Super clean and comfortable shop with very friendly staff and skilled artists. Artist Erik Nelson has done one large piece for me (3 visits), and multiple pieces for other family members.Even as a first time visitor, I felt super comfortable and welcome. Other customers are generally friendly (it just seems to be the type of people they attract). It’s just a super chill but professional place.I’m unfortunately in a high risk category as it relates to all of this pandemic stuff, but I plan on going back for more work once I’m vaccinated and/or once it settles down. They also provide areola tattoo services for breast cancer reconstruction patients through artist Brock Steven “Mr. Pink” here (done in private rooms). Not something I have had done myself, but if I needed it, they were the first place I’d think to check out given how happy I’ve been with their service.

I feel so lucky to have been able to work with Pete to bring my ideas to life. I gave Pete 2 pictures and my ideas and he was able to design a beautiful tattoo that was beyond my wildest dreams. He was great to work with and the shop itself was super clean and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and safe (even in these crazy COVID times) the whole time I was there. The other work being done by the other artists while I was there was incredible, too. 10/10 recommend.

Brock has inked my wife and myself multiple times. Insanely professional, clean, crisp, and easy and calm to work with. The staff has been nothing but nice and I would recommend anyone I know to head here. 5+ stars in my book.

First time getting a tattoo and had a very good experience at Rockstar. The consult was over the phone/email due to covid but Brock got exactly what I was looking for. Very happy with how it turned out and I’m already thinking about the next one.

1st tattoo experience was awesome. I like Rockstar. Highly recommended.

Super nice staff. Dan was extremely professional and caring.

Great establishment and artists! Got my first tattoo here and everything was perfect! Highly recommended Rockstar Tattoos!

Best shop Ive been to and I have 17 tats from various places already. Pete is amazing. Very patient. Wonderful creative artist. Very clean and felt very comfortable. Thank you Pete! I love it and Ill be back.

Current home of Jay Purdy. Awesome Artist! Can’t wait for More ink!

The staff is great; laid back and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Booking and consultation were quick and simple. The shop is clean, from the front desk to each artists individual area, everything is organized and sterilized. Time flew by because along with being an incredibly talented artist, Jay is so personable that he easily creates a professional and comfortable environment. He drew more than half of my tattoo freehand and his lines are so clean, even, and on point that Ive actually been stopped by strangers who either had to know where I got it or/and offer compliments. Rockstar Tattoo &Co is always my recommendation for anyone looking to get top quality work and have a memorable experience. I cant wait to go back for more!!

Great first tattoo experience at Rockstar Tattoo & Co.! Everyone I interacted with in this place was very friendly! Thanks Brock for the special care and consideration in creating a very meaningful work of art for me. Im super impressed with your artistry, professionalism and friendliness. The quality of your work is simply amazing. When Im ready for another tattoo there is no doubt it is you I will come to. It must be so rewarding to know you found your true calling in life. I should also mention the shop itself was super clean, nicely decorated and very welcoming.

I have had two incredible experiences here. I have received tattoos from both Patrick and Erik. My appointments were both prioritized and very professionally handled. The tattoos are amazing with so much attention given to detail. I was grateful for their genuine care and friendliness that they provided! I highly, highly recommend Rockstar!

I was a walk-in and my experience was great. The staff was welcoming and professional. Dan did a great job on my tattoo and was very pleasant. Will recommend.

I’ve tried reaching one of the artists for over two weeks trying to get a tattoo but she hasn’t responded, I’ve called and emailed.

Incredibly personable staff, really fair pricing for exceptional quality of work. The artist I am working with is Ashley. Theres not enough positive i can say about her!

Called in the morning and got a walk-in spot later that day! Tattoo looks great and the price was reasonable for a good tattoo!

Great Vibe. Great energy in store. Dan is awesome!!! Highly recommend this shop. Will be going for more

Ashley N. was great!

Worked with Eric, and he was awesome! Place is super clean, staff is hilarious and Erics work is great!

Ashley is not only an amazing and talented artist, she is just fun to hang out with. I’ve been stopped so many times asking where I go my arm pieces, her color work and attention to detail is exactly what you should look for in a tattoo artist.

I just turned 18 and was very excited but nervous to get my first tattoo. I walked in and the receptionist was very funny and calm while I was describing what I wanted. She and Dan had then helped me right away with what I wanted. I was very happy with the outcome of my tattoo and during the process Dan kept me talking because he could tell I was very anxious. I would definitely recommend Rockstar to anyone looking to get a tattoo!

Perfect, clean place, nice staff, was in and out no BS

Awesome staff, CLEAN shop, and the most talented, knowledgeable artists around. If you want stellar work and to have an excellent experience while getting it, go to Rockstar. Id admittedly follow my artist, Jay, anywhere, but Im really happy that this is the shop he decided on.

Recently I got my very first tattoo. I was very nervous and unsure what to expect. I have a nickel allergy. But Jay was outstanding and made it effortless and explained everything.I gave him a picture of a rosary I liked and he made some changes to personalize it and I absolutely love it. It is prefect. Beyond expectations.Exceptionally clean environment.I will definitely be referring friends and coming back. Thank you!!!

Awesome place to get sum ink done, the people are great im definitely going back

My brother and I got sibling tattoos together and worked with Dan. He was amazing! He was very patient, funny, and skilled. Our tattoos turned out better than we could have ever dreamed. Sooo beautiful! We love them!

I was introduced to the tattoo world about 3 years ago, after my older brother got one. So when I got my first one, I became intrigue by how artists get to put there little signature into there work. When it was time for my second tattoo, the original artist was unable to work with me, but gave me a recommendation to go to Brock at Rockstar Tattoo & Co. When I went in for my consult, the whole shop greeted me very nicely, and after meeting Brock he showed me the design I was looking for, but told me how to make the design a little better. He was very polite and helped me pick the right design. It was also really cool to learn about how he was inspired to become Mr.Pink. Overall, I give him and the other staff members a 5 out of 5 stars for professionalism and polite. I would defiantly recommend Rockstar Tattoo & Co. to others looking to get a tattoo, he did an outstanding job. And I look forward to getting another one from him.

Brock was patient and listened to give me exactly what I wanted. Going back again!

So happy I was able to get in with Pete. He was patient when listening to the idea of what I wanted, explained why it wouldn’t look the way I wanted and came up with this beautiful piece of art that I could never have dreamed up!I am so happy with the finished product.Everyone in the shop is welcoming, friendly and all around chill to be around. Can’t wait to go back for more.

My Son and I had tattoos done by Erik and his artistry, attention to detail and creativity is amazing! We highly recommend him!

Patrick is very good at his craft. He made the design exactly how I wanted it. I have received many compliments.

Really cool place, got my tattoo done by Pete and he was super accomodating and helpfull.Put on netflix while he worked but was also super fun to talk to and explained everything i needed to know about maintenance for the tattooTurned out amazing

I cant say enough about how happy I was with Rockstar. Place is really clean, and ALL of the employees are very friendly and helpful. Patrick did an AWESOME job!!! This was my first tattoo, so I dont have anything to compare it to, but I can say that Im 100% satisfied both with the tattoo itself, and the entire experience at Rockstar.

Brock(mrpink) you are a rock star. Between Dr. Colque and you I have beautiful breasts again. Everyone I have showed them too are amaze on how real they look. I will recommend you and Rockstar Tattoo to anyone who is going through what I did. Thanks for making me feel pretty again.

I wish I could give Dan and this shop 10 stars. I’ve never been so happy over any of my other tattoos compared to how I felt about this one. He covered up a small word for me and it feels good to not have to keep looking at something I was so unhappy with. Dan was so nice and extremely professional and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Everyone at Rockstar Tattoo was welcoming, funny, and made the 5 hours go by so quick. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else but here in my future. Thank you so much Dan and Rockstar Tatttoo & Co!

Everyone there are amazing artists and their schedule shows their high demand. Jay has been awesome! Great artist, great personality, great communication! I look forward to lots of future bad life choices with Jay! P.S. Brock runs a super clean and professional shop and they even have a clean bathroom!

Dan did a great job on this tattoo for me and it only took 5 hours

Brock did an amazing job. His work is amazing. I would totally come back!

Everyone at the shop was great. Pete took my idea and nailed it.

Nice, clean. Very professionalCame in for a consultantVery knowledgeableFelt comfortable. Gave me all the details

Patrick was able to see me the day I called to inquire about a tattoo. He, and everybody I came across there, is super fun and has a great personality. Everyone there was fun and easygoing, but very professional and you could tell that everyone took great pride in the work they do. He was able to work with me to get exactly what I wanted and I couldnt be happier! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a tattoo in Milwaukee!

Very talented artists, fun atmosphere, clean environment, thorough attention...these folks really are out of this world rockstars!

Courteous and professional tattoo company. Great job Pete... Thanks for the story.

I have gotten all my tattoos from rock star and they are all awesome. Ashley Neumann is an excellent artist and I would recommend her to anyone. Also the place is clean and neat. The staff are very nice and courteous, they have water. And soda too. All the other tattoo artists are just as good. They deserve 5 stars and they are the best.

Outstanding experience! Very professional & courteous staff! Beautiful artwork-now my best tattoo My artist even touched up an old tattoo w/no additional fee Check them out, youre going to be blown away & extremely happy with their services!

Phoenominal artist and extremely clean and professional.

Jay is AMAZING

Great tattoo artists and a very clean shop! Check it out!

Just got an amazing arm piece done my Ashley! She was able to customize my piece to make it mine. Amazing conversations and friendly clean shop! Can’t wait to come back

If youre anything like me, when youre getting a tattoo you need to feel comfortable and need your artist to make you feel calm. Rockstar did exactly that. I have had 3 tattoos now at Rockstar my first by Brock my second by Dan and my third by Patrick and each one of them was incredible. They also have managed to get me in very quickly each time . Either day of or next day which I appreciate. The atmosphere there is so wonderful and everyone is so nice and welcoming. The artists there are truly talented. Cant wait to get back for my next piece. Ill never go anywhere else for a tattoo!

This place is awesome! The lady at the front desk was so sweet & asked multiple times if she could get me anything (water, soda, etc). The staff was super helpful! I was dead set on getting my tattoo ASAP; I began talking to Patrick, who was booked all week so he sent me over to Erik who did an AMAZING job on my tattoo! I am absolutely in love with it & I would definitely recommend him/Rockstar to anyone! This will be my new spot for tattoos for sure!

I cannot rave about these artists enough, between me my husband and our friends weve all been tattooed at rockstar. Brock really knows what hes doing running this ship and I am so proud to show off my artwork Ive received from Dan and Pete. These guys rock!!

This was my first tattoo but not the first shop I have been to. Everyone one there was super nice and good. The experience was amazing I would highly recommend, when I get more I will be going back there. Just a wonderful job.

Jay is one of the quickest and most talented tattoo artists in the city. Hes super friendly and helpful and did an amazing job working with my husbands shoulder, which has a lot of scars. We have several tattoos, and my next one will definitely be with Jay.

Awesome shop I’ve been going to since I turned 18! I’d never go to any other shop or artist. I always go to Erik and kills it every time! Rockstars a great shop with great artist, I always recommend this shop to anyone I know looking to get a tattoo!

Great tattoo artists, funny and professional.

The best place to go- especially if you are getting your first tattoo. The whole staff was welcoming, the place was very clean and a fun environment, and they answered all our questions. I was so impressed and definitely will go back.

Erik did an amazing job and captured what I wanted better than I could have imagined! Everybody was so kind and friendly! Great place for my first tattoo! This place rocks!

I got three simple words on my arm. One word is really light. One word is super bold. And another is crooked. I highly do not recommend this place.

It was my first time getting a tattoo and I pass this place very often. Seeing the reviews on here I knew this is a trustworthy place. After seeing the aftermath I’m truly astonished with the tattoo I got! Friendly customers and great help. I can’t wait to get another one!

Place is clean and everyone so friendly. Eric does an amazing job

Great artists all of them! Clean friendly shop and took the time to listen and put together my tattoo in a truly professional manner. Thanks for a great experience!

Very clean and awesome work! Thank you Eric!

I’ve been going to this shop for 4 years and keep coming back, because the tattoo artists are talented and hilarious. I mainly go to Dan, but all of them are amazing at what they do.

Ashley does amazing work!!! Highly recommended!! We have gotten multiple tattoos by her.

My tattoo turned out even better than I imagined. Very intricate black detailing is sharp and perfect. Thanks Jay!

Rockstar is a great place to get work done and has awesome artists! Mine personally is Samuel. I have come to him for work for about two years. I get compliments all the time everywhere I go on my tattoos. If your looking for nice work and something you wont regret, this is the place to go! \m// #Rockstar

1. Clean modern shop.2. **Professional** and friendly staff. On time. Willing to work with you to give you your dream design. Patient with newbies.3. Talented artists delivering superb work. Listen to your artist! Their suggestions are based on experience.4. Do not be a douche about the price. Each tattoo is different for many reasons including difficulty, placement and time. You get what you pay for. See the first sentence of #3!!!I had an awesome experience getting my first tattoo across my chest and sternum. Brock is an artist and he elevated my idea to something I will cherish for the rest of my life.

I had a great experience at Rockstar. I went in with an idea of two small birds. Brock encouraged me to go larger than planned so the tattoo would look great for years to come. I appreciate his expertise and I love the finished product! He was very helpful and patient with me as we figured out the right size and the best place for my tattoo.

Clean, professional, laid back atmosphere. Might not be able to get a walk in, but definitely wont get a hack job. I have many hours of ink, and wont go anywhere else.

While Ive only had one artist for the 10 years Ive been getting work done, and I have 15 pieces from him. The rest of the staff is friendly, the shop is spotless. I have recommended this place several times already.

Ive gotten two tattoos here and both were amazing. Brock did my first tattoo (which was a bloodborne tattoo), and Jay did my second tattoo (which was a Dead Space tattoo) And I couldnt be happier, both are awesome dudes, Id recommend this place to anyone getting a tattoo

Jay is amazing. I love working with him. Ill be coming back again and again.

Ashley is awesome! My fiancé’s tattoos turned out amazing!

I wanted to get a half sleeve of four seasons and decided to come here. I know the artist I selected was in very high demand which made me feel more confident. At the consultation I specifically told her that I wanted it hyper-realistic and I had brought many photos of what I was looking for. She seemed super into it and we scheduled out a few months. I was a little disappointed because of the wait (I am not a super patient person) but I figured it would be totally worth it. I put $400 down as a deposit in cash.A day before the session, the artist messaged me on facebook to touch base. I sent her a couple pics again of the design I wanted and the quality work I was looking for as well as images of tattoos I didnt like. She then told me that she felt confident that she would be able to do an awesome tattoo but wasnt able to give me anything like hyper-realism and could suggest an artist who could if I wanted. When she said this, my heart kind of dropped and I was thinking, ...but that is exactly what I said in the consultation. I said I specifically wanted hyper-realism and I just waited months for the session.... This is why I had printed so many macro photos of things I wanted in the tattoo because they showed the detail I was looking for. I am not sure if she was just super busy the day of our consult and kinda rushing and didnt catch when I told her hyper-realism or what happened. I really would have preferred if she told me right off the bat that she wasnt capable of the hyper-realism I was looking for because then I could have possibly scheduled with another artist and not wasted the months of waiting for this session. After speaking with her and having little time to think it over before the next day, I decided to stay with her because 1. I was impatient and didnt want to have to wait months again just to get into another artist and 2. because I still had confidence in her to put out a good piece. After the work was done, I went for payment and I dont remember the exact cost (I think total was $800 or $900) but they told me what I owed so I give the amount that the cashier asked for. Then my artist walks over and gives me my deposit money which I was super confused about and then the cashier told me again another price that I still owed after just giving her what I thought was the balance. I thought the deposit money went towards the tattoo so I was a little unsure as to why she gave it back to me. We eventually worked it out but between me paying the cashier and then the artist handing me my deposit money, it was just really frustrating. I should have never been given my deposit back to begin with. I think they should have added the total first, subtract the $400 I gave them already and then tell me what I owe instead of having me pay a balance, handing me back my deposit money and then asking again for money. It really threw me off and I really wanted to make sure I tipped her well for her work. They kind of both looked at me like I was an idiot but maybe they didnt realize that they approached it kinda weird, I really dont know. I have never had that experience with payment for tattoos. But anyways, overall she gave a really nice tattoo that I do get a lot of compliments on. I do wish that I could have gotten a little more of what I was looking for as far as realism but I am still really happy with this tattoo and will forever be. I guess as far as consultations go I have just learned my lesson to check and double check to make sure we are on the same page from the start.

I love my tattoo.

Great place, would reccomend to anyone getting a tattoo! Everyone on staff is just so friendly and kind. I came in to schedule an appointment however Dan was available immediately. Fantastic man, he is an incredible artist. I look forward to working with him again in the futute.

Professional, clean, amazing, and beautiful work!

Erik Nelson recently went over and greatly enhanced the portrait tattoo I already had. He took on the challenge and gave me an exceptional tattoo that I am going to enjoy forever. He added so much detail to my daughters face and hair it blew me away! If you need any portrait work done or any tattoo work at all please reach out to this artist!

This is one of the cleanest shops that I have ever seen! All the artists are helpful, nice, and very talented! I suggest the shop to anybody whos in the market. I see Ashley and she does an incredible job!

Rockstar Tattoo is amazing, I would NEVER go anywhere else..I would literally eat off of their floor!! My artist is Jim Francis, he has done all my tattooing as well as my husbands and really gets to know his customers, what they want and he makes it happen. He is upfront, honest and is an incredible artist but honestly you really could not go wrong with any of the artists at Rockstar, it is a stellar crew!

Had a great time glad i was told about this place by one of my coworkers

I got my first tattoo today with Pete Silva. I love it! He makes sure you like it & it looks good. Everything is clean. Everyone is friendly. If I decide to get another tattoo I will definitely have Pete do it.

Got a great tattoo from Jay .Told him what I wanted he killed it Clearly the best one out of 15. Be going back.

Phenomenal service will be going back soon

Great people. Patrick did awesome job

Great place! Dan did my first tattoo Ive ever had. Got it on my ribs and he was great about it. Very friendly and it was quick and a reasonable price. Would definitely go back for my next tattoo.

The tattoo shop is greate, professional... I recommend 100% tattoo artist are excellent.I love Ashley arts... she is my tattoo artist here.

Rockstar Tattoo has always exceeded my expectations when it came to the art that they produce on a daily basis. I got my first tattoo over a year ago from Ashley who made me feel comfortable and calm through the entire sitting. In October I again went to Ashley to have her do my second piece and she took the challenged and again went above and beyond with my idea. All the other artists there are extremely professional and like to create a fun and easy going atmosphere while still keeping the professional look. If you are looking for a extremely sterile and clean shop with fantastic artists Rockstar is the place to go.

I have been here once and it was a great experience. Everyone is extremely nice and patient. I have been to three other tattoo places and this one is by far my favorite. I was able to take my time in choosing a tattoo and making it more original. I definitely will return!

Only shop my Fiance and I will go to get work done. Ashley is a fantastic artist and would highly recommend her!

Everything at Rockstar is impressive, from the cleanliness and professionalism to the excellent quality of work. The artists are knowledgable and are great with answering questions and talking over ideas to make sure you get exactly what youre looking for. Brock has done two tattoos for me so far, and Ive recommended Rockstar to friends who have also become satisfied customers. I know Ill be back - I wouldnt think of going anywhere else! :)

Dan your the best!

Cant go wrong with any of the artists here. Their work speaks for itself.

I see Jay Purdy. Hes a boss. Lots and lots of talent here.

Dan G. Is the best!

Fantastic artists and great atmosphere! I highly recommend Rock Star Tattoo.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience at Rockstar! Our artist Erik was extremely accommodating during the entire visit. He listened to what we wanted, and took our ideas and made them even better. He even talked to my friend on the phone before we came in, to give his advice and opinion on whether he could work out a certain design for her. He allowed us to take our time making decisions and was honest with us about his ideas on the designs, sizing, placement, etc. The atmosphere was clean, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone was very nice, but Erik was THE BEST. I would definitely recommend this place. I have gotten a tattoo somewhere else in the past, and it does not even come close to ROCKSTAR.

My husband introduced me to Rockstar and Ill never go to anyone else. Dan does amazing work and its very clean inside.

I have gotten two tattoos here and I have a third one scheduled! I love this place! The staff is always so friendly! Pete did my tattoos!
