The service is extremely slow. The attendants barely acknowledge you even when your standing at the counter in their face. I gave them two stars because the food is ok and there is space for my child to run, play and be free.

Took the kids here for a fun Friday and had a great time. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We got s lit of points to play games for the money we spent. Most games are 1 or 2 points per play and we had 140 points, so we got plenty of playing time.

It was nice to go at Chuck-E-Cheese havent been there in so long and it was good that my nephew RJ was enjoying hiself at his birthday party

Half of the games werent spitting out tickets. Photo booth paper was out for at least 2 hours and garbages were really full. Some workers werent the most respectful.

They were constantly sanitizing and do a good job of trying to help keep distance.

My family had the best experience at this location. We have been to several other locations and have decided this location is our favorite. Jasmine took our order and was extremely informative and polite. The play area and dining area were clean. The game selection was extensive and spacious. The toddler area hands down best in Wisconsin. The toddler area had ample space for play and dining. This locations game selection truly satisfies all ages. Additionally the food was amazing and I like the buzzer system that allowed us to pick up our food. We learned you are able to pause your play card one time which allowed us to not to rush and eat, we were told this information by Jasmine and no other location communicated this information to us (You can pause your play card one time for any reason). The cost was extremely worth the experience, they have a bunch of deals online so signing up online before you go is the most cost effective. Our deal this trip was a free one topping large pizza with the purchase of only $5 for play. I suggest buying the cup that allows you free soda as long as you bring the cup, we keep the cups in the car. We will be back to this location very soon.

Nice place to have fun but prices was a little high i would have gave 5 stars but while we was enjoying our games an time together the staff discarded all our food an drinks!! We paid $155 only to enjoy half of the food!! Other then this situation the day was quite an clam an my kids enjoyed themselves!

Its medicore at best

Just came to play games with our 6 year old. Havent been here since I was a kid. I was very impressed with the value of the reloadable game cards and the quality of the games. My kid had a great time and so did I.

The West Allis Chuck E Cheese has really cleaned up its act. The only thing I found disconcerting was that they had 2 armed security guards roaming around. I just wish we had parents that could control their kids, and themselves, so that armed guards were not necessary.The kids had a great time, and the food was good.

There was a time when taking your kids to Chuck E. Cheese was tantamount to playing Russian roulette without an empty chamber in a bacterial revolver. The carpeting was filthy, the buffet stale and dingy, and half the parents drunk. However, in recent years the entire corporate model has made a complete 360. The food looks fresh and edible, the carpeting replaced with something far easier to keep clean, and the environment alcohol free. I am now more than happy to take my children there for an afternoon of fun in a far cleaner and brighter environment far safer than past years. Bravo Chuck E. Cheese, thank you for hearing past complaints and reinventing yourselves.

Everyone was so amazed about how many tickets they had. They even had new games. We all played it, so I give this place 5 stars. What about 420 stars?

Good wings and fun for the kiddos and kids at heart

Fun place but they can work on the security. The place smelled like marijuana the whole time I was there, security just let people in who reeked of weed with all those kids there. Security was also just flirting and talking to other female employees.

Always a classic for the kids always a great time. I like the cards They have now. Easy to refill and have fun. Clean establishment friendly staff.

My experience at Chuck-E-Cheese today was awesome of course I paid for 30 kids my whole party arrived an hour late and the wonderful people at Chuck E cheese still accommodated us it was well worth it the manager name is Lamont and he did a wonderful job making sure my group was taken care of and I had a great host as well thank you guys

Its a nice place to bring kids and little Birthday parties. Pizza is good. This is a small Chuck E Cheeses compared to other ones. Really crowded at certain times. Prices for games are decent but the games are boring in my opinion but again its for little kids.

I attended a birthday party there, the music was way too loud, I left with the scratchy voice and sore throat from having to talk so loud to the people next to me. The service was okay with the party, The pizza was very good though.

My boyfriend and I usually go to the bluemound location but we just trying switch it up for our lil 2 year old daughter. We first get there its cool but what turned me OFF is the experience of getting this table cleaned so we can sit.My boyfriend picked a table and Im already like why would you pick this table with this BIG POLE right here I said, lets get this one...it already needed to be wiped...its had water on the table and seat. I asked a worker (there that was approaching me) if he could clean the table. He said, sure! And I thanked him. When, he comes he wipes the table and leaves. And LEAVES wet streaks like that table was even wetter than before smh. I end up getting some napkins and drying the seat and table.

This is where me and my boys who asked mankind with individually go when they want to spend time alone with me the customer service is fantastic always have a blast

Frosting fell of cake when it was cut from being frozen then thawed. Didnt have medallion for birthday girl. Pizza not real warm when got it. Beverage was more ice than drink. Couldnt pause game cards. Waited 20 minutes to get to table. Didnt get bonuses tickets for booking online or bonus tickets offered for things that couldnt be supplied for the party because they ran out. And several of the games kept braking down and a lot of kids running around stealing tickets. Oh and the bathrooms were nasty.After the response I tried to click and entered the link listed and the link was broke...

Great prices and deals for the birthday party my sister planned for her son! The staff also made my nephew feel extra special for his day, asked him tons of questions about his interests and his favorite games. The staff even took the time to speak with the guests and make sure they were having a nice time. My guess is that the birthday party staff do not get paid well enough for the type of service they provided! Had a great night and would recommend it to others for a birthday celebration.

My kids love this place. It is the best location close to home, though there is always something broken. The kids didnt mind last time though because those creepy robots scare them anyhow.

We went on my daughters birthday and she had a great time. It was a guy working there named Tommy who never stop moving. He was helpful to the kids and helpful to the customers. He definitely deserves a few extra dollars in his pocket hints a raise. I talked to the a guy who I believe will the manager a bald guy...and he was helpful also. It wasnt very crowded and the kids could move around some. The food was good but the deals could have been a little better with the tokens.

Great place for kids birthday parties yeah. There may be a few machines are out here and there but what do you expect when you got a lot of people or kids come in there and going having fun and going crazy like they should

The garbage is being maintained. The games are being maintained as well as the ticket munchers. Party Hostesss are hustling. They are always checking on customers. Merch and Kid Check Maintained. The floors are always being swept. Kitchen is always maintained and co-workers are lending a hand. We apologize for any delayed orders. Overall, way better job now that theres more staff.I am proud to be working there. Everyone does an amazing job and we are glad that you guys chose the West Allis location. We are all happy to help to make sure you get the best expierence.I can agree that prices are too high but email Chuck E. Cheese and let them know. Parents and kids matter! Terrible. I went for a birthday party and was greeted by rude staff. We spent over 100 dollars for food and when we went to get it it was ice cold and poorly put together. I asked for the pizzas to be remade and was threatened. The police were called by us and we got put out for wanting a refund. Long story short I would not recommend spending a dime here. My nephews birthday was ruined.

I was there for a school fundraiser and it was not great. First of all, only one person was working the register, and the line was very long and took forever. While we sat and waited for our pizza, we watched kids climb on the salad bar and grab food from it. We also saw a guy walking around with the back of his pants so low that his whole underwear were showing, several other parents were very upset, one did make a complaint. The soda area was filthy with a smooshed chocolate cupcake with blue frosting on the floor the whole time we were there which was about 2 1/2 hours. We also watched people that were waiting to trade in their points and since they must have been short staffed, people were just walking away with cotton candy and spiral suckers. One kid went as far as to reach up and steal a rocket football and start playing catch with it and then ran off with it. I asked an employee about the ticket blaster since I received some coupons from their teacher for our kids to use and the employee said he would find someone for it and walked off and never came back with an answer. It was not staffed well enough, and the staff that was there could care less. In all fairness, the pizza was pretty good and surprisingly the games worked well and gave out the tickets correctly, and our kids did have fun.

Well the whole experience was overall great, except the other customers. The staff was very friendly and helpful and is always smiling and patient. The other customers we sat next too, were awful!! They sat at out table with our drinks and stuff there. They were screaming at their kids and even called one of their own kids ugly! It was so uncomfortable and then one of the grown woman almost ran my son over. It is so sad to have to have my children witness that sort of behavior and have to explain what us right behavior versus wrong behavior. But I dont hold it against Chuck E Cheese. I just wish that people can learn how to be respectful and realize that our children are one day going to be the leaders and role models for future generations. It breaks my heart to see this happening everywhere these days. Its starting to be an expected thing when we go places for children. And it just keeps getting worse and more accepted.

Better experience than I expected truthfully. The pizza was not terrible, the people were nice, and I was asked multiple times if there was anything I needed. Too expensive but the lunch deal they do seems like it would be more affordable.

Overcrowded and very warm. So many people packed into a small place and a few of the dads had their pants half of their a$$ and smelled like weed. The staff was actually on point. Did a great job with the birthday party. Responded to lost tickets without grief. Overall if you went when it was dead youd have a better time. The rating is NOT based on the staff but the overall experience.

This place is so run down. None of the tables were clean. Another family sat in the so called reserved area on a Thursday night when no one else was here and they told the family they had to move in the middle of their meal. Just pathetic. And the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting.

They did some remodeling and put a ton of new games in and took a bunch of the old ones out - looks really good!!!March-2018 Had a great time with the family. Went on a saturday around brunch time 11-1130ish. Started to get crowded around 245-3ish. Customer service was great, was greeted right away with a smile. The employee at the front counter was really nice and friendly. Answered any questions i had WITHOUT any attitude. Pricing is great (go with minutes instead of points - minutes are more worth your money) for 2 hours its $30+tax (mintues are unlimited play - points are like tokens). All the food was delicious and HOT and served in a timely manner. Ordered a 1-topping pizza its 25+tax 4 drink cups are included with multiple refills. Pizza was great. They also have stuffed crust pizza too. Also ordered the larger app sampler and it was great - came with wings, cheesy bread, fries, celery sticks, and regular bread sticks - also came with 4 sauces ketchup, marinara, ranch, and bleu cheese (cheesy bread was my favorite) cant remebered the price (if i had to guess it probably was around 13+tax). The bathrooms were pretty decent and didnt have that damp moldly smell. Have alot of games for all ages big or small. Careful not all the games give out tickets.
