The place was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They are kid friendly and the trampolines felt good and solid for me and I am 63 and I weigh 250 lbs. I was hesitant to try it at first but they supported me just fine i had a blast. The pricing was reasonable for what they are offering. I wish they sold a frequent flier pass or something because we are definitely going back!Great idea for a date night!

Place was clean and trampolines were fun. However, the pricing was extremely unclear. We bought a pass and after checking in we were told we would have to pay for special launch socks- at $3 each. Nowhere on the screen does it say you HAVE to buy their socks. Pretty sneaky marketing. Oh and you can’t reuse your launch socks after you leave you have to buy totally new pairs. So just expect an extra charge on top of the prices. Also, the check in process probably took a good 20 mins and the place was dead. Not sure if I would be back...

Had a party here for my daughters 14th birthday. The team was absolutely amazing and super accommodating. Absolutely amazing experience. Would definitely recommend!!

Today we had my son birthday party and we were truly amazed by the way the staff took care of us. The staff was super friendly and checked on us a few times to make sure we were good. The kids had more fun than anticipated. We will be back for future partys and get togethers. Thank you so much.

This was my first visit to the Launch Trampoline Park with my grandson. it was a fabulous experience. The place was impeccable and the entertainment of good quality and various age levels.The staff who serviced us was Keeona, outstanding in her customer service. She checked on the children that were on premises at that time and showed the younger ones, toddlers, how to play in the trampolines.. She also helped them by pulling them out of the foam cubes pool and had evident patience with them. Good Job, Keeona...!!Im planning to visit again in December with 2 other friends and their children. Great family entertainment...!

My family went there for my brother’s birthday. Great customer service and their pizza is amazing. It was so fun, they have a variety of things to do. They have laser tag, many arcade games, and of course trampolines. Would definitely recommend. Just wish they closed a little later.

Handled everything with professionalism!!!! Kids had fun, food was Great, No complaints! Israel/Patricia/Wells/NaeNae was wonderful and comparing to CEC down the street prices at LAUNCH are good for a family on a budget. Will definitely return, just remember that your guest at LAUNCH are your most valuable asset. You guys definitely showed us that! Thanks for everything!

This is the new kid in town and I wanted to bring my nephew to check it out. Pricing is kind of confusing. Got the lower pack. Trampolines were ok. Definitely not impressed. If they really want to shine in this market there is still a long road ahead of them.

I absolutely love launch west palm beach. The staff are very polite ... the manager isreal is very kind and friendly. I would definitely come back and enjoy with friends and family again amazing people working here.

Place was super nice clean pizza good they have root beer lol and package deals the manager is engaging isreal is his name but his staff was also fun energetic and cool they had costumes and events really enjoyable ps it’s not just a jump park has laser tag and arcade games

Took my 15 year old triplets and a friend to Launch and had a blast!! What an amazing place! So clean and fun. Great games, laser tag, trampolines, rick cloning and so much more! Can’t wait for the grand opening!!
