I love this store! It has been a while since I have stopped by due to covid and recently bought something online from Amazon - it was not what I expected, and quite small unfortunately. It is far better to go in a store in person and this store is the best - the girls on staff are always great and non-judgmental. I enjoy very large girth toys that I assume the average customer doesn’t ask for, but the staff was very nice! Thank you!

Came in to see Tanner and get my piercing swapped out. Like when he did it originally I really appreciated his awesome service and knowledge. This is my first proper body piercing and there is so much to learn so it means a lot that he can answer my questions and even give me answers to ones I didnt even know to ask.

I want to start out by the saying that I am new to the BDSM lifestyle and was very vanilla previously.As I entered the boutique a women named Shay greeted and welcomed me into the store. there were several other guests in the store as I explained what I was looking for I could see the wheels turning in her head so that she could help me find the right new toy for. she was able to move from customer to customer effortlessly. I never felt like I was being pressured or waiting for too long in between her helping other guests. Shay is very knowledgeable on the product she knew about she also used storytelling to tell me about products she didnt know as much on but new people who used them. Was able to answer all of my questions and if Shay didnt know the answer she would go find it! This was one of my favorite and best experiences in a toy store! I will definitely be coming back.Ive been a manager in in sales for over ten years I would love if I could have an entire team of Shays at my store to help my customers get the the perfect item to fit their needs no matter what Id have a billion-dollar business with only happy customers!

West valley is a fun store with funny girls! I really enjoyed looking for a toy with the employee madison who was incredibly funny and knowledgable. With all of the covid illness going around, its nice to have at least one shop in town that takes it seriously.

Emily was so helpful, she’s so kind, fun and knows a lot, she answered all my questions and thought me new stuff!I hope she’s at this location more often now

I can’t say enough good things about this store, and especially about Madisson who helped me when I came in. I find your stores welcoming and empowering to women. Madisson was very knowledgeable about all the products I purchased and also assisted me when I was having a hard time making decisions (wigs). Can’t wait to come back!

Saw the cashier inside hanging out with other coworkers, chatting about. Both doors were locked, all lights were on, hours still open til 10pm. I knock on the window and they all just ignored me!!I call the store as well and it went through, but silent until i got hung up on after saying hello 5X. Very RUDE staff!! I get it if youre closed early for some reason, put up a sign then OR come to the door and tell your customers youre closed!!!!!

I got kicked out because I have asthma. Wow! Discriminatory against people with health problems. Ill never return to blie boutique again and will look into legal action.

Let me first say that I understand we have a health risk here in slc and all over the world, I get this and do my best to ensure safety of other people. With that being said I have a medical condition and a doctors note that I carry, excusing use of a mask due to this medical problem. I tried to explain this but was cut off and told I would not be allowed to shop there if I didn’t have one I tried to show them my doctors note as it seemed they just didn’t believe me, but then again very rudely told me “it doesn’t matter, you can’t shop unless you have one” Okay, fine, I carry a mask just in case of this scenario. So i put my mask on. They asked if I would like some hand sanitizer, I politely declined. Then I was told again I would not be allowed to shop if I didn’t! So I use the sanitizer, I knew what I wanted and went directly to it, as I was standing in line, due to my medical condition I needed to use an emergency prn medication, it took ten seconds maybe, but none the less I was rudely asked to leave, I explained that I was only taking medication that I needed at the time they told me “we get people like you all the time. Sorry if you don’t like the mask rule but if you want to shop you you have to abide, you haven’t and now it’s time for you to leave.” I’ve never been treated in such a way throughout the last six months. I really couldn’t believe it. I’m disappointed and honestly I will not be returning, even after this is over. Very insensitive people working here.

I came here for the first time with my girlfriend to see what they had to offer. Madisson was very kind and well informed. She made very good toy and brand recomendations and was very paitent and polite through any questions we had. Their toy selection is pretty big and at just about anywhere on your budget. I suggest asking for Madisson if you need help picking a product that is really good quality.

UPDATE: We were contacted by the owner who got us in touch with the general manager. We were able to recount the whole situation to try and help everyone get on the same page, within a few days of our original shopping experience Fayth was able to help us get the correct product, all in all she has turned this into a really good experience a good outcome.Original:We are mostly frustrated by the miscommunication and lack of communication. First: we were told the toy included a recharging station, it did not, so we were lied to. Second, we drive home, open the package and realized it was not the one we intended to buy, so we call the location, explain our situation and they tell us we might be able to work something out with the manager. My husband rushes back to exchange it day of right before closing and even pay more for the one we actually wanted, the second he walks in and talks to the manager, she immediately says no it left the building. Would have appreciated if we were told that on the phone that this is non-exchangable and saved my husband a frantic trip. I understand policies about things leaving stores and being unreturnable (I have worked in retail too) but they didnt even try to work with my husband, didnt tell us that sales were even final, and wasted our time not being clear on the phone. The purchase process went well but everything after that was a mess.
