Cindie’s is always trying to give customers new experiences ... I can confirm w/out a doubt that the Webster location is always VERY up to speed on all the products I have ever asked about. No matter whether they are questions or comparisons or recommendations, the staff has always, at the very least, a helpful answer to guide your shopping selection. They seem to be well versed w/the inventory, well beyond anything I may have known or even thought to ask. Even more importantly, they ALWAYS make you feel comfortable when sometimes the convo/question may be of a personal nature, or perhaps too intimate to speak out loud … but they speak about those delicate issues w/such ease, like we’re just having a normal convo & of course this creates a more positive environment & the communication begins to feel almost normal. It’s a relief to know that I can shop there w/no level of uncomfortable or awkwardness. They are very good w/their choice of words & show no surprising reactions to anything, so I have never felt embarrassed for not knowing about “whatever” we’re speaking about. I’m just very grateful that Webster is my store because it is a pleasure doing business w/the staff there.

The store has a decent selection and at first I was excited to find the location, but Customer service after the transaction is complete is seriously lacking. Less than 24 hours ago I purchased a pair of Ellie shoes on clearance. As an entertainer, a pair of shoes for work at a discount is a score but still not cheap. Today I took them out of the box for a test run before work but the buckle was broken. I immediately took a picture and messaged the store on Facebook. After no response I gave them a call and they refuse to so much as exchange them for another pair of clearance shoes. So now I’m stuck with a pair of $60 stripper heels that are broken.Previously, another adult boutique sold me a pair of shoes by the same brand that literally fell apart after my first shift, but they went out of their way to contact their vendor and replace my shoes when I told them what happened.I understand what kind of store it is and I get the return policies are in place for a reason but I’m not returning a used vibrator or asking for some thing of higher value. I just think the right thing to do customer service-wise would be to give store credit or a refund. We pump so much money into our wardrobe at adult boutiques it would’ve went right back to Cindie’s anyways.
Miranda at the Webster store #50 location will sell you worn out testers! This was my first toy so i was a little excited to buy and i didn’t take my time looking she showed me a product and i bought it, Miranda made sure she made her money off me and sold me something that everyone in the store tested. Both batteries in the package where no good 5 mins later when i got home i opened it to try the product and it did not work. I called and she told me that she cant take it back or exchange for anything else. I’m furious right now.
Me and 3 other People went here last night, we received great customer service and excellent reviews on products. I wish I remembered her name she was so nice and very sweet and gave good product reviews to us. Unfortunately I did purchase a product that does not work and I did not realize it did not work until I got home. I called them not knowing their return policy she greatly apologized and walked me through the steps on how to receive the warranty through the manufacture. They also have a great selection! I would recommend this place, and will be returning!
The staff was incredibly professional and friendly. Didnt feel awkward at all yet gave useful information and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend if youre looking for helpful and knowledgeable service.
Just came in to your store to shop. Kimmie was fantastic. She made me feel very comfortable and was very helpful in making the purchase. She knew what questions to ask and how to process the information to find the correct items that I needed. It was nice to have a an assistant that was interested in my needs and was wiling to take the time and the effort to make sure that I found what was right for me. Kimmie, you were awesome.
Great location and they basically have everything you could ever want read dressing rooms you can actually try things on if you would like to see if they fit properly very clean nice store there were three people there to answer any questions that we had and help us through the process

Staff was friendly and helpful.We had the pleasure of working with Olivia and she was very sweet and knowledgeable about all products, and what she thought would work for my husband and I. Her honesty was exactly what we needed, she was completely involved as if it were herself buying the products; for that we were so appreciative. So I just got word from Barbra that works there that if you quit or have been fired you are no longer allowed to go into any cindies ever again!!! I will be on the phone with corporate in the morning, to make sure this is true an then to let them know Barbara gets rides home from other employees because sometimes her boyfriend cannot pick her up from work. I am going to raise a fuss about this until nobody wants to hear from me. A very good excustomer thats daughter used to work there.

I have worked for Cindies previously. I recently quit due to taking another job that was career oriented. Management for one is RIDICULOUS. Unprofessional. Talks to you like you are a piece of dog crap on the sidewalk. I walked into this store after recently quitting, as a customer. Willing to spend a good chunk of change, not that it matters. I was there for 30 minutes before I was asked to leave and told I am not allowed to buy ANYTHING. Since when has that ever been the case when an employee quits any job? Cindies Clear Lake- you lost MYSELF, my friend that was with me and my boyfriend who I was on the phone with. I ended up going to XTC and got a much more pleasurable experience. Personally, you arent even worth ONE star. Let alone 5.
I purchased some black high waisted shorts a few days ago. They were $30 with taxes. After my second night working in them the zipper broke. I called the store. I understand the no return policy on certain items due to what they are used for, but I JUST bought these, and the Zipper broke!!!! The lady said “no returns” since they are dance clothes. I didn’t even dance in these. So I could imagine if I did, they would have torn probably. Either POOR quality or defective. I will post pictures and get in touch with higher nanagement. Smh
There never an uncomfortable or embarrassing moment coming into this place
I purchased an item on 2/14 and took it home. After bringing it home and unpacking it my wife and I discovered that it was defective. So I put it all back together and put it in the bag ready to return it when I can find the time. Today two weeks later I go into the store to return it and was told that the policy is not to accept any returns on toys. I understand this but it is completely defective and the clerk tells me that every item is tested before it leaves the store. I tell her that no, it was not tested when I purchased it. She tells me that I am out of luck. So now I am stuck with a product that does not work and out $90.
For starters store is way to hot.And lady working there was so rude and disrespectful. Yelled across the whole store to tell customer not to take photos when they were only texting. I mean yell and then approached said customer to tell her sorry but Im doing my job with worst attitude a worker could have towards a customer. And customer was in total shock and put all her stuff down and left. Rude workers. Go to different store. You were warned dont go to Webster cindies.
Great products, but lady, stop asking me if I need help every 2 gosh darn minutes.
Owner should be ashamed having the excellent staff working for weeks without air conditioning in the building. the employees and customers deserve more..
Please fix the A.C. I could barely breathe, how are you going to let your employees work like this?
