There are a few posts about the battle including a diagram of the troop movements. Mostly sunny. If you walk counter-clockwise, I think the hill is longer, but less steep...either way, theres a hill! Popular with dog owners. No bathroom. Parking lot small, people seem to use the side of the road/grass by the entrance when it fills.

The hills are a little brutal for running, but the view is worth it! Great place to walk the dogs (has 2 spots with extra bags and trash cans - pick up after your pups!). Check out the authentic cannons and historical info along the path.

Amazing place for a walk. The trail is not too inclined at any one spot and the whole trail is paved. The have doggy bags and trash cans throughout the trail so its a great place for a walk with your pet.

Nice park benches to sit and relax and a one mile paved trail. Not really any tourist attractions other than a cannon. Dog walking encouraged.

This is one of the battle of the Brandywine locations. This is an open field were part of the battle actually happened with a nice walking trail that is paved. Both sides of the trail circle go down into a deep hill, so if youre walking here, be prepared to walk yourself out of a valley. They ask that you do not go into the meadow in the middle of the trail. There are helpful signs placed around the trail to give you information as to what you are looking at. The parking is small, but it is also free. This park is beautiful.

Part of the actual site of the Battle of Brandywine. Mostly open-field park with walking trail. To drive the sites of the Battle of Brandywine, search for a Battle of Brandywine driving tour online.

Beautiful one mile loop of walking trail. You are walking on Brandywine Battlefield where the actual battle took place. It is open dawn to dusk, hilly and paved. Dogs are welcome.
