Best kept rink ever! We played a hockey game here this weekend and the staff was awesome, the ice was in great shape and the locker rooms were clean! Heard a rumor it’s for sale. Someone will make money if they follow the same biz model!

A very beautiful rink which has a very well thought out layout and is kept up very well. It is a large Olympic sized rink and the staff were very nice! This was one of the cleanest rinks that I have ever been in!

Great place for anyone to learn to skate! The coaches are amazing and the facility is the cleanest in South Florida!

Great Ice, every Socially Distant, Friendly Staff

We drove from Vero and couldnt get in line was around the corner and they had to control the masses on the ice. It was just a regular day no holiday or anything. Manager gave us free tickets for next time we will wait until season is over in hopes to be able to get on the ice.

This ice skating rink is the best compared to any that are available in Palm Beach and Broward County. The entire establishment is clean and they well kept. We go almost monthly and had a great birthday party for our child. I highly recommend you check this place out.

Best ice in town

Went during a free skate session with my little sisters and we all had fun. They have skates and also these plastic walker-shaped things that kids can hold unto while skating so they dont fall. Wear long pants and sleeves, but its not terribly cold so Id suggest against multiple layers.

Always a fun time. Great programs for skating and hockey. However, since the do not have an internal recreational hockey league, we had no option but to relocate to another rink. Overall, great staff and clean facility.

The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. They make an amazing personal pizza, and they also have chicken strips, french fries, pretzels, popcorn and lots of drinks and yes they serve alcohol!

A great place for Floridians to spend some time on the ice! We only do the free skate time but they also do figure skating lessons and ice hockey games here. It is really good exercise and is especially fun in the summertime as it is very cold in there (as you can imagine). There are usually coupons you can find in local publications but the regular price is not bad. Better value than going to the movies and healthier for your body. Also they rent skates so you dont have to worry about not having skates to come here.

Great place to take the family ice skating or host a party! We had my daughters 10th birthday there and the kids had a blast. My only suggestion is to bring a party assistant to help you if you have a large group and to bring your own supplies or double check what you are given in advance as we were constantly running down the stairs to get more of the items we needed, plates, forks, trash bags ect.(they dont empty trash until after the party) other than the minor inconveniences I would highly recommend for a party if you are not planning to just sit back and watch the kids have fun;)

After coming here for 3 years and loving it, today was a huge disappointment. Your new staff is rude and depressing to deal with. They dont seem too young, so you cannot blame it on their age. Its not difficult to say Hello or Youre welcome, especially after you are thanked. The new policy of 1 skate door being used is just silly and unsafe. I understand that this is a way to control the blue kids guards, which is now $5 to rent per child, (the one door policy prevents children from sharing them, this of course produces more income for the business. In 2016, the blue guards were for everyone at no charge. Employees smiled and greeted everyone. My old review was based on how amazing your employees use to be. Also today the ring opened at 10:45am for public hours but till 11:45am it was partially closed off for private skate practice. I hope management takes a harder looks at their employees attitude and their strategies to produce more income without looking so shady while doing it.My Review from 2016 was 5 Stars!!!Amazing place, great employees especially Paloma. Very clean and comfortable for families. If youre not skating just watching, its free to get in. The hot chocolate and popcorn is high quality and large size for the price. Cant wait to go again.

We have been skating at Palm Beach Ice Works for months now. We have had birthday parties there and even have my granddaughter in the learn to skate program. The staff is fabulous and go over and above to make sure that you always have a wonderful experience. The facility itself is wonderful. They offer a variety of programs. My friends and I went to this rink for my friend Tommys birthday and it was amazing. I definitely would recommend this to other people!

Me and my girls had a blast in here. We were slipping and falling all over the place but we didnt give up.

It was a big skating rink which is awesome. When we came there, it was really crowded and a little bit unorganize. They dont have enough skating shoes (my fiancé wore an 11 instead of 10) which is not safe at all..Also, they ran out of supposedly free popcorn.

Its unfortunate that they are not open more often during the day in the weekend.It was packed and busy during vacation we drove 30 min stayed in line and then they stopped the admission after 30 other min in line.

We had my granddaughters birthday party there and the staff could not do enough for us. They were so helpful and kind to all. The coach that was there was fabulous. I cant thank them enough for helping us make our Elizabeth s birthday party such a great experience. If you havent been there, you really are missing out on a great time. Thanks to everyone again.

I have been skating here for about 2 months taking figure skating classes and I have enjoyed it very much!! Everyone is very nice and my teacher and classmates are very supportive in helping me get better! I recommend this to anyone who wants to figure skate! The facility itself is beautiful! The pro shop and different food served is also very nice! Overall Im just kind of obsessed with this place! :)

Its fun, clean, and they even have a snack bar with hot chocolate! We rented scooters every time weve been here. We have even attended a birthday party here! The only thing missing is adult size scooters/walkers. Other than that, its a great place to have fun!

Last night, my husband drove 30 minutes to take our son to Stick & Puck at Palm Beach Ice Works. Our son went back to the locker room and I stepped up to the counter to pay. The staff behind the counter told my husband that they might not have the SCHEDULED Stick & Puck, because there are only four people there now. They need ten to run it. This is a NEW policy. Weve been going there for 5 years. Weve been to Stick & Pucks that had only 3 skaters on the ice. Now, suddenly they have this new policy of the event being contingent upon participation!This is a CRAZY way to run a business. They expect people to drive from all over the county (and beyond) only to find out... well... were not going to do it tonight???The kid working behind the counter shrugged his shoulders, We dont make the rules. You can wait 20 minutes to see if more people show up. Yeah... No. My husband was not waiting around only to be sent packing in the end. So, he spent an hour on the road for nothing... and had a very disappointed hockey player.My husband has emailed the manager / owner through their website. He wont be coming back unless they reply to tell him it was a fluke / really stupid decision that is being reversed.Zero stars for this experience -- but Google doesnt allow zero stars.UPDATE: We found out from the manager that no such rule exists at their rink. We got an apology and they offered us a free stick n puck. 5 stars for the quick reply but still no stars for the actual experience yesterday.

My son had a great time with his friends here! He said the rink was fun and the food was decent. All and all I’m thankful they had a safe place to hang out and have fun.

Been to a lot of rinks in this state and this one is by far the cleanest. Good ice, plenty of rinkside seating, clean bathrooms.

Theyre great I defenetaly recommend going there. I had a great experience. Also super cheap for the time given. And if your a first time skater you can get a walker thing and it surely does help you learn, hope this helped you.

This is the premiere ice rink in Palm Beach county. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly from the top down.Kenny is a fantastic manager.Also, the coaching staff provides an exceptional learning experience.

Had a great time ice skating here with my girlfriend and other friends! We got a Groupon deal that included all 4 entries, skate rentals, and a hot beverage. Very nice and a cool way to spend our Saturday night. Also highly recommended for families with young kids!

Took my daughter and friends on a Friday night, a few weeks ago. Parking is plentiful, but finding the building is a little challenging. Staff friendly enough, and ice well-kept.

Newest and best skating rink in Palm Beach county!! Such a hidden gem!

You would think a ice skating rink would be primarily open for ice skating in SouthFlorida. Not allow ice skating for only 3 hours on a Friday night, being the only night out of the school year week that they allow open skate. They claim you should call to get open skate times, maybe it should be advertised on their Groupon offers and on their google search summary. Waste of gas, time, and money.
