DO NOT HAVE YOUR KIDS PARTY HERE! We paid almost $300 just to have a private room that was just completely empty with 2 tables, no decorations, it looked like a makeshift basement room. For that price i was expecting maybe some balloons, or something cool for a birthday party. The plates and utensils were cheap and plain white. If i knew it was going to look so cheap, i would have brought my own birthday plates or a happy birthday sign or something, ANYTHING. The package came with 2 pizzas which we finished so we asked if we could pay for another one. They told us to just order one from somewhere because that’s what they do. (it was marcos pizza they brought to us) they do not provide cake or cupcakes and they charge you if you bring your own. there was no “party host” as they promoted online & they did not give my son his backpack and water bottle that was promoted online either until we came back after we had already left and reminded them. honestly just a super lame experience. everyone at my sons party today noticed and it was just not what we expected at all. and i’m not the kind of person to write reviews & i’m not a tough critic, this is the first review i’ve ever wrote. it was just that bad.

Fun, not too crowded. Good for getting those kiddos energy out!

The facility is handicap accessible. They clean it pretty well and there are bathrooms on site. Diversity in activities, wall walk, dodgeball, obstacle course etc. Lots of fun. There is a waiver you have to fill out and the process is lengthy and the price is a bit more than Id like. But a good time overall.

Celebrated my son and daughters birthday at this location. Each time we had a great experience. The facility is clean and spacious. And didn’t have the smell of stinky sweaty feet and bodies. Only issue was our pizza was late and one was not correct. However, I do not blame the staff mainly because they use someone not within the facility. I will host future birthdays here for my winter babies!

Its a ton of fun for the kids and it provides plenty of exercise and entertainment for the kids for a couple of hours. The prices are pretty reasonable. It would be great to have more seating for the adults.

I bring my daughter here at least once a month, we always get the same great experience. From the staff to the cleanliness, and awesome price.

No masks on any employees. No one inside wearing masks. Talked to the cashier and she said her management isnt enforcing it yet. Ill be calling the health department for sure. Ironic they make me buy socks for the safety of our kids, but no masks during a pandemic.

This place us so much fun for both kids and adults. But mostly kids. Many things fir the kids to do and burn off some energy and exercise.

I really wanted to love this place. We were so excited.. however, it is just too small and too crowded. My son (7) loves trampolines and we usually go to Get Air, but the photos of Altitude looked awesome so we chose to go here.It was just not a good experience at all. My son and his friend both got hurt several times, I actually had to carry my son out when we left because a girl jumped onto him and hurt his leg.. I saw several kids getting hurt, one girl who was probably 12 or 13 did a backhand spring and landed on a girl who was probably 3.There is just not enough room in there and they really should have a larger area for the bigger kids to be doing these backhand springs. Not right in the entrance. Just very unsafe.At least at Get Air, the kids have plenty of room to run and jump without hurting other kids.. the parents can also jump with the kids. If you tried that at Altitude, you’d definitely land on a child.

It was a really cool place, I love all the fun colours and the cool obstacles theyve made and fun activities available. I especially liked the high bounce trampoline that allows you onto a high wall. But I felt like I was being watched like a hawk! I understand that the employees need to make sure kids are being safe, but they walk around with their hands behind their backs just watching you, while youre doing nothing wrong, it made me very uncomfortable.

Had my kids birthday party. Everyone loved it and had a blast. The only problem was our pizza NEVER showed up. The manager spent over an hour on the phone with the pizza place. It was very embarrassing to have to explain to all the parents of starving kids that I didn’t feed their kids after all. I recommend they contract with another pizza place. Marcos pizza was unreliable. Very disappointed

My kids (almost 6 and 2) had a lot of fun. There are tons of different activities to do. Toddler Time was a good time to come for the most part. They needed another person working the desk.

Great place to wear your kids out! They have a section for littler kids as well so bigger kids arent the only ones who can have a fun time. My kids loved this place! Its much bigger than the Jump Zone in Logan.

Weve rented a room here a couple times for the kids birthday parties. Altitude staff and facility was amazing both times. Very accommodating and more than willing to help. They have a fridge and freezer you can use, a knife and a lighter for cakes.Also, they provide paper and plastic wear. And they do the after party cleanup for you.The facility is quite new, so it feels nice. Its very open and easy to see the kids. Would definitely recommend!

Super fun for all ages. All the activities are included in the price. No surprises later. My granddaughters sure had fun and worked up a sweat. Lots of places to sit for those not participating and its okay to walk around and watch. Bonus, no fee if are watching. We will go again.

First time here, very enjoyable for my toddler and myself. Very clean, organized and staff was friendly. I like that they have a life guard on duty. A worker watching and making sure things are going well. Bathrooms are clean as well. I noticed they do have lockers for your stuff, but I just left my bag and coats on a bench. I checked in every once in a while on it. Great time, will go back for sure.

Great place for the kids. Staff on hand was very tentative to watching the obstacles. They were great for party. Very organized and helpful.

I used to love coming here with my 5 year old son then last night after our visit my son learned the f word i asked him where he learned it from and he said the employee said it very dissapointed will have to drive an extra 5 minutes to another park i guess...

We had a birthday party here for my granddaughter and our hostess Charisma was nice but I think she couldve been a little more prepared as far as set up cause we got there and she was still setting up and not ready.Ive been two several other trampoline facilities and they would have our table, sign for the birthday kid ready and the hostess was just on point!This facility also had this TACKY YELLOW extension cord with black tape around the exit door very POORLY DONE AND GHETTO!!!I DID LIKE the fact that we can bring in outside food and drinks for our party definitely a PLUS!I think the hostess needs to be better PREPARED AND MORE ATTENTIVE.Lastly, the place is pretty clean considering it was a weekend full of kids.

We love the Altitude Trampoline Park. We have small children so we take advantage of the mid-day discount. Its nice because its not crowded while the older kids are at school. There are lots of really fun features for kids and adults alike.

Great place to bring the family, you can have fun for hours here and the amount of exercise you get here is insane. I will warn you that if youre not in shape you will get worn out very fast and you will probably at least hurt yourself at least once, whether it be jamming your toe into something, falling, or face planting into a wall, all of which happened to at least one of the members of my family. Its worth it though everyone had a blast. You will have to sign a pretty lengthy waiver for everyone jumping, if youre a worry wart or afraid of you or your kids possibly getting hurt this my not be the right place for you.

First time here with my sons birthday party. Could probably use a little more activities but the kids all had a blast here. Samantha was a great party host! I would highly recommend this!

We been here twice this past two weeks and both times I felt like they were watching my kids like a hawk. All my kids are doing is jumping and there’s other kids that should be watched as well instead of telling my kids every ten seconds something there not suppose to be doing. My little son plays and builds with the foam Squares and they complain about that!! Kids are goin the wrong way on the ninja course and they want to pick on a little kid who’s building with foam blocks!! Give me a freakin brake!! There employees are making this place lose service!!! Double thumbs down and not wasting another penny here!!

My kids had a blast here. I think the prices are pretty comparable to other places like it. The staff was fantastic. They had people that seemed like their purpose was to play with the little kids and make every child feel included and get the most out of their experience there. While the older kids went out and did their fancy tricks and had fun, they have an area directed to small children where they can have a ast as well. We are looking forward to going back a letting the kids do what they love to do

For $300 we got paper plates and a white board with my daughters name on it. We didnt see our hostess unless I went to find her. No drinks were provided and when they finally brought our pizza (when the party was almost over) it was cold. Then while were opening gifts she comes in and starts cleaning for the next party at 210 when we were due to finish at 230 and the next party isnt until 3??? Do NOT waste your money her . Theres so many other trampoline parks that offer so much more AND take care of their guests.

We had a lot of fun- interesting that you must purchase their socks though - first jump park where weve had to do that. I liked the lighting and music!

Great experience for both old and young kids. All the activities are just as the pictures show. Kids came back tired and thirsty after just an hour of fun.

Place is fun. But needs better section divides for the SMALL children. Had a teen jump across a tramp for the small children and my niece was injured pretty badly. Need to better watch or keep the age groups separate so no injuries like this happen.

This place is so amazing! The staff are super friendly and the managers do everything they can to make sure each guest has a good time. Plus, this place is CLEAN! It doesn’t have that smell that other trampoline parks have. There is always someone cleaning something whenever I go in. I 100% recommend!

Ive read the reviews and was a little skeptical about going, but it was great! Maybe it was because we went on a Tuesday and it wasnt too crowded. I would suggest if its your first time to have one adult stand in line to pay and the other go to the computer bank and start the waiver. Yes, you gotta buy their socks but you can use them for the next time you come... if you have kids like mine you will definitely be going back for more rounds.

Amazing place for kids to have fun and get their energy out. Got plenty activities for different age groups. Plenty space even if its packed up.

We had the best experience here! We celebrated my sons 13th birthday party, they were more than accommodating. They allow you to bring in extra snacks and drinks. Their staff was friendly, polite, and a delight to work with. This place is so much better than Airborne. We will be back. Thank you for such a fun birthday without any hiccups!

We just had a party there last night for our 5 year old daughter. Samantha the party host was amazing!! She was so helpful and there timing was excellent with all the activities. The kids had the time of their life, we will definitely be going back.

Great place and fun for kids, rules can be goofy at times. And the people working are all kids. Keep that in mind when booking stuff.

A little pricier than some of the options south of the valley but pretty comparable to in valley options. Love that there are many different areas and my son enjoys the little kid area immensely.

Went here for a birthday party at 4 PM on a Monday. Place was dead which was great. I recommend a weekday over a Saturday. The previous week we were there at 2 PM on a Saturday and it was mayhem. My 5 yr old was getting knocked over a lot.Its $2 additional for socks so save them. A 5 yr old in our group got hurt playing in the ninja area when one of the swings hit him on the top of his head and he needed 2 stitches. Beware.

My toddler loves this place! We go during the day during the school year so we’ve never had to deal with crowds. Best of all, kids under 3 get in free. It’s very safe and toddler friendly which I love! Also very well maintained and clean.

We felt like it was almost impossible to play with all the staff and rules and warnings. The equipment is great, but it is very much overshadowed by the constant overshadowing of the staff and their demands to get down, not there, come back, do it this way, etc etc. So, after only a few minutes we packed up and headed out.I understand as a new business that they want to make sure everyone is safe and that there is reduced risk of injury or harm but it seems that this is overkill. Hopefully they will get the bugs out and find a happy medium between having fun, and enforcing each and every rule.

The park itself is a great place. I believe the young staff could use some better training but thats really kind of minor. Its a fun place; kind of pricy, but fun.

Staff is great even plays with the kids and that kinda surprised me I figured they would be a lot like other places and just stand around real down side is no comfortable places to sit just a bunch of metal picnic tables and stiff benches and they dont do well with my bad back but they have an air hockey table some message chairs you can a y to use and real ample seating they also have a small snack area and can host birthday another great thing is they do different themes through the week definitely a great place for your kid to burn energy

Pretty fun place! They have some cool things to do such as dodgeball, obstycle course and more. They also have a area for smaller children which is good so they dont feel left out on the fun :). They have snacks and drinks so if you get hungry you can buy some. I do wish they had a few more things to do but this is a pretty fun place to go with family!

We love toddler time! My 2 year old has a great time! I like going during this time because I know he isn’t going to get smashed by older kids or reckless jumpers!It’s a great place, clean and well kept.

Check your receipt they try to charge you for more hours after you tell them you only want an hr.. My son and his friend they are only 7 years old and they charge them $40. Because the girl try to pocket the cash.. We ask the manager to came out .after we got there and ask them why ..?they apologize .and refund the money.. But if a parent didnt check they would have rip off two children .. So sad..

This place is off the hook! My nephew had his birthday party here and it was fun for the kids and the adults! Awesome lighting, interactive foam pits with obstacle courses and such. I’d come here again on my own time to be honest.

I went to Altitude for the first time yesterday, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It is way better than I remember Airborne being. My son is 2.5, and one of the best options Altitude has is Toddler Time. Every weekday from 10-1, toddlers can go and have a safe place to play and run around. It wasnt too busy and there were lots of different activities to do within the park. Ages 3-6 are $8 and parents are $2. Kids 2 & under are free! This is going to be a weekly activity now!

Had a birthday party for my four-year-old at the altitude trampoline park. They were amazing. They took great care of us and the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this trampoline park. It was extremely clean and fun! Some trampoline parks are super choppy in their layout and this was one big open room where I could see my kid almost anywhere and there was plenty of space for seating!

The place had many people considering the space small. My family and I still had fun. 40$ for 4 people deal jump.for 1 hour. That was awesome. Im giving it a 4 star because they had these obstacles where it challenge you. One the second half of it my son jump to grab the net and he didnt make it but bump his head to the hard blue circle wood thing. He forehead had a big lump that was purple and green due to the leap he miss and hit himself. My idea and you guys stood consider it for future kids. To put something soft around the edge like that kids head will be more protected. Head injuries are one of the most common causes of disability and death in children. Repetitive head injuries can be the result of physical abuse, car accidents, multiple falls. You may be at risk for CTE [chronic traumatic encephalopathy] later in life. CTE and related head injuries can lead to short-term memory problems and difficulty in making reasoned judgments and decisions.Just sayingI will go again if I see the pads on it I will change my rate because I can see you guys are kind enough to make your place a better and safer environment for kids.I could of post the exact thing Im talking about and his lump but for some reason I not seeing the photo option.

This was such a great place. To spend a snowy afternoon. We brought our kids and by the time we left an hour later, they were exhausted.

First & last time! Went around 12 with my 1 yr old, my cousin and her 3 kiddos and another cousin and her son. There were probably only 3 other kids there when we went. It was my first time taking my daughter there and the entire time the staff that was watching or whatever did nothing but hover over us and our kids while constantly harassing us. Telling us our kids cant do this and cant do that. Everywhere we moved she moved as well. I was NOT happy at all with this place. Im sure it wouldve been a better experience for us all if that one staff was not there. Seriously.

Great experience for anyone ready to get some exercise and energy! At the time we went during the week around 6pm, was not that packed. Everyone enjoyed themselves,...one note---socks sould be included in price. Also bring lite sweater if youre going to be seating and observing only. They keep it fairly cool for those that are enjoying the activities!

Solid, clean and cool place. A bit far from home and pricey for an hour of fun where you have to sign your life away just to play. So its not an everyday play place for my family. Bring grippy socks if you have them or you must buy theirs for $2 a pair. Half of the jumpers in our group got injured or were sore afterwards which was not a common experience after jumping at other trampoline parks.

I went to altitude the first time yesterday. There were many fun activities available for all ages. It was a great way that my friend and I were able just to talk and jump or play a competitive game. Service there was good. The court monitors did a wonderful job on paying attention and makings sure no one got hurt or do something potentially dangerous. . I would recommend a friend to go there. And I definitely will go again.

Fun but I have been places better. Their ninja court is extremely hard and the foam pit below is very shallow. Their activities arent as fun as other places.

Had people come here for my 33rd bday party. We paid for 1.5 hours but could have easilystayed for 2 hours! There is SO much to do — american ninja warrior courses, foam pits, dodge ball, bop-things, basketball, a fighting beam, monkey bars, and a rock climbingwall!! sooo fun.only annoying thing is i brought my own sticky socks (#barrebabe) but they still tried to charge me $3 to buy socks. eventually she just gave me their socks for free, but if it’s about safety, theirs were actually less safe because they were HUGE on my feet and kept making me slip!!

Dont book parties here. Reserved a room for nieces 10th birthday party. They tried to place us at an open table in the common area. Despite asking FOUR times, pizza was never delivered. Asked for water three times, never followed through. Asked for them to at least announce the party name to get kids to the room for cake - even this they did not do. To top it all off, they misspelled nieces name on placard. Beyond disgusted with their response, which was to say their solution was to not charge us FOR THE THINGS THEY DIDNT DELIEVER ON. Im not one to generally complain, but we have them every chance to make this right, and they just failed at every opportunity. Zero stars.

I definitely would highly suggest this place for all families and people who love to jump around and have a lot of fun. The employees do a great job and the management is amazing. Today was our very first time here and we had a blast. Thank you management for such an awesome experience. Looking forward to my next visit here. Keep up the great work.

We’ve been to a few trampoline parks and this was our favorite by far. The ninja obstacles, the full body jump games, the separate types of trampolines and jump pits. All a win. Thy also have a space up stairs for nerf gun wars and two climbing towers. There were multiple birthday parties happening with a variety of spaces and picnic tables to choose from.

This is a fun and entertaining place for adults and young children. They have an area for smaller kids and an area for older kids. They are great at enforcing rules! Theyre staff is very attentive and respectful. Make sure to bring grop socks so you dont have to buy any. Theres something for everyone and kids always leave with a smile on their face! Definently worth going! The managers are amazing also.

Jumper beware if you get hurt they will turn on strobe lights and make you disappear. Still it was fun before I broke my tibia in two places.

Kids love jumping around. Lots of room, clean and tons to do. Bring your own drinks and food and it will be awesome. Parents should bring headphones if they don’t jump.

Fun place to bring kids. Kids really enjoy and have fun. Employees are very nice to other employees and guests. Managers a very kind and nice when talking to guests. Manager know how to handle every situation. There is always a ton of court monitors watching the court at all times. Kids tend to have a ton of fun.

Our family had a birthday party at Altitude on a Wednesday and it was fabulous!! Our party host, Jarom, was amazing!! He made every child feel important and took care of all the details; setting up, keeping track of time, lighting the cake, and clean up. I couldnt have been more pleased. The staff was friendly and great to work with. There was plenty to do for all party attenders, no one ever got bored!! We did the 20 person pizza party with a reserved table. I highly recommend it because where the tables are located is on the second floor, and you can look down onto the entire jump floor and see what everyone is doing. Amazing experience and great place!!

Had a great time with my 7yr old and his friend on the $10 Tuesday night for some Birthday fun! Other than the one song that contained Very Explicit lyrics (Mother F*****) that the teenagers running the place didnt notice, we had a great time overall!

This is an amazing place!! My kids 8 and 3 had so much fun! There is so much to do and is safe for kids so mamas don’t have to worry too much. The staff was incredible and friendly and so willing to make it a great experience for all of us! I will go back a million times!

My kids had an amazing time at Altitude Trampoline park. I am so pleased when I see people who love their job. I truly appreciate an employee, named Alex, because without his attention towards my two kids. He made their experience more fun (which is what it should be). I definitely recommend going for all their different attractions and I hope to book a party with soon! I am so glad they showed up where they did.
