Horrible customer service! I placed an online order for curbside pickup. I specifically chose West Jordan because a friend of mine lives in the area and was picking the order up for me. When she got there she was told they couldnt find the order so I gave her the order number. They still could not find the order. I told her that they can call the other stores to find out where my order was.Sidnee heard this because we were talking on speakerphone and she said theyre no longer allowed to do that she also said they were very busy. Shame on you Cassie for implementing such a rule . I called the Midvale store and the girl there was more than happy to help me. She did find my order and told me that they were having issues with their system and that they had received orders from many different areas including Arizona. She was a shocked as I was to learn that West Jordan is not allowed to call other stores. Thank you Midvale store for providing excellent customer service and I will be doing more of my business with the Midvale store and making everyone I know aware of the variety of issues with the West Jordan store.

This place has a lot of fond memories. I have gone here a lot when I was younger. They have a great selection of different arts and crafts stuff. The customer service had always been great. I will return and continue doing business.

This Michaels is ok. I had a return, the cashier wasnt sure how to do it. She figured it out, but what I didnt appreciate was no communication with her. She was talking on her headset to someone the whole time. She didnt look like she wanted to be there besides that. No hi, no smile, no thanks for coming. Very rude. Think I will go to the other Michaels from now on.

We went here to get fake flowers to match my wifes Bridal boutique. The flowers were wonderfully organized. 1 flower we needed was sold out, but they called another one of their stores and had them look for it for us. The other store had it and pulled it to be ready for us. Completely above and beyond for us.

I went online to order a custom frame to hold my mothers three degrees. The interface was a bit difficult to navigate and use, and I had to put in the special instructions that I wanted three openings in the frame since the website did not give me that option. When I got to the store to give them the degrees to frame, the employee there, Tamara, was incredibly helpful and gracious in making sure that the frame was to be built to my expectations. She could not have been more helpful and kind, and the frame turned out beautifully! Will definitely keep them in mind if I ever need to frame something else.

I go there for markers and sketch paper and they always have exactly what i want and the staff is super friendly and helpful

The Christmas supplies were incredibly discounted and great for after the holiday shopping. The planner section was also extremely large and well priced with a ton of items on discount! Got my new planner for the new year and couldnt be more excited!!! I also unfortunately forgot my planner items at the register after I bought them but I called and they gladly gave them back!!! They you for the great service and price!!!

I love this place. I was looking for selica sand which dries and preserves fresh flowers. I checked with other art and craft stores and they didnt have it but Michaels did. They knew exactly what I needed, they were quick to answer my question, knowledgeable and kind. Ill go there for my all my craft needs.

Always had an easy time finding necessary craft materials here. Staff is friendly, and have a good idea of where stock can be found. A great one-stop for those working on a simple project or looking for seasonal items.

As always, Michaels is great. walked in for 2 things came out with 10. They are slightly higher priced than other places for basic crafting needs but for hard to find items are tip top with out waiting for Amazon. Just wish the aisles were a little wider. It can be difficult to navigate them if you have a cart and 2 people want to pass.

Each time I go here something disappointing happens. On one occasion they couldnt take credits cards (cash only). I talked to 4 different employees during the time I was there and not a single one told me it was cash only until I went to check out. Another time I went used multiple coupons with no problems, went back the next day and the cashier refused to use more than one coupon, even argued with me over it. The employees are not very friendly and the selection of yarn is miserable.

No one knows where anything is. I had to spend extra time hunting down what I needed and was told was not carried.

They always have great discount online and in store! The lady that helped us was very nice and although we backed out of the purchase she was very nice about it! They really care about their customer service which is awesome I think.

Grew up doing various crafts, so I could spend hours looking at everything. Was buying painting supplies for homemade ornaments and to paint pumpkins @ Halloween.

Went here for my first time just to pick up an order and I will definitely return again. I usually visit the West Valley Location which is nice as well. The woman at the service desk who helped with my pickup order was incredibly kind fast and efficient. Talking to Michael’s employees is like talking to a friend!! Very impressed ️

This Michael’s store has the best customer service. I was returning an item that was the wrong size. I had accidentally brought the wrong receipt and when the cashier asked to see my ID, I realized I had left it at home in my other coat pocket. Instead of telling me I’d have to come back another time, she let me exchange the item for the size I needed.

Went to find a decorative box and some envelopes. Found good selection of both.

It seems like they always have whatever craft-related items we need for our next project. Sometimes a dangerous store for the wallet, especially for the more crafty women in my life.

This Michaels is a bit smaller and disorganized then others I have gone to but I have found a few good deals and a variety of things I wasnt able to find at other stores. You just need to be willing to spend time and look up and down isles in this store to find treasures.

I love how much craft stuff this place has. Id come more often if it wasnt so expensive. I wish theyd let me use a coupon I got in the mail for 30% off regular price purchases and the 50% off coupon on one regular priced item together in one transaction. Instead I bring a family member so we do the transaction separately.Also Ive found that their price tags on the shelves are not always correct. Its happened with a couple items recently. Fun store to wander tho!

Art supplies can be very expensive, so Im so happy we have 3 different Michaels locations in my area! The app is great and easy to use and their marked prices are lower than anywhere Ive been. I am a fan of Mixed Media, so my only note would be to please offer a larger variety of Tim Holtz Stencils, stamps and everything else!Great customer service at each location and they all offer classes, which I cant wait to try! Keep up the great work!

I love Michaels. They always have fun holiday stuff and awesome sales/coupons. Sometimes youll get stuck waiting in line for a while to check out, but they carry stuff you cant find in other stores. The parking is a pain when its chick fil-as lunch rush since they share a parking lot.

This place has a night selection of frames and you can usually get them on sale. The staff was really helpful answering my questions about frame sizes. The store wasnt too busy and the check out process was really quick. I even saved $10 for signing up for their rewards program!

Excellent seaweed salad and the sushi is very fresh.The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to educate about sushi and how to eat it.Great service every time.This time I got the Playboy Roll, Vegas Roll and the Sunrise Roll. All great choices, even for my teenage daughter who is pretty sensitive to the fishy tastes.

Had a water leak that ruined the mats in some frames. Went to Michaels to get new mats made exactly like the ruined ones. New mats fit perfect.

Great selection of art materials, they had everything I needed for my daughters school project. I shouldve stopped here first instead of the other big store across the street (I wont mention their name) because theres more to choose from and we came up with more ideas for crafts just walking through the store.

Love Michaels! I can spend hours in there shopping their new decor section, and then shopping to buy supplies for crafts. So much to choose from.

The reason this place gets 5 stars is because of an employee either named Mira or Mindy. She was very helpful to my husband, unlike the other employees working there. She knew her stuff and gave her recommendations to him on what to use even going as far as what paint brush would be best for his project he was working on. Not only was she helpful but she was a delight. We ask another employee a question and they had no idea or even much emotion. We went back to Mira/Mindy and she helped us out real quickly. We would drive back here, we live in Sandy/Draper, just to talk to Mira/Mindy.

I love Michaels and this location is always easy to get to, great help, and awesome clearance items. I love that secret isle of deals!! The only thing that could use improvement is the checkout lines - sometimes they are worse than Walmart.
