Great place, right off route 5. Ample selection, great colors, friendly staff. Speedy processing of pottery. Lots of parking, handicapped accessible. You can paint your own or make with clay. They offer classes or you can go and do your own thing. Lots of fun.

Really disappointed in my experience with Potterville Pottery. Took my grandmother here for her 90th birthday thinking that we were going to work with Clay on a wheel. When I showed up we were asked how much clay do you want I had no idea what she meant we had to pick and try to get any and all information we needed. We were then sat at a table and quickly ran through what to do the person then left and didnt show up for an hour as we just sat there playing with what was an adult version of Play-Doh. Luckily my 9 year old grandmother and I know how to make the best out of bad situations. The lack of communication and instructions was very unprofessional everyone was kosher and nice but that was about the only thing they had going for them. Just be aware if you go there you need to be an experience clay person otherwise youll be lost in the dark...

This is such a great place to let your creativity come out. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I went here yesterday and painted some of the pre-made pottery. Pre-COVID, my nephew had his birthday party here, and the kids got so into it and had a blast. I’m an adult and I always have a great time here too. It’s a great spot for a date, or something to do on a rainy day with the kids. Highly suggest you check it out!

Best pottery studio in this area The instructors are very patient and will help you on the pottery wheel or building a piece with coils or any other material of your choice. Laura, the owner is great. If you are looking for a class for you or for kids, this is the place to go.

Awesome and fun! The staff walked us through how to throw the clay and use the wheel! Mother daughter time and its a two trip project. After you have a keep sake that lasts for ever.

Good pricing and very helpful staff that give you as much time as you need! They also have an adorable brown bunny named Brownie that hops around. Id highly recommend this place if your looking for a fun craft project!

The owner is so rude to the customers, adults and children both! She needs to get a clue on how to run a business. Im honestly surprised theyre still open. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable but the owner acts like she doesnt even want to be there! She harasses the staff as well. I feel so bad for them. Dont waste your money just to paint overpriced figurines and watch the drama.

I loved this place!! It was super fun for my daughter to use the pottery wheel, and the young women teaching her was knowledgeable and polite! The prices were decent but you definitely get what you pay for quality wise so its worth it. They offer birthday parties which seemed cool and affordable. Make your own pottery or paint a premade one!

My boyfriend and I went today and had a class with Melanie and she was fantastic. Very informative. Taught us how to make our own beanpot and vase. Cant wait to go back and paint our creations. We want to sign up for more classes.

Love this place! The staff on top of being completely helpful are amazing and kind. Even though my child embarrassed me to no end, they were understanding and I cant want to go back!

Had a great time here. The place has many options to choose from in regards to picking pottery to point. The staff is friendly and you can pick up your pottery the next day usually.

Very nice. Making pottery on a real potters wheel was a blast. We also got to sculp. The only downside is that you have to come back a few weeks later to paint, and then a couple weeks after that to pick up the finished product.

There are hundreds of options to choose from as far as choosing something to paint. They have pottery that would suit all different ages from young children to senior citizens. Great place to go on a date or even to bring your parents on fathers/Mothers Day. The staff is friendly and keep your pottery ready for you to pick up.

Kids birthday party location. I’m no potter but the kids had fun making and painting their items. Staff was very accommodating.

$10 for a found of clay, its the perfect way to spend an hour with kids (as long as they arent spazzoids) I go in the evenings as a way to relax and to get a little creative. A lb of clay makes 4 tiny cups w/ saucers, 4+ incense holders.... All good stuff to have for when you need a gift in a pinch!

Good selection of paint-your-own pottery. They have some wheels to throw on, but you have to call ahead and reserve a time. The kids loved it.
