A well maintained gated condo community with about 7500 units of various sizes. Many activities, something for everyone. Recommend.

I never thought that i would live there. I went in century village with a friend.The place is beautiful super clean.I just bought a one one and a half bed room 1 1 and a half bath room.This was gutted top to botom. Everything. Brand new. For 55000 its perfect size. I just bought seven thousand dollars worth of new furniture.75 inch screen Tv. 50 inch in my bedroom. I have a batchler pad. All Black white Red looks liike something out of Miami vice or scar face back in the eighties look. I just sold a big house in lake side green with a pool.Im so happy.They have eighteen pools. Agym looks like LA fitness. Perfect for me.Im renting with option to buy. I love it.

The facilities here at Hastings are tremendous as the Lazy River Jacuzzi, swimming pool makes it a GR8 place to congregate with friends. The weight room has whatever you need to get back in shape.

I took my neighbor to the Hastings fitness center to get a free massage and while waiting I went to the gym n peddled foe 30 minutes,then took a walk I feel I accomplished a lot today.
