Was a fun experience for my daughter as she is 2 and it was her first time here. She had so much fun, not too many people when we went. Staff was very friendly! Only complaint is I feel like the food prices are a bit high but overall great experience would definitely do again!

I recently had my sons birthday party here and we all had a great time! Alexis was our host, she was amazing I was actually able to enjoy the party. I will 100% have my next party here and let everybody know how easy, enjoyable, and affordable it is!

The pizza is good. Its overbooked and as a large party you just feel rushed. Other than that everyone i know got the flu within 2 days of the party we went to. Wont go there again.

Only been to this location twice but both times great experiences good food and games for kids of all ages. Definitely recommend if in the area.

I really like this Particular Chuck E. Cheese. There is an entire area for toddlers, with over 10+ games for them to play. I was able to entertain my 2 year old and 8 year old at the same time.

Left wishing it was bigger, it was fine for what it was kids where ok with ok with it, there were some controversial people but good thing they left other then that it was fine I guess.

None of the machines would stay working. When you try and notify the staff they act as if they are aggravated. Although we are spending our money for kids to play and nothing is working they are mad at the consumers. Dirty. Lady at the ticket counter for gifts has the worst attitude with the children. No patience. It was 1pm and they ran out of all the good prizes and acted like it was once again the consumers fault. Ticket counter machines were also not working. They would freeze up in the middle of counting tickets. Would not recommend this location

Horrible place i ever worked at. Management is corrupt. The Managers dont know what they are doing and cannot handle stress. Managers would leave me managing the store and I wasnt promoted yet Would not recommend.

Gets crowded but if you go early you can enjoy the place better ! And well amazing place for the kids

Definitely has been upgraded since the 90’s-2000’s. No more nasty coins. Just swipe a card and each and every machine. Pay for play by time. Prices are reasonable and even cheaper on week days.

I gave you 2 stars because your staff was very nice but I have got to tell the world about your food I recorded, when I picked up the cucumbers to put on my there was slime coming off of them. Also there was mold on the ham chunks for the !!! With all the money yall make we would appreciate if you have your boss get in contact with me so we can stop putting our children in a situation where they wind up eating nasty slimy food! Imagine all the around 10yo who dont realize this mistake you made and get that stuff for themselves or their younger siblings. Think about it. Other then that we had a wonderful time.

I had so many memories coming here. Not as much as Boynton Beach, FL. My Older brother and mother went to an older location back in 2001. Im lucky to find an old photo before Hurricanes around 2004/2005

Its a Chucky Cheese that puts unused slices of pizza back together to reserve as a new pizza. Gross. Dont believe me you tube it. Forever had my opinion of chucky cheese changed. Omgross

Only visit this place early in the week, if you try to go on the weekend you will regret it. The pizzas usually good and the salad bar is decent.

Went for the first time and werent quite sure what to expect. Food was surprisingly good but I wish there would have been some healthy food choices for the kids. I had a coupon for 100 points for $20, which ended up being plenty for my two small kids to share. The ice cream machine was fun but we dont carry much cash so having an option to pay by card would have been much more convenient. Overall it was a fun night for all.

Our kids love it. The prizes I feel cost way to many tickets but its fun for occasions.

Great spot for the kids to play and win some prizes. Separate area for toddlers with rides that move and easier games to play. Food and drink is available, as well as birthday party packages. Restrooms are clean and tidy.

Had a blast with my 3 1/2 year old nephew. The wings werent to great but enjoyed salad bar because it was early in the day and everything was so fresh. Will definitely go back.

My daughters birthday party was a blast! All of our guests, including the adults enjoyed themselves. Got complimentary pizza for the adults since the party pizza took longer than they said. Liz was our party host and she did an amazing job!

Its okay. The kids seem to like it, but for young kids I wish there was a little bit more to do. Theres a pirate game in the little kids area that Im not thrilled about. Shooting and zombies and hatchets and such seems a bit mature for the small kids area. My six-year-old liked it, but it scared the pants off of my four-year-old.Would be nice if they had laser tag or dodgeball or something that required a little bit more physical exertion then just playing video games.The pizza is actually decent, and I like that theres some attempt to make sure the kids leave with whatever adult brought them. The staff are all friendly and the vibe is generally positive. And considering that its non-stop kids running around the place is kept very clean.

A great place, with very kind staff! And by the way, I had an issue with my order, and the manager in charge, was sooo helpful, she corrected the mistake in a fast way and was so nice, that I just want to say Thank you for your help and your awesome customer service. My son I had a great time!

This place is nasty, overall repulsing, we never use gloves on our hands, we use moldy and expired items in the entire salad bar, the place is never clean and management is terrible.

Person preparing the cotton candy used the same gloves to check-in people then came back to the machine and never changed gloves. He touched the candy with those gloves.

I am extremely disappointed at Chuck e Cheeses. I was so excited to take my 3 year old here for her first visit. I was even more ecstatic that they now offered unlimited play. I have been going since the 80s! Everything was fine until I encountered a group of teenagers hogging the basketball game. No big deal, I would have schooled them anyway. 5ft nothing but can sink a shot like no other. Anyway, I was with a group of 5. We were about to leave and I walked over to see if I could shoot some hoops one last time. The group of teens were still there and literally smoking weed in CHUCK E CHEESES! INSIDE!!! I immediately went to ask for management as there are babies in this place. I was pointed to the girl at the front named Jasmine. I told her that this group of teens were smoking weed in the corner of her establishment. What really ticked me off was her response. Well I cant do anything about that with an eye roll! WTF excuse me! There are babies in here. She could care less. I told her she was disgusting, and we swiftly left. Will never return. #ChuckECheeses you MUST do better! I have been going here since I was a child. A standard procedure should be in place. Also, I followed up speaking to another employee as I left, asked the name of hr manager, she didnt know. Asked her to please get the manager, she ran inside an never returned

Horrible service! Just left after 2.5 hours of spending money. Never got food because noone would come take our order at the counter after waiting 20 min. EVERYONE else got helped but not us. So no food for my kids. Then leaving had 500 tickets but all we wanted was 2 Tootsie rolls for my kids BUT would ANYONE come help us!? Nope. Asked 3 people that all walked past us and said yeah in a min but all just stood in back. Mind you, we came AFTER the camps and the place was not crowded but there were a fair amount of people and staff was just standing around and didnt want to help us. Ohhh and, lets not forget maintenance crew SPRAY PAINTING a machine in the childrens section while children were playing no fans nothing...Im at a loss. My kids left crying because we couldnt get 2 Tootsie rolls with our 500 tickets, too much work for the staff to help us! Good work!

Best pizza ever . A lot of fun

A great place to entertain the kids but I do wish the employees were more attentive at this location. Lines to order food, drinks, and player points always take forever and theres usually one person on the register. To redeem your tickets theres always only one person but then lots of employees walking around not really doing anything. But the kids enjoy the games and pizza so I still give it 4 stars. Going on a weekday is better then the weekend, weekends are just to busy for the employees to keep up

Chuck-E-Cheese can be a fun place if youre bringing small kids there. Its primarily targeted at smaller children 10 and under as the games and activities there arent really well suited for more mature kids teenagers and up. I bring my five-year-old daughter here and she has a great time. Ive never eaten here so I cant comment on the food. Places like Chuck E cheese and ShowBiz Pizza Place used to be really big back in the 80s and early 90s but I think this style of entertainment is on its way out. I still give it 4 stars because my little girl loves coming here so much. The place always seems fairly clean and the staff are very nice but if the place is full of excited kids it can be a bit much at times.

I had my sons Birthday party here and he had a blast and so did I. Even the grownups that brought their kids to the party. The hosts were awesome. They made my sons party unforgettable, especially the ticket booth were the Birthday kid gets in with someone else to help catch the money was pretty awesome. Thanks I would do it again.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The pizza was good, so was the salad bar. The kids rather enjoyed themselves, and thats what really matters, honestly.

At least 7 machines broken or out of service.. asked an employee for help and she said theres only 1 person fixing them.. waste of time and money..

As clean and organized as any Chuck E. Cheese could possibly be. Kids everywhere, not enough room to walk near the front because of two out of place machines (cotton candy and dippin dots). The food isnt the best but it isnt the worst either. Once patrons would leave, the staff never went to bus tables so there was food everywhere. The salad bar was stocked properly but the floor around it and the soda station were quite messy. If it were spread out better for space, then things may be different.

Getting accustomed to the new system. My son had fun and that’s all that mattered. Some of the games seemed glitchy and we had to have the tech help us a few times but they were very courteous and good about giving us back our games.

Great place for a kid party.

I took my babies here as a reward for impeccable report cards. We didnt order anything to eat because of the warnings about food poisoning. Yikes. We still had a blast. My partner and I enjoyed skee ball while the kids played ticket games. The prize selection was good. Something for everyone. I got a giant pixi stick tube like I used to get as a child. I love how nostalgic it is there.

As an adult, I probably enjoy this place a little too much haha. Super fun place to bring the kiddos

My kids like going here. Personally, I remember when Chuck E. Cheese used to be on Palm Beach Lakes and was a really fun place to go. Its too bad my kids wont be able to see what its like to have everyone care about the whole experience.

Overall a good place to take the kids. The pizza is edible (not winning any awards but what do you expect). The staff has always been friendly and helpful.I recommend when possible going at slow times. I have taken my kids a couple of times around lunch on weekdays and its empty. When its busy its not quite as clean and they struggle to keep up with the games breaking.The new system with the card is not as good in my estimation. The tiny kids rides dont seem to go as long. Also its hard to tell when the machine isnt working properly versus the card didnt read. So I wasted a bunch of points on skeeball and things when the machine wasnt functioning.

Worst place ever. There were no clean table and the floor is filthy. I asked for the manager because we needed any table cleared off. But there’s still no clean tables.

A creepy woman followed my friend and I a d his daughter for like ten minutes. This place is like Disney as your leaving youll finally remember why you never wanted to come back lol
