Always love movies and with the Covid scare, movies were the first to go.So delighted that movies are back.Yup, they are clean and families can still go and watch movies together.They even have most of the snacks available.Clean, safe, entertainment.I suggest you get out and go watch a great movie with your family.And with a newly decorated front, its a great place to take the family.I highly recommend Cinemark 24.

Loved it . Im so glad to take my grandson back to the movies we had a great time if you go they dont take cash . But you can buy gift cards to get popcorn and drinks . It was very clean and they have social distancing. When you get your seats . I cant wait to go back . Next week ️

We love this Cinemark Theater. All auditoriums have leather recliners for the most comfortable seat so you’re not jammed next to other people or feel like you’re sitting on top of the row in front of you. The theater is clean and the staff is always nice and helpful. They have a large variety of snacks to choose from, an arcade to play games on while you wait for your movie to start and a small sitting area where you can hang out and order actual food if you want more than popcorn or snacks. This is the theater I always choose to come to and have the best experience at.

Absolutely awesome. Loved everything about it. The popcorn was soooo good the seating was AWESOME and sorry but it was soooooo nice not having a crowded theater but will for sure be back had a great time. Maybe turn the volume down just a smidge. Thanks to all the people that were working they were on top of everything for being clean and sanitized

A friend of mine rented the theater and we saw jurrasic park. It was fun! Been too long since Ive been to a theater.

It was so good to go to a movie AND eat popcorn again! Everything was very clean, and sanitizer dispensers could be found all over common areas. Concessions are 20% off, because you cannot get refills at this time.

Nice theater. It is nice they have wipes all over the place because of covid19 so you can clean your seat. Popcorn is better at the Orem location but this one is much larger.

I had a great time here. I watched Gemini Man. The seats were comfortable. The popcorn tasted great and the soda was refreshing. This is a great way to relax after a long day. This is not my first visit here, and it will definitely not be the last.

Able to have private movie showing for our extended family in August 2020. It was an older movie Zootopia but the grand kids loved it.

Best movie theater ever. The luxury loungers make this cinematic experience the most best in town! We don’t go anywhere else anymore. We are also part of the Cinemark movie club and we have loved it so much. We get 20% off concessions, earn points towards free rewards, get a free movie ticket each month that roll over, and discounted movie tickets. Plus we love the $5 Tuesday’s!

Amazing seats that power recline with foot rests. I wish I had them at home. Huge screens tons of room to move around with out disturbing other movie goers and space in front. Kick your feet out and you dont hit the chairs in front of you. Makes it feel like your there alone there is no people you can see in front of behind your row of seats. Helpful kind and friendly staff.

This theater is phenomenal! The counter service is fast. They have self service ticket kiosks so buying your ticket is quick. Let us not forget about your seats in the theater. Can you say WOW! Totally comfortable with foot recline. Better than the Lazy Boy chair at home!

It might be nostalgia but whenever I watch movies here there is a special feeling. Nicely kept theaters that have been updated over the years. I am glad management continually makes updates. It is fun to walk around the plaza before your showtime, and it is a great theater for dates, family activities, and hanging out with friends.

The seats are so comfortable because theyre cushioned well and they recline. I feel so relaxed when going to movies here and often will pick this theater over others. They also have one of those butter dispensers so you can add more butter to your popcorn if you like it extra buttery.

We go here all the time. Love it the most comfortable seats ever. We always take blankets to cuddle up with. And make sure you get the movie club pass it is well worth it if you see more then 1 movie a month.

All the seats recline!!! All of them!!! This is the best movie theater EVER because of the super comfy seats. The staff is also very nice and the place is cleaner than any movie theaters Ive ever been to. My only sadness was when I tried to scan my super saver gift card at one of the kiosks, it didnt work.It was an amazing movie experience. There are no bad seats! I even saw people bring blankets so they could be more cozy. It will be great when all the construction is done out front. This is the best movie experience I have ever had!!!!

Nice updated theater. The electric recliners were cool and make for a nicer date night. A fair amount of parking. A family of 4 makes it an occasional matinee treat. At times the sound is a little overwhelming.

Theater is clean and comfortable. The 2 star is due to the 30 MINUTES of adds prior to the movie I paid to watch starting. The days of forcing such things upon the customer are archaic. It will be hard to justify a return vs a backyard party night with a laser projector and some great friends.

This is straight up the best movie theater on the south side. I lived in daybreak and would make the drive up to see the new releases. If you love going to the movies, get the movie club for the free tickets and discounts. The main reasons I love this place is because of the cleanliness, and massive comfy recliners! These recliners are more comfortable than my couch at home, and I can never go back to other theaters hard plastic stadium seats.

The seating in this theater spoils you so that you won’t want to go anywhere else. It’s so comfortable and has plenty of room for others to get by even when you’re fully reclined. Add the fact that they let you bring a water bottle in with you instead of forcing you to pay $3 for one of theirs and you’ve made a loyal customer out of me!

We really like the reclining seats. The movie was great! The only thing that would have made it better would be to turn up the heat a little bit. Its just a little cold for us.

Good place for movies. I wish the military price was available as an option when ordering tickets online. Id be more than glad to show my ID to pick up the tickets if you were to offer that pricing on line.

My wife and I love this theater. We have been coming here for almost four years, and have a hard time going to a different theater, even though we have a Megaplex that is the same distance away, as this theater. It is always very clean, and the seats are super comfortable.We always buy our tickets online to reserve our seats ahead of time, which is very convenient, being that we prefer specific seats due to the fact we both have vision problems (even with our glasses on, if we sit too far from the screen, or too close, it affects our vision and enjoyment of the films). In the years we have been coming to this theater, we have only had an issue with people stealing our seats two times, but they were polite enough to move out of our seats before having to call for assistance. Overall, people are pretty respectful about reserved seating, which is always a plus.The staff are always super friendly, also.We are Movie Club members, which voids online fees when purchasing tickets online (definitely a plus), and it gives us so many benefits. It is definitely worth subscribing to!Overall, Cinemark, and this location, are amazing.

Good to see a movie after not being able to for months because of Covid-19!

I have the monthly membership which purchases a ticket for $8.99. Its worth it because we buy all tickets online without a fee. When we see a matinee, we buy the ticket at the cheaper price and when we see a movie at night, we use the $8.99 tickets. Those tickets never expire. Also love the seating, will never go back to stadium seating again if I can help it.

I love this theater because it is clean and has very comfortable luxury lounger seats! Every time I have been here I have never felt anything sticky under my feet like I do sometimes at other theaters. I also like that they still do $5 Tuesdays when you are a member of their club. They have an option for a free membership too which is really cool!

The movie theater needs better sound proofing. I was listening to one movie while trying to watch another. A slightly muted StarWars sound track did not improve our movie going experience. The popcorn was also disappointing. Not enough butter

I used to never go to any of the Cinemark Theaters because there seating was just wretched. Fortunately they put in brand new Leather Reclining seats for the theaters and you can reserve your seats so you dont have to worry about ending up someplace you dont want to be. Their food selection could be way better though. Its definitely not Megaplex Theatres when it comes to the food selection

Went to see Frozen with my sister. It was a truly amazing experience. The only thing that would have made it better is if there wasnt so much construction. But that went always be there

Jordan Landing is the best theater near South Jordan. They have recliner seats, leg room, and loyalty programs (for no extra money).I used to love going to Megaplex theaters. But over the last 15 years they’ve just gone downhill. So much so that now I will literally drive right past them and go for several more miles to hit Cinemark at Jordan Landing.

Oh how I love seeing movies here! The seats are so very comfy, nice and roomy. The volume was just right. The employees were friendly and kind.

The seats here are extremely comfortable, they recline and have a cup holder and the view isnt obstructed by someone sitting in front of you or cramped. The seats are paired in twos and are spaced out quite comfortably. I took my little cousin to see a movie here and before this last time I went here probably a couple years ago it has definitely improved both in design and service. My little cousin and I both enjoyed our visit here and would recommend a visit here to anyone who is looking for a place to go see a movie.

Just got out of the theater, I was very uncomfortable throughout the entire showing. As the previews began, it started to get warmer and warmer to the point where I left the theater to notify an employee. As I walked out, a few other guests came out with me to notify them as well. We were all reassured that as soon as the previous end the AC would kick on for the duration of the movie. However, as the movie progressed, the heater kicked in every 20-30 minutes. Once again, I found myself outside along with other attendees complaining about the heat. Making us miss portions of the movie we paid to see. If management cares I was in auditorium 9, hopefully they can resolve this issue as it is and was a major inconvenience. I will not be returning or recommending this location. I am usually a huge fan of cinemark but this was a big let down.

If you want to get great service and experience many movies then come over to this location. Its great to get out of the house because they have game activities in the lobby, lots of food to choose and friendly service with a smile from employees. This is a fantastic way to relax in big comfy adjustable seats. Children friendly ... lets go to the movies

We love visiting this movie house. Its close to home, with several shops to keep you engaged before and after your movie experience.I definitely recommend you join the movie club. They offer a credit monthly and discounts on merchandise and concessions. Enjoy

Great movie theater, everything is well organized. I would recommend there movie club, it made the whole experience even better. The seating, picture, and sound is amazing. My only minor grips is I feel like they could utilize the open space at the front a bit better. They need to hurry up with the construction in the area, it’s making parking a little challenging. My family and I will definitely be coming back

We are regulara here. Every theater has comfortable adjustable seats! Big screens, very organized, not too pricey for a theater, they have cheeto popcorn that Ive been dying to try but hubby wont stray from his usual delicious kettle corn.

We belong to the Cinemark Movie Club so we get great discounts on tickets each month as well as concessions for the movie. Both my husband and I love to go to the movies, and the theaters have great sound and comfortable recliners, with wide isles to allow people to pass even when the seats are fully reclined. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the theaters can be too hot, and employees are not able to fully adjust temperature, and we have occasionally had unhappy employees wait on us at the concession area, but not consistently, as we have seen managers encouraging great customer service with a smile.

They have Recliner seats. The also have food which is good. Their XD theater is huge, if you get any seat from the last 4 rows and your short in height be prepared to miss a small section from the bottom of the screen. Also the last 4 rows is a hell of a workout cuz the theater is huge lol.

Great for watching a movie for cheap and just deciding to go and watch what ever is playing. Usually have a good list of the new movies that just came out playing.

The theaters are nice, as well as the seats. Its a big theater. Has a good arcade. However, there are limited snack bar selections for the early showings. Theres a separate snack bar counter where you can get a lot more choices that hot dogs and popcorn. But that doesnt open until noon. I like to go to the early shows because there arent as many people in the theater. I wind up having to take my own food into the show because of the lack of access to the second snack bar.

Its comfortable with the recliners. Whats really bugging me these days about going to the movies is that youve got to watch half an hour of advertising past the scheduled start time of the movie. If I wanted to watch ads, Id wait for the movie to come out on cable.

The movie next to ours was so loud I couldn’t focus on the movie we were seeing, (Bombshell). I’m sure it would’ve been a good movie if we couldn’t have heard the movie next to ours better than the one we were seeing. Don’t think we’ll go there again!

Took the family to see Frozen 2. Frozen itself I feel was a terrible sequal however, I cant blame Cinemark for that one. My experience here was great. The employees were all very friendly.

I would usually rate this theater 5 stars on any given day. My family and I usually go at least once a week. The people are nice, the popcorn is fresh, and the new seating makes for an extra comfortable experience. Unfortunately, someone always has to ruin something. Because of the lavish style seating, people have found new and creative ways to be disgusting. My girlfriend and I went to see the 2 pm showing of Isnt it Romantic. We noticed a foul smell here and there, but tried to ignore it. We noticed that when the seats were not reclined, the smell was less intense. We finally discovered a DIRTY diaper between the seats! I thought...okay lets tell the manager because that is disgusting. We told one of the ticket takers and she told us to tell another lady (who we assumed was a manager of sorts) she just kind of looked at us like we were crazy and making it up, then kind of like it was no big deal. No refund offer or even an apology. Long story short, I might be trying out some different theaters around here.

This is the best theater in town all of the seating are electric lazy boys that recline into a lay down position with leg rests and an arm that moves up so u can cuddle if you want many movies to choose from and an arcade not to mention its in jordan landing so if u have time to kill there are many things to do

Great theater. Very new feel. Stadium seating is the best. It sucks that they dont deliver the food from Studio Eats to your theater. You have to wait for it, and it takes a while.

Had a great experience here watching the my hero academia. Glad that they bring anime movies close to home.

Our GO TO theater. We see everything here. Not only is it close, and the recliners super comfy, but the staff are fun too. We especially enjoy the Anime, Rifftracks, and Dr Who special engagement showings. If its not playing at the West Jordan Cinemark 24, we generally dont see it.

Movies, and such. What more can you really sy about a theater. Stale popcorn in the mornings, usually fresh by afternoon. Glad movies are digital, not sure those employees could handle the rigors of prepping a film.

With all the construction going on now and for awhile, parking. Is awful!! The seating is awesome, reclining seats, concessions are good, with fresh popcorn! A little pricey for refills with the cup or popcorn bucket! Theatres are stuffy until about midway through movie. If all that was corrected it would be a 10 theatre!!

I enjoy going to most all Cinemark theatres especially this one I grew up around this area so I like this one the best. It would be great if they would come down a notch on there concession items.

The walls in the theater in front of my seat make it so I cant see the whole screen. I went to get a drink refill while still in my movie and they had turned off the concessions early so I couldnt even get my free refill (like Im coming back any time soon.) Concession signs say same day refills not anytime you please refills. And for the displeasure of an uncomfortable seat, a cut off view, and no free refill that I upgraded to get, I paid $3 more per seat than Regal down the road. I doubt Ill ever go back.

The theater seemed to have an issue raining in its employees. There were far more employees behind the counter engaging in conversation, than the number taking orders and trying to fill them. The service has gone down hill here. Which is odd considering how much of the ticket sales process has been automated. Youd think theyd have plenty of time to teach just a few customer service skills to an employee or two. To top off that experience, we always have to ask for the 3D glasses when we have ticket for 3D, how hard is it to pay even a little attention?

My girl likes the seats here . I think its decent . But the front part ir remodel cool.

I like that every seat is a lounger. Some theater seats hurt my back but these are quite comfortable.
