Michaels is located in a convenient location in Wentzville. I had a question about an item and a store associate was super helpful, even walking throughout the store to locate exactly what I was looking for. I felt the pricing was a bit high but overall a good shopping experience.

Had never been in a Michaels store,very pricey but seems they have everything youd need if crafting & then some. Staff was friendly as well.

A great place to shop. They are inclusive and diverse, unlike Hobby Lobby which has chosen to place religion above the desire to serve the diverse area it is located. Some stuff is certainly cheaper than on Amazon but most of their products can be found on Amazon for a fraction of the price. However, walking around the store inspires creativity in a way that online shopping simply cant at times. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about crafting. They also offer in-store coupons. Just Google Michaels coupons when you are at the checkout and they will scan it off your phone. Highly recommend for both experienced as well as movie artists and crafters.

Was searching for teaching materials for childrens art. Wasnt much, so we had to get creative. This was a good place to be creative.

Love this store except this last trip I felt like their loss prevention people were seriously invading my personal space, thats HOW ON TOP of me they were like I looked like someone about to shoplift or something. I felt very judged and I think Ill stick to a Joannes n Hobby Lobby from now on.

Awesome selection of just about anything needed for crafts, but the prices are really getting to the point of reevaluating if whatever it is I need, I could get elsewhere for a lower price.

Organized products cleanly and encourages exploration through the aisles. Crafters of all ages can find useful products here, from cutouts for kids to jewelry for adults, and while it may not be the most extensive artistic collection, it will satisfy the majority of your artistic needs.

There was a time long, long ago when you could get absolutely all your craft needs and more at Michaels. Now, not so much and theres never anyone walking the floor to help customers. Shame.

Sad to see several of the card making products disconnected. Items such as dies, inks and embossing folders. Paper selections had been minimize as well.

I love the variety of Michaels stores. Its easy to find most things. My store just rearranged quite a bit ( poor timing to do it just before theyre so busy) so running in for a quick purchase isnt so quick but still worth it.

Staff. Horrible. Staff horrible. I didnt interact with the framing department. But 4 others stocking, cashier, manager, random.... Not friendly, not helpful. And Im very easy going and smiley .

This is an amazing store.

Absolute terrible customer service. Waited in line for 20 minutes because they don’t know how to deal with checks from another customer, making me wait for them to figure out what they’re doing. Finally to get to the register to be rudely greeted for them to tell me only cash or checks. Being a few cents short, I have to run all the way back to my car to then come back inside and be snapped at by the employee. Learn to treat your customers better and maybe you’ll get more business.

Its a fantastic craft store. Great sales, and email coupons too.

Good stock of scrap booking items

Micheals was a very good store and I had an awesome shopping experience. Micheals offers a 15% military discount also. The clerk (Terri) was so kind and helpful. She was also knowledgeable about the items and where I could locate.

For a craft store, the items are limited. Now, they have plenty of frames for the framing service offered, and plenty of scrapbooking materials. Seems a little outdated with supplies offered. The employees are mostly nice and I will say 75% of them are very friendly and very helpful. The other 25% wont go out of their way to help, and act like its an inconvenience when you do ask for assistance.

Great sales on frames. Ordered online and pick up us easy. The down side is the people who pick do not give enough attention to if the frame they choose is damaged. 2 of the 8 ordered were damaged. They take them back but defeats the convenience part of everything.

Tremendous selection of painting supplies. Canvas, acrylics etc. Everything is sorted by your level of expertise, which was very helpful and informative. The staff was great as well. She answered all of my questions, and pointed out items that were on sale.

I use to go to Michaels on a semi frequent basis for art supplies and more. I havent been there in a few years. I was looking for some Fuzzy Art posters and had remembered that Michaels usually carried a descent selection. I also wanted to price some picture frames for some collector posters I had Recently purchased.I was highly disappointed after walking through the store in Wentzville; They stopped carrying a lot of different items that usually had, including Fuzzy Art. There prices on their picture frames was way too high!. I managed to find a couple of items in their clearance isle, but not what I was looking for. I had a brief conversation with one of the employees, and she said, The items that they discontinued, were mainly the cool items.I have to reason to return

This was my 1st time at Michaels & I must say WOW Im hooked they got everything you need PERIOD!! Any holiday, any craft, any pen, pencil, marker, paper, you name it they got it ♡ it!! Will go back again & AGAIN...

Always coupons but the lines seem to take awhile.

There was like 2 cashiers so things were moving very slow. We were there so long my friend ended up on the floor. Lots of cool things though. Got a paint brush and paint brush holder thing. Also hubba bubba gum which is the greatest.

Normally, I love shopping at Michaels ;). I have the choice of shopping online w/the choice of having my order delivered to my home or I simply pickup my order up at the Michaels store, I selected (any in the any Im at that time ). However, with my last shoppjng trip, everything went crazy. I ordered online and prepaid, but when I went to Michaels to pickup my purchase, they couldnt find my order. (Strange, isnt it..).. I recieved their confirmation email indicating my order was ready!! Finally, I discovered after asking a few questions, my local Michaels store system had gone down, so they were unable to retrieve the online orders to fill them. What I didnt understand, was why didnt they simply apologize and ask me to come back tomorrow. I would have been fine with that. In fact, it would have been more Customer Friendly for Michaels to proactively reach out to their Customers and explain they had a system issue and their online purchases will be ready for pickup tomorrow. They apologize for for any inconvenience and they look forward to seeing them soon. At least then the customers would be making any unnecessary trips out to the store and I believe most Customers, I would Greatly appreciate receiving this information. Why wouldnt Michaels or any other retail store which offers online pickup, want to offer this type of Great Customer Service?? Especially if they want to keep their Customers... The manager canceled my order in error, which I received early the next morning. I couldnt understand why my order had been canceled, so I called the Corporate number that is listed online. I inquired about my cancel order and explained what happened. The CSR shared, I must do the entire online purchase again and if I needed any assistance, she would be happy to help. I did it all again and the second time was my lucky charm. Everything worked as it should have the first time :). Maybe Ill ship to my home next time :)...

We go here about every weekend...kids love it too. They always have seasonal stuff for days and of course all the hobby stuff you could possibly want. Make sure you sign up for the coupons because they send them out every month...sometimes more.

As a crafter and jewelry maker I have shopped at Michaels for years. The prices are high, so you MUST be a rewards member to reap the benefit of a price break, and they often have sales on select merchandise which helps. Always friendly staff.

I can always find the needed item for our diy projects.

One of my favorite arts and craft places in Wentzville Missouri.

Prices are a little higher than some other places I could go too, but they have probably the best bead selection Ive seen in the area. I also like their yarn and other craft supplies.

It is a nice/average craft store. MUCH more expensive than Hobby Lobby though.

I bit packed and hard to maneuver through the store with my Guide Dog. Im also Blind and where the restrooms were was hard for her to find. But it was a very clean store and the two employees I talked to were lovely!

Simply adore this store

Very large store with lots of craft supplies. The store is set up well to keep things organized and its easy to find exactly what youre looking for. Things are kept stocked well and the workers are friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and the location is very convenient right off the main road through town.

Dolphins are great and majestic animals. But they follow you around the store and watch you like you are stealing something. Otherwise they have great burgers.

Found some of the yarn I needed for Christmas presents. Everyone liked what they got.
