Great selection, helpful staff. Great place to sit and chat while you paint. Tons of inspiration all around.

This place is a hidden gem on the west side. My fiancé and I had a blast painting our pottery in the lovely atmosphere! Reasonable prices and a pleasant staff make the experience very enjoyable.

While the painting of the pottery itself went off just fine, picking up the pottery and all the pieces has become a nightmare. Not only was I not given my piece of pottery initially, when it was picked up the lights and “Christmas lights” for my tree we’re missing. Honest mistake. Went to return to pick up the lights, showed a picture of the piece of pottery and was given a light set. Get it home. None of the lights fit in my tree. Call to speak with a manager because it has been one thing after another here and I get told by a Malaya “I’ll let her know you called but I can’t make any promises she’ll call you back.” WTF. Terrible customer service. “All she can really even do is leave the lights out for you to pick up anyway.” Do not recommend.

Loved painting here, and felt like that was a good experience. But I had trouble in the aftermath - found out I had to pay almost double for my piece because their price stickers were confusing on the shelf. Then we picked it up and found out it was not fired well (it had very obvious spots on the front of it) AND they didn’t give us the light for the lantern. So we had to go back and ask for a refund/store credit.I will go back because the painting experience was fun and the people there were nice. But in the future I will be asking very clearly what the price is, and don’t plan to make anything big or time consuming in case it doesn’t fire well.

It was so much fun to paint! They were friendly and encouraging.

We love this place. Its a great date night/afternoon to do with your spouse. Its as much fun as you make it.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy, but the employees were helpful. We stayed for almost 2 and a half hours. They even handed out free popcorn. We chose to paint bowls, and then they informed us that there was a special on bowls for the Superbowl. It was great, but would have been helpful to know before choosing. We will definitely consider returning.

Perfect way to spend an evening. Employees are pretty helpful when it comes to picking out just the right kind of paint. My friend used this lava paint one time, it applied as gray, but the chunks exploded during the firing and created this really neat design.

I took my boys today to paint and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They have so many options and it’s a fun environment!!

Rainy day activity with all three of my daughters. Actually turned into a fun time. Staff was really great, and the prices very reasonable.

Never have I ever received such bad service. I decided to have my daughters 11th birthday party here. When I called to schedule the time I asked what all they had and available and what the best option would be. She told me about the pricing options and then I asked her to hold so I could get a more accurate head count. While I was writing the names down(9 total) I heard her talking in the back to another worker and she was mocking me. I let her know before I got off the phone that next time she wants to mock somebody she should make sure the customer is no longer on the phone. She was absolutely silent. I still kept the appointment because my daughter was really excited about painting. When we got there they were still rude. The 2 girls that were there gave us dirty looks, rushed us, and talked to us with such disrespect. I still kept the focus on my daughter making sure she was still enjoying herself. Before leaving I asked for the manager and they said she wouldnt be back till they closed. The employees need some serious training in customer service. I will never go back.

I took my daughter to All Fired Up for a mother/daughter date! I was concerned before deciding to go as I read one negative review. I called and spoke with an associate, Hannah and she aleviated my concerns by her professional and courteous demeanor. The owner then called me to discuss the review I read. We received great customer service from both the owner, Annie and an associate, Sara Beth. Sara Beth went out of her way to help us pick paint colors and explain the process for our project and was readily available during our entire visit. I would highly recommend All Fired Up!

I always have a great experience there. Unfortunately they were out of several paint selections which made the creativity of choosing the direction I wanted to go a little challenging.

Its unfortunate they have such an amazing experience to offer while still failing miserably with deplorable customer service. I need to check whos working next time I book an entire party, or return for my pieces.I really want to go back, but not sure I can choke down the results of my first/last visit!

Our trip to All fired up was very pleasant and the staff there was very helpful and courteous in helping us since it was our first time there...We will go back for sure.....

I love this place! Great selection of items to paint, good prices amazing friendly people and painting on canvas is a blast!

Very poor customer service. The ladies working only seemed worried about getting out of work as soon as we got there. They werent very helpful and just seemed to stand there. Our finished piece of pottery also had spots of paint where they had sloppily painted under a seal of our jar. This left white spots on the edge of the lid and was very visible. Will not be going back.

One of the most enjoyable things Ive done in a long time. Bring a friend!

My family and I had an awesome time here. Just wish they were open longer on Sundays.
