Nice renovations. The best town square hands down!! Lots of nice shops and boutiques must see

Currently under renovation but still a well kept theatre. Screens and sound are high quality. Stadium seating and a real Hollywood themed entrance.

Nice theater. Only complaint is seats didnt recline all the way like other AMC theaters. The footrest only came up halfway at a weird angle

Went to AMC movie theater. Rosemary square was clearly suffering from the coronavirus. Hopefully as this virus is subdued Rosemary Sguare will return.to a great reasturant and eatertaiment center.

Great location and I love the decor. The theater was easy to navigate. I like that there is a bar to help pass the time to wait. Not sure if your allowed to take those drinks from the bar with you but we did. That made the movie a lot better. The bathrooms were real clean. I wish the theater seats were a lot cleaner. I didn’t get to watch an imax but the standard display wasn’t to bad. The sound was amazing and the theater wasn’t too cold like most typically theaters. Also wish the had a better scanning system to scan the tickets from your smart phone. The employee had to make 3 attempts on just about everybody’s phone just to get it to accept the tickets.

A wonderful theatre to visit. The seats are comfortable. A person can recline, get a message and have a heated seat. I hadnt been here in over 17 years when my daughters were teenagers. I missed it. The curly fries at the movie concession stand were delicious. They also serve alcoholic drinks for those that want more than soda or water. I enjoyed seeing Spies in Disguise. Hope to be able to come back in 2020.

Excellent IMAX theater (every seat is good with how the stadium seating is configured) and overall well run venue.

EXCELLENT!!! RECLINING CHAIR WITH HEAT. SPACIOUS SEATING WITH WALLS IN SECTIONS GIVING ME A GREATER FEEL OF PROTECTION WITH THE WALLS GOD FORBID ANY VIOLENCE BREAKS OUT. Saw a Saturday afternoon IMAX movie here in March 2019. The automated kiosk were non operational so I went to the ticket counter. The service was friendly. Like all things in the Palm Beach area it seemed a little pricey for a ticket, popcorn, and soda about $35. I would have considered it a better value but the fountain machine wasnt calibrated correctly and the soda tasted off. The IMAX theater was big and had a good crowd for a documentary on a Saturday afternoon. If my review or photos were helpful please give a thumbs up .

Movies are a bit pricey. All the teens and families go here since it is the only one in the near area of West Palm Beach. The facilities are clean and it has been renovated as of mid/late 2019. Movie rooms are huge and the new renovation seats are amazing. Service could do with some improvement. I grew up coming here for many years and it has provided me with many viewer experiences. They even play Studio Ghibli movies on select month weekends. Check it out.

Really like the Dolby cinema. The sound moves around the room making the movie theater experience better. The recliner chair did not go as far back as I would like but it is comfortable.

My kids, husband and myself love this place. We have family time going here. The seats are VERY comfortable, food is great never dull and the staff is amazing. This place is NEVER dirty when we go

Great atmosphere and family friendly!

The Dolby surround sound system that they installed is amazing although if you choose that bump up in quality. The assigned seating makes it so much easier, able to wonder around till its time for the movie to start.

I loved the comfortable seats. You can lie back with your feet up. The sound system and acoustics were great and I enjoyed the movie Little Women.

I was unimpressed with the price of tickets ... with military discount it was still 45$ for 3 tickets, but the outside of the theater and the lobby all look really nice so I was thinking it would be a super nice place, but once you go downstairs to the concession area you can see there is nothing special. It’s dirty with sticky floors like most movie theaters ran by teenagers. The movie theater itself was horrible. The chairs are stained and ripped up.

Wonderful theater space. The sound its nor annoying like most places but calming. The workers are also very nice and friendly. Though the popcorn and food can be expensive, my tickets were only $6.99. Which was better than last time I went when they were around $17.00. Overall, its a pretty chill place.

Very comfortable seats! Really enjoy watching a movie here! And if cold... you can turn on the heat button for the seat! Love it!

Renovated theatre. All seats are reserved. Best to make reservations and pick seats online. The thing is that there are theatres downstairs and upstairs but the food court is downstairs only. Therefore, you have to check in and go downstairs to get a soda. Then upstairs again to get to the escalator to the upstairs theatres which means another complication to have the person who checks you in agree not to have to check you in again. So its clumsy............but when youre finally in your seat, nice.Of course, the thing is that the demographics of City Place is unpleasant and makes me feel unsafe.....................but so far, so good..........but Im a guy and take care of both myself and my wife.I wouldnt suggest that women alone go to City Place and this theatre at night.

This is not a modern theater with recliner seats, nor is it particularly handicapped accessible. The bathrooms are dated. The accoustics are only okay...but this is still a great go to the movies experience! The cafe snack bar is the most modern part of the theater. The seats are red velvet! One theater is a basic IMAX theater and the sound there is good. If you are hard of hearing, the assisting gadget is SO oitdated.. But still... youre at City Center in WPB and the decor is grand...its date night worthy for sure. Parking lot is right there...rememy to get your parking validated for three free hours of parking!

Its so beautiful and romantic for a date night! You cant beat the location- because its right in the heart of CityPlace! And they have a fun arcade where you or your kids can play games.

Used to way better. Full of dirty patrons. Limited seating, overpriced drinks... A poor shadow of what it used to be 20 years ago. More big willie films drag everything down, except lice and scabies.

The movies are great ! Thats why they net millions of dollars. The movie theatre on the other hand... after a 20 minute wait for concessions, cold nacho cheese . One cashier for 40- 50 customers attempting to be served .

This movie theater is extremely comfortable. Great food, big screens, very comfortable chairs. You should check this place out.

It is a lovely space, but often too busy to offer consistency. Theaters are often too hot as if the a.c. has been left off overnight and we have had issues with volume in theaters. Concessions are good but take forever. Get there early if you want to eat something hot. Avoid the bar. Drinks are too pricey and low in spirits.

Nice place, and the theater screens are very modern looking and high quality and great sound. I normally buy all my tickets on Fandango and pick them up at the ticket kiosk to avoid lines.The only negative I have to say is no one picks up the phone, it just rings and rings. I had a few questions regarding the moving seats for some of the films and in general needed help to ask if they had any ticket machines and was not able to get threw to anyone.

This place is so dirty!!!! They don’t clean the auditorium, popcorn all over the floor, drinks food etc all over the seats. Honestly you’d think this place would be cleaner but nope. When you arrive be prepared to clean your own seat!

The theatre must have reconfigured their seats. Many, like me, who went to see the MET LIVE IN HD didnt get the seats we paid for. Luckily the management gave us free tickets. Theatre is hard to find if you dont know the area. Parking is too.

Tuesdays are the best! $5 movies! Great way to enjoy my day off with my children.

They remodeler this theatre a bit and it looks really nice. Their IMAX theatre is awesome and has reclining seats now and concession has a full bar!

One of my fav theaters i have ever been to . Prices arnt out of the norm . The food is very good but the main draw other then being located in city place is, that it is one of the very best looking theaters i have ever been in the place looks like a fancy palace

Parking used to be free now you have to pay, but they put in comfortable seats recommend them.

I want to charge it for parking after you go to the movie and have your ticket validated Ill never be back

I really dislike the humanless ticket purchasing. I also dislike choosing seats when purchasing tickets. It took so long as there were only three seats together in the first row. The employee was very helpful.

They just renovated. Everything is new and the seats have heating pads; they do have kiosks. I asked what that was about and they said that they are the first to have all that stuff. I love Dolby though!!!!!!

Where do I begin? The bars credit card machine was broken. So we had to leave to get cash to get drinks. Why wouldnt you just bring over one of the extra registers? Then the folks working the concession stand told us not to buy the cashews that were being advertised, Were not supposed to sell those, theyve gone bad. At least thats what we hear. None of the theaters indicate which film is being showed, our tickets didnt say either, and none of the employees upstairs knew which films were on which theaters. So we had to go back downstairs to find out which theater we were supposed to go to. The chairs were comfy. The industrious young men next to us in the theater setup shop and had customers popping in and out of the theater to purchase God knows what. The sound stunk and the screen was tiny. The bathrooms were a mess. Two urinals for a line of twenty plus people, and the only functioning sink in the womens bathroom was clogged. But hey, at least we didnt get lice.

First time here. The worst AMC location I’ve ever been to. The seats in showroom 10 are so dirty, as well as the arm rest. The service at the popcorn is not friendly and the popcorn is not good. The place is under construction and should be closed. Arrived 15 minutes before the show time and nothing was being played. Usually movie theaters would have trailers and stuff. It’s so awkward because all you can hear is other audiences breathing.

They have self serve kiosks inside to buy the tickets now! Thank goodness associate was there to help. People taking the money is alot faster and nicer.

They have stopped validating parking on weekends. Very disappointing. Considering other options as my primary theater.

Small theater, poor, silent audio quality, very small bathrooms with 2 urinals and 1 stall for a line of 20 people that just exited a theater as well as no paper towels and no air dryer, and dirty among other things. There wasnt even an usher to hold the door open for patrons exiting a theater after the film was over. Not a good choice considering the wide array of high quality movie theaters within a 10 mile radius. Go see a movie at a theater that wont ruin the experience.

Nice theater. Wasnt too busy. Have motion seats which are pretty neat! The air conditioning stopped working half way through the movie. Could use some maintenence in some areas but otherwise good.

Saw Godzilla in IMAX on its opening day. Was able to get to the theater early and with the help of one of the staff, figure out how to get in & out of the theater without climbing all those stairs! The secret door led to a rest room, which was very convenient when running to it during the movie. Theater is a bit old and a little dated, but seats were comfortable enough and concessions not terribly overpriced. Centrally located at City Place. Parking is $12 at the Rosemary Garage, which is a 3 minute walk to the theater.

Ordered tickets online and the seating was reversed ...when we went to sit but people were seating in our seats already.......by the time they wanted to reassign seats it was to late the movie had started already...... The supervisor in charge offered some passes for any other day... I rejected and asked for a full refund....which they had no problem giving it back.....next time Ill just go to regal never had any issues there......

Terrible experience. Only thing going for it is the air conditioning. Almost $10 a seat, place is completely under construction, disgusting mess, should be closed for business. Filthy and unfinished. I paid almost $6 for a Coors Light, the girl throws it out with almost a quarter of it left in the bottle. I ask her, why did you throw out my beer? She says she wasnt trained and asks me if I want the beer I paid for out of the trash. Disgusted. And over 20 minutes of previews! Unreal waste.

It is a beautiful building. There are 20 theaters and so many showings you wont miss a movie. This place is great too bc any movie between 4 to 4:59pk is only $6.41, they validate your parking for up to 3 hrs, and if you are an AMC member, Tuesdays you pay only $5.00

I really loved it and enjoyed the movie. They provided at least 5 different types of food(Probably more) and drinks. The food was great and so was my experience in the theater with adjustable seats it was comfortable.

The new recliners are nice but dont recline quite as far as desired

A beautiful cinema at west palm beach downtown with the best movies. The rooms are not too big and the were not too much people on the room but that was perfect. Outside when you finish you have a lot of options like bars where you can go and have a good time.

Movie was great seen. Joker. City place and the movie theater is just torn up with construction. No bathrooms available at the movie theater stairs and escalators blocked off. Wood put down for walkway was very uneven and some spots unsafe. Movie was great but i wont be back until construction is finished. Even if it takes 2 yrs.

The pictures move fast and the employees move slowly. Its clean, but its probably only because there arent a lot of customers.

I went in and the theaters hadn’t been cleaned between showings so there was trash everywhere but I did love the heated reclining seats. There was only one bathroom open and it was super gross I ran all over the building looking for one and then I had to find a clean stall worse experience ever

Today was a day like any other in AMC at City place WPB. With exception that we made the mistake of buying our tickets for the wrong theater. The manager was exceptionally acomodating even though it was my mistake. Thanks to all the staff for be so nice to crazy people like me. Happy holidays!!!

This movie theater has got to be the best one in Northern Palm Beach County. The atmosphere is very aesthetically pleasing, complete with red carpeting, renaissance architecture and paintings, and comfortable seats. The prices are affordable considering the quality of the experience and location of the theater in city place. As a added bonus you get 3 hours of free parking if you stamp your parking ticket during your visit.The food is just as over priced as all greasy theater food, Id recommend going to somewhere to eat before or after.

Dirty everything. If you like a clean theater experience then go somewhere else. Warning: Dont use the bathroom.

Saw Frozen 2 in the Dolby theatre. Unfortunately, the bottom half of the screen was blurry. It seems of that this would happen in a newly renovated theatre.

Why is this place even opened? Its a health hazard. Construction still going on. Place is dirty from debris. The movie WAS suppose to start 35 MINUTES AGO! Having reclining seats is not enough to come back to this embarrassing, uncomfortable, unprofessional, unreliable movie theater. For now on Regal Cinema, or nothing.

They have cleaned and renovated the theater. Look forward to going back.

Seats arent really that comfortable but they always have a lot of movies playing and is in a great area for shopping before or after. Not the cleanest either. Hopefully they remodel the theater to have reclining chairs soon or at least get some bigger seats. We were too close to the person next to us and it was really uncomfortableEdit just got to the theater to watch the release of toy story 4 and the whole theater was absolutely disgusting. Nothing was cleaned from the previous movie trash everywhere on seats and the floor. Seriously expected more then all this nasty trash

We have been to this IMAX theatre three times and every time there has been something wrong. We saw Star Wars Last Jedi, terrible sound, we saw Crimes of Grindelwald, horrible sound and skipping. After Crimes of Grindelwald we said we would never come back for an IMAX movie at this theatre, but they renovated so we figured we’d give it one more chance. Decided to see Rise of Skywalker opening show in IMAX. During THE MOST climatic part of the movie it started skipping for 10 minutes. It was awful. I had to call while inside the theatre it was so bad (which means management was also aware). After the movie I decided to complain, and this is the part that really upsets me. I told the manager what had happened and instead of sincerely apologizing he was more worried about others hearing what I was saying. He practically shushed me and handed me off to a staff attendant to get readmission passes (which aren’t even good for IMAX without paying a surcharge). No apology or anything. He literally said “I screened it last night and it was fine”. He eventually said projection was up there looking at it. I worked as an assistant manager at a movie theatre for 5 years and this is not how you handle upset customers. You apologize, take the blame, and ask them how they can make the situation better, or at least personally hand them the readmission tickets. Also, if you were made aware of the situation beforehand (especially for a movie as big as this and in IMAX), you wait outside the theatre with passes in hand. I submitted my complaint to corporate on 12/19/19 and received an email that the complaint had been forwarded to the theatre and someone would be contacting me, it’s now 12/29/19 and I still have not received a formal apology. Movies and concessions are way too expensive to have multiple visits like this. We would rather drive the extra distance and go to the Regal RPX.

The seats are great. Recliners with built-in heating. They are currently renovating the theaters so movies are not labelled outside of theater doors.

Second floor concession stand closed for remodeling. AMC is doing this now on Saturday during the summer at 3PM. Had to go downstairs then upstairs. Saw movie late only two employees in concession stand. Go figure long lines. Management is stupid? That never would happen with right management like Muvico. Is corporate aware of what is going on? No kids summer camp promotions. Why bother going here? Cobb & Regal have $1 or free movies. Did I mention parking tickets have to be validated. Sometimes the box inside theater dont work right causing problems when exiting garage. Overall horrible experience! Not motivated for going back. AMC lost it way..Careless about customer service and more about profits. And people complained about employees with lack of C.S.

The best movie theater/arcade, also a bar, Ive ever been to! I would definitely recommend going to this place. In this theatre, there is also membership into 3 catetgories. Stubs, Premiere, and A-List. Each of these have the greatest ways why you should come here. The inside of the building is majestically beautiful when walking inside. Posters are out in the lobby to show you all the great movies coming soon, as well as trailers to show you what you might have missed. The snacks are amazing as well. You can get candy, popcorn, and drinks. Also with membership, you can get refills on your popcorn and drinks! These are my reasons to go to this theatre!

Decent prices for standard tickets, heated seats and recliners is a huge bonus.

Automated ticket counter now to save on payroll, only one concession stand, closed some theaters for remodeling (you find out when which one to go to after walking to the wrong one), they serve you cold popcorn that was sitting around. WAS my favorite theater but now it is like visiting Silent Hill.

I always enjoy going to this theater. I park in the garage around the corner and its a nice five minute stroll to the entrance. Dont forget to validate your parking stub in one of the blue lit ticket slots on either floor. Always a great selection of movies and showtimes quickly researched on google. Tonight was a holiday so the place was packed but still easy to get around. Will definitely be back!
