Rapids is respectively hands down my favorite place for my family and friends to go have fun at,some of the rides are closed which cant be helped of course because of the pandemic.still there are hand sanitizers everywhere around the park, the employees stay having on there mask and theres markers around showing to stay 6feet apart.other than than that its the place to be and highly recommended.just keep checking the weather before going in,because once your there and the rain falls theres no refunds.
Great water park! But there are some issues we could look over because we had a great time! We understand rain polices because we are a water sport business and in management in a local theme park. Some employees we could tell loved there jobs and that made it fun for us! There is plenty of water slides for all ages and all ages will enjoy it. Plenty of seating around the wave pool and sections of the lazy river. BEST LAZY RIVER IN FLORIDA as far as we could tell. This park can be crowded during the summer season so come with patients and expect to wait in lines at some water slides. Food prices are OK. Parking fees are a little high. We believe that NON water employees could dress a little more presentable most looked very sloppy. Locker fees are fairly priced and perfectly located near all major attractions. We look forward to our next visit and have a little better knowledge for the next visit. This water park is conveniently located near other restaurants, shops and hotels. We highly recommend this water park when visiting the area.
I never write bad reviews but the park should not be charging full price when half the rides are shut down. Well they have a five dollar veteran discount. I asked one employee and it was stated only one ride was not working. That was lie. On one of the tubing rides, we went to grab a tube and there was blood on several of the tubes. Told the attendant and she literally ignored me and threw her hands up. Thought this could be a great day to enjoy with my kids but they were highly disappointed as well. Wish I could get the money I paid back along with my time. Even the water in the park was not up to par. We literally only stayed 1.5 hours before Both my kids were over it and so disappointed. And my 6 year old looked so forward to going but that was ruined!!!
Tons of fun, no lines and everywhere you turn staff are sanitizing common areas where you touch. Hand sanitizer stations everywhere and fill with sanitizer. We had a blast!
Always a fun time! Came on Black Friday. No lines. Socially distanced. All good!
It is a great place! Crowded for COVID times, but still a great family option. Renting a cabana is a must if you have small children. Service was good but the park is lacking some maintenance(the wave pool was not working), a fresh coat of paint will do wonders to several spots. Overall, a wonderful day!!
The worst customer service! Do not go here!I rented a cabana which is not cheap at all, you would think they would treat you nicely. I kid you not my server came around twice in the entire day! Not once check on us. Every time I called for her or pressed the button I was ignored for 40 minutes at a time. Went to get a funnel cake the guys wanted to close early so they told me there was no more toppings aloud after I spent 45 min in line waiting. I expressed it was my sons birthday if they could make an exception and they laughed at me. I felt terrible! They really need help with customer service in this place, it’s awful!!!!
Terrible costumer service. It was raining since the morning, so we called before to make sure the park would be open. And they said yes, no problems at all. We drove almost 2 hours to get there... then just after one hour we got in to the park, they told us we have to leave because they were less people than expected at the park and they have to closed. They gave us a new ticket to comeback in another time. The problem was they didnt want to give us refund for the locker and of course dont ask about the parking. So we wanted to talk with the MANNAGER.And she is the worst... super rude. No diposition to talk at all. And she said she didnt care about the bad review. Maybe she is so sure people dont care about this. But please!!! If you see bad conditions or time. Dont go!!! You will loose your time and money.
The park it self was ok. The food was awful. I didnt feel well after it. I found some of the staff unfriendly. I bought the season pass which is good value. I had a discussion with manager one of the days over something and her response was the staff were not doing their job right. That didnt inspire confidence. On another occasion I was getting a cocktail and was refused as I had no id with me, never had an issue any other day, Im in my fifties. The lazy river was over crowded particularly with people who had no ring and were messing, ruined the whole good buzz.
Great place for family fun. Nice to take the kids to a waterpark. Makes this world feel a little normal again for the kids to enjoy a few waterslides and pools. The staff is courteous and pleasant. Had no complaints and to be honest had a fun time myself sunning and letting the kids run. The rides seemed safe and the place seems to be kept up nicely.
Really disappointed and not a great experience. We went at the start of the season so it was nice that it wasnt busy. Most slides were either tame or crazy with not much in between. Ive definitely been to better places, and gotten a bigger bang for my dollar.
Awesome place! Always a great time and most of the attendants are super friendly and have a positive attitude. The drinks are bomb as they have a pretty kick butt girl bartender that knows how to make a good strong drink. I give it 5 stars from start to finish.
My wife and I are from Tampa, FL. We have our own local water park, but weve been going since we were kids and wanted to try something new. I found Rapids online and thought the rides looked so fun and different from what we had back home. When we finally got to see it in person, not only did it it live up to our expectations, but the reason I took the time to write a review was the staff. EVERYONE here seems to really enjoy what they do, and go out of their way to make guests feel the same. Even with the new covid precautions, we still had a ton of fun. Employees were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had about the new procedures. I was sad to see the brain drain was closed, since Ive never been on a drop tower before, but otherwise it was a great day! Cant wait to come back.
You have to be under 250 lbs to enjoy the best rides there... I wish they advertise that instead of allowing people to purchase tickets from them and then body shaming them by forcing them to get on a scale to weigh them (in front of everyone there) for a ride. I will NEVER come back to that body shaming place ever again!
Rapids is so awesome been coming here since my childhood! Just to come back and relive all those memories plus with the added bonus of the flow rider! I admit my first 3 times I had wiped out completely! But you know what they say practice makes perfect! This place is like my 2nd HOME! Definitely recommend to get the Golden season pass you can never go wrong with that choice! They are definitely up to date with this whole virus epidemic, the staff make sure youre keeping your distances and so forth! Is there any way I can get in contact with rapids its an a emergency!?
Their website as of the weekend of August 29th, said they were open August 31st. Their paper pamphlet said they were open as well. Have it in from or me. Took an hour long drive to get there only to arrive and see they were closed. The website definitely did not say they were closed as of the weekend. Now that it’s Monday it is saying they are closed. We also spoke with someone last on the phone who stated they were open today. There was dozens of people looking around wondering why they weren’t open. My husband spoke to several people and they said their website say they were open the last time they checked as well.
I went there with my family on a Sunday, we really enjoyed ourselves to the fullest, so many things to do.From the fantastic pool with waves,to going through water tubes, children and adults will have so much fun.You have the convenience of bringing your own food, but you can leave them on a reserved area by the main entrance, you have the option of park reentry (very useful),or you can buy food and beverages inside the park(adults beverages available ),parking is between 15 to 20 dollars.I 100% recommend this park, you will go crazy, fantastic experience.A little word of advice go early if you want chairs, they will be gone pretty quickly, if you want to reserve cabanas or big umbrellas, theyre quite pricey.
The park was fun but there should be a bathing suit code when in the park while little kids are there .
Fun place we go every year, however we took the chance to go this year and: 1. Not very good social distancing 2. Way to many people in the park 3.Half the water park is closed and they don’t let you know that online. So for the price I feel that’s unfair.Hopefully things will improve after this unusual time.
Really big bee hive with a bunch of swarming bees near the top of the Riptide Raftin ride so BEWARE!!! I would imagine its been there for awhile with it being so big in size. Half the rides were closed Brain Drain, Black Thunder, Ragin Rapids, Rapids Racer, FlowRider, Splash Hill. I was pleased that it was 50% capacity due to state regulations. They did give us a complimentary ticket to come back before a certain date so that was a plus. We still enjoyed ourselves despite its downfalls. We will go back definitely with the complimentary tickets and hopefully at that time everything will be operating.
Love rapids and all the new additions made we had so much fun. They also have a little bar for us parents now with really good drinks. I take my kids at least twice a year we love this place.
I want to take some time to say what anybody probably mention about this park. FOOD is AWFUL. Every time we go we basically throw away our money because anything there is good or tasty. Yesterday I bought a pizza because you never go wrong with that..... Well it was AWFUL. Im going yo talk to all my friends so they can help me review about the food to see if they finally do something about it. Its not nice to pay a lot of money for something you cant even eat
Fun place. Get here earlier. $20 Vip parking in person only. You cant upgrade your $15 parking pass purchased online.Bring towels, change of clothes, sun screen, etc. You cant wear your sunglasses on the slides. There are picnic tables at the entrance that you can leave your cooler at until youre ready to eat. You cant bring them INTO the waterpark. You just wear your masks when walking around and in line. Not in the water. You can bring one bottle of water per person. We freeze ours over night and bring the little packets of single serve crystal lite fruit punch, pink lemonade, and ice tea.
Awsome me and my class went ther ima student its awsomw exept can you put strapes on the big thunder i alomost fell off and confrtulble flodes they felt uncontable
I drove from broward, to the park and stay for 45 mins before they shut down because the park wasnt busy. Thats not my problem, purchased a locker for 20$ and didnt get a refund, state a way from this park this year, do not come!!! Management on duty was not professional.
The most embarrassing water park experience I’ve ever had. I’m visiting from Texas and was in Miami visiting a friend and she wanted to come to water park. We came here and couldn’t even enjoy the slides because apparently there’s a 250 limit and I weight 259. I’m currently in a body transformation and have been working hard to get where I was once and better. And this experience really affected me emotionally and would never recommend anyone coming here. I spent $50 at this place I couldn’t even enjoy what they offered. I left this place upset and felt horrible. I’ll never return here.
Awesome, lines were pretty fast even though they allowed less people on rides at time due to our current national situation but getting food, now that took forever even though there were only 4 people in front of us i was in line for food for 30 minutes. Still kid had a blast 5 stars.
What a fun place to visit. If only you could stand up surf on their Flow Rider. Lots of slides and stuff to do. Its reasonably priced and has specials which allow you to come back different days. Parking is pretty close to the entrance and more reasonable than other theme parks.
It was an amazing day I wish I could stay there it was so awesome. It makes me want to go every single-day everybody. I wish i coild go free on day
Very fun rides, the water is always very clean, friendly workers who seem to all love their job and a beautiful place to be with your family on a very hot day. Splashing at rapids never seems to fail me when I go there. People say the pricing is too high but what you get at rapids for that price is reasonable. Thank you rapids for allowing me and my family to always have fun whenever we show up.
Fun place to spend the day!
Staff was friendly, water seemed clean enough. Did not like the amount of people they allowed in the park that day. They really should limit the amount of people that can be allowed to enter until a certain amount leave or something. Cant really enjoy a wave pool that just looks like a wave of people.
Real fun. The carts are way faster then I thought they would be 50mph+ if you drive good. If you crash alot theyll slow your cart down. Gets a little expensive.
Park is super fun and has a lot to offer as far as rides go! Food is for sure microwaved and definitely not worth the price though. As for the current situation with COVID, I didn’t expect distancing to be perfect but at least regulated. The park is definitely not following regulations to make some money and it’s a shame. People are moving chairs closer to you/ or don’t have a place to sit so they are laying out towels to claim a spot. I currently don’t recommend if you are looking to go somewhere and have some personal space. We ended up leaving early because it got way too packed. BUT if you do go, I recommend getting a cabana in advance to help yourselves out.
At least my kids had fun. But the people that go there ridiculous how they go there with their bathing suits.(women)They probably think theyre at South Beach or I dont know where. Incredible!
Why are you guys open?? You understand covid is still running rampant, right? Just drove by y’all and saw HUNDREDS of people lined up at the park. Stop being part of the problem!
I love this place its my childhood place of fun, however over the last couple of years the price for 2 tickets over 100$ plus dont for get the 15$ parking plus another 15$ for a locker then they only sell bottles water for ridiculous prices. The staff very friendly, had a blast on the rides when we went, but prior to making the trip to go, we called the phone number on their website and it told us that their hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. M-F . However when we got there, and after we had paid for the tickets, they were only open until 5pm and they didnt tell us that it was closing early. At any rate though the manager did take care of us and gave us back the price for one of the tickets, so we were happy with the fact that they had at least worked with us and they get kudos for that.
This place is a hoot. Great rides for kids of all ages.
Fun place but very expressive. An 8 ounce bottle of water costs $4! The people that own this place are not heaven bound.
I was taken cared off! What an amazing place! A must visit when you visit the Sunny State of Florida!
Refreshing and fun! Staff not very attentive for such a busy place
Had a blast!! Limited occupancy which was good in regards to social distancing and safety... BRAVO R.W.!!!
Was fun until me and a friend fell out of the tube on a ride because we were unbalanced. An employee came up to us and yelled at us to stay at the ride exit until another employee came to kick us out. We didnt mean to fall out and explained that to the employee but his mind was set on kicking us out.
Great family day, they are following social distancing practices. We had a great time.
This is one amazing water park! Has everything you could ask for including rides for the extreme thrill rides to small kiddie rides and even things to do like wave pools, a double jet flowrider, lazy river, rope course, and lots more. I would definitely recommend this park to everyone! The only downsides are that sometimes the food isn’t the best and it is pretty expensive so I would recommend bringing your own food and leaving it in the picnic area outside the gates of the park. Also the park is pretty dirty and rusty. They have cleaned it over the off season but it is still dirty with dirt on the stairs and leaves and things falling from the trees falling into the lazy river. Also most of the staff are very nice but some of the employees hate their job and just yell at everyone because they have nothing better to do. But besides some of these things that the rapids still needs to improve on, overall it’s a pretty good park with amazing rides and atmosphere. Also look out because they have lots of deals on there season passes and tickets into the park. Also the weekends especially in the summer get very very crowded so unless you want to be waiting hours to ride rides I would go on the weekdays or on Sundays.
Nice park. The food is expensive but I guess that is part of it
Was a fun day in the sun! DO enjoy the wavy pool
Great place to cool off in the summer time. Rented a cabana and had a good experience. The customer service is also very good.
My Family And I Brought Tickets For The Rapids And Wasn’t Able To Use Them On The Day Of Purchase Because Of The Weather. We Was Told To Come Back Another Weekend Because We Had Weekend Tickets. When We Returned Today On 8/29/2020 We We’re Told We Can’t Enter Because Our Tickets Are Now Expired, After We Was Told We Could Use Them. So Now I Lost 200 Dollars And Didn’t Get To Enjoy The Rapids At All. It’s Was For My Cousin Birthday And Now My 10 Year Old Is Upset Because All He Wanted To Do Was Go To The Rapids For His Birthday And Now He Couldn’t Enjoy His Day.
Great place to go but quite expensive. It adds up. Parking is 15 to $20 then tickets are $49 plus tax plus lockers are $15 for small one and $20 for a big one. Plus food and drinks. Be prepared to spend some cash.
Amazing place to spend time in family. My daughter enjoyed it to the fullest. Bring extra cash to rent a locker and for the parking lot and enjoy the adventure
The parking space is 10$ but if you dont get there in time its quite difficult to find one. They let into the park too much people, and because of this you have to keep waiting in line to try the slides. The price is reasonable from 4pm,but for the locker you have to pay 20$ which is ridiculous. The rest, the security and the life guarding is ok....and you are not allowed to bring in any liquid but water.
Fun times but the administration needs to train their people in enforcing Social distance in lines more.
Great Place For Children and Family Time
The Rapids water park is a great get away and fun option if you are going to go when it opens at 10am to at least 3-4pm. Parking is $15. If you are 250# or more, there are some rides you will be restricted from doing for safety reasons. It is definitely more fun if you go with a group. Flow Rider was fun to learn. Food options are decent and a bit pricey yet understandable. Highly Recommended and a Great Time.
An ideal place to spend with the family, both children and adults enjoy it. I was in a private cabin with a TV and an exclusive waitress who was very helpful at all times. I recommend it full !!
This park is okay. Definitely overpriced. I got a group pass so it was $37 but full price is $50, which I would never pay for this. Most slides are short, but the good ones have super long lines (45 mins+). The lazy river is super shallow, about 26 and crowded. The good stuff about it is theyre pretty lenient and not super strict. And the season pass is $60 so if you love in the area, its not too bad.
They charged full price and only half the park was open. What a rip off. Riddle me this...if you only gonna admit 50% of the parks capacity but only half of the park is open isnt that 100% capacity?
These people are scammers they charged me $120 for 2 people and they didn’t even mention that most of the rides are closed. I went back 2 minutes later to get my money back and they refused saying the ticket has been scanned. What a looser.
Horrible experience!, they shut down the Park because it wasnt busy!,i paíd 15$ for parking,20$ for a locker, and closed the Park whiting 1 hour of me arriving...do not come this 2020 to this park.
Just came to the West Palm Beach Water Park, I even bought my parking tickets and tickets online and after driving 2 hours I arrived here and half of the park is closed because of covid regulations they are not letting any more people in at 11:00am. This is a scam you will not be able to come in any day you want.
We got out 3 times for the rain, all places to eat inside are closed and they dont let you enter with food, you have to wear a mask but when you use a ride or in the water not, the staff is super friendly
Fun for the whole family. Go early so you can really enjoy yourself and get your money worth. You have to pay for parking across the street $15 or $20 depending on where you park. Parking is cash only. You can bring outside food and drinks if you want you just have to use one of the tables on the outside of the gate. They are covered under a tent. Just be sure to get your wristband for re-entry. They also have food and drinks as well to purchase. There is also a shop to buy hats, water shoes, swim gear and ect. Food is a little on the expensive side but thats to be expected. They have things like burgers, fries, pizza, salads, funnel cakes, ect. I seen a stand that said mixed drinks but it wasnt open when I passed by. (Could be due to it being 10am on a Sunday. Since you cant purchase alcohol on Sunday before 12) There is a weight restriction and height restriction for some rides. I think I seen the sign say 300lbs. Go have alot of fun in this Florida sun.
Had an amazing time tho social distancing was clearly not a thing (but not surprised by that.) Not liking lines and all but one slide was open. Drinks over priced but still tested good
AVOID.. Or You will be HUMILIATEDReview of Rapids Water Park General AdmissionPending reviewIf you are over 200lbs, avoid the embarrassment and humiation by NOT going to this park. The lifeguards will deliberately embarrass you. On the Raging Rapids ride where it is a 2-4 person ride. The weight of the group of 4 exceeded the max allowed. Instead of dividing the group into 2 groups (2 and 2)the lifeguards told one of the riders- A heavyset hispanic girl (Maybe 200lbs) to get off of the ride and go stand on the scale to get wieghed while everyone watched on in shock. She was completely humiliated and mortified and said nevermind she was not going to step on the scale. The lifeguard told the group the 3 remaining can still ride but they opted out and went to console their crying friend. I called the park and corporate office and was informed that that is their guideline. This is the response I received from them... We post the number of riders, weight and height restrictions at the front gate, at the bottom of each ride and at the landing of each set of steps to prevent customers from waiting in the lines and then being informed at the top that they cannot ride. Our weight and height restriction policy was put into effect due to customers not being upfront about their weight and height, and injuries occurring. Placing scales, which are calibrated twice a day minimally, and rulers at the rides to enforce the policy, has prevented any more injuries. As an added safety precaution we do reserve the right to verify that a guest meets all of the requirements for each ride. Our employees come from many Ethnic settings so unless your daughter was wearing a sign that said she was a Hispanic female the Life Guard would not know that she was. Safety is the issue not ethnicity. ....
Management was very professional!! Staff catered to all of my family needs..Most important we enjoyed our day..
Young lifeguards are very rude very over the top. Other than that kids always have fun
We make it our business to come here every time we come to Florida. This is a great water park with many different attractions from mild to wild! My son started out in the kiddie areahas graduated to the daredevil rides. Plenty of seating in the sun or in shaded areas. The food is typical water park fare but is pretty tasty. The restrooms constantly have personnel in there maintaining them. Going earlier in the day and a weekday helps shorten your wait times for the more popular rides. There are cabanas available also.
It was terribleWe got there and waited an hour outside because they said there was lightning. Finally after we were about to leave they said we could come inside, they scanned out tickets and we paid for a locker not even 10 min after they told us we had to go under a tent and wouldnt let anyone on the rides,After 10 min We had to leave because the weather was really bad by that time, we lost our money $118 plus $15 parking and all for only 10 min inside . They didnt want to refound. they said we had to wait 1-2 hours to get a ticket to come back another day ( under the rain) i cant afford to get sick. So we just gave up.. horrible experience and not to mention that we drove for an hour for nightmare!!!
1st time,,, loved it,,, family here have season passes. I will get one too
Like many South Floridians, this place is my childhood! Rapids is a summertime tradition. I don’t recommend the discount afternoon pass because you can’t do everything you want. Also the food is a complete rip off, so bring your own. Come early or during the week and you can do pretty much every single ride. I’ve been coming here for 15+ years and have never been disappointed
Loved it. Get the cabana....its worth the extra money..$$$$. You get personal waitresses and t.v as well. Good slides.
AMAZING. Me and my family had so much fun together! I 100% recommend go there on a hot summer day.
It was a nice place we had fun only reason I didnt give it a 5 was because of the bathrooms. They need to be maintained daily especially with all the campers there.
I love it here but got hurt while walking across the little boards to get through the other side I fell and my foot landed right on the metal part holding the board couldn’t walk for days with a swollen purple foot
Fun day with the kids. Bought season passes. Lines were not long. Not to crowded. Beautiful day.
This place should not even be open right now. With Covid-19, it’s prone to get people sick. No social distancing at all. Prices are way too expensive. They obviously want to make money and they don’t care about the well being of people.
The best place to get over your fear of heights very fun and entertaining great place to hang out with friends and family a little pricey but totally worth it!
Loved it was very fun .. can wait to g ok back...
Its a amazing place to go on your birthday or whatever day it has nice people
Havent been in years but I used to love this place!
One of the best water parks I have ever been to I just wish The Lazy River whats higher than 2 feet and had a wave pool but other than that its a great water park I would go again when I come to Miami.
I was at rapids today August 16 and I immediately noticed the parto was over capacity and no one was wearing masks from ride to ride as they are required to it was not being inforced not every social distance at all there was over 200 people at once in the lazy river over capacity park no hand sanitizer was available no mask required anyone on premises as a health care professional this is very disappointing to see this is why Florida’s virus rates are so high because no ones cares
Fun over all. Wish there was a bit more slides. Customer service was good.
Had a blast and i saw them cleaning and checking the water chemicals and knowing it was safe was a blessing
The best! Such a great experience. Ive been going here for years. Almost every other year they build a new slide. Make sure to go online and check days/times they are open. Bring extra cash for the parking outside. If your going with a group try to car pool because theyll charge for each car parked in the lot and its not cheap, I believe it is $10 for parking and that does not include park entry, food or lockers if needed.
I really enjoyed this park! The lazy pool was my favorite place. I went around it for about 4 hours. Very relaxing. I had my little grand baby, he fell asleep which was a bonus. The food inside is ridiculously expensive, so if you come with a group eat outside the park. The wave park was fun. The cabana rental was awesome, they brought the food and drinks to us. The staff was prompt, friendly and efficient! It was 15 of us... every one had a wonderful time! No complaints!!!!!
We purchased Group $50 for 2 people which is saving $50. And pay parking $20.Overall the water park itself was perfect for family fun. Nice. Not that big. They have everything. All types of ride. Wave pool. Lazy pool. We had fun. Staff was enough. Enough chair everywhere. Personal locker is located everywhere. Dont bring too much stuff to carry.
Great place for the whole family. Mostly water slides are for older children (from 48) but there are some good places for smaller kids. In the park you can bring only water (1 bottle per person), food is not allowed, but you can leave it in a specially designed area in front of the entrance. You can leave and re-enter to the park if you need. The parking price is 15$ (20 preferred).
Post-covid lockdown review: they just re-opened 5 days ago and I was impressed with protocols in place. I loved the super low attendance on a Tuesday morning(no camps!), but I hope the park can stay-afloat with the lack of income!
When I went there my all the rides were fire but the food was were the real fire Was after I had one of the beef burger My stomach had a 12 round boxing match on the toilet. :(
Its a cool place to have some fun,........its too expensive for what they offer.....
We went on a weekday. Not too crowded. The older kids enjoyed their time on all rides, while I stayed back with the little one in the lazy river. We brought cash for the parking ($15-20), the lockers, food and drink areas accepted cards.
Great waterpark close to Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. It has rides for every member of the family.
You’ll love this place! Pricey but worth the only thing nearby! Lazy river, wave pool, rides and activities for all ages to enjoy!! I bring my kids about 6 times a year and they just extended it through November!
Would avoid this place during covid19, but otherwise, super fun place to visit with the kids or as a party!
Super fun for all age groups however they need to do some expansions as a Floridian Ive been there more times than Id like to admit and its gotten to the point where it isnt exciting anymore unless Im taking some for their fist time. Parking is pretty easy and quick however account roughly $20 for it, can be a little more or less depending on if their is an event going on. Love how they keep the sitting area area separate some people dont however it keeps the mess away from the pools especially for those that take food with them
Honestly so embarrassing for my cousin who’s a bigger kid.. after waiting an hour plus in line he was told to step on a scale in front of everybody and was told he could not ride because of his weight... and he had to walk pass 30-40 ppl all the way down the stair so upset. The weight limit for one person is 250 and the weight limit for 2 ppl is 400. So why they wouldn’t not let him go with a small person is mind blowing or in a double tube by himself.. after being told he was not allowed on any tube ride I was furious and was ready to leave before I left I wanted to speak to a manager and Cynthia at the front was so rude she didn’t care what I had to say and didn’t even offer a refund or money back not that I was expecting one but you still don’t weigh ppl in front of everybody if the max is 400 and we were trying to go double then what’s the problem he’s only 15 mind you and yess he does struggle with his weight but this is the first time I have ever been to a water park where they weigh you. I would give them zero stars if I could and I wil let everybody know about my experience here.
