Michaels

Lots of goodies but so much stuff was not on shelves that I needed for my projects, but still came out nice. They had 40% off so many items for the holidays. This was my art yard facelift DIY. Paint, mode podge, glitter.

I would love to work at the Michaels in Hammocks Landing in Palm Bay, FL. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to, my only hold back is if I worked there I would spend all my paycheck there. They should be acknowledged for how hard they work and be proud of their store following because its huge.

Lots of crate and art supplies hard to find items.big selections easy access in and out reasonable prices.lots to see.

Good selection of craft items. Very helpful employees.

It was nice very friendly didnt have the product 4 take away that I was looking for theyre out of stock but other than that great

Latasha and Pat are so lovely. Helpful.. Knowledgeable.. I am so impressed w their kindness.

I dont go here much at all. The store was clean and the staff was nice. I wanted to buy a lot of yarn that was on a shelf with a large red sign that said $4.99 but at the register it rang up $5.99! They need to get that organized better! I dont like shopping with no real idea of the true price. Signs say one price and items ring up totally different. Maybe Ill try them again in the future and update my review. Until then be aware.

Ridiculous! I ordered for work online using a work cc. 2 rolls of vinyl, said they were in stock. Went to pick them up. 1 was out of stock. Had to cancel order and reorder a different color in order to use the work cc. Order went through on 1 item even though my receipt showed 2 items. So was told had to reorder the second item again! Went to order online and the item is now listed as out of stock even though there are at least 5 on the shelve. Had to use my own money to buy the roll of vinyl in the store because there was no way to pay for it with work cc. Sub-standard computer system to say the least. Worker was nice but couldnt help.

This is the best art store.Close by and a lot of products.Usually nice girlsShopping in person is relaxing.Grateful for this store

Very crowded, narrow aisles full of stuff!! Long line. Handicapped, no help, no oopsies! A bit expensive!

Great crafts store, paint, scissors, glue, you name it craft wise...

Excellent staff, super nice and kind. They always have my online order ready when I come to pick it up.

I went looking for brush markers, and there isnt many big packs of markers that arent over hundreds of dollars. But the Artists Loft selection wasnt too bad, doesnt seem to work well with Micron liners though, or even its own liner brand. But it was still a good visit to Michaels. Theres a large selection of many different art and craft supplies, but few choices in each section

You need to go back to your regular hours now that the cover hoax is over. Some people cant get to the store until after 7. This globalist nonsense must stop. I have had no other issues with your store and always good service... need to be open til 9

I love Michaels and the selection here is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful and you should be able to find pretty much anything you need for all your crafting needs. The checkout line is almost always too long and can often take 10 to 15 minutes just to check out, so incorporate that timeline into your planning for your visit to the store. They almost always have seasonal goods throughout the store and they have a wonderful selection of art supplies for those who draw and paint.

Michaels is a great store they always have cool projects to do with the kids and the staff is always helpful and friendly as well as they always have a good selection of seasonal things during the holidays

I find myself needing to ask for help finding things in this store pretty much every time I go in... mostly because i dont go there often, I am sure, but the staff always seems so put off or outright annoyed that I am bothering them, even when they are just chatting with their coworkers. I dont know if it has just been luck of the draw but I can say over the past few years I have been there four times and that has been my experience every time.Id rather order from amazon and wait two days for my stuff to arrive than deal with that.

Love everything about this place except for the new 10 person per limit inside the store. I feel like the 10 people inside take forever they are not considerate of other people outside and I feel it’s kind of rude. If we’re going to do a limit like that there needs to be a time limit as well

Fabulous location...not geographically, but service-wise. The lady in the framing department had a great eye and went the extra mile to make sure we could get our order in time. Everyone was so helpful.

I had just been to the Michael’s in Viera and was exceedingly disappointed in them, so thought I would try this Michael’s store, even though it was further out of my way. Not only was their staff there to help me, they were very polite and professional, and they honored the 60% off 2020 planner coupon that I had. I purchased quite a few and left a happy shopper. Only question I have is why did one Michael say no and the other say yes? You can bet I’ll be going back to the Michael’s that said yes on honoring their own coupon, even if it is further out of my way.

They have great variety... Cake decorating department is the best....

Still love everything about the products they carry but they no longer take competitors coupons. Such a disappointment! I will be shopping at joAnns from now on, until they fix this!

Variety of crafting supplies is outstanding. A bit disorganized with tight aisles but still worth browsing. Great sales!

I found most of what I needed. Employees were all practicing covid19 rules and that made me feel comfortable.

My wife practically lives here. Great part? Makes finding gifts for her much easier. Good experience. Always able to get help since I have no clue where to find the stuff for her Cricket or other gadgets

Always have what I need and there is always a sell going on!!

Disappointing. No good coupons. Mismarked merchandise. Didnt have what i was looking for even though in showed in stock online.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I rushed in 10 minutes before they closed and the employee wouldn’t let me come in. She slammed the door in my face and told me that they were closed. I said “The sign says you close at 7, it’s 6:50. I have 10 minutes. I’m getting one thing”. She said, “I don’t care how many things you’re getting, I’m locking the doors and we’re closed”. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service. I work in the service industry and I would never treat a customer that way. Ridiculous.

Easily accessible from the Main Thoughofare and not far from I-95. Plenty of free parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles.Store was clean and well staffed. Plenty to choose from and someone to offer help if needed. Other shopping and restaurants are nearby.

Great discounts, always find what I need!

Amazing selection of crafts. Staff very attentive. I placed an order online and got the wrong item shipped to me. The employee at the store apologizez and solved the problem in less than 5 minutes.

Am a crafter so coming to Michaels has helped me greatly!

I love Michaels for my crafts and usually you can always find a coupon with your phone for some kind of deal

Always have what I need as an art teacher. I never shop without a coupon here, so the prices are fabulous. It is always clean and tidy and the staff can help you find what you are looking for when you can’t find it. On the rare chance they do not have what you need... they can order it. Love that I can test some products out when they have special make it days. They host events for teachers too.

Great store, lots of selections

Always have stuff on sale, and repeatedly always gives you a coupon to come back ! Amazing selection.

Staff is always nice. Sandwhiches are good. Good beer and snack selection. Needs lotto ! And fountain drinks always taste like dust !

Michaels makes every holiday fun. They make it easy to make my home shine. Those trees are fantastic and Mrs Claus sign is making my kitchen sparkle

Cant find help very easily, but its a pleasant experience

My granddaughter and I both found what we wanted and thing a we didnt even know we wanted. We spent too much money, so its a good thing we dont go there very often!! LOL

Great store. Helpful people. Im happy they are adding more fine art supplies. I’m not happy the Michaels chain turned all Adult classes over to a company that handles them online. (Store has no choice) There isn’t even a display showing what classes are coming up at that store like there used to be. Out of sight, out of mind.

Great deals (when using coupons), very friendly staff, and a nice selection.

Good for sale items and 40% off coupon for regular priced item

Friendly staff very helpful, they had every color of markers available

Big sale through out the store.

The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. I just wish they would have kept the build a calendar section.

Order pick up is in the back of the store near framing. Shopped in store and online. Good customer service. Clean store. Well stocked

Same selection one would expect from any Michaels or analogous craft chain. What sets this one apart is the staff. Helpful and creative, ever willing to stop and help you brainstorm how to tackle the next step in any project. This personal touch extends to the numerous workshops offered on a variety of skills and hobbies.

This particular Michael’s does not sell fabric which is a bit of a bummer. Nice store otherwise.

Nice clean store, well stocked and helpful staff.

We always enjoy Michaels large amount of merchandise to choose from and well be back

Great store and great serviceMuch better than the one in Viera.

Always something to be found. This trip I found a drawing book Im going to get my son for his birthday. Hes gonna love it.

Richard was very nice. Picture is beautiful!!

Great experience in Michaels the associates are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous always ready to help and to answer questions.

It has all the craft supplies you need but no fabric.

Clean, organized and great help!

Close to everything e.g Staples, Marshals, Ross good selection, typical MIchaels.

The store is organized nicely. There are always enough cashiers and the shelves are well stocked. Store is clean as are restrooms. Make sure to use a coupon, there is always one....check out the app to pull up on your phone or sign up to get mailers.

Love this place

Great store for getting art supplies and inspirational ideas.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My friend and I went in for paint brushes and ended up leaving with paint, canvases and some house decor ration stuff! Some really awesome finds here!

It is always hot in that store. They are over priced, even on sale items. Never have anything I go in for.

Well stocked and clean. Seasonal sales are up front in the center and always easy to locate. Lots of scrapbooking available, unlike some Michaels stores that have so little. Bathrooms are basic and decent. Staff are always friendly. Waiting line is not usually too long, even during busy times. Teachers can get discount with ID. I usually prefer Hobby Lobby myself, but this Michaels is my go to on days I dont want to drive 20-25 minutes to the closest Hobby Lobby.

I live this place. Great deals tiday

Chain store standards. Store set up a little different than others

Its just a fun place with lots of ideas and good prices.

Perfect place for people who like to do crafts, you will find everything you need, such as oil painting. acrylics brushes, make jewelry, make cakes, wool, they also frame pictures, and much more. Always they have classes to learn how to make jewelry, cakes, knit, etc.

Waaayyyyyyyyy nicer than JoAnn Fabrics and Hobby Lobby. Its clean, better products and very well organized. I will choose Michaels over any other craft supply store any day.

Cheaper online than in-store. Would not honor price. Did not buy.

Patricia the manager is the sweetest woman went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for .Great customer service.

Great online inventory. I had trouble finding stickers in the store and when I looked for them online I was shown the exact location in the store and able to find them right away. They always have a good coupons and usually have just what we are looking for.

Pretty good variety of DIY craft items

I love Michaels I could live there! I do a lot of crafting like scrapbooking, collages, beading, painting & have lots of family members that craft so its always fun to go together & get to use the stuff together! And always has some coupon u can use! Id definitely recommend if someone hasnt been.

Couldnt find what I was looking for, staff not helpful just pointed in the general direction of where they said the product would be. Spent 10 minutes looking up and down the aisles before walking out. Will never go there again.

Pretty disorganized and difficult to find what youre looking for. Friendly staff and standard prices.

Closest craft store around, only a mile away. Always what I need

I really enjoy Michaels. They have great sales and prices. The selection is wide and the online options make it a big thing too. For instance I wanted to pick up some Prismacolor brush tip markers and got a set normally 140 dollars for 75 with a 60% coupon! The staff is rather friendly and knowledgeable about things but they can be very sparse and hard to find at times. They also offer classes, so if you and your friend want to make a mug for Mothers Day or learn how to paint its a great place to sign up and meet new people and have fun with others who enjoy crafty activities.

I always find what I need - and more!

Great sales people. The classes are hit or miss. Great parking. Safe location

Love the different crafts you can find here.

I could spend hour upon hour in this store. Employees helpful & the store is organized & clean.

This feels like such a small Michaels to me, in size, product and staff assistance.

Must have been in line 10 min so slow to leave there only 1 cashier on a Saturday!! Will not go back too much for my disability standing that long.

Quality products

Lots of craft supplies at a good price.

I love Michaels. They always have what I am looking for (and usually buy what I am not looking for. My only disappointment is they dont have sewing machine lessons. Would love to work there part time as it would fulfill my crafting addiction especially knitting and crocheting.

They have so many cute things not just crafts, kids toys, games and the flowers are gorgeous if your decorating for partys wedding anything they have the coolest things. A must...

The people that work at Michaels that I have been involved with are knowledgeable and friendly. One young lady spent a half an hour assisting me in locating specific pieces in the craft and beading Department to make something for my daughters birthday. She was exceptionally helpful we had a lot of giggles and it was very pleasant to be there.

My all time favorite craft store

Clean and well organized store... A bit pricey though

Love this place you can find everything there

The staff is always so nice. They have everything you could need for any project.

Excellent selection of crafts and pre done items for all occasions.

They got all your crafting needs

This store have All you need for doing crafts etc

My wife spends 300 dollars here a month. Never any complaints but she does compliment the coupons.

Best way to purchase is online and instore pick up, that way dont pay the extra tax the owner of the building

Great to find things I need

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE AND I COULD SPEND HOURS HERE.IT ALWAYS HAS SALE ITEMS AND DIFFERENT THINGS FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL IN UR FAMILY....THE STAFF IS VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL
