If you would like to do business with an owner that treats people like a 3 year old, by all means go here! Mike the owner is very rude. I have had more enjoyable experiences with used car salesmen. Take that for what it’s worth. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere!
Absoute scum. As crooked and dishonest as they come, but I cant give zero stars. After I advised owner Mike that my PWC had water in the hull and that the engine needed to be checked for water intrusion, he indicated the only problem was the drive shaft seal which they repaired, yet the engine blew two hours later. Hardly a coincidence. Its one thing to decline work you arent interested in; its another to lie about it.
Couldnt believe the level of disrespect and rudeness from the owner Mike. Went in there trying to get service and parts and was basically told to screw off. I will never spend money here again and highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. Total jerk of a owner.
Great people to do business with
Small Sea-Doo dealership. Im always taking my SeaDoos there for service and repairs even as its not the closest place for me. Still, best prices and the FASTEST turn-around time comparing to other dealers in Chicago area. Definitely worth driving extra miles. Im happy with the quality of the work too as I never had to go back complaining about still having the same problem.
No nonsense shop that has fixed my jetski twice for a good price in a short time.
Nice place to check out the toys and price not too bad
Wow great service, called ahead for some supplies. Was told they have them in stock. Arrived and found what I needed and more..Also had an O-ring issue that wouldnt fix my situation. He credited me for not having in stock as the XPS Oil change kit didnt have the correct ring. Told me he would have in 2 business days. Have gone there in the past when we had wave runners. Always great to support a local business.
Fantastic place for any Can-Am needs and parts Great service!
STAY AWAYYYYY besides bad attitude bad customer serviceI bought my kid a new can am ds90 on november 2014, winter time we didnt run it but once when it kind of got warm, on april we started trying to run it and it idle really bad and stalls, i brought it back and the tune it brought it home and it run like crap, even worst. so i brought it back and the fixed it again, i got home and was leaking fuel, once again went to the dealer, and they ended up replacing the carb that took over a week to get, i got home and guess what, leaking fuel even more, i guess they forgot to hook a fuel line?? really this many times? and the worst is their attitude specially the guys son witch is like 40!i feel like i have to go in there with dress w armor.
To start of with one of my friends went to RJs and the receptionist was tremendously rude, when my friend asked him about a warranty he answered I dont know... im not the boss are you f***ing kidding me, yeah i see that, i think employees should know the warranty on parts. Anyway then again i called to ask him a simple question about valves and he answered me with an attitude, when i was about to tell him thank you ill call back he hung up before i could of even said thank you. Anyway point is i would not recommend RJs because of its rudely bad costumer service. I would def. recommend Elburn Polaris dealership.Love Anexis
These parts were missing from our waverunner when we picked it up, the crank assb, balance shaft assb, and rottary shaft. Do not use their services. Completely shocked and have lost faith in customer service.
