Michaels is always fun. I found adorable little ornaments there. Just not the thing I needed. Thats the trouble you always find cute stuff that wasnt on the list.

I just needed to return a couple items. Since I had made the purchases, however, Id been issued a new card by my financial institution with a new number, so it wasnt as slick as it usually is. But the cashier was great to get it worked out as quickly as she could and I really appreciated her efforts, especially since the two items were from two different transactions and she needed to get an override twice. Great service!

Had the yarn I wanted on sale for about half price. Got more than I needed because its a good brand and joanns was selling it for full price glad i trusted my gut and looked elsewhere. Cashier was super friendly and nice. Didnt get asked if I needed help by anyone, but that doesnt really bother me because I shop with my music playing through my headphones.

Clean and nice lay put however I couldnt find anyone to assist me in what I was looking for. I do understand times are hard right now an alot of places are understaffed. Other than that its a great store with tons of things for anyone into baking all the way to decor and so on. Lots of fun little crafts and family projects to choose from.

Wheres customer service ever when I ask an associate to help me she act too busy sent me down the wrong aisle I went and asked her a second time She walked over to show me where the item was that I was looking for after huffing upset I needed more help and she just walked away I said thank you and she totally ignored me and I told her I said thank you and then she said youre welcome try to address it to the store manager wasnt any better when I told him she was willing to help a different customer but not me and asked if maybe she was racist he told me not to throw that card or I could leave and they would not sell me one thing so I chose to leave very unprofessional I did make the manager aware that I would be writing a review and he told me you can write all the reviews youd like I hope my review gets to hire management they were too busy taking care of the store which I understand they need to do but the customer is always 1st

Had just the right size picture frames I needed, without doing their custom framing.

Michaels seems to always have the deals for me lately. I love to browse and get a deal but will pay full price if they have something I really want. They seem to have a taste for everyone. They even will scan coupons for me if I forget them or do not transfer them to my phone. Just walking around the store is my happy place.

My wife loves Michaels. She finds a lot of her craft items here. Just wish they had packages of gel pens for sale instead of individually.

Fun place to get all your craft items. They always have deals or coupons in emails or in the newspaper. I like Sundays coupons. A great place to take the little ones when they have a craft event. Look online or grab a calendar of craft events in the store.

They put things on sale and fight you to the death if you try to use the sale price. Even if you take a picture of the sale sign they fight you over it. Dont go there! Amazon all the way.

I was trying to purchase some markers that were in the locked section, so I had pressed the button to get an associates help. I stood there for over 15 minutes with zero help, so I pressed it again and still nothing. Pretty disappointed since I usually never have an issues with this location.

The store is always fun and full of new ideas to try. Unfortunately, the one item I went for, which is the first item in your ad on Instagram, was unavailable. That was doubly disappointing when the in-store discount was Buy one frame, get 2 free. I also dont like when you ask an employee where to find an item and they just point in a general direction with a vague It might be there or over there. That is not helpful. If I wanted to keep searching on my own I would not have asked for your assistance.

This was my second time ever being in this store and my last. I could not be in one aisle by myself no more than a few minutes before the employers all of a sudden had to come stock and dust shelves. They did not do any other aisles with other costumers. I asked where there gel pens were cause I could not find them. He told me in a snarky voice that they are behind the front desk cause people were stealing them. No one should be treated like they are a thief unless you know for a fact that they do have sticky fingers. I dont steal from nobody. So I should not get treated like I do.

Came into the store for scrapbooking starter stuff and transfer paper. Every time we asked for a specific item we could not find someone to assist us and after looking around and finding someone to assist us they had to ask for help and then they would just tell us the number of the aisle or point and that item would not be in that aisle!Then I go to the register and I’m going to use my 20% off coupon and I’m told that the scrapbooks are not allowed to use the 20% off although the coupon says 20% off all items including sales.Even after all the trouble we had they couldn’t even give us the 20% off. Did not end up finding anything that we tried to ask for help with if there is another location I will be going there for now on

Good craft store

Its a decent craft store. I prefer hobby lobby as they have more variety and more quality items but this store is closer and i have gotten some good peices here that Ive used in different art projects. The biggest thing Id suggest though is always checking online for a coupon. Theres always one to be found and it makes the items more affordable, especially because some of the items feel overpriced.

We shop at Michaels often, my kids are true Crafters and the quality, prices and easy access cant be beat. Walmart might have similar items but the quality doesnt compare. Will continue to shop Michaels for my crafting needs.

The shelves were a bit wrecked and couldnt find some staple items (succulents and birthdays candles)

Quick, clean, friendly staff, organized.

I know the day after a major holiday is never fun to work... but I was shocked at how unkind our cashier was today. When it was our turn to ring up she did not greet us, just motioned us forward. We bought a Christmas tree bag and 2 bins for our ornaments. Instead of ringing up the tree bag and then scanning the ornament containers and either typing quantity of 2 or just scanning that twice she just scanned the Christmas tree bag 3 times which was more expensive. We didnt argue, we paid for it and left. We felt very unwelcome and just wanted out of there.

The store always has a large variety and I love how they always have large quantities of coupons accessible. This is my go to craft store. Madison helped me out today, she is a very sweet worker and does her job well.

It was a nice experience. I only had a couple problems. The lines were long and the bathroom was disgusting.

The young woman there was seriously so amazing. I had a hard time coming back to this location because of the last customer service experience I had but this young lady completely turned the experience around.

Although I was highly disappointed hearing what to me would be a heart breaking news that they no longer sell origami books. (Huge Fan) Despite that welcoming feel they helped my smaller sibling get everything suggest some extra items for his project. Fast and very social Cashiers are also a nice touch very clean and organized place if I may add

Michaels always has the best stuff and even after Christmas they still have some pretty cute Christmas decorations on sale for 70% off. Im waiting till it goes to 95% off before I go get some more. I was there tonight to pick up something I ordered online and was able to pick up in the store and that was nice because I was able to pick it up in less than 24 hours after I bought it. This particular Michaels is very spacious, clean, and well-lit.

Really have to search and beg for help at this location. Prices are so high. If you dont have a coupon or a sale going on, forget about it. Thinking of just ordering my supplies from amazon from now on. This isnt the first time this has happened. I used to be a more hands-on person, even shopping, but with high prices and lack of customer support, Id rather shop online. I think I counted 5 workers in the store at this time. A customer ended up helping me find what I needed. More workers than customers, and still no assistance. One girl the cashier brought over, she helped and was friendly. I think she was the manager, Around 20 years old, dark brown hair.

This place seems to be going down hill. Did not have what they usually carry. A lot of items are overpriced.Could not find the jewelry section they used to have at the front of the store. Thats what I usually go in for, and art supplies. Shame.I ordered online to pick up. A lot easier.

I love shopping for my arts supplies at Michaels. If you are apart of their rewards, there are times you will get extra discounts on what you buy. They send adds to me via mail and email. I also have their app. If you are anything like me, this really helps, I tend to forget to bring my coupons for those great discounts!

Ethan at the west valley store on 5600 west was amazing. Very nice and helped me take items to my car. I had been shopping all day and my car was full. I pulled a box out of my back seat and put it on top of the car. He put the items in my backseat and put the box back in. Im pretty sure that had he not done that I would have driven off with it up there. Thanks for your thoughtfulness Ethan!!
