This place is world class service however you dont get any attitude just great service! I bought all my firearms here and would not shop anywhere else for my ammo or my firearms! Everyone that works here helps you like your family and treat you with respect, and they seem to like what they do and that helps a lot! Hats off to the owners the management and the front end workers! If you are looking to get a concealed carry permit and learn how to use a weapon safely this is the place to go, they can help you from beginning to end! I already had firearms experience however they taught me a few things for sure! Great job guys, keep up the great work!

Super friendly and respectful, 5 star service... My son and I came to get some archery assistance as newbies and brought with us a bow we did not purchase from the store to get set up. Dispite being Saturday busy, and us having tons of questions, Larry was extremely engaged, enthusiastic and encouraging to my son. Larry spent quality time with us and set us up on track to enjoy our new hobby, Thank you!I only took a star away as the retail part of the store seems outdated and in need of inventory and aesthetic updates to be 5-star joint. I hope they look at this as an opportunity to get better and improve and not as a negative. Nevertheless, we will be back for sure due to the service quality and customer care.

I wish I could give this place a zero star all because of the lack of customer service at this place. The location is nice and you can tell it’s kept in good condition and that is the only reason they get a star. However, the person who was at the gun range was far from being professional and let’s just say I would have choice words for the way he treated me and my brother in law and that is why I wish I could give 0 stars. It was our first time there and every question we asked was responded with complete sarcasm and criticism. Absolutely unacceptable especially when you’re in customer service. Needless to say I will not be coming back and I will be telling everyone I know never to go there. Don’t waste your money.And one final thing they say they honor law enforcement but they don’t. We were still charged full price and that just irritates me. It’s Has nothing to do with politics but when you say you are going to do something do it!

Went there to buy a Bow Package with my wife the other day. Stood around the “Archary Dept.” for 10 minutes while a guy working the dept. ignored us for more than 10 minutes. we then walked around the entire store hoping someone would acknowledge us. There were 4 guys “working” in the store that we saw and no one asked to help us....So we left and will just go to BassPro to get the Package. Customer Service? Not really.

Great experience, friendly staff, knowledgable staff. Range was well lit and clean, ventilation was good. Pricing was right in line, actually cheaper if you purchased ammo from them! I will be back real soon, enjoyed the experience.

Ive been only 3 or 4 times, but not planning going back. Poor customer service - ignore you at the counter (and Im 65 - its not like they dont see me standing there). The lanes are dirty with trash and rounds scattered on the floor and they have fans blowing behind each lane that blow your target around. Not well thought out. Youll have a better experience somewhere else.

Came here to shoot for the first time. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff with a solid selection of guns available for hire.They have both a handgun and rifle range.Ear / Eye protection is provided.The younger guy on the hire desk made me feel very relaxed and explained how to handle each of the firearms safely.Ill be back!

Well i spoke with a women there today at 1 oclock and asked her if i could come get my money back because my backround check hadnt gone through yet. Put $600 down for a gun on feb 11. Its now 3/20. Not their fault. So i said id be driving down from indian river county which is a hour and a half one way. Told her id get there around 7. She said no problem. I show up at 630 and their store is closed. No one called to let me no. So now i have to drive a hour and a half back home. Just to do this all over agian another day. Not happy. A simple phone call to aay they were closing early would.have been nice

I have this place a 2 star rating because the lanes have fans behind you blowing down range that cause your targets to blow and move side to side a lot in the wind. Super annoying. The staff is nice and the prices are what youre used to paying but the positioning of their fans SUCK!!!

Gator guns is a good place to shoot, but the gunsmith is HORRIBLE. Left my 40 year old colt 1911 there to have the front sight post replaced and after 4 weeks of no calls or updates I get it back covered in rust! Never in the life of this gun has it been rusted or pitted and now its all over the slide and the barrel. Brought it back to the smith and he said it was already pitted and it likely rusted because of the cold bluing. Im sorry, but this is sheer negligence on the gunsmith who clearly did not clean or oil the gun after he finished his work or in any way care for my property which was given to him in confidence. This is unacceptable and words cannot express how insulting and hurtful this is as both a professional and a gun owner.

I would never recommend going there for any reason, the archery guy had the worst attitude I have ever seen in a retail store. I could give zero stars I would dont see how there still open. He couldnt fix my bow or didnt want to told me I had to do the draw weight then I picked up a new bow and told me I couldnt afford that to put it down!?

Very Rude! Our family was not welcomed whatsoever! I can’t believe the attitude of three employees. If there is a new shooter in your group forget this place. The average person does not shoot AK 47’s on a daily basis. We were told if you show us that you can load properly, you can’t shoot this gun. Unbelievable! What a terrible experience on vacation. We sort of bypassed the rude behavior when we entered, but going back to the counter for the shooting range the rudeness and unwelcome atmosphere increased. Never Again!

Thank goodness I came here. The gentleman in the back gave me a quick refresher and then I was off to shooting. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone!! The staff are personable and friendly. The facilities are excellent. Plenty of parking. I read some other review that stated they didnt like the staff. One has to remember that this kind of business does not allow for staffers to lower their guard just to appease the few. I found them friendly when I took the time to understand the atmosphere and allowed them time to assess my intentions. Prices were extremely reasonable. Ill definitely will go back. My wife had fun shooting too.

Great place to shoot I go with my wife 2 times a month nice staff a calm place overall.

They sold my Dad a Lever Action gun for Christmas and the gun was a pile of trash. He was told it was just used on the outside but internally it was fine are shot perfectly. When he brought it home I took a look at it and the gun was a complete rust bucket. The Barrel is all rusted and corroded and the inside of the receiver and inner parts were all rusted. The action was not smooth at all it was very rough and crunchy. The rear stock was also cracked and the forend piece that clips into the receiver was chipped off. The gun is basically useless and they do not take returns. They took advantage of my dad and charged him $360 for a gun that needs alot of work and a new stock set since the last one was held in by glue. I am never going to shop there and i will make sure any of my friends or family ever go there again.

Great customer service, very friendly staff! Great deals on used and new firearms. Ended up with a Glock 26 used for 400 out the door, never been fired! This is a 500-600$ firearm all day long I had to get it. Thanks again.

The range master, Brandon, went above and beyond to make trying out some different weapons easy and enjoyable. I brought a friend who had very little experience with guns, but he learned a lot and had great time.

I love this place! Everyone here is super helpful and attentive. The staff was very helpful as I was searching for a new holster. Good grief, they even shared a piece of pizza with me. What an awesome place.

I went in with the intent of holding and looking at multiple 1911 variants. Brad was the rep who was helping me. After explaining what I was looking to do with the gun (mild modifications being grips, night sights, and possibly trigger), he made a few suggestions. He took his time explaining me pros and cons of each variant I was looking at, and even talked me out of a more expensive model Why buy a Custom shop gun if the first thing you are going to be doing is changing out these items anyway?. Very true! He took my overall long term happiness with my plans and put them ahead of selling me the shiny one for $300 bucks more.Ended up choosing a quality new product base model at a reasonable price, and will most likely purchase my modifications from them also. I probably could have gotten the gun 50 bucks cheaper on line, but to me service and value far outweigh a few dollars in price. If you want to go to a place that doesnt kick you out for browsing and asking questions, and willing to give honest answers, check this place out. I will be checking out their range soon also.

We had so much fun here. We didnt go at a high traffic time so we had the archery range to ourselves for quite a while. Afterward we went to the gun range and shot some rounds. Both the archery and the gun range were very affordable. It was a fun experience and one that well definitely be repeating.

Just went in for the first time to use the rifle range. Bought multiple calibers of ammo from them including buckshot for my shotgun. Walked my three bags, targets and eye/ear protection to the shooting lanes. Went to load my shotgun and realized the buckshot was not there. Walked right back to the register (which is in eyesight of the shooting lanes)and spoke to a different staff member since the guy that checked me in was in a back room. He wouldnt bother to look up from his phone as he shook his head no when I asked if I left a box on the counter. I went back to shooting thinking I would just talk to the guy that checked me in when I went to check out. I did and I was told it was my problem and that someone must have stolen it from off their cabinent right next to the cash register before I got to pick it up. Frankly, my guns are too expensive to take to a place that has a problem with larceny especially when the staff cares so little.

Best range with the best prices, huge store selection if shopping and their service is well received.

Worst gunsmith ever charged me 165 00 to powder coat a 380 mini When he gave it back to me after four weeks it didn’t look right now it’s three weeks later and it has a chip and it’s peeling on the barrel don’t use this guy what should I do

Been going here for years, I like used guns and they have produced some interesting consignments that are now in my collection. Staff is good. Range is good and since they know me I feel at home here when I shoot. If you want fancier and higher prices, then go to shoot straight.

5 stars for what it is.. a range that sells used guns. I did like the atmosphere and the range but wouldnt buy a gun there.All in all I would recommend the range but as far as firearm purchases go, make sure your well informed prior to your purchase. Personally I would go to shoot straight for a firearm purchase and them for the range.

Just a few bad experiences make me not want to ever go back there.First, I went in with a friend to do a lot of shooting. We were together, but not really together, just happened to be there at the same time. The range INSISTED that they put us on the same lane (although plenty of lanes were open). I asked... Were paying by the hour, shouldnt we each get a lane? What if there were more of us than two? They responded Take it or leave it.Second time... oh jeeze, I showed up and the place was crawling with cops and firefighters. And, it appeared they were carrying a body out. Just a couple of Sundays ago. I suppose that can happen at any gun range, but it doesnt make me feel real good about their level of supervision.And strike three: Today I went there, as I have MANY times before, with my AOW and SBR and a few handguns, and wanted to shoot. The SBR is .22LR, allowed by their rules. Except... they want to See my paperwork for the CLASS 3. Now heres the thing. They could have said, hey we got a new policy, where we check paperwork. Instead I got the lecture from a hispanic guy (just sayin hes hispanic for his own ID so others know who Im talking about), with big biceps and a small demeanor. He insisted that it was the law that he had to check my papers, the law that I needed to ALWAYS carry the original papers papers, present them to anyone who wanted to see them, and the law that he was supposed to call ATF on the spot and have me arrested. Folks, this guy looked like off duty cop, or wash-up cop from his haircut, to the way he spoke, and from his obvious compensation with large biceps to mentally overcome some small body part. You just dont treat paying customers the way this guy treated me. I know the law. If its their policy, great. But it aint the law, and any gun range that threatens to call ATF on me for not carrying something the law doesnt say I have to carry are a bunch of Richard-craniums.I wont be back..

We called them to do a video at their range last minute with very short notice and they were the only range in Miami Dade, Broward County, and Palm Beach County that were able to accommodate this. Pablo Corro gave us top notch customer service and made for a very pleasurable experience. Thank you sir! We will be returning very shortly.

I have only used the archery counter. Everyone is very well educated in the products they sell and have even seviced my bow a couple times. I have been very happy with the customer service.

So I have gone to Gator Gun since I have Retired From the Army, I have never really bothered them with many questions since for the most part I always knew what I was doing. The one time I had an issue with my weapon firing correctly I was told to consult my user manual and was brushed off like I was some sort of annoyance!(if only he knew I was a retired ranger from the army) Later to find out they gave me the wrong rated ammo. The kid behind ammo counter noticed but never spoke up and free of charge changed the ammo. This all event was just sad. I wasnt looking for a refund the whole time I wanted information on what was going on since it was a knew gun to me ( Snake Slayer from Bond Arms) The person the owns the store is a good man but his employees are just a prime example of quantity over quality. and in this economy you can not afford this. I and my K license will never recommend or go to Gator guns again.

Purchased a pre-owned truglo scope for my AR15, I had my own ammo so ended up shooting at a different range. The receipt clearly said in large letters that all sales were final so when I noticed that the sights pressure pad plug was damaged and the cover fell off I was pretty bummed out. I took it back and without any hesitation gave me my cash back.These people obviously know what customer service is, being my first time there they could have easily blown me off and told me to deal with the scopes manufacturer warranty.Ill be back to support this local business, I recomend you do the same, they all act as owners (in a great way).

Its the pawn shop from Pulp Fiction?Ok, maybe not as bad as the movie, but it was a little odd feeling, store was empty, not just people, but any kind of inventory, and the two salesmen couldnt bother to get off their stools to show me anything in the display case.But you cant argue with success, just be ready if Zed shows up.

This place is an absolute JOKE, i used to shoot here until they got in my face about rapid firing my glock, i am a tier one operator who works high risk security and i know how to handle firearms PROPERLY and SAFELY. i have only shot myself one time in my life ACCIDENTLY. i work with dangerous persons on a daily basis and i have to be able to practice my quickdraw fast shooting techniues and these people are impeding on my FREEDOM.PS i know Pablo the instructor he is a phony who doestn know his head from his arse. if he ever ends up i the trenches with me in the in the bad side of palm beach where i do highrisk security detail i would not risk my neck on the line to save his fake-ass.

Didnt make it passed the first counter.Was first greeted by beer belly fellow named John who was spitting into a trash can.A very short conversation that was riddled with insults about my firearms, and me made it very easy to leave .I have to agree with some of the reviews on here very rude staff.Cant help but think that some of the good reviews on here are from family and friends.Went to two other gun stores that day, both were helpful and nice, and they got my business and money.When your rude you lose!
