Its a beatiful place and all ladies are very nice

Before calling I checked out their web site first and it was very informative. So then I called to make an appointment they were very polite and explained everything very thoroughly, I asked with the virus going on what precautions will be taken and they told me all fairies will be in mask and gloves and we will have to take our temp as soon as we got there and they had hand sanitizer everywhere. The experience was perfect since we are still practicing social distancing my daughter decided to do the BFF package with her brother and he was a good sport about it. The fairy was so polite and very attentive to the kids we did not feel rushed and they enjoyed interacting with the fairy. Over all the kids had a great experience no hidden fees everything was perfect. I plan to come again with my daughter and niece. Thank you for the great experience and making this day very special for my daughter on her birthday in a time like this. Thank you 5 stars well deserved !

Please don’t leave a deposit with this place or you won’t get it back. Even if the reason is no party due to COVID. I have been trying to get the deposit back since April and no luck. They won’t return.

It was an okay experience. I expected more for the money I paid. I took my daughter there for her 7th birthday along with her sister and best friend. They each had a fairy that tended to them. They were nice for the most part but super fast with everything. They barely took two sips from the pink lemonade that should have been offered throughout the entire time. They started late which wasn’t a issue, but rushed towards the end because they went over time and the next appointment was waiting. Overall the girls enjoyed, but I don’t think I would be going back. I feelIf we were a different color we would have been treated differently.

My daughter had her party there last night along with 15 other little girls that were in attendance along with their parents. They all had a wonderful time. I would say the staff had their work cut out for them and they were certainly up to the task. It was well organized and professionally handled. Very accommodating.

If I could have rated this place 0 stars, I would! theres ants all over, dirty, and thats not even the worst part!!! the manager called me a racial slur under hear breath because I complained about the ants. do not come to this place, Im warning you!!

My daughter enjoyed her first experience at Little Princess Spa to celebrate her friends birthday.

I went in looking for information for a birthday party, the receptionist gave us little information about the packages but told us to look up online for additional information. We got to see where the birthday party would be held but it was dark and the receptionist didnt even bother to stand up and show us the place ( not that the place is big but it would be nice for her to explain what would be going on, my little one wanted to know what to expect ). The place is beautiful and I bet little girls will love their time there but it wasnt a good first time impression.

My daughters got a facial and nails done and they had fun. The two young ladies working there were very nice and did a great job. Call to make an appointment. Thank u.

I love the spa, the staff is nice and great when giving information. I have been to the spa many times and highly recommend it. They have many events including appointments, partys and even camp. The employees (fairies) are well dressed and very kind. Little princess spa also has a boutique which I enjoyed very much. The fashion show is very fun and the costumes are beautiful.if I was able to give more than 5 stars I certainly would. I will definitely be coming back and I hope you come have a spectacular time too.

Was invited to a birthday party here. The employees were super friendly and though there was about 15 energetic 5 year olds, they all had amazing patience. I highly recommend the spa for a girly girl party. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This place was great! My daughter and her girlfriends had the time of there lives. My daughter calls this place princess heaven lol. The staff was amazing and very hands on they made my daughter and the girlfriends feel so special. I thank you ladies you created memories that my 5 year old will never forget.

Amazing time, amazing experience. I brought my daughter today for her 3rd birthday. Anyone who knows 3 yr olds, knows they do not sit very still for long. Madison was just wonderful. Very patient and attentive to my child. My little princess had a great time. I would recommend it to anyone who has a little girl. We will be going back again!

I am not one to leave bad reviews. However, I just had an absolute horrible experience. We tried to purchase a gift card (no manager), then we tried to purchase a backpack (no pos system). There were (2) teenage girls running the business on a Saturday afternoon. We will never go back .

This place is amazing!!!!! The service and the girls that coordinates everything are exceptional. I did my daughters birthday there and I did not have to do anything but sit watch and enjoy the party. Everything is extremely organized and very clean. The fairies are very energetic and they make sure that every little girl feel like a princess. They have met and exceeded my expectation. Would definitely do it again!!!

I took my 7-year old granddaughter for a special spa day while she was visiting from out of state. She was absolutely thrilled with everything - her nails, toes, facial, hair and makeup. She has already asked if she can go again during her Christmas visit. Fairy Liz is her new friend and she couldnt have been nicer or more attentive. Thank you for making a happy memory for both of us. Shell be back in December!

Definitely made my kids feel like princesses

The spa is so beautiful and the theme is amazing for any party or experience for girls! And I was surprised by how many different unique party packages they do provide, which means all of my daughters parties will continue at this spa!! Also, I was very worried and anxious about my daughters future experience at Little Princess Spa because she doesnt like to stay still when I do her nails, make-up, and hair at home. As soon as she stepped into the place, she was greeted very nicely and in a friendly manner. Once we walked in as the princess/birthday girl, she immediately told me that she felt extremely welcomed and loves this spa. I had an awesome time watching my daughter enjoying herself with her friends and staff at her birthday party recently with Little Princess Spa! Every fairy was excited for all the girls, especially the birthday girl, and they looked absolutely adorable and the part to be a fairy in a princess party! My princess did not stop telling me the stories of the party even several weeks after and still begs me to this day to have her party there next year again! They were all so very friendly, professional, knowledgeable in all the services, playful, happy, and helpful for the girls to do dancing, and games. Each service was done very professional and geared to what the girl specifically wanted, as well as they made it clear to us the options we had in terms of the hair-dos, nail colors, eyemakeup colors, and lip stick choice was all up to the birthday girl and all of the girls as well. I was amazed how each girl could look totally different, and was up to them. As a mother, it is dire that the location of the party to be extremely clean, and beautiful; in which the Little Princess Spa exceeded way above my expectations! Every station was well organized, and had really cute decorations, just like the entire spa. I willdefinitely refer the Little Princess Spa to all of my friends who havelittle princesses in their families, as well as I will book another partyfor my daughters next birthday, and future spa treatments too sooner than her birthday! I would highly suggest you check this place out!!!

The place is very nice and the kids love it but the costumer service so poor and rude in my opinion she is unprofessional !

The manager (she called herself) was very short, and not friendly when I inquired regarding details on one of the packages or how the party was organized.I was told by this young woman that she could not give me anymore information and that it was in her companies policy to not disclose the order of events for my daughters potential party.I persisted, and asked her to just give me a round about idea and responded: all the information you need is on our website.Not a very good sales person or manager.I booked my daughters party at Joeys Outback where they took care of every detail and answered all our questions.

I had a birthday party here and had a good time but when they did the fashion show we had to change, i was ok with this but the staff made all of us change in front of each other when we didn’t want to. Wouldn’t recommend if you dont like changing in front of people

I took my 2 daughters on a surprise appointment for their very first salon treatment. It was amazing!!! My daughters did not want to leave. The atmosphere is right on for making little girls feel like a princess. Thank you for making my daughters day the best !!!

Today Madison, Felicia, Kiana and Brisa made my princess feel like a real princess while celebrating her friends birthday. They were so nice and took great care of all the details to make the day a wonderful experience. May the Lord continue to bless these talented ladies.

It’s like no one is ever at work they do not answer the phone no matter when you call and on the rare occasion you get someone on the line they tell you that they are on the phone with someone else and will call you back but never actually call you back!

This place is so magical I wanted to get services done here! I would recommend this place to any little princess in the area!!

For my baby girl birthday I called the spa so she could get her nails done, i was told about a so called better package for $50 each they will get mani, pedi, hair and make up done well that wasnt true at all. When my husband asked why werent we getting what we paid for, he was told they dont do this or that. They are bunch of liars and thieves. My girls left unhappy and disappointed since it was her birthday I didnt want to ruin the day even more but tomorrow Ill be calling and ask forr the manager.

Perfect place for throwing a birthday party for your princess!!!!

It was a wonderful experience for my daughter. It was our first time there. She had great time getting her hair, nails, and make up done. One thing Id wish they work on is their pink fairies. They had no make up on, their hair (wig) and shoes were a diaster, amd their dresses were wrinkled and dirty. I suggest a standard dress with a ribbion that will allow adjustements for any fairies body type. Would I go back? Yes but I hope to see an improvement inthe fairies looks. I am looking forward to more events
