Very fun obstacle course! I brought my nephew and he loved it! Also great food!

Looking for something to do with the kids on a rainy day!!! I got them entertained at Chuck E. Cheese for an hour. But do make sure to sign up for the coupons online they have good deal packages for two. also save those swipe cards for your next visit it sure does save you money for buying new swipe cards.

As much as I do not like any of these establishments, My Son and child relatives love this place for all its play and fun, so I gave it more than the minimum. However, with all bias and subjectivity behind me, I can honestly say everything here is OK besides the food. I am writing this simply because of the food that is served at these establishments. It should not be. I fully understand this food is made for child consumption, but that does not mean it has to be as awful as it is. I couldn’t even eat the food after the few beers I’d had prior to arriving there. Also, I am writing this review based off my experiences before COVID-19. So, in conclusion, as an adult with a child, which Chuck E Cheese is made for, you’ll have the grandest time watching your children have fun while scarfing down horrible food lol!

Very nice, I put the menu on here so everyone can see whats new and whats not. I would suggest buying the bulk package of tickets or it could get very expensive.Kids have lots of fun, its indoors and Chuky the mouse seems to come out every hour doing a dance routine and throwing a handful of tickets to all the little ones on the ground. More importantly, the staff watches the door being kids are running around all over the place, so your kid doesnt run out into the street.PS at the end of the day, youll have to put your tickets into a ticket counting machine so please make sure that most of your winning tickets are not single tickets, a group of 10 or more is less of a test of your patience as opposed to 1 ticket going through the machine at a time that could take over a half hour.

We just had our sons birthday party at this location. And our party host Julio was so awesome. He was a great host,motivated, happy and helpful. I would definitely recommend having your son/daughter birthday party here.

Nicely renovated. Theres no climbing tube but a lot more games and much cleaner. They have a new time based payment option that gave me 1.5 hours with 3 kids for 60 bucks. Still over priced but easier to manage.

I had my nieces 2nd Birthday Party here. Space was very clean and organized. I appreciated that the games and rides for toddlers were separate from the ones for older children. Staff was accommodating and friendly!

I took my grandaughter here for the first time and she is 3 years old. Staff were friendly, atmosphere was fun and pizza was okay. To be honest I was a bit disappointed and maybe because I dont do well with change. A lot had changed, no more ballpit and it felt impersonal and nothing like I remembered way back when. Not really a lot to do for a three year old except putting them on the same few cars. Definitely felt geared to older kids. Very pricey at $28 for an hour and a half and after going in I saw a sign in the back about Wednesday special $14.99 an hour. Would have been nice if the sign was upfront where you pay or perhaps the cashier could of informed. Ordered a large pizza and 4 drinks and with a coupon came to $32.99. I was shocked when the pizza arrived at the table and it was a smedium...small/medium and cut up in small slices. The pizza was mushy and not what I expected. However the best part of our visit is when Chuck E. Cheese came out every hour my granddaughter loved him.

I really liked this location. It was relatively clean and not too crowded for a Saturday night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza was as delicious as I remembered it from childhood! This was a pleasant first time in Chuck E. Cheese as a parent. Ill be frequenting this location for birthdays and days out with the kiddos

Very crowded, lots of birthday parties happening at the same time and not a lot of staff to assist with things. Does not go smoothly. Last time I was there staff was smoking marijuana in a back room and when I informed manager, I was looked at like I was speaking a different language. There’s a time and a place for things and at a child’s birthday party was not it. I do like that they ensure you belong to the child you came with upon exit.

The time limit card is AWESOME. You can take two kids and have a good hour to 1.5hr of fun for a reasonable price...and the food/beverages are a good plus for adults!

Good place for kids party! Clean and a good amount of space to let the kiddos romp around. 2.5 hour bday party was fun and over with before we knew it, good time!

Nice place to take the children on cold rainy day. Staff was very helpful, bathroom were clean and all the machines worked.

Had a few visits at this establishment for birthday parties and I must admit I have never been disappointed. The guest relations service was excellent and personable. The cost was extremely affordable for such a large franchise. My twins had a blast as well as the other children and their parents. I recommend the wings over the pizza. Washing them down with endless soft drinks was also a plus. Definitely will make it a go to next year. Good times that were truly memorable.

One of my favorite places to go with my family. We enjoyed not only the games also the pizza with cheese filled crust, wings and beer for Dad. Cool place for kids birthday parties.

Excellent place to celebrate you children birthday parties. My daughter had lots of fun.

Better then expected. Took my son to Chuck e cheese for the first time. The pizza was actually good. Its not a NY pizza place but on par with a dominoes I might honestly prefer Chuck e cheese. The pizza is a bit pricey. But the game cards are super cheap you can play unlimited games for 30 minutes for $11. Considering some games only last 30 seconds you can reck up alot of tickets and get a toy from the ticket redemption desk.Definitely will be going back.

Only reason 4/5 I wish there was a way they notified you when food arrives at the table. :( My little brother made a hassle of eating the food its was cold by the time we noticed. Aside from that great for kids!

Prices hiked, bbq pizza was not bad but the parmesan bread was terrible and no bread inside and hard. Half the drink fountain either flat or empty and ice machine not working

Great place for birthday parties

This location was much cleaner than previous locations I have been to. Staff was friendly and efficient. I really like the unlimited option for playing the games. My only complaint would be that the food cost was a little too high in my opinion. Not to mention that the wait time to get ur food was much too long.

It was a good crowd but still quite. I could talk to my kids without yelling. The games were good and looked clean. The whole place looked clean bathrooms included. The wait for our pizza was in good time as well.

They completely revamped this place. Everything is completely different then when i was a kid, now you put a card in amd play unlimited for an hour or two depending on your initial payment upon entering. You already know their pizza is official so its a great place to go if you have kids to get rid of them for a while.

Bless whoever is the character for Chuckie cheese.I’m currently here at 2pm in the afternoon...there’s only about 3 kid’s in the whole place and whoever is playing Chuckie is amazingggggg. Very energetic and companionate with the kids STILL. It means a lot coming from a mother who has a daughter with autism. She loves Chuckie and it meant everything that he/she didn’t mind hugging my daughter multiple times. Thank you so much. Best Chuckie cheese

Fun place for parents with young children. Pizza isnt so great but it is OK. Salad bar is good. Refillable drinks are available and there are a variety of soft drinks available.Chuck E. visits and gives tickets out after a short dance.Lots of games to play that children can earn tickets for. These tickets can then be traded in for prizes.Great place for birthday parties! The kids have a blast and Chuck E. visits the birthday child.

The favourite there is not the best the quality of the games arent the best as well sometimes the service is okay I guess but the employees most of the time looks annoyed which doesnt seem like a friendly place for little kids wanting to have fun to pay actually for having fun which I think thats an unfair if theyre given poor quality service the mascot and sometimes acting while trying to get off of their stage is an OKane much more better service than the employers that dont have to be in a costume or acting in front of children who theyre not

The pizza was really good. They have stuffed crust, which I love. Theres a lot of different games to play but a lot of them dont give you many tickets. Its a very culturally diverse location. I just wish it wasnt so expensive nowadays.

So impressed!! My 6 year old had THE BEST birthday party! Loved our party hostess! From the easy booking on line to the last event of cashing in the tickets it was EXCELLENT! They called to confirm details but i had the ability to make last minute decisions about food, number of kids, tokens etc. I didnt do much except enjoy the party. Kids had a blast!

Lady at counter overcharged us and did not give us a receipt. Waited over an hour and a half for pizza because they lost our order. Salad bar was fresh, but horrible, because staff was constantly hovering over the salad bar. Kids loved the games. Ticket redemption counter person was patient and nice. Kid who serviced ticket machine was friendly and professional. Might not go back because of the bad food service experience.

Hostess assigned to my daughters birthday party was amazing and tried her hardest even though my little one was painfully shy. Building is clean and spacious. I recommend arriving as soon as they open so you can experience everything without getting too crowded.

Took my grandchildren I am not familiar with the place spent almost 60$ for a pizza and game time not knowing that when the time was up so it was the game time . I was told we could have paused the game cards while eating AFTER THE FACT the children were sad because they had barely 20 minutes of play time since we had used up the rest to eat the pizza. (45 minutes) I was so upset for the children ia almost cried

Very nice place for kids of all ages. They still have.security hand stamping, chuck e. cheese comes to life and entertains. video games even for toddlers and thank goodness no more ball pit..They offer lunch buffet, very afforable clean and staff very polite

My kids love it, its exhausting for me but as long as theyre having a great time. Theres limited games and activities for smaller kids that only reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. The food is good, they do take forever to bring it out. The staff is friendly.

I just went within these last few weeks. They changed the place around so there isnt that tube thing for the kids to climb in but they still have enough for the kids to do. Also parents if you need a drink while the kids are playing they now sell beer. The beer is very expensive for 1 cup its 6$. Oh and they have lots of extra foods like salad, boneless chicken and few other things. Hope this helps.

I love to bring my kids here its not to busy during the week so that always helps and the prices for playing is a lot cheaper then what they were back in the day.

Came for a family birthday party and it was PACKED!! I know that obviously there will be a lot of adults and children there but it was uncomfortably full. There were 4 or 5 birthdays at once which I havent seen before so literally the party leader, the guest and the party next to us were all on top of each other. The biggest issue I had is ssssoooo many machines were broken. My daughter lost so many tickets on broken machine and the stuff were so busy they couldnt even help. I usually like coming here but this time it was chaotic.
