Great local spot to take kids (and adults) to have a good time. 7 year old daughter had a blast. Treehouses beyond your dreams to explore. Euro bungee jump was good if the munchkin used her legs. Staff members were super helpful to give her a boost! I didnt see anyone without a mask. With the timed tickets, lots of space for social distance as well. Definitely a good spot to take the kiddos out to get some fresh air!
Awesome place cool obstacles, tree houses are cool. We enjoyed ax throwing and kids loved the warrior woods as we did too. Theres so much too do awesome place. The staff are probably the best friendly crew of young adults Ive come across talkative helpful and engaging the kids in convo. Animals airlines and obstacles in my
We were at Treehouse World yesterday for a birthday party. The guides were INCREDIBLY helpful and kind. The obstacles were safe and fun. Plenty to do to keep this kids excited and busy. The birthday treehouse was super cute. Very well organized, clean and great staff. 5 stars all around!
Pretty fun experience, but a little on the pricey side. Archery and hatchet throwing were closed down for our visit, but there was no reason provided as to why it was closed. Had a fun day, great for kids young to preteen.
When I spoke up to a customer who walked in front of me in line, one of the people in the party told me to shut the f up. The kid at checkin did nothing. The family was free to roam the grounds. I was not even given a refund but a $5 off coupon and was told thats all they could give me. The man should not have been allowed in, in my opinion. They even defended the person by saying a staff member led them down. That does not negect the fact that this man dropped the f bomb in front of a dozen kids. This place has become overpriced and has horrible customer service.
Treehouse world is such an amazing place for kids and adults. The kiddos get to run around and climb and swing and zipline and bungee and all of the above. They did a very good job of only allowing a certain number of people in at a certain amount of time and had lots of reminders about social distancing. I highly recommend this place!
I went here earlier in the season and it was great and very safe. However, I came back today and noticed that barely anyone was wearing masks, and the staff was ill prepared. One staff member responsible for camp was sitting on her phone not paying attention to the kids she was responsible for.
My family had an amazing time during toddler time! Great deal. Good fun.
Terrible customer service. Horrible experience. Tried to set up a small community event and was never given a call back. My email was never responded to. Wont do business here EVER.*Update** And now they respond because I left a 1 star review. To the owner. I reached out to your email, phone AND Instagram with ZERO response. I never wanted an event in the community. I wanted to bring my business community to YOU!!! But will never do that. Youre accountability is terrible.
I loved the place and it was the best time I had this year. But one thing that could he improved on is the way the people handle the harnesses because they would pull in it really hard and sometimes push you. But overall it was a great experience.
Lots of fun for the kids. Bring sunscreen. The staff is super nice and helpful. Family friendly place. Great for birthday parties (perfect for 1st thru 5th grade). They definitely take safety seriously. Restrooms in main building were good. There are different areas for different ages, ability levels, or confidence levels.
I was extremely disappointed with my daughters 5th birthday party held on September 26th.The weather was somewhat disappointing. There was on and off heavy rains throughout the party. I understand the park is open rain or shine, however, I would have hoped proper safety precautions would have been taken. I think its extremely unsafe for the children (5 and under) to be climbing in those conditions. Not to mention, crossing the bridge into the cake treehouse ( where the party was held), multiple adults and children fell. It wasn’t until the last 10 mins of the party and after my husband complained that the host brought out a rubber mat
Some staff were not wearing masks or wearing them improperly and no children were wearing them or distancing, while waiting to pick up my camper I noticed some staff being short with the kids, my four year old liked it so I gave it a three
I am not sure I understand why I need to buy a ticket to supervise my own children. Also on the weekends when higher volume of clients perhaps have more attendants to help get kids strapped in and off, waited 25 mins for a turn on Euro bungy and only have 90 minute ticket. Tickets prices are steep to begin with.
This place was great but the pricing is outrageous! My 1 year old was as expensive as the 6 and 10 year olds which was $24.50! I could go to Dutch wonderland for 29.99 and get a whole lot more out of it. I get we are in a pandemic but seriously don’t take advantage of the situation. Two years ago it was $10. We won’t come back and won’t recommend to anyone until you revise your pricing immediately. You should be ashamed.
This place was awesome!!...we had my granddaughters birthday party there today....it was perfect everyone all ages had fun...are party hostess Katy was sweet and helpful...highly recommend
Highlight of my 5 year old’s summer. Staff was friendly, everything felt safe and distanced appropriately, and he was so proud of himself!
Great place for kids and adults who still feel like they have a kid in them. The tree house courses are well designed and safe for any age. You will find tree climbing pretty challenging and even the warrior course will easily have you sweating in a few minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, too. We didnt try everything, but the cheapest package can keep you and your little one busy and happy for at least two hours.
My daughter and I took my four grandchildren today to Treehouse World. All of the people working were awesome, very helpful, encouraging to the ones that were scared to try the Zipline or pirate ship walk the plank. I want to give a special shout out to Joann, we think her name is, who waited and encouraged one of the children while he took 20-30 mins to get the courage to drop off. He eventually did step off!
Check in service was bad.. the guy at check in was on the phone throughout. He is more interested in answering the phone, than attend the person waiting to be checked in.
I had so much fun with my bonus daughter, climbing, ziplinning, bungee jumping, etc. The staffs are amazing
This was our first outing post-COVID19 and the kids couldnt have been happier. It was our first time and we already cant wait to go back! I have a 10 yo and a 4 yo and it took us about 2 hours to get through everything. My husband and I divided and conquered, though. He took our 10yo to do some of the bigger things (ziplining and obstacle courses). I took our 4yo to check out the different treehouses and feed the goats. The only thing we werent able to do was the tree climbing/tomahawk throwing which was by appointment. Safe to say well be coming back. Would be a super cute spot for a birthday, too!
The staff and the owners are a fantastic bunch.. Great with kids.. The set up and the activities themselves are amazing.. Kids want to go there all the time.. they have a little coop and a bunny thing in the back as well. .. Must do if you live in the area
Has zip lines tree climbing overall a great place
Really cute, good outdoor activities for the kids
Its just a wonderful place for kids and adults alike to hang out having fun. My favorite spot, though, is the spider web where one can lounge there pretending that (s)he is caught in the web and cant move any more, so that (s)he can continue to read that wonderful book (s)he brought along to read when the kids and the significant other have fun around the more active areas of the park!Kids want to have their birthday parties there along with their friends! It is a great facility for family and friends to hang out together. Kudos to the owners who came up with the idea. I hope the owner has enough imagination and a good plan to make this the next Dream World of the Northeast!
Great outdoor activities for kids and adults
Absolutely great place! Went into it not knowing how it was going to be and left planning our next trip. Great concept. The facility is very well maintained, staff was above reproach and safety was strictly adhered to at all times. The environment was such a relief for the kids to run and play in. Plenty of activities going on and places to explore.Keep up the good work and we look forward to the next trip!*Tarzan yell
Austin, Nick and Gina were amazing! We brought a large group (25 people) to them for team building. They were organized, polite and professional all throughout it. They handled our rowdy group well!
Lots of fun, great birthday party spot for the kids.
We heard about this from a young mother and decided to visit with our 7-year old granddaughter. Even though the temperature was over 90 and she was the only active climber in our group, we managed to stay cool and spend a fun 3 hours. All the experiences were well managed with helpful staff who were very patient with her. She participated in the tree climbing (getting to the top of a very tall tree), zip lining, and walking the plank or bungee jumping from two different heights. This would be a great place for a birthday outing for active kids of all ages. She was definitely one of the youngest customers that day. Young teens were also having fun. Also nice was the $12 fee for observers. I would recommend the Super Adventure Pass that gives unlimited access to all options. The staff may have a better recommendation for a large group. A great venue and unique. Note: Wear closed toe shoes.
Attended a birthday party for a 4 year old and had a blast. This place is great for all ages!
I was blown away by the wonderful experience we had at Treehouse World this week. The management is welcoming, warm, inclusive, and extremely helpful. We loved the climbing, challenging, fun activities--so empowering for kids...this is the real thing, no amusement park-style rides...just great, creative, unique activities-all hand-made with obvious love and care, and attention to detail, as well as safety. The grounds are gorgeously natural and woodsy, and filled with many varieties of trees, some really old and huge. They have picnic tables available, which is great, because you can really spend hours at Treehouse World. If you still have a chance for one more summer trip with your kids, grab this one! My kids, ages preschool to older teens, all had a blast, and came home feeling really good about their accomplishments and courage in trying out new things they had never thought they could do.
Great day for our 5 year old son! Everyone that works there was friendly and seems like they truly enjoy working there. Definitely will go again.
Thank you so much to the staff at the tree house works!! We brought our staff to the tree house world for a team building surprise and it was an amazing day! Huge shout out to Austin, Nick and Gina for dealing with our crazy bunch!
Great place just be there on time to enjoy all the activities of course. Best tree houses ever! Kids go nuts here
We brought my daughter and a friend here to burn off energy one afternoon. The girls had a good time exploring and playing in the various tree houses. They even got to ride the zip line a few times. My only regret is that we didnt find this place earlier.
Great place for kids
Great fun for the kids
Lots of fun things to play and climb on! My almost 3 year old loved toddler time! Cant wait to go back when the activities are open. Also, the staff are very nice and super helpful. I was overall very pleased with our experience there!
This place is amazing, fun filled for kids as well as parents. Superb staff, not to crowded either
My son went to camp here for a week. It was his first camp he had been to and it was amazing. He did everything that tree house world had to offer and more. The staff was excellent and my son had a great time! Thank you!!!
Came here for my brothers bachelor party for archery tag. Even though it was freezing and raining it was a blast. So much fun and very accommodating staff
The staff was super friendly and took the time to ask my 5 year what hed tried and liked. They made sure he was comfortable with the harness and helped him in and out of it as he ran from the zip line and pirate ship to the trampoline. Although it was 90, it didnt feel too bad under the trees. I appreciated that as an adult I was able to get into the treehouses to follow him around without paying an arm and leg. I loved that there were picnic tables throughout to stop and hydrate and grab a snack. Every kid there was having a blast. Some older kids even helped my young son in the warrior woods. It was awesome to see everyone active and working together. We cant wait to go back.
My 7 year old daughter attended two weeks of half day camp and it was a great time for her. Staff were all friendly and highly competent. The set up makes me wish I was a kid again.
Not only the kids had a lot of fun but I have a lot of fun
This was our first time experiencing Treehouse World. Our two year old was so excited from the moment we got there to get harnessed for ziplining. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. It is so nice to be at a place where people seem to enjoy their jobs. From the girl at front desk who explained all the options, the guy who set up harness, and the guy who helped our daughter get some height on the trampoline. (Actually two guys and a girl.). All so very helpful and happy. Our eleven month old enjoyed watching his sister and hanging near the goats. I highly recommend this place especially for adventurous kids. Even the workers who we didnt really have to deal with had smiles and made this day even more exciting than it would have been. Thank you to all.
Had no idea this place was here but it was a blast. Definitely want to go back when my daughter is a little older. Was there for a birthday party. Good time!
Even though it was a chilly day, kids were still having a good time. My son wanted to go back some day.
No refunds/credits if weather suddenly changes and they opt to close. We are family members but they refused to honor our family membership on Election Day, claiming it was an “event”.Always pricey with rigid and inflexible policies, read all fine print on website before planning your trip there.
Nice kids experience
The zipline tour was amazing! Nick and Ethan were the best! Nick even got us 2 pairs of shoes because 2 of us were wearing sandals. He and Ethan were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and professional! A great time was had by all!!
The kids loved it
Great place to take 6 kids (3 nephews, 2 nieces & 1 toddler son). Went to Fall Festival. Smaller layout than expected. Hope they continue to keep things fresh. They need a handout describing activities along with a map (and app with map.) For most part, staff was attentive and helpful. Manned carnival games were lacking proper attention. In end, kids had a good time!
A little cold to go at the October but a great spring or summer trip to take the kids.
Great place for a 2 hour break with the grand kids
Great day trip with the family!
Compact place so its easy to keep an eye on your group. Plenty of staff around to assist. Very clean, saw staff walking between parties to clean up. We came with one kid, Im sure it would be more fun as a group or party but my son had a great time. Next time Ill come with friends so they can have fun together. Will be back for sure
We had a great time during the Toddler Days this past week! The price was very reasonable and we were thankful we didn’t have to pay for ourselves and just paid for our children. They had such a great time and we look forward to going back! Side note - the bathrooms were very clean!
Great place for kids. Not enough to do for all day. Zip lines could be longer and a few more for the under 8 crowd. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a lot of money for a few hours. Once they climb treehouses once or twice. The harness area is Zipline, walk plank and 1 Zipline. Would recommend for 4 and under. Bring your own food and snacks for sure.
Fun place, reasonable prices. The summer camp is the most fun of all, acc to my two children ages 8 and 9 (they already want me to book it for next summer!)
This place is a hidden GEM! We had my sons birthday party here and, we all had a blast! Be sure to experience everything. The zip line tour is definitely a challenge. And I cant say enough about the staff and the guides ( they were above and beyond )! Dont miss out on visiting here!!
From where I love I feel that it was/wasnt worth the drive
Brought my Gymnastics camp here, they had a wonderful time, staff was very personable and nice.
We went here for a scout night and were very happy with the experience. The attractions were well staffed by friendly people. The boys had a great time despite the bitter cold. We will look to come back.
Great place for a childrens birthday!
This please is awesome. I couldnt believe how much there was to do here
Definitely a hidden gem for kids. Reminded me a little of Jurassic park sans dinosaurs.Kids had a blast for a few hours climbing, ziplining, and running around.Indoor area with gift shop and bathrooms available.Bring your lunch and drinks as there are plenty of places to sit outside.Worth a trip.
Great place to take kids and fun for adults. The staff is young, but good. You can tell they like their job. My 5-year old daughter was afraid to go off the zip line and 20 foot plank, Charlotte, Matt, Brian, and Dillon did a great job of easing her fears. We will come back.
We got S green Rostand and loved every minute. I wish the chickens were out
Treehouse World is a great experience for kids and adults. Its safe. Its fun! And its clean! Totally inexpensive for all of the activities they have as well.
I highly recommend this place Thank you Kerri Kita & Maria for your kindness today.
So much fun for the kids, even for adventurous adults. Theres tree climbing with belay lines, ziplines, two of them with a third coming soon, bungeed trampoline jumping (for people from 20 lbs. to 200 lbs), pirate ship plank walking (you jump off hooked to an auto-belay), goats, and oh yes... treehouses. There are so many treehouses, it takes about an hour for the kids just to see all of them from the inside. The the very stout of heart, there is tomahawk throwing, and even archery-tag, each for specific scheduled times. My family spent the morning from opening until a late lunch time here, and had a blast.Basic admission gets you 90 minutes in a harness, which allows you to do the ziplones, plank walking, and tree climbing. The bungeed trampoline jumping requires no harness time. There appears to be another zip line canopy tour, but we were not told that it was included in our basic package. The whole operation is fairly small, as amusement parks go, but huge as far as treehouses go. We used to be members at Elmwood Park Zoo, until they renovated the playground, making it unbearably hot in the summer. This place is the opposite, with trees everywhere, because youre in a forest, its so nicely shaded. One thing to be aware of, apparently daycamps come here to visit, which means busloads of kids, and waiting in line for some things.
What a cool place to take your kids to get out that extra energy.
So much fun! Great for the entire family!
Small but great for the kids. A good portion of the place was closed on a Sat. A few new things being built. Parking is limited not sure what it would be like if crowded.
My kids have had several birthday parties there and always come back saying they had a wonderful time.
I went with a group kids for a field trip. The programs were very engaging and the kids had a great time. While half the staff was very helpful and accommodating the other half had a tone of attitude when asked basic questions that a new visitor to the facility might have. We observed other customers who were also treated poorly. There is a sense that management has not trained their leadership staff how to appropriately talk to guests. Their was a strong sense that the staff was annoyed that we were even there.
Lots of fun climbing up to the treehouses, doing the ninja training course, and riding the ziplines and bungie cords.
The kids loved every minute and cant wait to go back!
Great place for kids and birthday parties, so many different activities
This place is like a fantasy world! Such a great spot to spend a ton of the kids energy and really explore and do something different! We spent several hours there, the staff was so helpful and patient and the kids had a blast. We loved it so much I just called to book a birthday party for my sons 7th birthday.
The kids had a great time here and we did not have to pay to watch which is a plus in my book! Not everything was open but what was open was lots of fun for the kids. They loved the zipline and the rock climbing on trees. They both got to the top and rang the bell with the staff cheering them on. It was a great family day and I would recommend to anyone!
This was a GREAT experience! Josh and Caleb we our guides and were great. They helped us every step of the way and did not rush us. Cross zip lining off my bucket list!
Great time this weekend at the Treehouse World! Josh and Noah helped us out on the best aerial zip line adventure course. It is very safe and the best part its fun!! Highly recommended!! Thanks guys.
My kids are really enjoying camp here this year. The staff is friendly, the price is very reasonable. Very happy we found THW!
What great fun for my kids. It is a must have membership.
Great option for kids 5 and up.
Great place for a birthday party. Staff is wonderful! They make it very easy on parents and the kids have a blast! Will definitely visit again.
Great for birthday parties. Had group of 10 and went. Had a great time. Lots of activities, most of which you dont have to pay for. A great place to take your kids.
My Granddaughters really enjoyed their day
Very nice place for kids and adults.. we can spend nice 4 hours to 5 hours.. cool and fresh breeze and air..
We hosted my daughters 7th birthday party at Treehouse World and had SUCH a good time that we came back for the second year in a row and had a FANTASTIC time. Love the helpful staff and the high quality experiences they provide. I love introducing Treehouse World to our friends and their kids.
Child attended a friends birthday party. They engaged the children with fun / unique activities. Ziplines, archery tag, hatchet throwing, rope ladders, swinging bridges, and tree houses of course. They are still adding new things.
