Casa Mobile Park

Managers are rude and dont respect there tenants privacy this place is a horrible place unless you like living in fear of what thing the manger is going to write you up or evict or how much they are going to charge you for your utilities every month is different some time by hundreds of dollars nobody says anything about it so management gets away with it, you can rent a house for the same if not less for what they will charge you here! Dont do it!

Not a bad place to visit, the meter reader is cute, but doesnt seem to be very friendly.

Love it, been here 17 years.

I have lived here since 2010 and I must say I have really enjoyed living here . Casa Mobile has really cleaned up since Barbara and Ray became managers there is less homeless people and traffic has really became less and less. Thank You Barbara and Ray for the Terrific Job. Well Done

Nice place and a good place to live. Been around FOR years great manager and as for pets. Keep them in your home. Management cant say anything. Your own home and everything in it .just dont be stupid about it .

Stopped by for a visit. Pool looks great, park is clean.

Very nice and clean, grounds well kept! Well organized and staffed with friendly and caring employees.

Now that the troll has been evicted from my late fathers home I can say the property looks welcoming. Office staff is polite and professional.

One of the nicer parks in the whole metro area. Friendly people, kept clean, and few to no trespassers.

Managment personel are very rude and discriminatory toward tenants and possible new tenants! Dont Recommend buying or renting one of their modular units

Clean, quiet, family friendly and close to freeway on ramps.

The atmosphere in this park was great.lot of nice people come there for jogging.

This trailer park use to be alot better when I was younger. Now it been raided for meth labs, trailer have been broken into, and there have been alot alot of fires. Tweek central.

These people bend over backward to help people resolve their challenges.Love Them. Ray and Barb are the best.

Dont ever buy a mobile home in this park rent goes up every year, the Gas and Electricity is not controlled by PG&E!, Itss controlled and billed buy the park, the employees that go around reading the meters are not even licence, The tenants are afraid to say anything because of the retaliation they will get from the management.
