Park has drains to clear water quickly. The fun boxes are very low for grinding and dont go to the end of the ramp.

Minus some vert this is the best of the area. There is something for everyone. It is well used by the locals as well as visitors from neighboring towns, including me and a couple of imports from Kentucky and Ohio. That being written, it does have the problem of too many kids in the way when though want to go for that one trick. Shaded areas are also there for sitting when you get too hot. Overall, my destination if I am in the area.

Great skate park with room around for family to hang out. My kids love the different options that they have at this park! Most the time kids are nice and share the areas well. There are a lot of teens at this park so it can be rough for little kids sometimes.

West valley has one of the best skate parks in salt lake ledges stairs and transitions are placed perfectly. All sizes of quarters ledges and stair sets. Highly recommend

Great skatepark. 2 pools, 2 table top boxes, mini pipe and a pump track. Fun for everyone. Does get crowded quick though.

I normally love this skate park for my kids and grandson but this evening when the ice cream truck/van hit the skate area and my grandson droppes his scooter and took off running. When he came back to the grass area (10 mins max) his scooter was gone. I hope whoever took it is really in needed or it is feeding a dream and has gone to help. If it went to someone being cruel and out for a gain karma will come at you. My grandson will live but is awfully sad and hurt case I always talk about how cool skaters are, how they look out for one another, and never would hurt a kid. Maybe it was a set up with the icecream man :) sad but tonight will always make us feel a little uncomfortable where we love to hang out.

This is the coolest skate plaza I think I’ve ever been to. The pump tracks are also new and part almost of the skate park. It’s not a great place to buy a drone because there is zero zone but if you get authorization it’s a great place to film some cool things. Lots of cool activity with the skaters. Fun place for families too.

Would rate 5 stars if the lights were on at night.

They never turn on the lights for night time its stupid! I would give its a 5 if they turned the lights on

Super chill place to shred..

I always enjoy watching my hubby show his skills as a skateboarder but I am pleased to say I put on the knee pads and practiced a bit of skateboarding myself!! I am looking forward to another practice/learning session!Thanks babe!!

Excellent solution to a vexing covid-19 challenge which allows members to enjoy the fitness options in a clean environment.

Its pretty crowded most of the time but overall its a good place for skateboards and scooters.

Interesting features. Mellow snakerun with some pool coping. Lots of weird transitions all over. Still has a street section and mini transition to learn on. Fun but not the greatest.

Great place for kids to get all the skateboarding and bike and scooter riding in without worrying about traffic

Stopped to let the boys ride their scooters for just a moment. Fun skate park. They enjoyed our short visit for sure. We will come back when we can stay longer. With helmets next time.

Lots of kids but everyone gets a turn

5 stars for the pump track but 2 stars for the actual skate park. The skate park is way too slippery and shallow, you cant get good speed easily.

Best skate park in the valley, probably the only one too lol. Great place to bring your kids or skate yourself.

This place is super close to my grandmas house which makes it really good for me and my cousin to go out scootering on our scooters and doing tricks.

Love the park but I dont like how it closes at 9 I get off work at 8 so that only gives me 1 hour to skate so could you please change the closing time

We went for a little drive with our rc toys and picked a spot where no one was to enjoy ourselves but that wasnt the case the little skate park prudes were that we were there because no one likes it why i dont know i dont see why it cant be a place for all who wants to go enjoy a day at a public park that my tax dollars went into so they can ask us to leave its un fair to law abiding tax payers like myself that enjoy a hobby next time we will be staying and referring to the sign that says nothing of no rc cars its just another form of racism at its best your not like us leave thanks west valley. horrible experiance

Super fun park, theres plenty of flat ground to push around on and the transition areas are super smooth.

Because this skate park is near my home I come here all the time to practice flying my drone. Its fun recording different skate tricks and getting nice action aerial shots.

Hi there everyone who leaves in this area should text the skate park in wvc so they can turn the lights on, they never do & we pay taxes for wvc city they should definitely is sad for are kids skating at nights with out lights when baseball Game is like couple 100 feet away they have lights on for adults & not for are kids that’s sad

Amazing place to skate and a great place in general

Pretty good. Concrete was slippery so I wiped out a couple times. Also it was smallish park. If youre looking for a good one try Heriman Skate Park

The park is clean! There was families with kids and I got the opportunity to see some people do some awesome grinds on the boxes. I rolled around for about two hours and snaking is inevitable, everyone was respectful with the worst swear word I heard was $#!t from a twelve year old lookin kid.

They really had the audacity to put a pump track over lights at the skatepark smh

We were just there with the family and were having a great time but some kid got stabbed by another kid and there were like 6 cops! 5 will skate again!

Great skate park, there is a decent mid-size bowl and a channel with flyouts. It has some shade structures and water fountain.

My son is almost a pro skateboarder at 17. Him and his friends practice here a lot. They love this place. Highly recommend.

Super legit park. its very large and everythings really smooth and buttery. its constantly packed with little scooter kids because its brand new, but its still sooo fresh.

I love this place like I can cruse around with out falling for once and problebly a beginner would know how to ballence on there board and learn just like that!
