Even with covid this outing was quite comfortable and enjoyable. The remodeled theatre is amazing

Love going to see movies here. They have full size electronic recliners to make your movie watching experience more enjoyable. Full concessions with tasty french fries, hamburgers, pizza and lots more. They have Starbucks coffees, espressos, teas etc. Cool gameroom with air hockey table and other video games. Good parking and easy to find. The staff and managers are very friendly, helpful and available for all your needs.

We were recently there for a private showing on Halloween. First time weve been out doing anything really in quite a while due to Covid And honestly we were a bit nervous going there seeing as theaters tend to be high traffic areas. But there werent a lot of people there, and the theater itself smelled very clean like they had been very recently clean and was industrial cleaners. The staff were all wearing masks, and the servers gloves as well (only two concession stands open) and all areas of the building felt and smelled clean. Despite my initial reservations it was a good time and I feel we were able to have a night out safely

It was probably the best movie theater Ive ever gone too! Movies were awesome and the food was great! 10/10, would recommend!

With all of the latest updates this cinemas had become our favorite place to go on the date and go there with our kids. Loungers are very comfortable and they have good variety of snacks as well as good meals that you can purchase to enjoy during showtime. I as mom love to take a break with my hubby by going to movies, having a snack or a meal and relaxing in a comfy lounger. I would definitely recommend this location and would suggest downloading their app for additional perks and discounts.

Love the upgrades and prices went down

Very clean. Prices good!

Clean spacious and friendly employees.

Simply spectacular!! The unique concern is, They no longer sell the delicious hamburgers with fries, it is no longer on the menu. It is a very quiet cinema, always very clean. The employees are very kind. 100% recommended

Great theater with big screens. The seats could be a bit better. They dont fully recline and the arm rests dont go all the way up. Aside from that it was a pleasant experience. They also have an arcade area and sell ice cream.

Teenagers talked all throughout the movie. Im guessing their parents mustve paid the $13 for their tickets. No ushers came in to check, and see how things were going. Seats are very comfortable though.

Best theater around. When me and the boy go to see a movie, we come here. Were guaranteed comfortable seating and no miscommunications when ordering our standard 1 large drink and buttered popcorn.

Took a beautiful woman to the movies

The fact that the newly upgraded theater seating is awesome and when purchasing tickets, you can select your seats. The sound quality is also very good. The only issue I have is the concession prices. But then again, its like that at most venues, but its still cheaper than any concert or pro sporting events Ive been too recently

This is my review from before when we could go to see them films outside of our homes:I like to watch the moving pictures that tell stories and this was one of the best stories yet I have ever seen until now at this time. The man who took in my ticket was a funny man and I liked him for being funny and different from other men & women who take tickles at the box office. For sure he is a different breed indeed. I liked that the popcorn was there too and also drinks and adult drinks for adults like me who like to have adult drinks while immersed in the story told on the screen with moving pictures and sound, edited for maximum emotional affect on the audience in the theater sitting along with me to be transported away from the hum drum, depressing monotony of modern existence in these United States of America. I do however wish that the poeple in the back row had not talked so much during the picture on screen. Was not the best to be taken out of the story unfolding before me. But it was ok, another person on the theatre shushed them then they shut up for most of the rest of the pisctire. I wish you offered toasted bagels with the cheese cream but this man can dream right? Tthank you for wanting to know how I feel and Ill see you at the movies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

The recliners are so nice, and they now serve alcohol. It’s truly a relaxing movie experience. I live closer to the Enfield Cinemark and go out of my way to go here because it’s so much nicer.

These are decent theaters and price is reasonable. They have nice big concession area with a nice selection of food Candy and drink items. The theater itself is well maintained and offers reclining seats. I found that you can reserve seats ahead on line. These theaters have come along way over the years!! Plenty of parking is available.

Rarely ever go to the movies. Theaters arent my thing, only been 3 other times and its always been this theater although it was still called Showcase cinemas. Staff is always friendly and the movie rooms are always clean. Snack are a little price of course and the bathrooms are right across the hall. Very convenient

Great upgrades with a bar and frozen drinks and comfy recliners!

Quite often, Ive dealt with rude movie goers in this movie theater.I shall now opt for movie theaters in other towns in MA besides West Springfield & Springfield.

Best cinema in the state!

The new lounge seating is great as is the new food area. Miss the soft pretzel nuggets. With all the other updates isnt it time to update the rest rooms?

Great place to see a movie

I haven’t been to a theater in the better part of a decade but it wasn’t terrible. It was the first show of the day so the place was clean including the bathroom my kid had to visit three times just to get a good look... I do remember theaters on the west coast serving beer and wine. We can finally buy beer on Sundays but not in the theater?

Love that they have Pizza Hut now. If you go to the movies often, you really should join the movie club. Its definitely worth it. Beats paying full price for movie tickets and concessions

The food is good but the bathrooms are trashed. Paper towels everywhere. Other than that it was a nice relaxing place to watch a movie.

I have been going here since I was a teen (ahem like 30ish years lol) with the exception of the fact that there seems to be a rather large employee turn around and some of them are just straight up rude. The theater has just completed another section of their rebuild. They have added new seating (so comfy) and just finished a new concession area which will eventually include a bar. It is all coming together nicely. Pricy as it always is to go to the movies, but $5 on Wednesdays!!

Movie theater was great. A couple was in our seats and told us their seats were behind them so we said no biggie we will swap with them. 10 minutes later another couple shows up and says they paid for the seats we were in and shows us their tickets. We had to fight to get the other people out of our seats. Should have known they were scamming us. They say elsewhere finally and never got asked for proof of having tickets so was kind of bummed that we had to pay but they got away with watching for free. Is what it is not really the theaters fault I guess.

I went to see frozen 2 in xd and I had a great time. I havent been to a movie in a while and wanted to treat myself to one. Frozen 2 was a safe bet. The lobby has been renovated since I was there last. The concession island in the center is gone. The arcade has been moved out into the lobby, the food is all on one side of the lobby and there is a place where you can purchase alcohol. Ill be seeing more movies in the future here based on this trip.

This is one of the best theaters I know if. Comfortable seating, discounts, overpriced but yummy food, and the workers seem to enjoy themselves. Always coming back for more!!

I enjoyed the new arcade games, the food and the comfortable movie theaters. The only complain is that the theater was very cold and the common halls were even more cold. Very uncomfortable for a northeast theater. Its also February.

I absolutely love the new reclining seats...they are so comfortable my FitBit thought I took a nap...ha ha! I feel obligated to buy tickets online and pick a good seat, but the service charge is making it a bit too pricey to see a movie these days!

The way they have the condiments are placed way too far from where you get your food and the fries took way too long to be prepared and the attitudes of the employees was very poor, I asked for a tray for my food and the girl said it is at the other end in stead of getting it for me! The movie was great but it was too loud! The theater looks great overall!

XD theaters are really good for movies with s lot of sound affects.Service at the counter is pretty slow. There are always many, many previews. Too many.

Best movie experience Ive had in a very long time amazing chairs good screenings clean audio

Love it there.

Gotta love the reclining big chairs! Easy parking. Good place to see a movie.

Nice place! Very comfortable seats. Spacious lobby area. Friendly associates and a variety of food and drinks stands.

Havent been since the redesign, but all the arcades are on the right now, theres alcoholic beverages for sale, a ticket kiosk and the concessions stand has changed to the back entire wall where the arcade used to be. Looks a LOT better, chairs have a reclining button and the theater is a LOT more roomier, and comfortable.

I feel like matinees used to be $5 last year and now its $8.75. I love the comfortable chairs, great sound, and picture, but at $15 per person with popcorn and water, this is not priced for a family activity.Place is kind of strange. It always seems like I get my own theater. Im not sure what is going on, but the seat-selection options at the counter are limited and there is nobody in the theater.

Very welcoming place. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They helped me learn the cinemark app where they didnt have to specifically so I can start earning rewards on my purchases as I am a new member. I feel they went above their job expectations to be helpful and polite. They recently remodeled so it is more spacious with a wide food and beverage variety at concessions including movie merchandise when products arent sold out due to popularity. Oh, and the lounge reclining seats are definitely worth going for as well.

I like the new revamp of the theater it is beautiful. The seats are comfortable and adjust so your feet can go up, there are even trays for your food now.

Love the new XD theater... and the food is very Edible unlike most movie theaters...

Could of been better had ordered tenders a half hour went by and still havent received then went to the front counter with my receipt to get the situation taken care of over all pretty good survive

Not the cleanest but screen quality and sound was good as were the comfy chairs

Comfortable seating cool AC. My only suggestion, Bring your own candy. concession prices are rip off. Almost $5 for a small container popcorn that I can eat 2 sec.

Very comfy! Had to sit through 30 min of previews. Coffee machine wasnt working. Not peanut free or gluton free options.

The new seating is comfortable and spacious. No more needing to stand up or crunch in to let people by. Concessions are terribly overpriced. The staff dont seem to care a whole lot about customer service. They always seem eager to call over customers to help, but then operate at the speed of pitch. I guess it is hit or miss based on your timing. The ticket taker is always polite and forthcoming with any information to assist you in your visit.

Newly renovated. They serve wine and beer now. Awesome place.

Clean and staff very respectful. Loungers are wonderful

This is the movie theater I always go to and its always a hit. Friendly and professional service. I love the popcorn super fresh!! with a sprinkle of sea salt even tho its pretty expensive its kinda worth it. I recommend u just getting the large popcorn and soda that way u can get a refill and you can just take it home and eat it later.. and I love the comfortable reclining seats and u can have a ton of space and even a spot to put your popcorn and soda. Its always super clean once we get there.

Movie was good, shocked to paid 24.00 for two med cokes a med popcorn and one nacho and cheese. I felt like I was robbed. Maybe more people would go to the movies if they didnt get robbed at the concession stand.

I dont like having to pick a seat upon buying a ticket. That aside the layout of snack bar is better. Not sure alcohol is necessary at a movie theater but I guess that it the way things are now.

Most comfortable movie seats ever. Theater was immaculate. Parking lot was hard to find.

Was a great relaxing night watching lion king with my family especially with a 3 yr old

I enjoyed the movie Little WomenThe theater was clean well attended toBathrooms are clean.

They just recently redid the lobby and added new food options. It looks beautiful in the lobby now. The 2 things I love about this theater, is the ability to buy reserved seats in advance and the wonderful recliner seating. It makes you look forward to going to the movies!!

Love the new recliners. So much more space to relax and put your feet up. So much nicer than the old Showcase Cinemas. Love the little tray that you can move in front of you. Soda and snacks still very expensive though.

Seats are so comfy and it really feels like youre at your own personal movie. Good concession offerings and even cocktails. Definitely will be returning.

Really impressed with the comfy cinema seats, reservations online and a bar to get drinks to bring into the show.

Very clean and welcoming place,SNACK BAR COSTS MUCHO BUCKS.

Movie theater is nice and clean. The reclining seats are pretty comfortable. Wish they had seat warmers like the movie theater in Manchester, CT. The only thing I did not like about the theater is that they charge $9 for any infant over one year old which I think is a bit much for a child who is not going to watch a movie.

Enjoyed the movie, but every rug in the place needed to be cleaned - especially the ones from the entrance doors into the lobby. I hope because I was there early that they just hadnt cleaned them yet and they will be taken care of before too late in the day. On the good side, the restroom seemed clean.

This is a nice movie theatre, the seats are very comfortable and the prices are reasonable.

Nice big comfortable seats and decent theater otherwise. Bathrooms could be kept cleaner, but with amount of sloppy uncaring people coming thru, I can understand why its a challenge.

Awesome experience. Love the theatre size and reclining seats

Food is DISCUSTING. After I ate the tenders and fries there I spent all night vomiting with diarrhea. Food poisoning at its finest.

The cashier who attends the mvoie booth helped me tremedously while i was dealing w my parents who are dissabled. She suggested changes since we came in late and was very courteous towards my parents.

Very nice modern theatre with reclining seats and good staff. Easy to check in, get snacks and find your seat. Concessions are pretty good. Popcorn is a highlight and its always fresh when Ive ordered it. Had the cheeseburger and mini corn dogs. Burger was surprisingly good and juicy with crispy fresh veggies. Fries were also quite good, with a nice crunch to them. Come and catch a matinee today.

Went to an Early bird showing and it was nice. Only a couple people, place was practically empty, and the seats are super comfortable.

I coming here a bit with my wife and daughter the place is currently undergoing remodeling it is a very nice comfortable Movie experience. We recently purchased the movie Club membership I believe thats what its called definitely worth it on food purchases. Theyre the only theater I really go to and it is very nice Alaska Highway a bunch of restaurants surrounding it easy to get to.

The luxury loungers are the reason I started going to the movies again. The seating is super comfortable, theres lots of legroom, and I dont feel like Im sandwiched in between strangers. Reserving tickets with my phone is super easy. I always skip the line and because my seat is reserved I dont have to worry about being super early. The Movie Club is a pretty good deal and gives you a discount at the concession stand. If you dont want to sign up for that Wednesdays are still discounted (I believe $5 for a regular showing) but get your tickets online because its probably the busiest weekday.

Great cinema, the seats are nice and big, and have electric recliners built in. Plus. Having an alcohol bar doesnt hurt!

Quick service and very clean bathroom for what I could see.

After the renovation, this place is amazing. Plenty of food options, courteous employees, comfy seats, great sound. The only downside is its location, I have more issues here than anywhere else with people talking at full volume or using there phone flashlights during movies

The lounge chairs are very comfortable. Sound system is excellent.

Nice reclining leather seats with foot rest and tray for food and drink that you can move out of your way when not in use. Just went to see star wars, and it was pretty comfortable for a 2 and a half hour movie lol

Its a great movie theater! Staff members are friendly and the prices to the movies are great...

This is the spot.comfy chairs reclainers make movie watching super enjoyable

Had a nice time with the Family. Unfortunately, on our way out of the Cinema walking to our Car, we were Harrassed by a man who turned out to be a manager by the name of Valderetti. He was upset that us patrons were walking in the street to our cars. If you visit this place, make sure you dont walk in the street, but good luck getting to the cinemas becuase you have no option but to do so to access about 70% of parking.

I like this theater, people are friendly and after the renovation it looks so much nicer.

Comfy seats, would have been nice if their website mentioned the main food area was closed for construction for 2 months. I got there with enough time for food, not enough time to leave and eat somewhere else and come back. So being incredibly hungry kinda put a damper on the experience.Other than that, its a mostly really good theatre.

Went to see Aladdin live action. It was great.I love the big spacious recliner chairs and reserved seating. No more awkwardly looking for where to sit. Its great.

Love the seating and drinks and food but the movies they put everyday they barely change them so I can watch something else that I’ve been waiting to watch with my family Frozen 2

Good XD seats that would be great if they could recline more. Concessions lines very slow.

Always friendly staff at the ticket counters. Reserved seating available. Seats are big and comfortable and reclining. Great experience.

Wonderful place to take the family!!

Love the set up now. Ordering seats on line. Great reclining seats and roomy aisles. Terrific experience.

I havent been in town for a few years. It was a GREAT surprise to see the changes to Cinemark. So comfortable... It was better than being at home.

Love the new recliner seats...different now that you have to reserve your seat....$$$ pricey food and drinks ....a lil cheaper ticket prices and more people probably would be able to go....hardly ever a full theater

Got in and out of the theater pretty easily, plenty of parking, great service while were there. Bathrooms were okay, could use some TLC.

Best movie theaters ever! Love what they did to the place!

Great popcorn, soda was good, the movie Harley Quinn was the bomb

The seats are super comfortable and its just overall very nice. The staff is great with me and my kids so I love them as well.

A theater Ive attended since I was a kid, this is my favorite spot to catch a movie. Its not part of a mall, just a standalone theater with a phenomenal layout and even better seating.Recliners and tables, no blockage from people in front of you, and smaller individual rooms make this location the best in the area.

Amazing because it was empty. Didnt have to wait in line for anytbing like I always do. It was extra clean. I just wish the kids at the concession stands would be a bit talkative ....

It was a great time with the grandchildren, but not something I would do again anytime soon. You could buy a small car with the amount it cost to see a movie with children. SMALL CHILDREN. long lines, 4$ water bottles. Not in my budget. Also was overcharged and had to be refunded a whole ticket.

This is the only movie theater i’d go for so many years.. love the place and LOVE the fresh popcorns.. i recommend this Movie Theater to anyone! LOVE IT ️️️️️

Love the reclyning chairs. Very comfortable.

Love the new theater very comfortable seats and much better atmosphere!!!
