Had a lot of fun coming here! The employees were very nice. It looked really nice there so I felt like I could actually relax a bit. Sanitizing stations and mindful employees were a plus.Id definitely go back and chill there again.

This was an excellent spot to take the boys and burn off some energy. There are 3 or 4 rides that have a height restriction however they have lots of options to keep the children busy and entertained. The place is huge and if you have smaller ones you may need to accompany them when they go to certain attractions. The staff although very young for my piece of mind where friendly and helpful. I do plan on returning to visit soon. Overall we had a great time.

Its pretty small compared to others and as of 9/12/2020, these are their prices and they have doubled the prices because of covid. Their excuse is we havent updated our prices listed there yet. Fountain drink went from $1.75 to $3.15.

Recently Urban Air has opened back up and it’s been a true blessing especially with toddlers on rainy days. We got a membership which is the best package having 3 kids. Last night we were there for 3 hours letting the kids play due to it being a rainy day. I’d like to thank the staff for being so friendly and welcoming allowing the kids to have fun. One thing that stood out was a gentlemen running around to different sections of the facility with a towel and spray trying to keep the facility sanitized and up to par which my family and I appreciated. At one point we decided to order pizzas and sit and let the kids eat dinner there Steve came over with a pizza roller to cut the pizza slices down a little smaller for the kids which was very courteous. It was just nice knowing someone was in the facility over seeing the staff and making sure everything was flowing nicely. Thank you for a great experience and opportunity to wear our kids down.

If you’re looking to get out and have fun with the kids Urban Air is the perfect place. Steve and his team did a great job making me and my family feel safe. Our temperature was taken at the door, They had several hand sanitizing stations that was available to anyone inside, and everyone had face masks on. The team members were constantly wiping and sanitizing the equipment and tables inside. The entire Urban Air team was super friendly... I would Definitely come back and tell a friend.

5 stars for entertainment and friendliness of staff. We will definitely return simply for that. My 6, 4 and 2 year old had a blast. My husband and i jumped in on the fun too. It was a nice family afternoon. There was a nice variety of activities for all 3 of them and will be a place they’ll enjoy for years to come as they get older/taller and can take advantage of some of the other courses. However, lack of cleanliness/ Covid safety might be a deal breaker for some, so that is why I am sharing my observation. We were there from 4-6:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Temperature checks were not taken upon arrival. I did not see anything getting cleaned, wiped or sanitized for the entire duration of our visit. Also, my kids light colored clothes were filthy by the time we left. So, wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. There was plenty of hand sanitizer stations around the facility. The entire staff wore masks however many visitors did not have a mask on while walking around the facility or while in the play areas. The place was not super busy so my kids were free to enjoy all the play areas they wanted to with little to no wait time at all and without getting trampled by older kids, which is always nice when I’m out with my little ones at a place like this.

I take my brothers here all the time. The place is super clean and the staff, such as Steven, are very friendly. Highly Recommend this place if you are looking for a safe and clean environment for your kids to play.

The worst costumer service! We got charge for two memberships!!for more than a week we are trying to contact by phone and online to membership office ! We never get back any message. I check one start but they don’t deserve it. They deserve 0 start. They don’t care about costumer service. I don’t recommend to get the membership on line! You need to talk with someone at the place!

Fun place for the kids and HORRIBLE customer service. They will NEVER return a call when you need help once your credit card is taken and charged. Think more than twice to do business with these folks. The only way to get in contact with them a by filling out online forms. GOOD luck guys if your credit card gets hooked in their system.

My children enjoyed it, but the cleanliness was not up to par. My kids complained over and over about the attractions smelling like dirty feet. The ball pit was nasty. I will not return. The staff was excellent and friendly. .

My family absolutely loves Urban Air Wellington! We have a blast every time we visit. It’s our favorite indoor play place. It’s always very clean and well sanitized. Anjelica Johnson is especially AMAZING:) She is always very friendly, professional and courteous to us. She has a big smile and welcomes us back whenever we visit! Anjelica is a wonderful manager! I would highly recommend Anjelica and Urban Air Wellington to anyone who is looking for a fun place for your family to play! Also we had our son’s 5th birthday party at this location and his party was so much fun! I recently had my daughter’s 12th Birthday here. The place is awesome. My party host, Stephanie was wonderful. For other parents that don’t know, party planners are paid like waitresses. They earn commissions. If you can, please tip in Cash. They get it immediately compared to you putting it on your credit card. I tipped my hostess in cash well because she was amazing! I’d highly recommend this place for a kids party

Real fun time for the whole family. If you ever wanted to test your age limit, Id recommend hitting the ninja warrior pit. You will definitely figure out your age within a few seconds.VR games are awesome. You want to get lost in a world while the rest of the world watches and wonders what youre up to, then boy have you found your spot.They cover your senses and let you have at it in their first shooter zombie game. Youll feel like youve been eaten alive. At the very least you might offend some parents.All and all, super fun place to take the kids.

Room was nice size. SUPER COLD!!!!! Options to reserve connecting rooms. A/V set up was easy. The play area is HUGE and busy. Was a Saturday night. Need more signage for where line starts etc. Bar area seating needs bartender/server. Forgot my free water! Service at cafe seemed to move fast. Off and on long lines. Would I come back without a child....probably not. Just not my thing.

The manager Angelica on 9/26/2020 was amazing! Friendly, helped us sign in online and I will surely by a pass for the kids because of her. Not crowded and immediately after helping us she donned a sterilization sprayer and began walking around. Amazing staff! Excellent place for the kids!

I was here for a birthday party with my seven year old. The service was good. The staff were attentive and on top of the party. The facility is new, and I found it clean, however I didnt venture into the food area or bathrooms. My only complaint was that there are children running around everywhere and mostly unsupervised. It was hard to keep track of the kids due to tunnel areas. Also, be forewarned, this place is loud and kind of dark, so if you have children with sensitivities to these things, Urban Air may not be for you. I also found it strange that there isnt a net under the area where children are strapped in and gliding across/ropes course. Overall though, this place is good for getting the energy out of kids, especially if you have independent kids. My son had a great time and wants to come back.

I brought my 3 year old granddaughter here for a birthday party. She really enjoyed herself and she loved the pizza. Kids can really expend all of their energy here and have lots a fun all day as there is no time limit. It’s reasonably priced and the parents/adults isn’t as expensive as the kids but still allows you to be included. You must purchase their socks, but once you have them, you can use them on other visits.

This place is big! It has several different areas of play and not just trampolines/jump areas. There are obstacle courses and a jousting foam pit area! Great place for kids to have fun!

Such an awesome place, my kids love this place with the awesome play tunnels and slides in the front and the incredible trampoline park after! And o wont lie, I have a blast jumping on the trampolines too!! So much fun!

Very fun centered place. Kids had an amazing time. My only issue is that the front is so open and having activities right by the entrance/exit I’m afraid that our kids are not entirely safe should one of them wonder away into the parking lot so easily or worst be taken :-(

Love it. It is a great place to go and have fun. Definitely not your average trampoline park. They have way more than trampolines, including a sky coaster (like a zip line), dodge ball, a ninja warrior course, Virtual reality, a tube course, and a spinning bar that you have to jump over. Oh, and I forgot to mention. They also have trampolines. Lastly, the cafe serves great food, and snacks. For the parents, normally a trampoline park is boring, but luckily urban air solved that problem, with beer. Overall, a great place in a great location. Without a doubt you will have a blast.

First visit was amazing. I went with a couple friends and their kids... They have something for every age group. Parents are enxouraged to join in. It was a play until we drop type of day for the kids and the adults. All of us had an absolute blast. I would think a kids birthday party would be a great idea for this place. If you dont have kids... I would still recommend checking this place out. Youll really get a work out in while having fun!

We had a blast, loved how they have many attractions other than just jumping. My kids loved it and glad for places to sit and a big variety snack bar. We were there for a private birthday party up stairs and then moved downstairs with plenty of extra seats when the party was over. Their attention to the party was great the hostess did a fantastic job with all the kids and parents. We will definitely be back.

Great place to spend a hot or rainy day for the kids. Lots of fun activities to keep the kids busy for hours. Good concession is nice with adult beverages but it would be nice if there was more seating. Most of the seating was taken up by parties. Would be nice to have monthly pass offerings that don’t lock you in for a year.

Wanted to have my sons birthday here but after reading all of these reviews and then seeing how ridiculous the price is I will definitely bring my business elsewhere. I took my kids here a few weeks ago and kept commenting how I didn’t see any staff to control the chaos on the trampolines. Definitely a liability. If I’m paying over $600 for a birthday party I expect the best.

This place has so much to offer. My 10 and 13 year olds love it. We have had the Platinum passes for two months now, and have been numerous times. My biggest problem is with their cafe. The wait time is terrible. I have stood in line for 45 minutes to be told that they dont have any pizza ready, but check back in twenty minutes. They need more people (maybe an adult, or two) working the cafe, and a better system. One person taking orders, getting food, filling drinks, and then taking payment is not very efficient when there are 25 people in line. I see similar reviews about this, but it seems like an easy fix. I hope they figure it out soon.

This is a great place for the kids but they really need to work on their food situation. They are always out of things. Out of pizza a lot, they never seem to have cheese for the nachos, fries are usually yuck. I have a platinum membership for my 2 boys and they each get a slice of pizza as part of the membership. But if you are out what am I paying for? You should offer something else in its place.

Kids enjoy all attractions. There is a minimum of places for parents to sit.

So much fun. Membership is a steal. Lots of things for the kids to do here. Great snack bar with very reasonable prices. Tons of seating for families and lots of space. Doesnt feel too crowded even when theyre busy. Plenty of parking.

There is a lot for the kids to do, for big and little kids. There are different rates for the different things you want to do which is nice if you don’t want to pay too much. My problem with the place is that the workers all have different rules for how they do something. For example for the rock climbing walls one worker was letting 5 people go at a time and letting them climb as much as they want to for as long as they want to. Which created quite a long line. Then when he switched with someone else the new worker decided it was 4 people at a time and some kids got to climb as much as they wanted to and other kids were limited to 3 climbs. There was no consistency. With the warrior course, the rules also change depending on who is there, oh we are following the height requirement, we are not height requirement, we are checking bands, we aren’t checking bands. No one over the age of 22 works there, even the manager.

All in all I love urban air but please please please.... MAKE A HALLOWEEN MUSIC PLAYLIST, URBAN AIR WOULD BE 20x BETTER

My kids enjoyed all the activities very much but the food is awful. Please get a fryer for the mozzarella sticks and French fries. Baked is just not good. We plan to come a lot and would like the food to be more edible. The pizza was okay.

At first didn’t seem like as expected as we were an older group. But after talking to staff member Matt we had a blast! so many things to do and custom for any age group. Matt did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied with our experience.

Hello Layla! I never said I was an employee by the way but its fine to assume that I am. And I get it, you want to pride yourself on being safe, clean, family friendly, etc... But how can you say your facility is safe when new (and old) employees havent even received the proper training yet. There was supposed to be a four hour course that employees were supposed to complete before they were able to work teaching them the basics and how to run the attractions; but employees hired almost three months ago still havent obtained that online course. Leaving them to learn how to run the attraction by themselves. Then with new employees, they arent properly trained either. They are told to go to (blank) attraction and have this person teach you. But how are old employees supposed to teach new ones when THEY havent even received the proper training yet? Not only is this extremely dangerous for the children that go on the attraction, but its a dormant lawsuit waiting to happen. Also, how are you going to say its clean when the foam cubes in the Battle Beam attraction smell extremely atrocious with pee? Doesnt seem too clean to me. And you say that no employee is forced to stay past their assigned schedule but it was said several times by managers that Noone is leaving until this park is clean, which would cause employees staying past 12 and going into 12:30 - 1 A.M., then they have work again the same day. They also dont get paid for staying that late. There have been several employee complaints saying that they had to stay overtime because they were not allowed to leave and then they never got paid for that extra time they stayed. If pay periods that fall on a weekend have to be given on the next bank day then pay the employees on Friday BEFORE the weekend. The employees work very hard for minimum wage and they deserve to get their money when they were told they were going to get it, maybe a day earlier but never later. What if they needed that money to do something important but were never able to because they didnt have it? Thats terrible business and should be fixed. Saying that employees have been payed correctly is a statement that neither I, or your employees will agree with. You also never brought up the break issue I was talking about, very suspicious. But I appreciate the time you took out to reply, seeing as you should be very busy right now because half your staff quit (or wants to) because of the spectacular management. I have been here on 6 occasions. While we bought the yearly membership. I’m just upset that I am now stuck paying and going to this place. It’s a little disheartening that on our last 3 occasions, no one was there monitoring the play ground area or trampolines. I have a 3 year old and thank God I went in with her because there were multiple older kids running around and just plain crazy in those areas. Kids climbing up slides, pushing other little kids out of the way and playing tag inside the play ground. I had to yell at one of the kids myself because he climbed up a trampoline right where my 3 year old was and would have fallen right on top of her. Someone needs to be there monitoring the kids play area and trampolines and telling the older ones that they should not be in there or running around the trampolines. The playground should be only for the younger children. Parents obviously don’t monitor their children, but it is on your business to make sure that their is some kind of safety and monitoring of your patrons.Second the food needs major improvements . I have ordered fries on 3 occasions and they are all burnt and mostly hard. I threw them out on all 3 occasions. Pizza is ok but a huge wait time to get it. We waited on one day 15 minutes for a slice of pizza and 20 minutes for fries that were burnt. This place has potential but really needs to invest in more workers who actually like their job and know that they are there for the safety of the children. Improve or invest in more employees in your kitchen as well.

A lot of fun for kids and adults. Only knock is its basically run by high school kids that are like deers in headlights if theres a problem.

This place was great when it first opened up but without any notice they keep on changing the perks they offer with the memberships. I have the Platinum membership with two parents added on. First they change the food around and what they offer making it less and less appealing. And now I just learned that they took the food privileges away from the parents all together. All the staff and management said was to contact corporate and that they agreed that it wasn’t fair but had no power. So I did contact corporate to see what was going on and they said it up to the franchise themselves to make the changes or not. Not to mention that when signing up for a membership you are locked in for a minimum of one year. So with all these changes, I guess we have to just endure. Maybe there are more changes to come.

Manager Roman is a family member of mine. Urban Air is such a welcoming place. It allows kids from wellington to have some fun, for however long they want.

I took my family to this place for the first time and wasn’t there for 10 minutes when my son got hurt with a broken arm on the wipe out area in the trampoline section. We had to take him to the ER immediately after but we had to wait for the manager and assistant manager for 20 minutes after the attendant came to fill out an incident report that she didn’t know how to complete. Please don’t bring your children here. When in the emergency room the nurses were saying that they have had many incidents from this place and the running joke from the Ambulance drivers is that they should leave an ambulance parked at the place at all times.

It is fun, but needs to organize. It gets chaos. Small place but lots of suff inside. And lots of people.

Urban air is very busy and getting alot of buisness. The place is packed and there are long lines on almost every attraction. And there is barely any staff to control the crowds, its very inefficient. All the workers, who seem very young, look miserable. Its honestly very worrying to see the staff so stressed out trying to handle the large crowds of kids. And on weekdays there are barely any workers and attractions like the zip line are open by request leaving one staff member to handle all the guests. I would hope to see more staff helping each other out so the place runs more efficiently.So if someone is gonna spend $35 per kid to wait in line all day, then Urban air is not worth it.

Even tho it was very busy it was great my 3 daughters and 2 sons had a blast they have never been so happy some of the referees were very mute except for the handsome young man ashonti he talked and treated my children as if they were his own .he made this adventure park a great experience for my children. food was great except for the pizza it came out kinda dark but the kind head shef kindly replaced my pizza with perfectly cooked slice.other then that it was a great experience. I am most definitely coming back to reword my children over summer

We recently celebrated my 12 year old Birthday there, and i have to say it was the best birthday party they ever had!! it was worth every penny.management is great ! Israel was amazing very proffessional and dedicated.he and the crew helped my family search for my sons seizure watch, allowing us to stay after closing hours to look for it, and giving us support during our time of need, he even let me use his own cellphone because it had better services !way to go is Israel !! you really went above and beyond we are very gratefull ....Angelica one of the other managers was also great, very proffessional as well and accommodating, thank you guys for an amazing job in keeping customers happy, we will definatelly be coming back, i100% recommend this place.....

My son had a play date with his friends from school here today and it was a nice experience. We went on a Sunday morning and it was very nice and not too crowded. When we walked in someone greeted us and helped us purchase our bands and socks with the self serve kiosks. After we received our receipts we then walked to another area to collect our wristbands and socks. One of the girls working with curly brown hair and long nails in that area wasn’t very bubbly with personality but the other kid with blond hair was much nicer and polite (I don’t remember any names). It seemed pretty clean and well set up. There were a variety of activities that were available and varied in prices. Some of the prices if you are over 5 years old seemed to get kind of pricey, especially if the adults want to join too. They even had lockers you could pay for to put your valuables in. All the workers seem to be high school students which didn’t give me much ease with my child running around but I didn’t have a bad experience, the kid watching the ball pit even pulled out my son and helped him a couple times. Even another kid on the other end of the ball pit saw me checking my sons arm and asked if he was ok. The young man at the concession stand was also very kind and attentive. The prices at the concession stand were VERY reasonable and a bottle of water is only $1 which I was very happy they were not overpriced at all. One thing I did not find available online or at the concession is any allergen menu of any type. My son has food allergies and this would have been very helpful so he could have ate after playing. He just stuck to a bag of Cheetos and Capri Sun since I didn’t know of any allergens in the food available. Bathrooms also were clean from what we saw which makes me feel they are serious about cleanliness. Overall, all the parents and kids had fun at our get together. It does get crowded toward the afternoon so we will definitely be back around our same morning time window. I will recommend this place to other parents who are looking for a fun place out of the summer heat.

I would say our first experience was average. Rather pricey...charged 5 and under fee for my almost 3 year old who could go in kids area and trampoline area only. He was so sad he couldnt play in ball area (so much space maybe consider putting in a smaller ball area for younger kids). We were deterred from getting full priced pass for my almost 6 year because they said he was too short. However, we watched several smaller children go right up to the sky rope coaster and ride without question (with pricier band on) and then came to find out he couldnt do virtual reality area either because it was included in lesser package (but i could have paid $8 more to include it..what a joke!!! - should have just gotten better package from the start). He was so disappointed but was a good sport...cheering on his older cousin who was able to do everything :(My BIGGEST Issues were:1. No hand sanitizer anywhere throughout or at exit from facility- consider adding these please!2. Security at exit was lacking big time. No check of bands or number of kids leaving. People walked in and out freely!!! Cause for concern now a days!Maybe if we find a good coupon we will consider giving it another chance..idk!

First and foremost, I am not a former employee, I am A concerned parent from the community. It saddens me deeply to see how this employer is treating their staff, which are mostly young kids (teens) working their 1st to 2nd jobs. Urban air is new to the community and seemed like a breath of fresh air when they first arrived but unfortunately, they do not know how to work with young teens when it comes to conflict in the work place. There is absolutely no respect and favoritism has lead to bullying, so called bullying, unwarranted terminations, a flock of people quitting (including management). All due to management from up above. (Owners) This has now become a roaming “rumor” in our Wellington communities which have lead to some families not wanting to support this business that is treating our children unfairly. Someone is going to end up suing this organization. Very unfortunate!

Best jumping place!!!

This place is wonderful for kids but not enough staff members for the volume of kids its really not as safe as you would think it should be been needs a few improvements to make it better not enough tables for kids to eat or Parents to sit really needs improvement

My brother got hurt. And bad food. Too many peoloe and bad employees

Over rated at best. Crowded, nothing special here.

Kids love the place! The food is less than desirable especially the pizza!
