What a great movie theater. All the staff is very helpful and friendly, (especially miss Ana from concession, thank you.) Bathrooms are always clean when I use them. Great sound quality from the theater, and comfortable seats. Whenever I leave after the movie is over I’m always greeted with a smile and told “ Have a great rest of the day” and that makes me feel really good inside. Definitely worth 5 stars, and definitely the best movie theater around here.
Great service and everything was very clean.
Great sound and theater. Staff was great, food and beverages were good. Only issue was as the first people let in for a matinee I dont expect to see urine on the seats and floor. Mirrors and the floor outside of the stalls was clean. Other than that good experience.
Absolutely great first-time experience going here! (Monday, May 13th) We arrived and had $10 gift cards from Christmas. So easy to use! The cashier was very helpful and polite. I bought a large drink and enjoyed some nachos for our 2HR movie *Longshot. (Great movie btw!) The theater was empty besides about 5 people so that was awesome! It was very clean and sanitary including the bathrooms! I loved that there was available seating inside the bathroom! I highly recommend this location!
Its dirty everytime at the self soda station. Make sure you leave early for the movie because the lines are always long. The poor girl behind the counter was the only person in the lobby and concession area. Other than that theaters are always clean and sound quality is great.
Theater was fine. Ordered tickets online. Thank gawd. We dont go to movies much, takes a big one to get us out. Maybe three times a year. But, as seems to be the norm here ... Very short handed when it comes to box office / concession stand. Better order tickets online, cause you going to be late for the movie otherwise. You got tickets but you want overpriced popcorn? Good luck. And they sale beer and wine, but you aint NEVER going to find anyone manning that concession. Nope. Order tickets online and sneak in your own snacks cause you wont be able to buy them. No help behind the counter. Two people. Massive line.
Our favorite movie theatre in this area. Always clean and comfy, rarely crowded (we mostly do weekday matinees), big sound and clear picture, and you can get limited food and beer (if ya dont mind the price).
The movie was well displayed, however the restrooms were very dirty. Out of 3 stalls one worked. It seems they need to do a bit of maintenance. I am surprised they cant keep it up better than they are for what seeing a movie costs.
The theater was very nice and clean. I went to see Harriet. The movie was very enjoyable based on the true story of Ms. Harriet Tubman!!! 1800s. Yet even today 2019, theres so much hatred still going on because, of the color of ones skin. Will it ever stop?
Very reasonable prices. It is a smaller theater that doesnt get a lot of crowds (unless it is Endgame premier day). Expected theater foods and prices. They had a chicken waffle that was actually very delicious but they recently changed their menu and excluded it, unfortunately :(They removed their A-List priority line, which as an A-List member, this is something I look forward to as a benefit to bypass the slower line. The theater is mostly clean. Because of its size (I assume) there is not a lot of variety of showings. There is only one IMAX theater and it is also the only one that allows seat reservations. All other showings are standard, and maybe a couple 3D ones.Although they have not upgrade to more modern seating with recliners, their seats are not the most uncomfortable Ive seen.Once, the fire alarm went off at the start of a movie. We were told the movie would be restarted so we stuck around for that reason only. After some time had passed without the move restarting, we were told they were no longer doing that because too much time passed. Management maybe not so great. The staff at ticketing and concession are very helpful and nice.
The staff is always very friendly. Great layout and they do an awesome job of keeping things clean. Highly recommend this one!!
Clean. Comfortable seats. Alcohol station (however, sizes of cup arent worth purchasing betterto BYOD). Drink fountain with different favorites. Good location. Sufficient parking space.
Where do I even begin...? Well right when I walked in the entire concession area was covered in popcorn. I bought my tickets online so I didnt bother standing in the massive line to get a snack and drink. The movie had a start time of 7:15 and they played 30 minutes of previews!!!! Oh my god, they seriously played every single preview for the next year.... is that really necessary? I ended up getting up after 25 minutes to go get a soda at the concession stand. I waited in an empty line for 10 minutes and not one employee was at a cash register! Yet there were 5 of them standing back there doing nothing but microwaving hotdogs. So I ended up going back to my seat where they were still playing previews.Bottom line dont plan on seeing a late night movie here because a 2 hour movie with 30-40 minutes of previews turns into a 3 hour ordeal.
Great screens. Good seating accommodations. Excellent staff. Not too crowded most of the time.
IMAX was great. Quite louder than necessary, Especially for a kids movie. This coming from someone who is always asked Why is your TV SO LOUD? (Maybe due to the very empty theater.) Other than that it was a great time for the family. Friendly helpful staff and clean restrooms. (A must for most parents of little ones.) Definitely will be returning. (Maybe with earplugs for the little ones. Lol)
We go at least once a week. They either start movie late, leave the lights on, have only one person working. Its either too hot or too cold! And the front bathroom has had a stall out order for months!! Get your act together!
Love how quite it is in the afternoon
Very nice clean newer theater. Comfortable seats and quality projection. More expensive than other local theaters but in a good location.
Theatre appeared well kept up and was very comfortable. Enjoyed the show.
Excellent service but the price for food there could be more affordable.
This is one of the better movie theaters in the area. I live about 45 minutes away and my husband and I will make a date night out of it and drive to go to this theater. It is in a good location, surrounded by plenty restaurants/fast food and shopping. It is huge and offers many different items at their concession including beer. Bathrooms are always clean and staff is friendly too.
Went to the 9:40pm movie and it was not a good experience for me. The seats are uncomfortable, do not recline and no leg room. The rows are to close together and people sitting behind you can kick your seat or put their feet up on the seat back next to you so you have feet next to your face. People were talking during the whole movie and little kids were at this late show. The bathrooms were a mess and the soap dispensers and the automatic faucets did not work correctly. The movie started 10 minutes late. For a theater built and opened in 2014, it is not as nice as it ahould be. NCG on Malabar has much better seating and prices
Amazing movie theater. Seat are comfortable, the pictures are so clear!!
First time I was ever in there and I was very pleased with the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff and the movie was good too
Big & Nice but seats are a bit narrow & Im not petite
Nice theater. Not much difference between IMAX and regular showings.
Ice cold, expensive and too loud, with a wide variety of choices Comfortable stadium seating. I have been here at least half a dozen times. I enjoyed this place but I have to bring my earplugs, because the volume is too high. I recommend this place for people who are bored and looking for something interesting to do on the weekend. The AMC is near a lot of shopping so before and after the movie there are things to do otherwise. There is plenty of parking available as well which is convenient.
We like this location, is conveniently close to everything we like. We went to watch Sherlock Gnomes movie. The service for concession was a little slow. Not many people watching at the time we went. But we had the luck to have the rudest family sit right behind us. They constantly kicked our seats. They had a four year old that kept walking behind us making noises jumping up and down the stairs making loud noises while he bounce up and down. They had no etiquette or consideration for everybody else in the theater watching the movie.
Employees very nice. Seats were okay but arms on the seats are small.
It was clean . But the slurpee machine was empty other than 1 flavor. Friendly staff
A clean and comfortable theater showing first run movies with IMax and 3D capabilities. Tickets purchased at concession stand, which I guess is standard now. They also serve beer and wine which I still find remarkable. Seats are comfortable even for this very large guy, arm rests (with cup holders) can be folded up so you can spread or snuggle. We went on thanksgiving day in the afternoon and it was nearly empty, no wait in line but they had it set up for a long line so we either had to walk back and forth to follow the ropes or remove one or more from the stantions to make our trip quicker. Also, why put the movies most likely to appeal to your older audience members the farthest away from the entrance. We parked near the entrance in a space but our movie was a five minute walk once we had our tickets. Then we had that walk back at the end and the designated exit was no longer so convenient to our parking space.
Nice clean theatre. I dont use the concession so cant comment on that. I took a star off because of security concerns. There was absolutely no one observing people coming in, and in this day and age that has proven to be problematic. Im not saying people should be searched but as we were leaving I over heard two men talking about just walking in and apparently not needing a ticket to get in. They had no one taking tickets there. But other than the lack of security its a nice place to view a movie.
A little disappointed. They had only one kiosk to buy tickets and it was not working, so we had to do the line where snacks and refreshments are bought in order to get the tickets. They had another line with a Concession sign. Despite been in line next, they will take care of people that entered thru the concession line first. Finally our turn!!!!! We ordered soda, went to the machine and regular coke was unavailable; switched to next machine and it was also running out of regular coke. Switched to a 3rd machine and finally was able to get some coke. For a first time here.....umm....not sure if Ill be back.
The theater is kept pretty clean, but the seats are a little uncomfortable. The armrests lift, but not completely, defeating the purpose of them lifting.
There was nothing NOT to like about the theater. It was clean, the seats were very comfortable and the temp was just right. They are under redesigning the entrance and refreshment area, but that was OK, too.
Seats dont recline, the theatre is dirty and the workers are nowhere to be found. We had to wait in the concession line just to scan our tickets because nobody was working. Popcorn all over the floor, trash in the cup holders. Dont bother with this theatre
IMAX is definitely the way to watch a movie! This theyre is always clean and comfortable seats with clear views. Previews and commercials run long so movies dont usually start til 15 min later.
Weve frequently visited this theater since it opened, and generally enjoyed our experiences until more recently. The last few visits we found the theater to be very dirty (soiled carpets and chairs, dirty counters at soda station, dirty bathrooms). Also, the movies have been starting up to 30 minutes after their scheduled times ... making it a later event than anticipated.
Great theater. Went to see the new star wars on their imax. Only way to see a movie!
Very nice cinema. Comfy high back searing. Great food, snacks and beverages.
The screen is awesome. Ive been spoiled by the reclining chairs and didnt like the seats here
They have wifi but you need to be a member of AMC. The seats did not recline in our area. The commercials before the movie were in pink and green. No kisok for purching tickets. However the price for tickets and drinks was reasonable compared other cinemas.
I just got the AMC A list card $20/month for up to 3 movies a week. Great deal. Theatre is clean. Restrooms clean!! A plus. Parking is good. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Saw singin in the rain on opening night, not too crowded!
Wont be coming to this location again. Me and my partner subscribe to A list and only came here for the IMAX. We didnt realize the line with red tape ISNT the A list line, which is how Ive seen it at all the other AMCs. No signs to signify that. Instead we were totally ignored in this faux line, as were others that we saw. I imagine this happens all the time. Make it easy for your customers. They were out of coke. Furthermore, the IMAX was entirely too loud. Two notches up and their speakers would burst. We sat through 10 minutes of previews and had to leave, followed by an hour of ear and headaches. Concerts arent that loud. Ill be driving to Orlando before I visit this location again.
Nice clean theater, but their policy for outside food and drink has gotten worse and worse. It used to be theyd give me a hard time for bringing in a water bottle, now they wont even allow empty Shaker cups. Even though you only intend to fill them at their own water fountain. The ridiculous part is that if I stuffed it in a purse or down my shorts and had it bulging out the side of my pants They couldnt say anything about it. The Management seems to agree to policy is over the top. The only rationale can be they want to sell me a $5 water bottle at concession. As an a-list subscriber who already has a ticket when I arrive to the theater... on most days theres no option for going right up to someone for admission, I have to stand in line behind concessions just to flash my ticket among everyone else buying food.Staff has always been friendly.
Fast & helpful, comfy seats. Anna helped us and was sooo nice with us.
The reason this location is called classic is because you cant reserve your seats, so you have to come early and sit through all the ads, then movie time comes around and its 20+ minutes of trailers before the actual movie, so yeah. Its a fairly clean place but they are generous with the popcorn so theres always some on the floor.
Theatre setting is modern, and love the offerings outside normal menu fair for consession, however for a loaded down weekend there were only two people on intake, and the ticket machine was out of order. Not a manager in site to help.
A visual and audio experience....fantastic popcorn and treats
Clean facility. Good customer service. Nice theater seating. Excellent movie!
Great place to your favorite latest movies and enjoy the real experience. Whether 3D or regular its definitely worth it every time.
This was a great theater. Modern & comfortable. Cant complain about the prices of the food & drinks since theyre high at all theaters. Great staffing situation as well. AMC is a good company.
Always clean. Always with the latest movies. Service can be a bit slow at the concession stand especially when mixing it with the ticket booth. Always a good experience overall.
Great pricing...very family friendly..clean
Great theater. Awesome IMAX experience!
Theater was awesome when it opened, now seems like a waste. understaffed, poor management, went to an 845 showing it didnt start until 910. and some theaters look run down with curtains covering parts of the screen sadly last time Ill be going, rather go to cinemaworld and save 10 bucks and have a better experience
Started charging for flavored popcorn seasoning and concession prices went up
Great prices for Seniors. However, buying a small popcorn and Pepsi will cost twice the ticket price. Averages to be about $21.00 per person.
I remember when this theater opened. It was super nice. Not so much anymore. We drove forty minutes today and got tickets for IMAX and sat in an area that smelled like vomit. There were no issues exchanging our tickets to another spot in the theater, but there were no apologies or concerns either. Management needs to get ahold of these types of details if they want to stay in the game.
A List is the best way to go.if you love movies
Not enough people to staff and the staff available had one speed, Slow Motion. They were however very honest. Very large and spacious theatre. Sound level was perfect.
Prefer to watch movies at home. But it was okay
Great screen/sound, comfortable seats!
Nice theater. Had a great time with the family
Amazing theatre, would 10/10 definitely go again
The auditorium it self was fantastic and Clean. The concession stand needs help. They had no popcorn on reserve. So people were standin g around waiting for the kettle to dispense popcorn. 1 person at a register and run to the other end of concession to serve drinks as well. NOT a good set up. Management needs to revamp this entire practice.
Ive been there for a couple of movies. Service is decent, although like most movie theaters it is kinda pricey. I have had to wait in line for awhile at previous movies but all in all, its a good theater. The theaters themselves are nice, they have the classic tiered seats so nobodys head gets in your way. Dont sit on the aisle though because the stair footlights are kinda bright. Sound and movie quality are both excellent.
Arrived at the theater and we were instantly hit by how disgusting the lobby was. Popcorn and trash everywhere and the floors were slippery. The concessions were also filthy; and the very kind concessions girl let us know they were completely out of everything except for popcorn and water. She also told us we would have to pay for a large cup, which is crazy because of course I wanted enough water to last our three hour movie...We arrived 30 minutes early for the movie and were seated 15 minutes before the show. Trash was everywhere, the trashcans were overflowing and the place smelled. Everyone in the theater was disgusted and talking about the trash. We went out to ask the staff to clean (since most of them were just sitting around) and they told us that unless there was something in our seat they really didnt have time. When we insisted the staff said they actually couldnt clean the theater because the movie had already started. This was 15 minutes before the show when the screen was still blank.
Harriet is a great movie! Nice and clean theater.
The bathrooms were in horrible shape. Urinal barriers broke off the wall. Soap dispenser partially on the wall. The admission price was reasonable $8.99. The concession prices are outrageous, popcorn and a soda $15. The parking lot was well lit and overall cleanliness was good.
I heard a loud abnoxious dripping throughout most of our movie, so after the movie finished i walked down towards the screen to see if the ceiling was leaking (sure enough theres water damage all over the ceiling) and theres buckets filled with water drips underneath the screen! I had to use the restroom and that too was disgusting as well (pictures attached). Hand marks all over the wall, what seemed to be feces on the stall handle and toilet paper scattered on the floor. Most of the diet soda options were out of service, and the cashier was incredibly rude, this theatre has gone downhill and i will not be renewing my AMC premiere membership.
Speakers on the right wall in the IMAX theater have been blown since December 2018. Those speakers still aren’t fixed and have now been shut off. When I inquired with management they claimed they did not want to shut down the theater for 1 day to fix the issue. They said if I wanted to complain to write a review. So here this is. Do not pay a premium price for IMAX until they fix the speakers.
I went during a busy event and the bar situation was bleak. There was a newer person handling it and no one was very sure where to go or how to get their order taken. Other than that, the place it great. The seats are comfy and the food is good enough for a movie theater. IMAX was incredible!
Waited in line to purchase tickets for over 20 minutes, the movie time was about to start so we got out of line and purchased the tickets online (where I’m sure I had to pay a convenience fee). The concession line was out of control and only had one person running it so we couldn’t get any popcorn for the movie... so disappointing. After all that, there wasn’t anyone even checking tickets and people were just walking in without paying. I’ve never been to any movie theater and had an experience like this one. We arrived 30 minutes before the movie was even supposed to start. Ridiculous.
We have been to this amc several times and it is usually a pretty decent experience but the line set-up is horrendous. I understand that movie theaters make their profit off of concessions, but forcing every customer to stand in the same line despite them not planning on buying anything from the concessions does NOT work if you do not have enough staff on hand. By all means, make us walk up to the smell and sight of popcorn, like I said I absolutely get it, but more than one register needs to be open if this is your plan. The line was over 30 people long (including families) at 2:40 pm on Memorial day - 3 days after the release of the live action Aladdin movie. There were 2 people behind concessions with one register open. Most people in line were trying to get tickets for the 3 pm showing of Aladdin. We stood in line for about 20 minutes just for tickets while the line continued piling up behind us.
IMAX was great! Seen the movie endgame with my son and loved it! Will keep coming and bringing the family on movie night!
Nice theater, a little warm inside but they serve beer!!
Very nice theater and only IMAX in the area. Can get crowded so arrive early. Much more comfortable that most theaters these days.
I love going to the AMC Theater have a AMC A List Membership. I am a movie buff. They need to be open longer through the year to accommodate patrons who get out of work at 630. Having one showtime at night doesn’t cut it. Continued business should be sustained through having longer hours. Trends more guests and better statistics. Moral of the story have showtimes later then 7 all week.
Here this am for a morning movie. The girl at the counter was very nice helping me navigate my online purchase. I was disappointed the see how dirt the place is. The bathrooms were nasty. I went in the family bath and there was through upon the floor and no towel then I went in the mens bathroom and it had not been cleaned and was nasty and out if towels as well.
Good place. Refreshments to high.
Arrive early cause you can only buy your tickets on the concession stand line and it was a long wait. We ended up going to a different show because we missed the one we wanted to see.
I love this place clean and comfortable chairs good food and beer
As all the theaters are falling apart this one is staying nice.
It was to cold in the theater with the air blowing down directly on us.
Very nice and clean theater. Prices arent bad either
Over priced but a great movie theater
We went and had beer and wine wheeeeeee! I mean whiiiiiiiz! I mean wee wee!
Went to see Aquaman, service counter has fast efficient check in. The staff are friendly, get orders spot on. All is done in one area. I have Studs, that makes it all work even faster. Great place to watch a movie.
It was okay could have had more action and be a little more scarier more suitable for teenagers
Greagreat IMAX screen and have never had any issues.
Very fun experience. Friendly help and clean facilities. Mother-in-law is in a wheelchair so we sat down front. I guess because we were so close to the screen it seemed to be out of focus. Other than that. It was a nice time at the movies.
This is a horrible movie theater setup. You have to purchase tickets in the concession line, so for opening weekend of the Avengers Endgame, the place was a nightmare (I’ve been here on a normal weekend and the line was still bad). Thankfully we purchased tickets online. Then we went ahead and waited in the line so we could get drink and popcorn to enjoy like any normal moviegoer would enjoy, and we were told WE AREN’T SELLING ANYMORE POPCORN, ONLY REFILLS. Seriously?? There were two unused popcorn machines on the other side of the concession area not being used. And there was no ice in the Coca Cola freestyle machines.
This was an awesome movie theater! The seats were comfortable and the giant pretzel was so good!
The Theater was huge. Place looked clean, just an issue with one stall out of order, one out of t p and handicap stall had no running water.
