Never been to a better theater,even in dallas or kansas city. They are polite,friendly and always smiling. They try to make sure your comfortable and able to enjoy the movie, have comfortable seating and dont freeze you as much as other theaters. The price is worth what you get!

This was our first time here seeing as we are new to the area. We had a great time!! All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Im a pretty tall guy i wish the chairs were higher up and wider so its more comfortable

Its a bit pricey and the screen in the theater we were in had some lines through it but its a pretty good place to catch a movie.

I appreciate the theater responding to the review. My main complaint is the absolutely horrible condition of the screens. I watched a movie on what I assume would be screen number two (second from the far right). Even from the back of the theater I can see how dirty the screen is. The screen also has a very visible gap between the screen portions. The movie was also not framed for the screen and about 10% was hanging off the left side onto the curtain. I have a small home theater and I know how easy it is to properly adjust the screen and projector. I really hope they take some pride in their business and fix these issues.

We went to see Dumbo and enjoyed it very much, not the animated one. The prices for movies at this theatre are very reasonable and if you get the extra large drink and popcorn and take it back the next time you go it will be half price....I think that is awesome. We will definitely go back to this theatre. It is very clean and everyone is very friendly.

Always keeps up-to-date with the newest movies. As its been open for so long, obviously theres a nostalgic quality to my review. While the prices are medium-high for the area, its worth it. Basically, a great source of entertainment in the area.

Other than 1 employee who is rude each time we visit. She doesnt stop us from having a great time. The prices are a little ridiculous for the food, but its worth the kids having smiles on their faces and making memories they can remember!

Matinee prices are great! Snacks are priced at movie theatre prices, but they have a good selection. The seats are super comfy and it was really clean. The employees were really nice, as well.

One of our favorite theatres... And the best in West Plains. They offer matinees in the summer and discounts for college students, kids, and the elderly during the week.

I love glass sword. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and the general ambiance of the theater is friendly and welcoming!

Reasonable prices and great seats.

Me, my 2 sisters try and have a movie night as often as possible. This time we brought our aadult daughters. They always seem to have a movie is appropriate for us to see.

Good selection most of the time but the prices are just a little over the top but what movie place isnt?

The prices are cheap. The place was nice. However, an employee sat behind us during the movie. She was with another person. These individuals would get on their phones. Plus, they kept singing along with the movie and giving out spoilers. If you are an employee you should have more respect for the patrons.

Clean and comfortable, reasonably priced and very friendly service. We traveled 45 miles to see the movie we wanted to and it was worth every mile!

Went to see stephen kings IT the movie lagged a cpl times come to find out screen 5 has had other experiences and it may be haunted.. They said when the conjuring was playing they were shutting down for the night breakers off no electricity to screen 5 and the different scenes of the movie kept popping up on the big screen... Ticket and food prices are good, its comfortable.. Its a great theatre

Clean, prices are alright. Lacks more 3d movies want to see. Good place for date night.

Went and watched Star Wars, the door entering the theater had an inch or more gap and let in light that reflected off the screen. We were also told that there was nothing after the credits as a way to tell us to leave when the movie was over. I normally enjoy coming here, but today wasnt a great experience.

One of the charms of the town, its the best place to see new films as they come out. I myself have wonderful memories watching movies here with my family and friends. Ticket prices are pretty standard if not smaller than those in bigger cities and it has taken advantage of RealD 3D tech for a wonderful viewing experience of some of the more stylish films. For those of you that dont enjoy 3D they nearly always have a 2D option available. And the weekend matinees are a great budget option for those who otherwise couldnt financially justify a trip to the movies.

Great little theater. Theyve got good shows, good prices and good popcorn. Staff is super friendly, all but this one lady who has been rude every time Ive been there. All around, definitely worth your money!

OK movie theater. My biggest complaint is that the movies are always too quiet! I shouldnt be able to hear the dude 10 rows in front of me eat popcorn or the guy 3 seats to my left breathe. I can never hear the movie and it definitely takes the experience away.

Enjoyed the movie, all employees. Was very nice and helpful, had and would go back again. It was very clean and had a warm feel about it.

I dont know what his name was but the young guy who we talked to about refunding our tickets was the nicest and fastest acting guy Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting, we had a family emergency and had to go and he was super nice and super fast, that guy deserves a raise or at the very least some praise for his good deed

$9 per ticket seems high.

Though more expensive its the best theater in town. Very good quality seating, sound and screen. They even have a small arcade.

The movie The Quiet Place sucked! i sudgest those that want to watch it, not to waste their time. But, the employes there were good

Movies are a little pricey, but I suppose they are almost everywhere these days. Recently-upgraded seats and audio/visual equipment start to make up for it. Good selection of movies and showtimes.

Nice clean theater & the cost is minimal.

Price is right,but if you are hearing impaired, dont waste your time and money here, as they have no assistive devices available and the volume is too low for hearing aids to help. Frustrating.

I havent lived in West Plains for three years and every time I see a movie it makes me miss this place. On opening nights Gary always greeted everyone and made them feel welcome. He was always supportive of my friends and I dressing up for movies and its apparent that the man loves films.As for the snack prices, he has the lowest prices out of any theater Ive been to. Try dropping $30 on a popcorn, drink, and a thing of Sno Caps then tell me his snacks are overpriced. Also, he has the cheapest ticket prices.This place is always clean and its a cozy place to watch movies.I hope it never leaves West Plains.

Love taking my younger girls to the movies. It would be nice if we could Have drive in movie theater.

Went and saw Deadpool here. The volume was extremely loud and the theatre room was pretty dirty. Its the only place in the area though so theres not much of a choice.

This theater is always clean and has a great design and decor. I have never experienced any rude behavior from the employees. Movies and food items are no more expensive than any movie theater. In fact, if you are smart and bring your bucket back..its actually pretty fairly priced. I drive an hour to view movies here because the seating is very comfortable, the stadium style seating makes viewing better and alhough its not an IMax experience, ive found that their 3D movies are just better here..I stopped paying to see 3D films in my hometown because the quality was poor.. My family LOVES The Glass Sword!! :-)
