Nice city park. Has a playground, swings, basketball court, gazebo, picnic tables,benches, fountain and lots of old trees.

Sweet somewhat hidden quiet pretty park...under attended, if you seek quiet. Nice unusual wooden sculpture!

A great (and historic) neighborhood park managed by Friends of Marshall Square Park. It was founded before New York’s Central Park !

Marshall Squsre Park is a small square shaped park in West Chester. It has a lot of interesting features placed throughout the park. On of the most beautiful features is the Victorian fountain. I really enjoyed the wood sculpture totem. The park is home to dozens of different species of trees, most featuring a name plate. A map of the trees can be found near the gazebo. The park is not necessarily wheelchair friendly as the brick paths are very narrow and slightly concave.

Great location. We had a lot of fun with my daughters.

There are a lot of benches, picnic tables and shade! A great place to hang out on a summer day! There are swings for toddlers, climbing equipment, and a basketball court. There is a huge gazebo in the center of the park. At the one end, the is a gorgeous fountain which is especially beautiful at night since it is lighted. Also there are bathroom down bear the fountain.

One of the best parks in West Chester! Centrally located with lots of space (and shade) for the kids to run and play. Includes a nice playground, a basketball count, a memorial, a gazebo, great trees and a newly revitalized fountain! The borough does a nice job of keeping this space clean, and hosts a lot of event there too.

Great park for toddler adventures just outside the heart of west chester. The park has lots of little mini-trails, a cozy pavilion with bench seating, a small playground area, fountain. It would be a sweet park for pictures or a picnic, easy walking distance to the town.

Nice clean park. I like the gazebo there but... there are some graffitis written on the benches. Hope the Park and Rec department paints over it.

The YMCA brings all the kids here during the summer, which is fine;however, now my 2 year old cant play on the play ground
