I have booked several animals from Utah Pony Parties both for photo sessions and for my childrens birthday parties. They always show up on time and ready to work at the scheduled time. Theyre amazing with children and know how to make kids comfortable with the animals. They know their animals limitations and have invented clever ways to stay within those limitations while providing a unique experience that I dont believe you can get elsewhere. They have always been professional and have treated me and my clients with care and respect. Thank you Utah Pony Parties for helping to make my clients dreams come true!

Thanks Sherrie for helping me! The children at South Davis Community Hospital loved the animals! They had a great time getting up close and personal with your animals! Sarah and Charles were get to work with! We will be definitely be setting up another party!

We booked a unicorn party with Utah Pony Parties. They showed up late and then left early but even more disappointing what showed up was NOT a unicorn. It was not even close to what we had been promised or shown. Sherrie Ivie, the owner of Utah Pony Parties, admitted they had not given their best, had not taken the time to prepare the pony to deliver the unicorn and had mismanaged their time. We have contacted Sherrie several times to resolve the situation and now waited over two months for a minimal $35 refund. We now know they dont plan to keep their promise there either. The amount of the refund was not important to us but the principal and acknowledgment that was. Sherrie emailed stating she considers the matter settled and no refund would be coming. Stating they do a lot of events every year so she was not worried about one unsatisfied customer. Utah Pony Parties disappointed an entire party of 6 years olds because they could not deliver the product they promised.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR CHILDRENS ENTERTAINMENT, They decorate ponies and provide a wonderful petting zoo of unique and miniature animals at a reasonable price.
