The pro shop staff could be a bit more friendly. The food was great. Dudle, tye counter person in the grille was excellent! She was very nice and sweet. She got us anything we needed. I tried to buy a refill drink so I could give her more of a tip, She just gave me a refill, free. We had a blast on the course. It seemed to be well maintained. I think we will be back for sure. The coolest past was seeing a baby fox! He followed us a bit.

I dont golf much. This course has a beautiful view. The grounds were well kept. The carts worked well, and the GPS/map/tips screen in them was pretty neat. Some may consider this a somewhat challenging course because the rough is really rough - thick weeks that arent fun to bushwhack in. But to better golfers, I guess that shouldnt matter.

This is one of the not so hidden gems of public courses in Utah in my opinion. I’ve been playing this course for a few years and it has some challenging holes with good variety. The last couple years the greens have been in great shape and fast. The staff is great, they’ve always been understanding and accommodating trying to get people out playing. The pace of play can be slow when crowded, but that’s typical of any course.

Great condition for a public course. Easy to get on for a quick 9 on non busy day staff will accommodate you.. Switching my home course to The Ridge... thanks to the staff for a job well done. There is something different with the course today from the staff to the course itself.

We had our daughters wedding here at the Overlook. In the middle of Covid restrictions and mandated masks, our planner Cherisse, did an amazing job of making sure the wedding did not feel stifled or uncomfortable!! The staff went above and beyond to make our daughters day as special as it could be during this time. I recommend this beautiful venue to anyone who wants their occasion to be memorable!!

Absolutely loved The Ridge GC. We flew from Minnesota to play golf and was very happy we made a tee time here. The fairways are wide and allow you to pound the ball. I love the elevated tee boxes on the par 3s. The water feature on #13 makes it one of my favorite holes. The course is getting in better shape every year. This one is a little tough to walk but can be done. The Ridge and Stonebridges players pass is a hard deal to pass up. This course does tend to be pretty windy. It feels like cheating when you have a wedge in your hand on your second shot into #4.

I give it a 3 because they dont let people walk on after 4 on mens league days. Im sitting here looking at the number one tee which theyre not letting anybody play on so theyre just losing money. How does it make any sense to shut a course down for a mens league that only has maybe three handfuls of members. Food here is excellent the young guy running the pro shop this my second time having dealt with him all I gotta say is moron.Ps Ive been coming here for years. Repeat business counts for what?Pic below is an empty box for who knows how long.Management is questionable allow a public course to basically shut down to the bublic.

We were half way through the second to last hole, when a grumpy marshall accused us of playing too slow. We were actually ahead of schedule. My sons and I love coming here. Its always enjoyable and I usually can get the time I need. Really my only complaint would be that we would love to be able to do the back 9 on a 9 hole game but they wont allow us to do that. We sometimes go elsewhere because of that. I dont know that too many people know about this course but they should! There are often events at the very nice clubhouse, and the events at USANA keep the area busy, but the golf course always seems to be wide open. You can battle the winds on this course on a windy day, but the elevations and undulations on each course are beautiful. There are 2 par-3 holes that have huge drop offs that are fun to play. A very enjoyable course!

Great and fun new layout. Not too long, but still enjoyable and challenging. Great practice area that includes a huge putting green, dedicated chipping green and awesome driving range. The club house is very nice with multiple TVs showing various sporting events. The pro shop has a wonderful variety of merchandise for both men and women. The food is spectacular in The Grille and is worth showing up early or sticking around after the round for. Westridge was my home course growing up so I was excited to play. The re-design looks amazing. Beautiful scenery and awesome views throughout. Unfortunately thats all I can give positive marks for. The course is not ready for play IMO. Most of the fairways and some greens play like cement. Lots of irrigation issues. The first cut of the rough is clumpy like you were hitting balls out of the front yard of your house. Overall lots of work to do. The design is amazing, and I will play at The Ridge often once they fix these issues.

I dont think people understand that when they hit the green from the fairway, or on a par 3 the ball makes a ball mark on the green. They sell or give away repair tools to fix the ball mark to respect the hard work the greens keeper puts in and help the green remain smooth for others.

*Updated Review:After a not so good experience the first time around, the Assistant Golf Pro, Bryant Boshard reached out to me apologizing for the lack of professionalism the course showed that day. I was invited back out to the course in hopes to change my mind about my initial experience. I was able to enjoy a stress free round of golf which was both fun and relaxing.I was hopeful that someone would reach out to me but I was ultimately surprised when I got a phone call from Bryant. For these reasons, I am changing my rating to four stars. If it wasnt for my initial experience, I would give them five stars. I would still like to see a more friendly staff on point of contact in the clubhouse. Many of us dont play golf on a regular basis and want to feel comfortable around course employees. I would like to feel as if they want me to come back to their course again and again. The course played tough because of the conditions but its a fun & simple course for your average weekend warrior. The fairways are wide and open which allows you to drive the ball care free. The greens were also in much better shape than the last time I played.*Original Review:Very disappointed in my experience at The Ridge. My brother and I went to play since they had a shorter wait time than any other course in the valley. First of all, they would not honor the discount from the PGA players book and made us pay full price even though they said we could use the discount over the phone.Secondly, I asked the older gentlemen in the clubhouse if I we could play as a two-some which he said was fine at first. Not two minutes later, he calls us out on the first tee grouped with another pair of golfers. I went and spoke with him again and he told us to just wait around for a bit which was fine with us. We then went out to our carts and the golfers we were grouped with told us to go ahead of them since they wanted to play alone as well. The course was fairly empty by the way.So we tee off and by the time we reach the green, the older gentlemen from the pro shop comes riding up to us in his golf cart telling us that we broke the rules. He told us that we were kicked off and that he would refund us our money all because we didnt wait for his call. I was completely shocked that they would rather lose our business rather than just let us play.

Charges handicap a ride along fee. I am a quadriplegic and confined to a power wheelchair. Unfortunately I cannot golf, and not by choice. If I could golf I certainly would. I try and come out and enjoy rooting my father on. I spent $200 at this course for a pass that allows my father to get a discount. I bought it for him because its not always easy to take me out. He has to lift me into the cart and take care of me while golfing. I have been to many courses with him and have never been charged a ride along fee. The course doesnt advertise the fee on their website or anywhere else we could see. They are petty.
