If there was an option to chose no stars that would be the one I would pick. The Manager Nancy has no regard for the people who actually live in this area nor does she seem to care if they need help. Shes rude and combative. They say they do not single anyone out but kind of hard to prove when weve watched the manager spy on us. She had a problem with my car being parked in front of my aunts mobile home so I moved it but the next day her neighbors had company and they parked the same way I had and not a word was said to them. This has happened on multiple occasions all having different issues that Nancy has been so kind to harass us with. My aunt has ALWAYS paid on time!!! This month we tried to get her some help paying rent because of her hours at work being cut so drastically and THEY WONT EVEN RESPOND TO THE EMAIL TO RECIEVE 3 MONTHS OF RENT PAID IN FULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am beyond disgusted with Nancy and if it isnt her way she will just EVICT you. Who should have to live in fear of being evicted because their landlord wants to throw a fit and tantrum if they dont get what they want? Believe me when I say I will take this all the way to the top and someone will have to answer for them. Nancy is hands down the worst manager I have ever had to deal with and mind you shes managing an elderly community. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYBODY EVER!!!!!!!!! Something needs to be done about this and I will be the person to do it. Im also going to attach and article from the news Oct, 13th 2017. A 93 year old lady who has been loyal for 40+ years complained about the same thing I am. 93!!!! This woman was expected to do things ANY 93 year old CANT DO. She faced eviction even after paying $2,000 in repairs because she was expected to do the impossible!!! Nancy is a bully and poor excuse for a human being.

Plenty of space in the clubhouse for our family event. Must be a resident of the park to use.

The streets are in bad shape.

Everyone I had that in the park seems very pleasant.

My friend recently moved into this area !!! Her home is fabulous !!! Quaint little village and so close to historical Valley Junction !!!The homes there are well kept and the yards are so well maintained !!!!
