They ended their promo They always have. Its always buy one get one and I always spend about a $500 to $1,000 here. Effectively they raise their prices by 50% because its near the holiday. I will never bring my dollars to the store ever again. Ive been coming here for over 20 years.

Open till 1am July 3rd. Went at 10:30pm and still was a line out the door, but still much quicker than years past going during the day...bring your coupons to get all the deals.

Good variety, buy 1, get 1 free, but pricing I think is still kinda high on most items unless you are getting large, single items then maybe it is reasonable. Smaller packages for families for example I think are better priced at Walmart, but this place does have a good variety and always has availabilities.

Seems nice, just didnt have what I wanted. They have impressive fireworks for $300-$700. I just wanted a little combo for $30-$60, and they dont do that.

Great places employees are great. Did have one cashier that didnt like money and couldnt count the cash she had to have the manager come over to count it and show her how to check the bills. Then had the bagger count the change to give back

The manger lex and Dee have no manners.. make sure when u go there you dont have to deal with them very rude people with NO manners i am going to take this to a higher person.. and will not spend any more money at phantom fireworks and will definitely tell people don’t buy from y’all... time to boycott these type of stores...

I was just in this store for the first time today Monday June 29th, What a pleasant surprise! Bench marking against the giant fireworks store here in Broward I found this store to be very well stocked, organised, super clean and an easy shop, in and out in short order with a very efficient check out line. The staff there bent over backwards and knowledgeable of their products. If you want to avoid the shopping hassle of super large stores. this store is worth the trip from Broward and I definitely do all my future firework purchases here

Been coming here for YEARS as a 4th of July tradition. This year they decided to end their BOGO without telling customers and gouge everyone out of at least $700. Lost my families business.

Called them to see if they had what I wanted, they said yes, travelled 60 miles to pick up, sold out. Wasted trip

They were really rude while we purchase some fireworks, we asked some questions to one employee and she refuse to answer the question, it was regarding some sparklers. They have a really good deals and a lot of stuffs to pick up, but was really messy.

Phantoms fire work has never disappointed me intel this year I always shop here because of the selection they have but there charging last shoppers that have to wait in a 2 hour line find out theres no buy one get one free leaving now and disappointed ️

I’ve bought from Phantom Fireworks for over 25 years. I believe they called themselves “home of the buy one get one”. In 2020 when the world is a mess, what does Phantom Fireworks do?They stop buy one get one. Taking advantage of your customers during this time is in poor taste. No way will I buy from Phantom this year or in the future.

The manager, Will, is simply AWESOME! He is SO knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I visit, everyone is engaged and ready to help...even the temporary employees. The variety is unmatched in this area, and the deals are out of this world! I HIGHLY recommend becoming a Premier customer. Youll save SO much money, and the email coupons are insane. This is the best place in town for fireworks. No hassle, no BS, no atttitudes...everything is professional, organized, clean, and orderly. I dont and wont buy from anyplace else.

Whatever you do I would try any other fireworks store besides this one they try to get over on you they made me buy a stupid bucket and told me that if I buy the bucket I would get two fireworks for free turns out you have to buy a firework and the bucket to get the fireworks free So you have to buy a bucket for 5.99the 39.99 fireworks to get another 39.99 fireworks free but the whole store is buy one get one free so if you don’t see the rip off there then by all mean have fun I would definitely suggest sky king they know what they’re talking about and they don’t steer you the wrong way plus their buy one get two free only came here because they sent us stupid coupon to my door don’t do it and on top of that the manager seem like she had a attitude because her employee misinformed me Just DONT DO IT

So I have been buying fireworks from Phantom for at least the past 7 years and even with the bogo we spend well over $300.00 and we also bring 2 or 3 people each time that spend around the same if not more.I know that there are people that spend in the thousands but 300.00 is still a good amount to spend on things that are over in seconds. Well last year the fireworks were HORRIBLE!!! They eaither were duds that didn’t fire at all, or they were chasing people instead of going up in the air. We even had Morters exploding on the ground instead of going up in the air. Sad to say that last year was our final year with phantom.

Nice place. Better quality than Don Aarons black cat. Last year I bought at black cat and had too many duds. The phantom fireworks were amazing. Worth the ride to lake Worth. Would give 5 starts but they had way too much to choose from that made it hard to decide and they made me use a port-o-potty... When I needed to use the bathroom.

Usually there is a buy one get one sale for same priced items, sometime there is a buy one get 2! Great place for swear fireworks, full inventory, fully staffed and fast checkout.

Will never shop here again. I used to shop here a couple years ago but something changed, they do not appreciate their customers anymore. My kid was not spoken to kindly and I couldn’t bring an unopened bottle of water that I need to stay hydrated due to health issues. I could go on. I will absolutely be telling my friends to take their business to Skyking where I was treated with respect.

For years, we have spent a lot of money here. Always new years eve we go over and buy alot. Yesterday we were there grabbed one assortment package for 249.00 then go get a morter shelll one same price for the BOGO deal. Spent about 45 mins looking at two items for our finale. Found what we wanted. Had 450.00 in the cart with the BOGO deals. Get to register everything rang up. Was handed 3 free items and then was told I owed 780.00. I knew something was wrong. Manager came over 3 diff ones actually. We explained we were told everything was BOGO. Turns out we were lied to. The manager says he went and asked the staff who told us this they all denied it. Yet while we were in line another guy came up. He was told the same thing. They honored it with him yet no deal with me. I bought I assortment package and two cakes . Cakes were BOGO that package wasnt yet clearly marked BOGO ALL OVER THE STORE. even had one staff suggest to go skyking to get fuse etc. Thanks for the suggestion. My family will take our 1000.00 a year elsewhere. MGMT sucks as does the staff

Great selection of fireworks, we have used them for the past 3 years. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Videos of each firework is available to view, either in store or online. Prices are responsible, as each product is BOGO.

I found this play years ago and it will always be my go to spot for purchasing smoke bombs. Also its worth becoming a member. Once u purchase anything you get another one for free. The canister smoke bomb 6 pack cost $19.99 and I can admit, they work well. Pump smoke for a whole minute.

Love the store but MOST of the employees are useless. Just bodies hanging around for the most part. There were a few employees when I went to the front to ask for help that had knowledge and were helpful but the guys on the floor, dont bother.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable about all the products. It was very crowded since it was NYE but we were in and out very quickly once we decided what to get. The BOGO free sale is why we always go back.

I have been going to the shop since it was a little hole in the wall a few blocks away from this location. I live closer to TNT in Dania but worth the extra 40min trip. Great colors great quality.

Went on 4th of July...got right in and out. Parking was hard to find but considering the holiday..it was expected. Smaller setup makes it easier to find what u want..worth the trip.

I bought fun fireworks at a reasonable price.The only dud was the cashier that said if I round up my purchase, I will be entered in to a raffle to win $1500 in merchandise, but the receipt showed that I donated to an unknown charity instead!
