Saturday, November 21stMy friends and I went to Post modern right as the doors opened. We received amazing customer service and even got free stickers. If I could give 10/5 stars I would. This place is honestly the best skate shop I’ve been too. I’ll be back on Monday to buy a board! Thx again Jimmy!!!!

Jimmy is a solid dude with a long history in the skateboard subculture. I was happy to find that Jimmy isn’t some dude off the streets tryin to capitalize on the fad. Dude knows his stuff and hooks it up with the only products worth riding and at super fair prices. Super rad to have a real skate shop in my home town of Northwood.

Great guys! And great shop! A skate shop like this has been long over due in south Florida, owned BY skaters FOR skaters! The best skate shop around. I went in there to purchase a kast skateboard deck. They were out but the owner jimmy was beyond helpful and personally drove down to Miami and picked me up a kast skateboard deck. I’ve never met a shop owner that would do that. I highly recommend going to post modern if you need anything skateboard wise or skate clothes they have everything you would need. And could easily order what you want if it’s not in stock. They will get you on your board in no time. Thank you again to the crew over at postmodern

Awesome shop, took my son to get his 1st setup here. The guys were very helpful and have a great selection, we have probably bought at least a half dozen decks since and Im sure we will be back for more. Jimmy and his crew are true to the culture, couldnt ask for more.

Went in today to buy a beginner skateboard for a 7 y/o. Jimmy the owner was SUPER helpful and explained all of our options. AND, he offered to assemble the board before we left AND told us to bring the newbie in and Jimmy would show him some moves to practice behind the shop. An A+++ experience. Highly recommend. Belated Christmas shopping on Christmas Eve for son. First local shop I researched online said they were open, but I showed up and they were already closed by 5pm (said open until 6p). No worries, its Christmas Eve, totally understandable. I researched a couple more that were located in the mall, which werent my first choice because Id rather spend money at local shop. It didnt matter anyway because the mall stores were all closing early at 6p (all three said open until 9p).I finally came across Post Modern and gave them a call - open until 7p on Christmas Eve. Sure enough, showroom was open and staffed, with some local skaters in the back of the store on the outside skate ramp.The staff (Jordan) was very friendly and helped me out. I explained that I was looking for a complete setup, and Jordan took the time to properly lay out a board, deck tape it, mount the trucks, bearings, and wheels.While setting up the board, the staff explained how the owner was advocating to the City of West Palm for a skate spot near the shop, giving kids a place to skate. They even had engineer drafts of the park hanging in the showroom.Awesome experience, great products, good people.

I had been wanting to find a shop for getting limited releases on Nike Sb collections and I found my spot! Absolutely amazing how they run their Instagram and keep everyone updated and posted on everything from drops to sales in their beautiful skate shop/gallery!!! Their staff was knowledgeable and extremely informative!! If youre looking for an overall great experience this is the only shop you need to be going to!!! Jaw dropping selection on shoes, decks, trucks, wheels and everything skate you want and need!! Up to date styles!! A must! Ill be coming back without a doubt!!! I am a business owner and customer service on a personal level means the world to me and these guys are legit!!! Most of my clients are antique dealers in the area so I’ll be popping in often to make sure I don’t miss anything and of course to add to my collection of skate apparel and shoes!!!

I love going into places like this not only because of the great selection of clothes and skateboards, but for the outstanding customer service. I came in with my girlfriend and the owner of the store was very polite and very friendly. Overall I had a great experience and we were more than satisfied with what we purchased.

Fun place to visit. The great quality brands and selections make you feel like you skate for palace skateboards or got some footy with gx1000, or maybe thats the people that visit there also lol. This is definitely my favorite skateshop in the south Florida area.

They had no complete boards in the shop. Not much in the way of variety--only regular skateboard decks. Would have liked to have seen some longboards. The shop felt really empty and there was too much unused space. Shop is not in a great location. Most of the other Google reviews seem like they are left by employees/friends.

Sleek and minimalist in design. Love that they carry GX-1000 products as well as other sick brands. Staff is laid back and cool.

Finally a legit skateshop in west palm. This isnt some shop thats trying to be a surf shop, long board, BMX all in one type of place. Its 100% a skate shop. The mini ramp out back is pretty dope too! Support the local scene!!!
